This Wendy's is not bad. Fresh fries that were good. The hamburger patty was actually moist. Not juicy but moist. Flavor was slightly better than how I remembered a hamburger from Wendy's was like. The only complaint would be the sloppy construction of the hamburger. The patty should be centered in the bun. Not wagging out like a tongue. It has been a few years since I've had Wendy's hamburger. I've been eating their salads for the past few years if I stopped at a Wendy's.

Food is always up to the Wendy's standards here, besides the quality of food that has now become less than great, this restaurant at least cooks to order on the late night.

As far as the Wendy's chain goes, this is a fantastic location. We always stop at this Wendy's on the drive from Chicago to Wisconsin Dells and we are never disappointed. The staff here actually gets your order right. I'm very sure that this store is pretty busy because it's right off the interstate, next to gas stations. If you are looking for a clean restaurant to grab a quick bite with the kids, then this fast food place will fit your needs. I've always been a big fan of Wendy's, with the exception of a certain location back in Chicago. The staff here during the daytime hours is a little more mature and seems to care about customer service.

This Wendy's is in the Travel Center. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat. No one looked like they wanted to be working here. I feel for you. But you know what? I sometimes feel like that where I work too and still strive to always do my best. A deep breath, a few smiles and maybe some pleasant music would go a long way at this place. They messed up on our salad which was not a big deal and they exchanged it for us but no apology. When I told them that the salad was wrong they just sort of turned into mini Frankensteins and said, "oh". Without anything more they set up a new salad and just handed it to me without a word.

Spencer the cashier was as eccentric as me, if not more so. At 1115pm though what do you expect? the atmosphere was typical truckstop, filthy chubbers and overweight bald dudes; cheap tattoos and dirty clothes of the wrong size. Spencer sang for us. This was the only place to eat for miles and miles. The food was made fresh, have to like that.
