Wow. I am shocked by the great reviews. Put a Chipotle next to Qdoba, I'm going to Chipotle. This review is based off of my steak burrito. The quality of the ingredients are mediocre compared to that of Chipotle. Now I would definitely choose Qdoba over any other fast food joint, because I do believe that they're fresh for the most part. But the quality and flavor seem to be lacking. The steak had hardly any good flavor and they definitely skimp. The rest of the ingredients are plentiful though. Maybe I'm just already bias because I love Chipotle so much, but I feel like it's not hard to nail a burrito and this just missed the mark. The beef?! Yuck! Looks like Taco Bell. Everything else seemed pretty decent. They definitely have a lot more options, so if that's what you like, go here. I like my burritos simple. Also apparently the brown rice is white rice mixed with some sort of brown sauce. So for those of you who think you're choosing a healthier option? You're not. I only know this because we saw the guy mixing it. The girl next to me asked him what he was putting into it. He was like, "I don't know." And she said "yeah, no I'm not eating that." She got the white rice instead. Whatevs. The place is clean and well stocked. Service was super friendly and I quite enjoyed my brownie. Meh that's all I got. Definitely go here instead of McD's or BK, etc. But over Chipotle?! Never. Lucky for them there isn't one around...

Fresh food, friendly staff, sunny location and clean. I'm a big fan of this location, with their huge sunny interior. Qdoba is a good choice for family outings and it's or closeness to Southridge makes it super convenient.

I love the food here. I come here a lot for lunch. The price is worth it for the how much food you pay. Additionally, the flavor is consistent to all the Qdoba!

Very pleased. Portions were great and the service was even Vetter. Very friendly and polite.

I am a fan of Qdoba. I'll even go as far as to say I love them head and shoulders above Chipotle. (I've never had burnt chicken at a Qdoba before!) The staff is always friendly, the place is always as clean as can be expected depending on the business level. They have a big amount of combinations to choose from, but I'm sad they took the poblano pesto off the menu!

For a while our family was addicted to Qdoba, eating it once a week for a long time. I love the chicken nachos and the burritos, the chips & queso are good too. We always received excellent food but then it started to go down hill, the food would be cold, sparse, grizzly chicken, etc. I contacted the headquarters and filed a complaint once and they sent me some freebies. This location is not as good as it used to be so we tend to go to different locations and they are still good quality. This location, good but not the best. Qdoba overall = love it!

As someone said, it's not what I would consider "authentic", but it really is good. Eat here a few times, and the thought of Taco Bell will cause you to throw up in your mouth a little. Oddly enough, my favorite item is the soft flour tortilla. Steaming it makes it wonderful! Of course, this makes all the burritos wonderful. My only complaint would be I wish they'd back off of the rice a bit.

I have been to this location several times, and have never been disappointed. The service is quick and good. Even when there's a line of people, things usually move pretty quickly. The staff is friendly, and someone always greets you when you come in the door. The dining area is clean and spacious, and partially surrounded by large windows. There no such thing as a bad seat there. The menu is several steps up from Taco Bell, and definitely closer to authentic Mexican food than they are. Their ingredients are fresh and delicious. And with extras (guacamole and queso, just to name a couple) no longer costing extra, that makes the experience even better.

Four stars? At a Qdoba? Yeah, I'm just as surprised as you are that I'm writing this. I will still, always, choose Chipotle over Qdoba. The food quality and flavor are much better. However, if I'm near Southridge, I will not hesitate to stop here. We had the nicest fast food/fast casual restaurant experience we've ever had here, the other day. The manager came around to check in at each table while we were eating. Asking how everything was (genuinely concerned!), offering us more tortillas, or anything else we needed. What?! A manager willing to give food away to keep people happy? Smart man. Plus, they filled our bowls with the most food we've ever gotten at a Qdoba before. Considering it's fast food, getting your money's worth is about all you can really hope for. The food is the same here as other locations, but the management goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a satisfying experience. Food: B- Service: A+

When it comes to burritos made to order they can't be beat. The best part about it is that everything is made in front of you. They even have a rewards program that is pretty nice.

This Qdoba is quite busy, and for good reason. It is in the heart of the Southridge Mall area, surrounded by tons of businesses. I love the quality of the food and the friendly service. A member of staff is constantly cleaning the dining room, which always looks spotless. On anything I order, I get the queso, and that is one of my secrets to happiness!!

Qdoba does fast Mexican food better and healthier than the rest. I'm not gonna review every Qdoba I've been to, but I had to add that on a recent visit to this location the knowledge and straight forward customer service and enthusiasm was 5 Stars! I hope their District Manager reads this. This store is the tops.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
