Good food & a great salad bar. They can be a bit on the slow side with the food, but you have a big salad bar and if you want to spend time with your other half, maybe....just talking, it's a great place to go!

I was very pleased when Ruby Tuesday decided to open a location so close to my house. They are a go-to place for my husband and I. The servers are very nice and do a great job of explaining the menu and specials to you. The first thing that will be brought to your table are garlic cheddar biscuits. They are absolutely delicious! For drinks ,they have $5 premium cocktails that you can get every day. I highly recommend the Long Island iced tea and the Mai Tai. They also have a great selection of beers, wines, and other cocktails. As far as their entrees go, there are many things to choose from. The burgers are very good. They also have steak, seafood, ribs, pasta, and chicken entrees. On our most recent visit, I had the New Orleans Seafood, which is Tilapia with Creole seasoning, topped with sauteed shrimp and Parmesan cream. It was absolutely wonderful. My husband got his usual: the Parmesan chicken pasta. It is a Parmesan crusted chicken breast served over penne pasta that has been tossed in a Parmesan cream sauce, then covered in a tomato-basil sauce and Swiss. I usually sample some from his plate :-) It is very tasty. I have had the Parmesan shrimp pasta in the past, which I also highly recommend. The shrimp in that dish has a bit of a kick to it, just as a warning. If you have any room for desert, I recommend the Double Chocolate Cake. It has a molten chocolate filling and is served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and accented with a strawberry sauce. Oh! And if you sign up for their So Connected email club, you will get great coupons sent to your email.

We have been here several times, it is your typical corporate style dining experience. They do have an email list which will send you coupons for buy one get one 50% off entree. They also boast a salad bar that you can add to your meal for $1.99.

This RT is probably more worthy of 2-1/2 stars, but since that's not an option, I'm rounding up for good measure. For some reason, I always expect the food at RT to be better than it is. As it is, it's essentially a Chili's, but the food is more expensive and not always as good. I've had the hamburger sliders - meh! Salad bar is good, but not great. They have a burger with jalapeños; it's pretty good, but Chili's version is better. The fully loaded mashed potatoes are marvelous as are the cheese biscuits (not sure the exact name, but they remind me of those awesome biscuits from Red Lobster). The made-to-order salads are also pretty good. I've occasionally had a drink at the bar while waiting for takeout. The drinks were always fine but, man, is it loud! I expect I'll end up going back because it's quick and convenient, but it could be better.

The ribs at RubyTuesday in Greendale are the best. I love ribs and hate to make them so that's one of my "go-to" meals when I stop in, along with the salad bar. The best!

Great food and drinks! Our waitress was also very friendly and informative about the menu. Try their Ruby Relaxer drink- yum! The broccoli and cheese soup was also very good. The waitress even surprised my mom with a small red velvet cupcake in honor of her birthday! We didn't tell anyone about it; just mentioned it when we received the check. Very sweet of her to go the extra mile! Only 2 small things made me only give 4 stars. (1) Would like to see more sandwich options besides just burgers. We were there for lunch and they don't have a lunch menu. Sometimes you want a sandwich that isn't a burger. (2) Their chicken and broccoli with sauce dish use to be a little smaller. This is jut my wish for many restaurants to offer half-plate size options or at least smaller options during lunch. Then maybe I would have room for that dessert or appetizer.

I'll start by saying I could eat the bisquits by the truckload and the garden bar is a great deal with a plethora of produce to choose from. I had a "new" item - Southern Style Chicken Strips and Ribs. The ribs were well cooked and tender with the perfect amount of a sweet/spicy sauce. The chicken strips were horribly dry and overcooked. My dining guest had the chicken parmesan. Nice sauce and the pasta was cooked well. The chicken was, again, dry and overcooked. And ego uses Swiss cheese for chicken parmesan. The service was great - fast, friendly and accomidating. The decor, however nice, does NOT match the menu.

It was ok, about what youd expect at a chain. Bright spot was the salad bar which was only 1.99. Our entrees were good but nothing spectacular. Price was pretty reasonable. Service was great, atmosphere was nice and clean.

Excellent service. The server was very friendly and nice. Loved house biscuit(they are FREE!!) House salad bar wasn't that fresh but eatable. Steak and lobster were little salty to my taste but great. I shouldn't expect too much out of $19 entree. Overall, good first experience on RT.

Outstanding salad bar-- great variety, very fresh, neat, well serviced. A vegetarian could easily get by with just the salad bar. The main menu is great, but with more interest in non-meat items, it would have been nice to have at least a veggie burger option. Back to the salad bar: I wish the croutons were crunchy-- instead of diced dark pumpernickel bread. A small distraction to a great salad bar. Service-- great

Your typical Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar is pretty good, I usually get that and then the petite steak with mash potatoes. They never let your drink get below half without a refill. Great place!

Those coupons are too good to ignore! Typical chain - been trying to be more "upscale". It has a nice decor and the bruch is all right too. I like the fish entrees and hubs usually gets steaks, but the sandwiches are good too.

Not nearly as good as the old Ruby Tuesday's inside of the mall. Nice atmosphere, like the decor. The food is ok, I find it to be a little higher priced that what it should be. Food is fresh though and good quality but I wish there were more to choose from on the menu. I'm basing my opinion on the chicken selections, I love grilled chicken and it seems as if all of their chicken dishes have the same couple of ingredients, just with different names. Salad bar is good but has downsized in the last year or so, they removed pasta dishes and replaced with coleslaw. I will not rush to return.

The food is good and the ambience made me feel like I was in a fancy restaurant. The prices are a bit higher than other chain, sit down restaurants. What makes this place different, is the salad bar, which I really enjoyed (it pushed my rating up from 3 to 4). The appetizers are all pretty expensive, so just order entrees if you would like to have a, somewhat, reasonable tab. The guacamole was made to order, but very bland. The turkey sliders were good, but I would have to say the prices on the steaks were very reasonable and they tasted great! They have unique items, like mashed cauliflour and brown rice pilaf. The service was solid.

As we were leaving dinner on Friday night, I said to my husband "remind me next time I suggest this place, that I hate it here". Over the last 4-5 months, we've been here twice and both times were the poorest service I've received in quite a long time. I'm not sure what the problem was, but for the prices, I expect better service than I do at Chili's. Or I expect any service at all...clearing of plates, refill of drinks. Yeah, not so much. Food is only mediocre at best. Would have been better off going into the mall spending a fraction of the price at getting better food!

Had to go back to make sure my first experience was not a fluke. Rest assured, it wasn't a fluke! Great service, great food and great time! Just short of 5 stars because unlike last time, the server didn't conveniently split an entree that my daughter and her father were splitting. It was nice that they substituted Grilled Shrimp for the Fried Shrimp on the kid's Shrimp Entree, and served 4 forks with the Tiramisu that we shared at the end of our dinner :)

A full parking lot is usually a reliable indicator of a restaurant that is doing something right, and Ruby Tuesday is no exception. (I got the LAST parking space.) With a plethora a mediocre chains serving generic entrees, I was rather shocked at the atmosphere, service, and most of all the fresh food at Ruby Tuesday. I've visited several times, and when I'm alone I sit at the bar since I eat the salad bar. The salad bar is by far my most favorite item on the menu. Although when I have more of an appetite I've ordered a sandwich from the lunch menu and added the salad bar. I'd have them pack up the sandwich right away and I'd take it home and eat it the next day. It's like getting an extra meal for only a couple bucks more. The salad bar is incredible, offering iceberg lettuce, spinach, and field greens to start you off. Moving along, the fresh topping are endless, including eggs, pasta, veggies, Waldorf salad, cheeses, seeds, and these fabulously bizarre croutons. My favorite creation is to mix the various types of lettuce and top them with shredded cheeses and sunflower seeds. Then I use the four corners of the plate to place my favorite toppings: edamame, peas, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, red sweet onions, and the famed croutons. I always ask for a couple of ramekins for dressing (there are about a dozen varieties, and all are delicious) from the kitchen and the staff is always cheerful and accommodating. The croutons--they deserver special mention. These rye cubes are remarkably crisp and chewy at the same time. You can easily pierce them with your fork, but they are savory and crunchy. I just cannot describe them. The decor was updated years ago when Ruby Tuesday literally tore down their old, shopworn tiffany-lamp, dec- tiled, over-stylized restaurants. The new restaurants are a departure from their mall theme, and I give Ruby Tuesday credit for re-branding themselves in such a way that they differentiate themselves from mid-tier crap-a-toriums like Applebees and the like. In the place of the old restaurants (that looked like they belonged in The Museum of Natural Ugliness), are uber clean, tastefully designed, free-standing restaurants done in sophisticated color palettes. The upgraded dining rooms incorporate earth tones with splashes of red, textured lamp shades, granite bar surfaces, flattering lighting, and crisp linen table clothes. I can tell that much thought went into these new restaurants. Apparently, Ruby Tuesday wanted to get it right the first time and they did. The tell tale indicator: the bathrooms. I know it seems ridiculous to write so much about the restrooms, but keep in mind that if these are clean, the kitchen is most likely held to equal standards--and vice versa. The bathrooms are well lit, ultra-clean, fresh smelling, with perfectly dry countertops and no litter to be found anywhere. Each tile surface is spotless. What I especially appreciate is the very utilitarian paper towel dispenser. (Thank you for not making me use a stupid "hand dryer" and forcing me to wave my hands around like a jackass version of David Copperfield.) The dispensers automatically spit out a generous, substantial paper towel, as soon as one tears off the first towel--Again, no "waving" needed. The waste basket is thoughtfully placed right by the door and the towel dispenser so that I can use the towel to open the door and then toss it in the rubbish upon exiting. The service is five star all the way--from the front of the house to the back of the house. Every employee is in a CLEAN uniform. All look and act professionally. Kudos to their training team. From the bar I noticed the manager (Joe) expediting orders. The kitchen was spot on, and food was served at the proper temperatures. I didn't see a single item returned to the kitchen. The servers, bartender, and hostess have their timing down to perfection. I LITERALLY could NOT find a THING to correct. I've NEVER in my life seen a restaurant operate with such efficiency. I was greeted immediately, offered a drink by the bartender right away, my glass was never empty, and the bartender brought biscuits to go with my salad. Plates were cleared the second I was done. Desserts were offered. I was thanked by everyone there for coming in. It was the perfect meal. No surprise, I will be back!

Years ago there was a Ruby Tuesdays on the 2nd floor of Southridge. My husband and I always loved eatting there and were sad when they went out of business. When this Ruby Tuesday opened up, we were really excited. I have been there a few times now, and every time it seems like there is a long wait. The service is just so-so. My son had french fries with his meal. We asked for ketchup, the waiter never brought it. So we asked somebody else (who appeared to be a manager) for ketchup. By the time we got it, everybody else had finished eating their meal. And when they did bring it, it wasn't a whole bottle, but just a little container of it. It would have never been enough for my son. Because of the number of people I see there, people must like it. But to me it is just one of those over priced, over rated places. Maybe it's just because in my mind it is not as good as the old one.

Went here for my 21st birthday. The waitress was wonderful and highly attentive (it was a Monday night). I ordered the asiago peppercorn sirloin with a side of white cheddar mashed potatoes and the tomatoes with vinaigrette. I had the mango mojito as my drink. The sirloin was ordered rare. My sirloin came out beautiful with the perfect amount of blood and flavoring. It had a gentle kick from the peppercorns which I loved. I received a free red velvet birthday cupcake from them. They appear to be trying to be more upscale from my first visit in 2008-2009 at the Ruby Tuesday's in Northtown, Missouri. I loved the look of the interior of this restaurant. It would make for a great romantic evening. My drink was lovely and was served in a cute little glass. Not too much rum, not too little rum. They give these delicious little snack cake things that taste like garlic bread but look like a crab cake. All-in-all my dinner with a friend cost about $40 including two alcoholic drinks ($6 a drink), two entrees ($15 an entree with a buy one get one coupon), and a tip.

The place can be busy between 5 and 7pm, because it's good. The salad bar is well stocked. I like the fact that chillers keep the salad fixings very cold. Not frozen, but freshly cold. The soup and salad bar special is priced well. Some items seem a bit on the $$ side, but I never leave the place feeling like I paid too much. The portions seem to make up for the price. It's clean, and the staff is knowledgeable. This isn't a complaint, but if you are going to have two big TV's at the bar, why aren't you showing the local games? Badgers, Bucks, Packers, Brewers, not USC, Cubs, or whatever happens to be on ESPN. Still, I'm happy with the place. I'm glad it's back in Greendale.

Love the salad bar, burgers are good. Service is fairly quick and pleasant. Don't understand their trying to go "upscale" with lobster and the like. It's a Bennigans with a salad bar. And that is enough for me.

I have found out that Ruby Tuesday's is one of those places that you should never go to without a coupon. I went last night with a Buy One/Get One coupon, and I am glad we had it. Food wasn't horrible, but it certainly wasn't worth the $15 a plate that they charge. I ordered the crab cake (Yep, just one) which came with two sides. I politely asked the server if I could substitute the side(s) for soup and I was boldly told, "No". I was a bit confused, and actually thought she was kidding for a minute. Because the usual answer in a place like that is "I'm sorry, but it will cost you (blank) extra to do that". And, my response is usually "That's fine". I would rather pay the $1 or so extra and not waste all of the food I am not going to eat. So, I picked out two sides and asked for the cup of soup before my meal anyway. When my food came the server asked if we needed anything, and I reminded her about the soup that she had forgetten to bring and she said she would go right away and get it. Never came back :( Also, never got a refill on soda. :( When the bill finally came it wasn't on seperate checks like we had requested, so she had to take it back and print it again. Not quite sure where the servers head was, but it definitely wasn't at work that day. I gave it 3 stars cause the food wasn't horrible. But, I couldn't give it any more because of the poor service and high prices.

Good food & a great salad bar. They can be a bit on the slow side with the food, but you have a big salad bar and if you want to spend time with your other half, maybe....just talking, it's a great place to go!
