I ordered their white pizza, which was mediocre, at best. I also tried their appetizer sampler which, was nothing special. Here are my gripes. First, the large pizza I ordered was about $27 but I didn't think it was all that big for the price. Second, the appetizer combo was $12 and was pretty skimpy as well. Overall, the price of the food is way high for what you get. The staff was friendly but appeared disorganized. I called in my order and was told my food would be ready in a half hour. I arrived 35 minutes later and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes before the food was ready for me to take home. After all this waiting, I expected the food to be fresh out of the oven but it was luke warm after the 5 minute drive home. I was disappointed and suggest you stick to a locally owned, independent pizzeria.

I gave the pizza place another try. Since my last review they have improved quite a bit. I only waited 5 minutes to pick up my pizza, the pizza was still warm when I got home, and was made very well. Keep up the good work.

As far as big pizza chains go, Rosati's is a fave. I love the New York style crust. So happy to see something with promise move into the old Pizza Hut space. They did a nice job renovating, although the ambiance would really benefit from some music. Our servers were great, especially Kenny. He was very attentive. He was also sweet and patient with my outgoing 5 year old who insisted on giving him a hug on our way out! My only little complaint was that the don't have a diaper changing station in the restrooms - but that's an easy fix. Our whole family had fun and everyone loved their food. Hoping others enjoy it more -- like we did -- as they get established.

Meh. Not very good. The deep dish took 50 minutes but wasn't very deep. With all of the choices available around town I'd rather pick another pizza. Tomasos in Cedarburg has my vote.

Rosati's is my new favorite place in Grafton. I took my entire family there a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. The service was awesome and the pizza is some of the best around. They use very high quality ingredients and it is easy to tell. We have ordered take out a few more times and it has been great every time. It is hard to find consistency now a days in restaurants. Rosati's has given us a top notch product every time. Great job!!

You'd be a lot happier buying a frozen Gino's East pizza from pick n save.

Very disappointed. Ordered 'Chicago Dog' w/just ketchup, mustard & dill pickle spear, mozzarella sticks, bottle of coke & piece of tiramisu for delivery. Hot dog was ice cold, plain on a bun with three packets of ketchup thrown in the take out container. Mozzarella sticks truly looked like they came out of box & tasted like it too..freezer burned. Bottle of Coke was room temperature & Tiramisu was beyond bland. Sure hope the pizza is better (and 'authentic' as claimed on the menu) because what I ordered sure wasn't anything to boast about. Definitely will not be reordering from them.

Well,we will not be back!!!! Awful service, untrained staff!!! You Guys, You Guys, You guys!!! Rude, for girls and women to hear! Waited 40 minutes and the pasta was not hot, so they took it back and apparently have a microwave! I ordered a chopped salad and a big honk of a sloppy salad (half brown and inedible pieces) appeared. Yuck! Not chopped like the picture I thought I would enjoy. Cannot believe what a terrible experience this was! Look out Grafton!

Do you enjoy being seated and not being greeted by a waitress for over 10 minutes? This is the place for you. Saw two families walk out, two others complaining at the front and realized they needed to square their service away before trying their food.

We've ordered thin crust pizza from a different Rosati's location (carryout only) several times over the past few years and were always happy with it, but when we found ourselves in Grafton recently and noticed a sit-down location, we had to try the deep dish fresh out of the oven. We were there at an odd time between lunch and supper on a weekend, but we were the only customers, which made us wonder... it was also quite warm in the restaurant, like they weren't running the A/C (which I wasn't happy with at all). The waitress was friendly and prompt. Our appetizer (which was huge, and we took half home along with a fresh cup of marinara sauce which the waitress offered to us) came out fairly quickly and was good. Our pizza did take awhile, but we know that deep dish does, and the waitress did tell us it would be about 35 minutes. The pizza was good, tho it sure wasn't Lou Malnati's. :-) We would go back if we are in that area again, and maybe try some of the other menu items.

Have been to the Grafton location once and did a carry out once. The visit to the restaurant was bad staff and experience wise, but food was pretty good. The carry out we just had was not good. Definitely understand why on a Friday at 7 the restaurant is basically empty. They screwed up our pizza and instead of apologizing told us many times we didn't order what we ordered, and to top it off the pizza wasn't good. Pretty sad when I would have rather had a freezie pizza! That was your last chance Rosatis!

I'm finally done with this place. Very first month they were open, all I heard was "we just opened sorry and working out the kinks" sorry" because the delivery took almost 3 hours and 5 phone calls. I finally drove to there and timed it..6.5 minutes later, door to door. I must love disappointment because at least once a month we would order delivery and the running joke was, we should order at noon so we get it by 6PM. Always late, often wrong order or missing something. Tonight was the last straw. Went to friends for Mother's Day and decided to order rosatis delivery. They told us hour and 45 min for delivery or 45 minutes to pick up. So we said pick up. Got there in 45 minutes to a dozen others waiting and frustrated. 30 minutes later our order was finally ready. Took it back the house and order was missing food and dressing so I drove back to wait another 15 minutes for my completed order. They offered a credit but I declined. I will NEVER eat there again! I will also make it a point to tell my story to as many people in the area as I can, just on principle, for as long as I can. It must really get tiring to say "I'm sorry" all the time and when you're an expert at saying it....you should probably rethink your business model. Worst ongoing experience ever with a simple service. Will NEVER go back!

Ok, this place has had its ups and downs since it arrived to Grafton and I personally have experienced both ends of good and bad here. I have to write a review about my surprisingly great and refreshing experience I just had with a simple online order and in store pick up. After using their easy to use online ordering system, I arrived at the store hesitant that it would be ready on time. I was greeted promptly, food was ready and hot, and no less than 3 people said thanks for coming in and "Happy Fathers Day". The food was great, which usually isn't an issue here anyway. Whatever they did or are doing, they seem to be on the right track. Keep it up Rosatis.

Dang I hope the owner reads this review!! PLEASE!! Being from Chicago, I was super excited about a Rosati's coming here as the pizza in Wisconsin often leaves a lot to be desired. Rosati's is typically good takeout pizza, and I looked forward to it. When they first opened I did have some issues trying to order a takeout pizza. They just didn't answer their phone - I tried calling a dozen times. A few days later I tried again and they answered. They apologized for not answering the other day but said their phone issue was resolved. OK - fine. I ordered, and the pizza was tasty...everything was looking good. Another few takeout pizzas, and again, all was good. But then, I decided to take the family there in person for dinner... And that is when I noticed the burning engine on the airplane as it was speeding down towards the ground. Wow. Talk about terrible service. BAD. SERIOUSLY BAD. I'm talking fire all the staff and start over bad. I thought it was just due to being new, and even though the heat was broken that night (they had space heaters in the dining room!), and we had bad service, we decided to go back again and give them another shot. I didn't think it was possible, but the service was worse than the first time we went there!! It is so bad that I don't know that any amount of training could fix it. I had to get up from our seat multiple times to try and find our server. I had to ask 3 times to get our drinks. Another server decided to sit down with his girlfriend while she ate in between serving tables!! It was 6:30pm on a busy night!! Servers don't know their menu. I could just go on and on. Oh, and while the heat was working this time, it was still REALLY cold in the place. So, if the owner reads this - you have some serious issues to fix. For now I will keep ordering takeout pizza, but if that slips backwards at all, I don't see how you will survive. And no one wants that to happen!
