This has to be the best panera I have ever been to. I walked in and someone was there to take my order immediately. She was incredibly pleasant and made sure my order was correct. I waited for all of two minutes for my food and drink, the fastest service I've ever experienced! I ordered the tortellini Alfredo, chicken noodle soup, and a strawberry banana smoothie and everything is delicious! Very well done.

Solid fast, casual fast food. I have come to absolutely love the BBQ Chicken Salad with the broccoli & cheddar soup. I don't even like broccoli. Staff is usually solid but overly friendly, which is ok. I prefer spending what little money I have on local eateries so I'll probably not come here too often. Decent for a chain though!

Panera bread.. Nationwide chain, same old stuff. Recently they've improved the menu by adding soba noodle bowls and pasta dishes. That makes me happier to come here. I pretty much despise all their old paninis, sandwiches and salads, but find their grilled cheese and soups redeeming. Their iced green tea is addicting, and honestly I would come just go get a giant cup of it. This particular restaurant is not very big and it's not as clean and organized as some other Paneras. Absolutely love the rapid order pick up option- order & pay using the app, walk in and grab your ready food and drinks from a cubby. This is such a great new feature and I've been getting a lot more carry out because of it. Keep improving, Panera, and we will come!

I need to lower my expectations at all Panera locations. The bakery is hit or miss; although I must admit I've had more hits. Take today, a pumpkin caramel scone was fresh and flavorful and obviously made fresh. It was light and airy on the inside and the caramel glaze gave a nice crunch to the outside. It's the tea that challenges me every time. I don't drink coffee so tea is my steady fix. And while I adore Rishi I'm realistic enough to know it's not going to be everywhere, and especially at a regional chain. Enter Republic of Tea, which can be good. There's loose tea has some nice flavors and their previous bags also fell into the not-too-bad realm. But about two years ago something change. Not sure if it's just the tea they do for Panera, or across the board, but in an attempt to go green and make their bags from recycled paper, they've diminished the flavors of all their blends. As soon as hot water hits the brown paper pouches a terrible earthy-on-the-verge-of-rotting-smell radiates from the cup. No matter the variety, they all smell bad. And that pretty much ruins the taste of the tea. So big note to self, and anyone else that enjoys a good cup of tea; skip it here and drink something else, or nothing at all, the tea is not worth the disappointment!

This place gets packed for the lunch hour with parking at a premium with a smaller lot. Access to this location can be a little tricky if you're trying to reach it going northbound yet if your going south or east you have access to the lot. I hate to say but I've had my fair share of meals here and at other Panera locations. They turnover quickly so it is a rush environment and there are mistakes usually made on your meal that are ordered. The food tends to be pretty good yet not really much in regards to customer service or attention to detail. I will stop here in a pinch otherwise pass right by to another place.

Good ole Panera, it's always dependable for a decent meal when you're from out of town looking for a quick bite. Service was good, food was tasty, and the place was clean.

One thing you have to love about large "fast casual" restaurant chains is the consistency. I usually visit a few times a month for a half salad/soup with the chicken cobb avocado salad and French onion soup. Gets the job done every time. I rarely get sandwiches - the Cuban sandwich I had was disappointing, but that's a function of me having very discerning tastes regarding Cuban food. I pass on the other sandwiches because I feel that a local café (which seem to be cropping up everywhere) could do a better job. Regardless, I'm a fan.

Panera over the years has started to taste more and more prepackaged tome. This isn't a terrible thing but makes it a little less tasty. I used to love their bacon turkey bravo sandwich but it has lost it's zing to me...oh well. This particular location was just fine. Very clean and lots of available nooks to hide away in if you are hoping to do some work. The patio is quite nice outside and has many tables available as well. My tips: *they now have a whole wheat bread option as a side...win! *if you have a sweet tooth! a bakery item is just 99 cents if you get the you pick two and a drink. *good place to use the wifi and get work done Overall, if you need a place to go that has reliable internet and ok food this will work. Just find your favorites and stick to them. I probably would not frequent it so much if my partner did not love their flat breads and Caesar salad.

I don't understand why the automatic bagel slicer doesn't slice bagels in half, but rather just shaves 1/8" off the top. Every. Time. There are only 3 things I ever get at Panera and I wouldn't say any of them are fantastic, but they're fine, you know: 1) hazelnut coffee (which they are out of at least 33% of the time) 2) French toast bagel 3) Asian chicken salad, no chicken This place is hard to get into unless you happen to be going the right direction. There are no U-turns allowed at Silver Spring if you're headed North on Port Washington, so you might as well turn Right and go to Brueggers where they slice the bagels by hand so you won't end up with 2 wonky halves.

I've been to Panera's in other cities and have found them generally good, but this location is the worst. I ordered a tuna fish sandwich w/o tomato to go. Not only did the sandwich have tomato but, the bread was misplaced, cut wrong, extremely thick w/ perhaps a tablespoon of tuna fish salad. If I wanted a "bread" sandwich, I would have ordered one. Come on Panera - what happened to quality food???

I usually love panera and I go quite often. Today I found no parking, and the service was terrible. The lady at the desk assigned sides to me without asking what I wanted, and never asked for my rewards card. When I gave her my card, I knew I a had redeemable meal, but when I asked her she said no quickly and then charged me. I will think twice before coming back

It's Panera. If you've ever been to a Panera, you'll know that they're pretty consistent from location to location. The pros: Tasty bakery items, delicious sandwiches (Smokehouse Turkey panini and white cheddar mac FTW), and good coffee. Also, located right near Bayshore Mall and I-43, so lots of convenient things right nearby. The cons: It's a little tricky to get into this parking area, mostly just because of the medians and traffic around the mall/highway area. Tasty food outweighs tricky parking, so stop on by.

Not to play the same tune, but I can rarely justify $10 for a lunch of a sandwich and soup. But when I'm ready to splurge, Panera is the place. Their soup is delicious and the array of sandwich options is dizzying. I love the You Pick Two that allow me to get a combination of soup or salad or half a sandwich, since I'm never feeling particularly decisive when I'm there - everything looks so good. This location is kind of inconvenient - despite being near Bayshore, if you're not heading East on Silver Spring or South on Port Washington, it's pretty impossible to get in. And the parking lot is always full. More than once I've thought about going here, remembered what a pain it is to get in and park and have chosen to go elsewhere. But in that area, there's a lot of fast food and not a lot of sit-and-eat options for lunch. If you're willing to deal with the hassle of getting in, it's by far the best cozy/comfy fast lunch place.

Went here for a late 2:30 pm lunch on a sunday. The food was as expected... decent. Pretty much the same quality and taste as any other one. Got the you pick two. My sandwich wasn't memorable: some turkey, avocado, blt. The French onion soup here is fantastic, and always a go to item. My companion had a very tasty salad with wheat berries, gorgonzola cheese, light maple syrup vinaigrette, and pistachios. She also had a very tasty autumn squash soup. Based on the food, this place gets 4 or 5 stars for fast food. Unfortunately, the space in which to eat was messy and mildly off putting. Crumbs and food everywhere. Unbussed trays and dishes. A torn booth seat. Instead of cleaning up, 3 employees were shooting the shit and being somewhat disrespectful to the patrons... because the place needed cleaning. I don't like uncleanness.

My office just ordered $100+ for a birthday lunch. Normally when we order from places as an office something is always missing, tastes bad, or customer service is poor. Not this place! They got everything perfect. The food was just as high of quality as it normally is when you walk in as an individual. As an individual I got there often. The place is very welcoming and always clean. Every staff member treats each other as well as each customer politely and with a smile. This may become our "regular" birthday restaurant. No one can hold a candle to their quality when it comes to big take out orders. The only down side is that the salads seemed smaller than usual. That just may be the perception of the takeout box though.

I've tried this place twice. The first time I tired their famous bread soup bowls. I haven't drank more water at a meal! It was so salty! The second time I had a sandwich and soup. The soup tasted like it came from a can and the sandwich was gross, a weird mixture of super salty and super sweet. It was tiny too. This place is a rip off for the food and you can do better than here.

I like Panera. I little on the pricey side for a sandwich but their food has always been tasty and fresh. No complaints there. Their breads are also very nice but it's hard to justify spending $7 for a large loaf.

This is a decent Panera. I agree with Kate G. on the parking - it can definitely be congested around lunch time but there is a lot of turnover. Every once in a while they'll forget my croutons with my soup or get an order partially wrong, but they're super busy and hectic and I feel like that just happens sometimes. Maybe someday robots will prepare all of our food and mistakes will never be made. I'm partial to their creamy tomato soup and Vermont cheddar mac and cheese. I wish the broccoli cheddar soup was vegetarian. The staff are always really friendly.

How hard is to make a sandwich? Apparently very hard for young person with attitude to not accepting the mistake. For lunch, I ordered Chipotle Chicken with NO BACON. The employee made sure no bacon, but instead of Chicken he put beef patty. I spoke to manager to fix the problem. He is sorry can not do anything but sorry. Don't go during the lunch time here in this Panera bread they always mess up the order. It happended third time for me. At times they forgot to give me items Iet go a mistake can happen. But this time it was the meat they put I took bite of it already. What happens to people who are strickly vegetarian. I go here oppose FAST food restaurant because Panera is a decent restraurant. I think this place can not handle the good service, so warning is take some time to make sure what you ordered and get the same. There is minus one rating here.

What can I say it's PANERA!! Was disappointed that my points weren't on my card though. That's been happening A LOT, and the usually nice people offered NO explanation or assistance at all. Other than that GREAT food. Love the soups...Broccoli Cheese, Baked Potato....YES!!!!!!!!

I went there this morning to buy some bread. I was offered a MyPanera rewards card. It works like this you sign up in store and you get you get complimentary items anytime you purchase something. I scored a free latte next time I go. My only gripe with this location the wifi is spotty.

I would give this restaurant more stars, but really all i did was walk in, order, eat and leave. I will review it as best as I can. I walked in, the place was full of people, but I could see there were plenty of tables available to sit at. I checked out the menu for a while and decided to order one of their 1/2 soup, 1/2 sandwich combos. I love the Panera broccoli cheese soup, so that was definitely part of my order. For the 1/2 sandwich I went with the attendants recommendation (between the two options I gave him), I ordered the Bacon Turkey Bravo - hold the bacon - It was really good. It comes in their tomato basil bread that has a sweetness to it which goes great with the saltiness of the turkey. I thought it was warm, but it was room temperature. No prob, it still tasted really good. My order came out immediately, actually as I sat down they called my name. I curled myself in a corner by a window, took out my book and read as I enjoyed my meal. The noise level was low enough that I could read peacefully, but loud enough that I didn't feel alone - which was great, I don't like to feel alone when I'm eating alone. The portion size was great; I was satisfied, but not stuffed, and I had ordered an apple as the side offered (chose between apple, chips and bread). I ate the apple the next day at the airport and it was still fresh, sweet and delish. I always enjoy Panera anywhere I go, and this was certainly no exception.

I always love Panera for lunch! This particular Panera location, however, bothers me a bit. Their parking lot is simply too small. It gets very congested to drive around in. Parking is always a problem here during lunch time. But--I do love their salads and soups, so I look for Panera when I'm out in another city.
