    The food was very good. We had chips and salsa as an appetizer. The amount of chips was generous but the we ran out of salsa with more than half the chips left. Our waitress did not offer to refill the salsa. We had ordered ice teas which was quite refreshing but we're never offered refills. My wife had the sirloin which was juicy and tender. I had the fajitas which very tasty and ample. Overall the food was excellent but the service needed some improvement.

    I enjoyed my dinner last night at chilis. The server was super friendly and attentive. She refilled our drinks without even asking for one. Always checking up on us to see if everything was good. She did her job in up selling and we took the bait which was delicious! I'd highly recommend visiting this location for any lunch or dinner outings.

    Went here after 7:00 pm on Monday 4/13/15. Restaurant was pretty empty. There was 3 in our party. Ordered our food and it took awhile for them to bring it. Food was all good. I had the Margerita Flatbread, it was very good. Would have given it 5 stars but I thought the service was a little slow for it being pretty empty.

    Visited on Mother's Day, May 10-- It was very busy, but after a short wait our party of five was seated. Service was excellent with the server paying great attention to details. Food was excellent. Also, the manager helped out everywhere to clear off tables, serve beverages, and help out wherever needed. The latter is an example of great teamwork that results in good service, great food and returning customers. A very busy day for Chili's-- a great experience for us.

    I don't know if I just had bad luck on my last 2 visits or their service has really gone down hill. I hope its the former. I have been going to this chili's for years and normally the service is very good. We went there last week, we had to wait a little bit for the waitress but nothing too bad, I ordered a beer and my wife a soda and the appetizer right away. She brought my wife's soda after about 4 or 5 minutes and said my beer was coming. The appetizer was brought out by another waitress , but no beer. It took a full 10 minutes after my wife got her soda to get my beer, they weren't even busy. Our food order eventually came I had ordered the new Shrimp enchiladas and my wife some tacos. Well, the brought me Chicken enchiladas. Right away the waitress said she was sure she put it in right and right away blamed the back. She came back a few minutes later and asked if I wanted the shrimp ones, this time not explained who's fault it was. If I had to guess it was probably hers. She did offer me a cup of soup or salad free of charge while I waited. I took the chicken tortilla soup which is always good. Finally my shrimp enchiladas came when my wife was just about finished with her meal, but they were really good. Shortly into eating them I finished my beer. She did notice but instead of asking me if i wanted another beer, all she asked if I wanted was water. I would have ordered another beer but after all the hassle I had on this visit I didn't bother, since she didn't ask. She brought me a survey to fill out about them because its a new item. I go to fill it out and its already filled out. She had to bring me another. Just about everything that could go wrong went wrong. On my previous visit about 10 days prior I ordered a bowl of the chicken tortilla soup and because the waiter was too busy talking to friends, he didn't even notice they were out of it and had to make more. I don't know how your are out of the soup at just about 5pm and It's Really annoying when the waiter is yapping away at the table right behind you for minutes on end about his personal life. He came back 10 to 15 minutes later to ask if I even wanted it. . Which I did so I had to wait till after my meal came to get it. I don't know if they have a new manager that doesn't care or what but the last 2 visits have been very disappointing and we usually go to this chili's at least twice a month.

    Want to see how to absolutely wreck a piece of salmon? Visit this Chili's. The picture on the menu looks great. When I got my food it was nothing like the photo. You wreck the salmon by putting barbeque sauce on it. I scraped it off but the flavor of the barbeque sauce had already ruined the fish. Fewer vegetables and rice than the photo. The vegetables (broccoli) were steamed well and were the only good thing about the meal. I visited there for dinner last week. The place felt dark and depressing. I've been to lots of bars with and without grills (after all this is Milwaukee where bars are plentiful). Many are dark but I never visited one that also felt greasy like this one. I will not go back. I don't eat red meat very often so I am always interested in how well a restaurant prepares their other offerings. They probably do a lot better with staples like burgers and fries. The people there seemed to be enjoying themselves. The salmon should be removed from the menu. What I got was probably microwaved as it was rubbery.

    Chili's online ordering is usually fantastic! I order it about once a month during the week. The fajitas with chips, salsa and guacamole is quite a spread. The chips have to be the best in the world as is the homemade salsa. The food reminds me of the great state of Texas. I put in an online order on a Friday night. They have parking spots designated for online orders and the dine in patrons were obviously parked there. That was kind of annoying. Upon stepping up to the pickup counter, the person could not find my order. I had waited to come precisely at the pickup time quoted on the website and the order hadn't been started yet. They said it would be 10 minutes. But 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes. Two managers were very attentive and they apologized throughout the grueling wait and I actually felt well compensated for the inconvenience. I love the fact that the managers had a good sense of what was not working well and they proactively responded. Maybe it was just because I was a nice guy and didn't flip out. Or maybe I just looked hungry and they felt sorry for me. But when things don't go well and a restaurant can turn things around and make a bad experience not so bad, they have my respect and my future business!

    I've been to chilis about 5 times previously and its always been either "blah" or "kinda good". But, I had a great meal here recently, surprisingly, lol. Service was very good. Staff was friendly and nice and energetic. Atmosphere was casual and kinda quiet for chilis. The menu looks new and updated with tons of choices. The desserts are very tempting but we didnt have room. My burger was cooked very good and everything tasted fresh. My daughter enjoyed her meal as well. They use them little electronic gadgets to pay if you like so that was easy too. Everything was quick and easy. I would go again. Price was fair too.

    I am a huge fan of Chili's, especially their black bean burgers and was quite hungry for one while I was on S. 27th street yesterday. Normally I have a great experience, especially at the location in Kenosha Wi but this one is consistently disappointing. I am only going to focus on my experience yesterday, although I could write several additional similar experiences like this one from this location. I placed an order for an old timer burger, I requested that they replace the meat with a black bean burger and I wanted some of their home made onion rings. When I arrive, I go to the take out area and see a sign that says "please go to the host stand for service". So I head over to the host stand and wait 5 minutes for the host to return because she was chatting with her friends in a group near the entrance to the back. When she finally decides she better do some work because she is after all on the clock she heads back to the host stand where I have been waiting. I inform her I am there for a pickup and tells me that I couldn't pick up food here. I pointed out the sign had directed me here and she tells me the sign shouldn't say that and maybe they could help me out at the bar. Awesome. I go to the bar which is 15'-20' from the host stand and start my waiting process all over again. Why did I have to wait? Well of course there is no one at the bar, the employees are all still in a group near the entrance to the back still having their chat. I wait a good 7-10 minutes until finally a waitress decides to ask if I needed help. I explain that I am there for a pick up and she tells me that I would need to go to the pick up window. I tell her that you have a sign telling people to go to the host stand, the host is telling people go to the bar and now I am being directed back to the start of this ridiculous adventure. She insists I need to go back to the pick up window, so what the hell I go back to the pick up window. When I arrive a guy is there, he removes the sign, asks my name which I provide and proceeds to tell me he can't help me because he isn't setup for the register. He calls the waitress that just sent me to the pick up window to come back and help me out. She makes her way back, he tells her my name and I am finally told that they ran out of black bean burgers. I looked at her dumbfounded, after wasting all this time I am being told sorry we can't get your food. So I turned around and just left, without food and quite pissed off. It takes getting me pretty damn angry before I waste my time writing a negative review but this is just one of those situations that deserves a review. Chili's makes some great food, I would highly encourage everyone go eat there, BUT if you are interested in Chili's food just do yourself a favor and go to a better location. The employees and the management here are awful and don't care at all if you ever return.

    We came to Chili's because we both like the 2 for 20 deal. We sat down and waited 15 minutes before Ashely, our server, noticed us sitting there looking around. We weren't in her section, but she took care of us right away. Our appetizer was really good! We got our food and my potatoes were cold and my partners pasta was also cold. We brought it to Ashley's attention and she right away grabbed her manager, Brian. He came out and greeted us, and was very nice and calm about the situation. He remade the food we ordered, and quickly; he also threw in dessert on the house. We are very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend this Chili's location!
