This is one of my boyfriend's favorite local spots. A small town gem on a back country road just outside of Whitewater. It could use a few more tables to eat at so you wouldn't feel secluded if you didn't eat at the bar, but with the small stage that brings in musical acts, I can see that tables would get in the way of dancing in the evening. The 1/3 lb burger was nice and juicy and cooked medium well. I added mushrooms and swiss and it was a great combination. The bacon cheese burger that my guy ordered looked great too. And sour cream and chive fries - YUM-O. The bar has some "for entertainment purposes only" gambling machines in one corner, a well maintained pool table, a deck off the back with a few tables and chairs, horse shoe pits and a fish tank with large fishies in it that you can watch swim around. The bartender was super friendly and we kept ourselves entertained listening to the "locals" talk about area news as well as watched some TV. We will definitely be back.
