This store recently opened with new owners. So many of the reviews are from the previous owners. What a difference in the restaurant!!! All positive..... They had reasonable priced pizza and REAL Italian dishes made from scratch. Family owned restaurant with such a warm atmosphere. Outside seating soon in their courtyard with a fire pit and a full service bar just inside the patio. I am just so thrilled to have such an outstanding restaurant in Columbus.

Unfortunately, we only needed to order once to realize this place wasn't a winner. Our mozzarella sticks arrived cold. Pizza was made on a premade crust which was not cooked enough. Our total was fairly inexpensive but now I know why.

I was pleasantly surprised at this cute restaurant in Columbus. The salad was okay, but the Three Meat Pizza was phenomenal! Plus, our server was honest and attentive ... she was great! I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in town!

The service was terrible and the food was bad too. We got there at 5:45 and did not leave until 7:15. There is only one server for the entire restaurant. The Italian melt sandwich was so salty I could not eat it. I later was in the bathroom with diarrhea. I told the server about my melt being salty, he told the cook and the cook blamed it on the Au jus. I would believe that was the case but I was not using the Au jus to dip. I would not get the sandwich again. My wife enjoyed the spinach ravioli and the wings were good. It was just such a long wait for everything. Refills, ordering, getting my bill. Ugh. This sucks because Columbus needs a good Italian place. ******UPDATE, THIS BUSINESS IS CLOSED****** I am not surprised!

We've eaten at Napoli a couple of times and the place is always quiet and almost empty. The food is okay....nothing special. My husband is a native New Yorker and he's very picky about Italian food. He wasn't impressed. Service is good, place is always clean and it is lovely outside and inside.

I just visited Napoli's again on Saturday. Because of that visit, I am lowering my rating. First, we ordered a bottle of wine. About 5 minutes later, another waitress (not the one that took our order), brought out a glass of wine...not a bottle. We informed her of the mistake, and she correctly left the glass on the table so we "could get started" with that. Then, she came back to the table with an opened bottle with a cork in it. She tried to assure us that it was a new bottle, and the only glass poured out of it was the one they poured for us by mistake. She then left the bottle on the table and walked away. We were all so shocked, we literally started laughing out loud. WHO DOES THIS? That bottle should have been thrown on the shelf for whoever wants a glass, and a new bottle should have been brought to our table and presented properly. The uncorking, the check to see if the wine is adequate, and pouring the glasses. None of that was done, despite the mistake of opening the bottle while not in our presence. Then they brought us bread. Great. Nothing to dip the bread into, and no butter. So, apparently, it is customary for patrons to eat dry bread. I asked for oil and balsamic vinegar. My waitress forgot that request until I reminded her when she brought out my soup. By that time, the bread was cold, and I was already disgusted with the place. Now to my soup. I ordered clam chowder. It was cold. This was not a situation where it was just not hot enough....it was COLD. I sent it back, and the soup came back 10 minutes later, and it was barely warmer than lukewarm. Whatever. I gave up and ate it as-is. My girlfriend had ordered a Caprese salad. Not too complicated right? Apparently it is -- she was missing the fresh basil. Fail. At this point it became ludicrous. My girlfriend and my buddy both needed to use the restroom. Both were out of order. What?!? This place needs to close. Period. The service was horrible, the atmosphere was non-existent, and the people there did not appear to care about quality or how our visit was going to be. I don't know what happened to this place, but I was completely embarrassed FOR THEM.

We've eaten here several times in the past two years and never been disappointed. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. The Italian dishes are good and the pizza is great. Also a good wine and beer selection. WAY above average for a small town Wisconsin restaurant.

Outstanding! Party of 7 and each entree and appetizer exceeded our expectations! Try the bruschetta, you won't regret it!

We arrived here on a Thursday evening and found the restaurant empty; not a good sign normally. Nevertheless we decided to give it a try. Good choice! We were greeted by friendly staff and seated at the window. The wine list had a nice variety and great prices with a range from $18-24, with selections from California, Italy, and Argentina. Our selection was a very good Argentinian Malbec. She had the Clam Linguini and loved it. I gobbled up a large serving of Beef Marsala. There were four medallions broiled nicely medium, and more linguini than I could consume. Dinners were served with fresh salads with a nice house dressing. Our server, Kelsey, was charming and friendly. My only slight complaint was the lighting, but ignore it and enjoy the food.

Food was ok, but found it strange that they closed at 9 on a Saturday.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
