My wife and I had great service from Lisa. I had walleye and my wife had salmon. Both were delicious. The salad bar had an okay selection. We had a warm loaf of bread served before the soup. It was a great experience to eat at this place.

So... my first "real" (?) Wisconsin supper club. Dined here with a group of eight. Had reservations, so getting a table & seated was not an issue. Service was prompt and friendly. I suppose my review might be a bit biased, since I'm not a native Wisconsinite -- and haven't grown up with this kind of thing. Salad bar was good; our friends even commented that they had banana pudding. I guess that's a classic? Weird. Anyway, had a steak, which was mostly OK; seemed a cheaper cut of meat however. A few decent choices for wine, but hey... This is in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin, right? FANTASTIC Brandy Old-Fashioned (sweet.) Had a few of those. Or three. If we're back in that part of the woods we would not object to going back; however I don't see us making an out of the way trip to return.

Nice bar - great bloody mary with a season salt rim and lots of choices for garnish. Salad bar was classic supper club with the bread sticks and cracker spread with orange cheese, cream cheese, and liver spreads. All kinds of fresh veggies and they even had hot bacon dressing along with a good ranch and blue cheese. There was also a great cole slaw and some other similar salads. Warm loaf of bread was brought to the table while we got our salads. House cabernet was great. We got steaks, and they were cooked perfectly to order, and come with the standard selection of potato. (including twice baked) We could have done without the soup, which was also included with the dinner. We both had the creamy vegetable, which was a little too thick and "skunky" from the brocolli.

Very good traditional lake-view supper club. Full bar service, and typical supper club options such as fish, ternderloin, and prime rib (accompanied by potato and soup options, as well as a full salad bar) Perched high on a hill overlooking a small, boat-free lake, the best time to take a meal is dinner, where you can watch the sun set over the glass-like lake.
