Our first time using this caterer. The event coordinator, Addie, understood our needs and offered suggestions. The antipasto arrangement was exceptional with fresh veggies, fruit, cheeses, and crackers. Guests raved about the hot Vidalia Onion dip. The cucumber sandwiches, rumaki, and deviled eggs were delicious. Our assorted mini cupcakes were the perfect size and very tasty. Food was delivered in a timely manner and the setup went off without a hitch. Very professional staff.

I seriously can not believe this place! I wish I would have known about it a year and a half ago when we moved to Cedarburg! The food is amazing! Who needs to cook? Expertly prepared, wonderful people work there. I am addicted to the gluten free veggie lasagna ! I get it in the deli and cook it at home. 5 stars!

Excellent products and efficient friendly service. The croissants, pains au chocolats and other breads and pastries are to die for....The only thing missing in the store is an espresso machine so that customers could enjoy a latte or cappuccino with their pastries, breads or snack. Parking and seating can be an issue at times. Cedarburg is a town with lots of charm and Boulangerie du Monde is a perfect fit.
croissants and bauguettes are amazing!
This is a true gem, we actually moved house to be near this place. The bread and pastries as well as the staff are wonderful. If I could convince myself that anything on the menu was low calorie I would have breakfast in here every single day.

Awesome!! I stayed there randomly for work because every other hotel was booked. I'm so glad chance took me here! It was a gem of a find! First, the room is very clean, quaint and cozy. They have postcards for you and cute soaps with their logo stamped on them. It has a great, old, traditional B&B feeling. It was romantic-- sadly, I was solo. It doesn't have the feel of a hotel, but more like staying at your friend's house- its so nice and relaxing. I stayed in room #2 and really enjoyed it. Very comfortable bed. The room was a bit warm though, but it is an old building so I suppose the A/C isn't the greatest in a historic place. I did mention it to the staff and she immediatly thanked me for letting her knowand adjusted the thermostat. The town itself is cute too, although everything seems to close down around 5pm, so all I did was look at windows. The owner served breakfast and told great stories about the building, the staircase, the bar, the woodwork and even pulled out some picture books. It was great! The staff is so friendly too. I was just thrilled with my whole experience at the Inn. And the best part- they are Gay friendly! I will definitely go back here for a romantic weekend with my lady. Oh, and I heard the town is awesome at Christmas- and has some record for the number of lights put up?? or something like that. The price is very reasonable too- they have a corporate rate during the week. So I'll definitely put this place in my list of WI hotels when I travel through. I'll take a homestyle feeling over cookie cutter chain rooms any day.
Took my wife here for our wedding annaverery. We stayed in the smaller building. The room was nicely decorated yet homely enough not to feel stuffy. The wine hour was a great opportunity to meet other guest. I like that they offer root beer as well. The also have menues for local eateries so you can find a great place for dinner. They will also help in getting a table as well. Breakfast was a nice mix of options. The pastries seemed to have been homemade! The innkeepers were very frendly and seemed to take a vested intrest in thier guest. I loved that the innkeepers sought to make our annaverery special just based on our booking info.
Incredible service! Beautiful & perfectly appointed! A great stay for a Cedarburg visit & within walking distance of all the downtown spots & sites. Stay for wonderful hospitality!

We came on a Living Social deal ... and it was worth the trip! Our room was large and came with a two-person whirlpool tub. Nice. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. They let us check in early, and check out isn't until noon. Location is fabulous, you can walk to lots of cute shops and restaurants in town. We took advantage of the free wine & cheese/snack hour from 5-6 p.m., and breakfast the next morning. All the food was wonderful. I liked that they served only locally sourced wine (from Cedar Creek Winery) too. We also used our free passes to the winery and the coupon to Amy's Candies next door too that came as part of the Living Social deal. All in all, this promotion seemed like a great way to fill up rooms during a not-so-great time of year to visit and cross-promote other businesses. We would definitely stay here again.
I have stayed in much more expensive places and yet have never felt as at "home" as I have here at the Washington House Inn. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The rooms in this beautifully restored historic building are very comfortable and quaint. From the nightly wine and cheese social that welcomes their guests, to the home cooked breakfast buffet that is as hearty as it is healthy... All make this a must try location for those visiting beautiful Cedarburg Wisconsin.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We peeked at some of the nicer rooms which looked great. They had a great social hour with wine and snacks. The staff was friendly. Plenty to do and walk to nearby. The only reason I dock a star is the terrible smell in the hallways. I don't know what causes it, but it smells like someone couldn't keep their mac and cheese down. Thankfully our room didn't smell that way. Also, even with multiple log in spots the wifi was pretty weak.

Cheap beer in a non-pretentious atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the house wine. It has a pool table in the back, and 6 HD 42"+ TVs. Make a reservation because seating is limited. Ask about the big shake dice game.
This a nice place to go any day of the week. They always have a food special and drink special available. The bar is a good size and there are a few tables for seating as well. There's a screened in patio with a pool table as well. There is no kitchen at the Hamilton but they do offer several ovens and fryers so that burgers, mozzarella sticks, cheese curds, pizza, brats and more can be made. Hint: Try the Fully Loaded sampler basket. There are several beers available on tap and a fine selection of bottled beers and liquors. For entertainment, there are two pool tables, Golden Tee Golf, slot machine games that pay out and darts. There are several big TVs that show all of the games. Also, Corey the bartender is more than willing to play Bar Dice with patrons sitting at the bar.

Dave’s Bagel & Bread Cafe

I have been coming here since this place opened many years ago. Their bagels are awesome- I recommend the chocolate chip bagel with chocolate chip cream cheese (it's pretty much just spreadable cheesecake). I moved out of the area for a couple years, but would still drive to Dave's to get bagels. Also, they have killer sandwiches. Cashew chicken salad on focaccia is AMAZING. If you don't like chicken salad, the turkey bacon sandwich is great. Their breakfast sandwiches are awesome as well. Friendly staff, and your food will come out super fast. This is a great local place!!
Been going there for years and consistency has been their thing. The bagels have always been great, but the workers there are just awful. They are not suggestive helpful, no smiles. This has always been happening every time I go there. I try to be kind and smile, but I get nothing in response. Good bagels, bad customer service.
I'd like to think these bagels are "authentic" or indeed the best in town as a previous reviewer claims--but I don't know and don't really care. I can say that this is a really comfy, roomy bagel shop/coffee house with a nice selection of bagels, sandwiches, heaps of magazines and newspapers, and free coffee refills. I recommend the lox sandwich, which comes with a generous serving of cream cheese, smoked salmon, and capers.

I have to admit, I was kind of obsessed with getting an amazing wedding cake (I am a huge cake fiend!) I went to 6 different bakeries in the Milwaukee area, and none of them tasted as good as the sample we got from Delicatley Delicious. The only vendor that came even close to being as good was nearly twice as expensive! The best part of my wedding day was marrying my husband, but the best part of the day for most of my guests was this cake. I had numerous people come up to me during the reception saying that it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. The cake was 4 layers, each moist and delicious, with fluffy raspberry mousse and rich chocolate ganache filling. The buttercream frosting was light and not overly sweet-- it was perfect. Even my non-cake loving husband devoured his slice! They were easy to work with and the cake design turned out exactly as I had requested. I could not recommend getting a cake from Delicatley Delicious more highly. Luckily, they make more than just wedding cakes, and I would certainly order their cakes and cupcakes in the future : )
They made beautiful and delicious "Totoro" cupcakes for our daughter's birthday get together.
The best darn cake you've ever tasted or seen. My family has been ordering cakes from Delicately Delicious for years. They are always raved about. The cake is fluffy, the fruit fillings taste fresh, and the frosting is creamy and light without being overly sweet. So much better than the super market cakes that make your teeth hurt to eat. My favorite combination is cheesecake on the bottom, chocolate on top and raspberry filling in between. YUM!

Service was GREAT both times, food, not so much. Skip the gyros completely. They are "right off the spit"...but they may have been on the spit for a week. Gyros were burned, dry, and not edible. Soups were excellent.
We returned this past weekend, and breakfast was even better than before. I had the corned beef hash and it was awesome. It came with three eggs, hash browns and silver dollar pancakes. My wife had the bananas Foster waffles, and they were good as well. Service was professional polite and fast again. We will be going back as soon as we can.
I have been long searching for a great spot for breakfast, and I think I found it :) I love some pancakes, and I got some really, really good pancakes! Here are the dets. Menu: Great selection. Tons of healthy options. Good prices. Taste: Try the cowboy pancakes (coconut, pecans, choc and PB chips). They are delicious. Hubby had a wrap from the healthy menu, and he said it was fab. Daughter had waffle and turkey bacon. She said it was delicious. Atmosphere: Cozy, friendly, inviting. They have tons of booths which is always nice on a busy Sat morning. Service: Never had to ask for a coffee refill. Friendly waitress. Food was out SUPER fast... No complaints (and I will complain when I am not happy). Overall, give this place a try. The waitress said they've only been open for around 7 months, so let's show them some love. I will be back...I am going for the Graceland pancakes next (Bananas and PB...yummm....)

We had a really good experience. The tapas and fondue were excellent. We would come back for sure.
This was our first time at August Weber Haus. Place is very quaint. Tracy our server was awesome. It's not a cheap place, but you get a lot of food. Not everyone is into cooking their own food, so fondue isn't for everyone. Fondue menu is limited but the choices available give a good variety of foods (if that makes any sense). My party of two had 1 alcoholic beverage and one non-alcoholic, an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Our bill was right at $100 before tip. I thought pricing was fair considering the amount of food you get. I would go back, but would like to see some more options on the menu.
This was more of a culinary expereince then just a celebratory dinner. After stumbling upon this resteraunts name on resteraunt.com , my husband called to make reservsations. Its a small, cozy establishment hidden within a stone farmhouse in downtown Cedarburg. This was our first time eating here, so we had no expectations, and no ideas how dinner would work. Our chef/server sat us at a stone table that had a cook top in its center. He was friendly and very attentive. We ordered The Weber, which was a variety of meats and vegtables. A pot filled with a broth was set on our cooktop and we waited for it to come to a boil. Our dining room had 4 tables and it had the feel of an eatery in Europe. The boiling pots on each table added to the ambiance. Our meats were brought to the table, raw. The chef then explained eat cut of meat, and how long to cook in the fondue pot. He then explained each dipping sauce that he brought to the table. All I can say is WOW! The beef was absouletly delicous and the mustard sauce was amazing. We enjoyed making our dinner and enjoyed the slower pace. It really was an experience rather then just dinner. The portions were made to be split and were good sized. We ordered dessert and watched as a our chocolate and caramel with nuts was scraped into the pot..the smells were glorious. We were then given a large platter of fruit, pretzels, marshmallows and eclairs to dip into the melted chocolate concoction. Amazing. The food was flavorful, staff knowledgeable and friendly. They say you get what you pay for and we felt that the prices were fair and the food worth every penny. We are already planning a trip back to try the seafood.
