I'm giving this a 5 out of 5 star review because of the people (staff) of this Red Lobster. I was sitting a table across from an elderly gentleman taking out his wife to dinner. But this was no ordinary early bird couple going out for a Saturday night dinner. No, this gentleman was taking out his autistic wife. But this didn't mean anything to him or Red Lobster's staff. Their waitress was so polite right when she was leading them to their table. She helped her take off her coat, and settle into her chair. (This involved even pushing the chair in for her while she was in it!) It seemed like the couple were regulars, because the waitress knew them by name. Throughout my dinner with my father I couldn't stop from glancing over to their table. Every time I looked over I found the waitress talking to the gentleman, patting him on the shoulder ever time out of gratitude for what he does for his loved one. She even helped start up small conversations with his wife allowing her to join in on the dinner experience! It was amazing to see someone give so much care to this couple, even on a very busy Saturday night. The manager even came over and talked a good long conversation with the couple. I could see this made the elderly gentleman and his wife very happy since they probably don't get out too much. The 4 people in this story of mine has given me so much inspiration in giving back / helping those less fortunate. I really wanted to go over and pay for their dinner and thank them for the love that they taught me tonight. But because of my timidness and college budget I did neither. But that is why I am typing this review just a couple hours after my dinner. I want to thank the Red Lobster staff (especially the blonde hair waitress and the red shirt manager) and the couple for making my night. The outward care all three of them did for this one special girl makes me want to do the same in this new year. I started this year with no real New Year's resolutions. But thanks to my experience tonight at Red Lobster, I plan to find an Autistic family I can help this year. So would I recommend this Red Lobster? The answer is of course! And I hope to be back soon another Saturday night, to run into this loving couple again. (Ps, The Big Shrimp Festival is fantastically delicious and well priced!)

I had dinner at this Red Lobster about a week ago. When we arrived, there was a wait so we took a seat at the bar. The bartender didn't acknowledge us for the entire 10-13 minutes we were waiting. She didn't even look at us, yet served a couple that arrived after. She also didn't hesitate to complain to coworkers about how much she disliked her job right in front of us, while continuing to act as if we weren't there. She did an excellent job making us feel unwelcome. Our waiter was attentive, and saved the day. Bar service could use some much needed customer service training.

An unpleasant experience by any other name would probably cost less. First off, they don't know how to weigh lobster. Shrinkage aside, pound and a half and two pounds are very different, fiscally and for your stomach. Second, the lobsters aren't kept correctly or something. This is supposed to be their niche, but the lobsters I've had here are just flat out bitter and usually overcooked. Aside from an exuberant price, the waitstaff every time has been nothing but rude. I had a lobster wrapped in a few strands of hair on my plate. Long, Brown hair, just wrapped around my food. I don't care if you don't eat the shells. Presentation and quality of preparation is key, so I complained. The waiter literally asked me, "What do you want me to do, go in the back and beat up the cook?" I don't care if he was joking. They refused to knock anything off of my bill, even my drink, the last time I was there. Go to Wal-Mart and buy your own seafood, go on Craigslist and hire someone to verbally abuse you while you overcook your food and eat it almost two hours after placing your order. You'll save yourself about $40 if my math is correct

Not what seafood is supposed to taste like. Biscuits are good. That's about it. You can buy them in a box and make them yourself to save yourself a trip.

Nice staff, decent atmosphere. Food is nasty! Wow, I'm so appalled that such a place exist. Salty pasta, and pretty much everything else. I did enjoy the biscuits though. This is not premium food like they claim, and surely doesn't warrant the high price tag. For a seafood place they really don't know how to cook seafood, nor do they know how to achieve freshness. I'm terrified by the price, and worse of all I'm scared of the quality of food. Stay away! Heck, long John silver is more tasty

We have been to this Red Lobster in Green bay at least a dozen times. But the last time was 2 years ago. The service was good.Food was garbage. Steaks the size of a burger and you could only taste the pepper on it. Then a side order( sounds like KFC) Green beans a full can with way to much salt on them. No potato unless you wanted another side order. Never in my 54 years of living that some kind of potato was on the plate when ordered. The food is so far off the chart as far as a rating. I can say that was the worst restaurant ever.

"Oh yeah! RED LOBSTER!" Two things you have to remember are 1- this is Red Lobster we are talking about, and 2- this is Northeast Wisconsin. That being said, the Red Lobster in Green Bay (well actually Ashwaubenon), is one of the nicest Red Lobsters you'll find. The wait staff are outstanding, friendly and efficient. The food is good, and in the 16+ years we've been going here I don't think we've ever had a bad meal. On weekends the wait can get a bit long, but I guess that speaks to the restaurants popularity. I do wish that perch was a fish option, but being that Red Lobster is a national chain, and perch is a bit of a local Wisconsin thing, I suppose that won't happen. When my wife was pregnant with our first son, she really craved Red Lobster. We joke that at birth, 2/3 of his body weight was made up of shrimp Alfredo!

I drove from over a hour away to eat here. I will never do that again. The wait staff was wonderful and prompt; however the food was highly disappointing. Portion sizes have decreased drastically and our food was not worth the $60 bill. Sad shame such a reputable place had declined so drastically in a short period of time. Portions were so small we left hungry.

We went and gave red lobster a second chance which was a mistake. The waitress was really good but again the food was disappointing. Our potatoes were cold and the clam strips over cooked. The time before this we ordered crab legs and they came out cold and they had green stuff coming out of the shells. Will not come back!!!

I always enjoy going to red lobster, goof food, good prices. The only reason I gave the restaurant a 4 is the staff at times is very attentive, sometimes they are not for example sometimes they are by your table the whole time and some times you have to beg to get something.

Green Bay's Best of the Bay restaurant contest ranks Red Lobster as having the "Best Seafood" for five years running. That says less about Red Lobster and more about Green Bay's attitudes about seafood. I harbor no delusions that someone wondering which restaurant to go to will actually discover Red Lobster on Yelp, or make a decision about going to Red Lobster based on a Yelp review. One doesn't ever say "Oh yeah! RED LOBSTER!" when discussing places to eat, and if one does, chances are one is not a Yelper. Or maybe I'm being a Yelp snob? Discuss. The real reason I'm writing this review is that we ate at Red Lobster tonight. Yelp, I feel the need to confess this because afterward, we both had the unspoken disappointment with ourselves for having chosen this establishment. It was probably more of a fifth choice, with our first four places being closed for the 4th of July. However, with the majority of Green Bay getting ready to enjoy fireworks downtown, the Florida-based chain restaurant had lots of available tables. (Yes, it's important to note that Red Lobster is from Florida, because they would really really love you to believe that they are from Maine. They are not, and there is not a single Red Lobster in the state of Maine. The more you know.) Our dinner at Red Lobster was, you know, dinner at Red Lobster. The cheddar bay biscuits are basically the chemically-superior method of carb/fat delivery in golden brown garlicky soft pillows of joy. The caesar salad was limp and warm. You know what is not delicious? Warm caesar salad. You can soothe your wounded heart with more biscuits, though, and that's all that matters. Our grilled plates were acceptable: the bay scallops were tiny and in an unappetizing white-ish water. The stuffed flounder was fishy and stuffed with filler that make you forget that you've gotten less than a 3 ounce portion of fish. The shrimp scampi is greasy and delicious and a touch overcooked. Ah well, pass the biscuits! Incidentally, the photo that Yelp has been provided is a commercial photo provided by Red Lobster. Don't fool yourself. Your food won't look like that. It will look like disappointment swimming in white-ish water. The staff, however, is top rated, and basically the best reason to come to Red Lobster. Of course, they are probably the highest-paid waiters in Green Bay, because our grilled platters, at $15 a plate, were one of the cheapest options on the menu. Really, though, we just wanted the biscuits, and maybe a little bowl of shrimp scampi, and then I'd be happy. Actually, just send more biscuits.

I'm 67 years old, this Red Lobster serves the worst sea food I ever had. Shrimp are very small and tast like fish. Scallops were tiny and tast like fish. I live right up the road and I'll never go back. If we want fish we would order fish. Sorry, but I say it like it is ! Bruce

Uncreative seafood selection. Loud and cramped dining room. It seems that everything on the menu is coated in a think and cream based sauce and is overpriced. I had the snow crab legs the last time I was there. They were overcooked and so-so.

One of the best Red Lobster locations in the US. Wait staff is great. They are some of the most friendly and attentive groups I have ever seen. For service this location should be a model for others to follow. Food quality is equal to or better then other Red Lobsters I have visited around the country. Go for the great service. Thx Nicole and Manager Robin.
