I really want to like this place but the order is consistently wrong, fries are cold and taste like the fryer oil hasn't been changed in a long time and the sodas are weak. The staff is lacking as well. They seem well intentioned but I get the feeling there is a lack of management. We live near this Wendy's and keep hoping it will improve but in 12 years it has not.

They get 1 star for being open late, having great chicken nuggets, and friendly workers. That's about the only positive thing you can say about this place. Something has been wrong on mine or my friends' orders nearly every single time we've gone there, and it's gotten to the point where we only go because it's the last place open nearby late at night. They can't even give you the right kind of frosty when it's the only thing on your order. If you are brave enough to take a chance, make sure you triple check your order before you drive away disappointed.

There are few times that out of sheer desperation I go to a fast food restaurant anymore and those I choose to visit are usually very good. Unfortunately this Wendy's was not one of those good choices. Running errands during late lunch on saturday grabbed a bacon burger combo and took it back to the office. I don't expect it to be burning hot when I started to eat it, but it sure shouldn't be ice cold and appear to be leftover from lunch yesterday! For the price and per their ad I expect a freshly made burger with real cheese and crisp bacon. It was none of that. I completed the survey and they sent me two free combos. I won't be using it.

I will never return to this Wendy's location. I was actually embarrassed for the employees who were working the counter today. There were a total of six or so employees at the counter, but only one was taking orders. I was second in line and the girl in front of me was ordering for her and her family. The guy couldn't find a menu item and yelled into the lobby for help. A gentleman came to help and the employee got so frustrated he left his station in a huff. Instead of dealing with the current order, or acknowledging the three other people waiting in line, the employee who was now left at the counter was more concerned about the person who left. "Did he get a break? Can you (another employee) do this so I can check on him?" I have worked many customer service positions and the priority should be the people waiting in line. Deal with the disgruntled employee later. The woman who was in front of me had to tell three different employees her order. Ridiculous. And what were the other people doing up front? Nothing. They weren't taking orders (which, maybe there wasn't a cash drawer) but they weren't helping in any way either. Just complaining about the break in/out system at the register. After I finally put in my order, I waited quite a while for my food. It was a simple order, chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. I noticed food had been sitting on a tray for awhile and hoped that it wasn't my order but I had a feeling that it was. My order was To Go and at the very least, I was hoping the girl behind the counter had the common sense to tell me this was mine, even if it was on a tray. Lo and behold, it was mine. My food sat there for five minutes before she put it in a bag and gave it to me. Hooray for cold fries? Just unbelievable. The sandwich was good, so the cooks had that going on for them. It was the front counter customer service that was so appalling. To be honest, I can't believe the person who left his position during a rush of customers has a job. That would never fly in my restaurant.
