This is the first thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza I've had in Appleton. This is going to be tough to beat. For me, I would call the thin crust a fluffy thin crust. Not because the crust is fluffy but with the pepperoni and sausage it just seemed thicker. But it wasn't. At least the crust wasn't. It's a thin cracker like crust. Perfectly done with only what looks like too much sauce. Sauce amount for me was the ideal amount. Not too much that your toppings slide off and not too little that you wish there was more. From ordering to on the table was quicker than expected. I enjoyed the sausage flavor and the pepperoni and sausage are some of the better I have had. I would definitely come back again and again. Service was appropriately attentive, friendly and polite. Well done, Stuc!

Really good pizza. I ordered the Taco pizza in deep dish and the cheese garlic bread. Both were quite good. On top of that, the service was excellent and I have some yummy leftovers for later! Definitely recommend.

Great service but the sauce tasted like it was straight out of a can and not very fresh (almost sour). As a Chicagoan I did not enjoy their pizza.

Best calzones anywhere! I have tried them all and none compare to the ones at Stucs! Great pizza and there sandwiches are awesome! The quality and quantity of there food is very good and the prices are not very high considering what you get. I have never tried their deserts but they all look amazing! Great Italian for a good price with great service!

Stucs Pizza is the most incredible pizza that I have ever had and definitely has the best customer service of any restaurant in the world. My wife recently moved to Chicago and missed the mouth watering goodness of Stucs stuffed pizza. It is seriously like crack cocaine. After I emailed Stucs, they realized how much we missed the pizza and hand delivered 3 amazing stuffed pizzas all the way to Chicago for my wife's birthday!!!! This is seriously the most incredible gesture that I could have imagined and made my wife's birthday an incredible experience while reminding her of home. I can not speak more highly of Stucs management, the quality of the pizza, and the overall pride that Stucs has in their product and service. if you ever find yourself up north, YOU MUST visit Stucs. They are guaranteed to take care of you.

Here a few weeks ago for the first time & loved it! Had the cheese bread which was awesome, great bread and quality cheese. Ordered a large, think it was like 16"?, and split the toppings half and half. Hubby was happy he could get green olives and thought the quality of the sausage was very good. I had mushrooms, onions and pineapple which were all bet good as well. The sauce and cheese on the pizza were also great! You can tell they use good ingredients in every bite. We loved the deep dish!!! Spent about $30 total and were able to bring enough home for supper that night! Two meals for $30! And when reheated, the crust and toppings held up and tasted as great as the first time! Four thumbs up, we'll be back!

Cute place! Just like the comfy vibe in here. Review said - like Chicago pizza, so I had to try that deep dish. Have to say not as good as Malnati's (impossible!) but darn good. Nice crust. Next time I might try sausage or mushroom. I should have ordered thin SLICE. I did take the rest home. How much pizza can a gal eat and keep this girlish figure. The server was warm and friendly.

If you are looking for deep dish in Appleton, this is the only place I have found. Good service and a nice variety on the menu. They do a lot of take out as well.

The reason I'm giving this place 5 stars isn't because my brother works here but because the pizza is AMAZING. Try their calzones!!!!

To continue on the quest of finding the most enjoyable pizza in Appleton my friend and I went to Stuc's Pizza. We ordered our standard pizza and it was well made and had lots of cheese. The ambience is nice but would be nice if there was a lower ceiling to reduce echo. I really don't like that in a dining experience. Very Delicious. I am also impressed with their menu. Some of my family members do not eat gluten and they offer a gluten free crust and beer. And they make it in a separate kitchen area. Which actually needs to be done when dealing with food allergies. I found that to be very impressive.

Always have loved Stuc's, never a bad experience. We had a coupon from the money mailer which was an excellent deal- 16 inch 3 topping with garlic bread and 4 cans of soda- $20! Screaming deal! So if you plan to go, check out the coupon as it expires 2-28. Staff always friendly as well. When we haven't been there for awhile we always wonder why we waited so long to go back.

First time customer. Ate in and had a calzone that was pretty good. I will have to try their pizza next time.

Ah, Stuc's. In the four+ years I lived in Appleton, I was a regular customer here and thought it was a solid four stars for the hand-tossed and thin crust pizza. And then, I tried the deep-dish. We ordered the deep dish with garlic, onions, and sun-dried tomatoes. Delicious! It is by FAR my favorite deep dish pizza in Appleton, which is really saying something; I have tried just about every restaurant's pizza in the Fox Valley! No, this is not Chicago deep-dish, as that crust is more buttery and melt-in-your-mouth. But Stuc's offers a really fine deep dish pizza that may not necessarily rival the best pizzas in Chicago, but it certainly is at the tip-top of what Appleton has to offer. Next up is the spinach artichoke dip. This stuff is delightful and has been my absolute spinach artichoke dip in the Valley. Unlike places like Fratello's, there is actually a lot of melted cheese and not just cream in this dip. I am also a little in love with their homemade bread, which is used for both the dip, as well as the garlic bread (which I also recommend). I should also mention that the service is stellar; you will not wait for an egregious amount of time for your food at this restaurant, yet it's still not so fast that you feel like you're getting fast food. The waitresses we've had have always been very friendly and helpful, quietly refilling our waters while we chat over our meal. You'll almost certainly have leftovers. You pay at the front when you're finished. I should also mention that German chocolate cake at Stuc's is also simply amazing. And, of course, this place is so affordable. If you live in Appleton and haven't had a deep dish pizza from Stuc's, you need to come immediately! You will not be disappointed.

We're from Chicago and we have finally found a pizza since moving to Wisconsin that is worthy to be called a true deep dish. Okay it's still not Lou's (and those of you who know deep dish know who I'm talking about when I say "Lou's") but it's darn close. Great sausage, crisp crust ( albeit it's missing the corn crunch) sauce is tasty. Best deep dish north of the IL border. Server was excellent too

Great place for pizza, beer, and salads. This place is small but always clean and we can always get a table without a long line to get in. We eat here all the time and they are always friendly and nice. I had tried the neenah store but doesn't have the same feel as the Appleton store. I will have to add photos next time if I remember.

THE best! They are known for their deep dish, which is really good, but I love their thin crust! Pizza is always super hot and perfect every time.

Bar none the best place for Pizza in the valley IMHO. The crust is great and the selection of beer is very good. Dining in or pick up are both very good.

We tried this place for the first time due to good reviews. We sat down around noon on a Saturday with a few tables not cleared off and about half the tables filled with people. We found a clean table and was approached by the waitress in a few minutes. She wasn't very pleasant and asked us right away if we were ready to order. We gave her our drink orders and when she returned she almost demanded our order. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip which was good. It was a little more spicy than I'm used too but it was good. We then received the chicken garlic hand toss pizza in about 20 minutes which is typical for time. It had vegetables on it and red sauce. I didn't care for the red sauce and think it would have been better with a white sauce. The medium sized pizza was a good size for the two of us. We even took a few slices home with us. The waitress continued to provide poor service but was able to fill our drinks when needed. We needed to sit for awhile until she asked us for our check. We gave her our credit card right away due the poor service. She came back to the dining area to clean off tables as we waited for the slip to sign. It seemed as she wasn't aware of her surroundings. She finally came back to our table so that we could sign it and leave. Unfortunately we did not get her name. I don't even think she mentioned it us. This was our first visit and I think it will be our last.

Best pizza and Spinach and Artichoke dip in the Valley. Love their sauce, crust and sausage on the pizza and the Spinach and Artichoke dip is so cheesy and delicious and for only $4 can not go wrong. Absolutely scrumptious every time. Reasonably priced and always good service!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some reasonably priced yummy food in the Appleton area.

Not that great. Sorry, it's just not. The atmosphere is good however, feels like a real pizza / Italian joint. I ordered a very basic cheesy garlic bread and a pepperoni pizza ( like chips with salsa and tacos at a Mexican restaurant. If you can't do this right, there will be no second chances.) The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean, from where I was sitting I could peek into the kitchen, and it too looked clean and neat. But the food left much to be desired. The garlic bread, was WAY over buttered, like eating a warm sponge. The pizza came quickly, and looked delicious. Well, looked is the key word. The crust was not over done, and plenty of cheese. In fact, half of the pizza was only cheese. Hay, where's the other half of my pepperoni? Not a big deal, did plan on eating the whole thing anyways. The main problem I had was the sauce. All the sauce. Tons of sauce. Way too much sauce. Sweet sauce. Tons of sweet sauce. Maybe they do other dishes better. Like I said, if the most basic of all is not that good, I'm not willing to give it a second try.

Best Chicago style pizza in the area. Their calzones are good too. Their sauce is a little sweeter, and the have an even proportion with cheese and toppings. Definitely my go to!!

Don't do it!!!! The staff is absolutely amazing, but it doesn't make up for really bad pizza. If you're looking for chewy hand tossed, don't go here. We ordered a hand tossed cheese and it was hard as a rock and no taste. So sad that we didn't just throw in a Red Baron frozen pizza. Super bummed.... There are so many great reviews maybe we ordered the wrong thing.

Ok I have to say, I stop here whenever I'm in the area and bring a pizza and spinach garlic bread home 1.5hours away. There is one in appleton and neenah. I've been to both, don't know that I have a preference yet. I'm in my box and always order a spinach pizza with mushrooms. The sauce is great the spinach is spicy and the crust is thin and perfect. The regular garlic bread is made with good bread and toasted nicely the spinach and cheese bread is phenomenal. They have many choices for pizzas, ingredients are fresh for the most part. I don't like canned anything on my pizzas. The many times I have ordered, the staff is so nice and really take pride in what they do. Very customer oriented and it shows. My orders have always been ready and correct. I have no complaints. I hope they never go out of business. I've eaten in the dining area as well. Family or friends place. Acceptable selection of beers, better than most small pizza places. Would suggest more New Belgium and New Glarus selections or just more micro brews available. Maybe they should package their pizzas so I don't have to drive so far.

After reading the other reviews, I was looking forward to a nice pizza experience. OK, so it was a little loud and there was a kid's birthday party going on, but, hey, people were having a good time. Our waitress was very nice, and the employees we saw/heard couldn't have been nicer. The pizza came... one veggie thin crust, another personal thin crust, and a "Chicago -Style" deep dish to go home. Meh, on the thin crusts - the sauce was bland and the whole pizza had very little flavor outside of the onions and green peppers. Even the leftovers didn't warm up on my pizza stone with any more flavor. The "Chicago -Style" pizza was better, but, being from the home of Chicago-STyle, it lacked the butter crust flavor, cheesy sauce, and just pizzazz that it should have. Too bad. I won't even give them a second chance. There are other, better pizzas to be eaten in the area.

Truly the best Chicago style (deep dish) pizza in the Valley and maybe even better than Chicago! Thin crust is good too and the sauce I could drink with a straw. I've been coming here for years and I have never had a bad meal! Service is always great. Salads and calzones are both excellent. Be sure to try the garlic bread. Dont get it with cheese. You wont need it. Also, dont tell the owners but this place is a great value. They totally could be charging more for such great food.

Went to Stuc's Pizza today, EXCELLENT! Nick (waiter/manager) was nice and fast. I ordered a medium meatball & mushroom (thin crust) it took about 15 minutes to arrive even though the menu said it would take 20. Great crispy crust, great sauce, a GREAT experience! $15 for a medium 2 topping pizza, and soda, a bargin!
