Perfectly mediocre mall food court grub. I'm not sure why it's called Kato's Cajun, since the food they serve is all the same things that other American-Asian fast food places like Panda Express sell. Name aside, it's pretty standard Asian fast food. It's reasonably priced. My girlfriend and I each got a three meat combination. You get to pick a side of either fried rice or noodles from the buffet behind the glass, then pick whatever proteins you want. We had mushroom chicken, bourbon chicken, and some sort of orange chicken tasting thing. We also added on a pop and an order of crab rangoon. I think between the two of us we spent $16. The portions were massive, and we ended up taking almost a full container home to eat later. Name aside, it's a decent fast food place. It's not somewhere I'd aim to go, but if I was at the mall again, I'd know it's a solid food court choice.
