Haven't been to one in years, so we thought we'd give it a try. Felt a bit rushed by the server. Ordered drinks, and went it arrived he spilled s shot of amaretto on my foot. He apologized, but it was still uncomfortable. The drink was good though. I got the Mediterranean Flatbread, the flavor was great, but it ended up being kind of soggy in the middle with the olive oil that they saturated it with. The salad was delicious, but the breadsticks seemed to have lost some flavor over the years...not as good as I remember. I'd like to give it a 4, but I wasn't too impressed. EDIT: Okay, I had to edit this to a 4. When the server came with the check, he dropped the drinks off of the bill because he spilled it on me. Customer service goes a LONG way in my book.

I usually don't review restaurants that are part of a chain. Typically, you know what you are getting. Over the years this has been especially true with Olive Garden. By no means a fine dining experience, Olive Garden still sells very good food consistently no matter which location you visit (and, yes, there will always d be the exception either way). The Olive Garden in Tulalip/Marysville is not the closest location to us. However, the service makes the place worth the drive. Not to mention shorter wait times on busy Saturday nights. Tonight, we give thanks to our waiter, Eric, who have us s first class experience for my daughter's birthday dinner. My only complaint is that we didn't see the new Italian duos menu, which for some reason, is included on the dessert menu foldout. That is more of a corporate error, requiring staff to remember to offer a menu they typically wouldn't show you until AFTER your meal. To avoid the cookie cutter service of the busier locations, and the longer waits, make the drive if you can.

If you want a great dining experience, this is the place to go to. Although I don't dine here very often, we still get good service. It was my first time dining in the one here in Tulalip, since I recently moved to Marysville. When we arrived we were seated quickly, and were served fast too. Our server, Alyssa, is an amazing and funny person. She had us laughing every time she came to ask if we were doing fine. She had us informed on everything, and she answered all the questions we had. There was a part in which was a little weird because another server came to our table and told us that Alyssa was leaving and that he was going to be serving us for the rest of our dining time. There was nothing wrong with that, but he didn't seem that he was pleased to serve us. His face expression said it all. At the end everything got a little messy because Alyssa wasn't actually leaving, but everything got fixed and it went back to how it was. Overall, we had an amazing time, we are going back for sure.

Wow such slow service! Slow to be seated and slow to be served. They weren't even that busy. Food was good but an hour and change wait ? Or the long waits in between seeing our server?

I went on a Friday night around 17:00. The wait was about a half an hour. Once we got in we were waited on relatively fast. The drinks came fast. The waitress was good on filling my glass of water. Their bread sticks were amazing. They were so fresh and soft and flavorful. I had the buy one take one, that means that I ate a chicken alfredo and I got to take one home for later.

Friends suggested that my girlfriend and I join them for lunch at this Olive Garden location near the Seattle Premium Outlets. I hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years, and know they're knocked by many people, so I wasn't expecting much. But I'm pretty easy when it comes to Italian food, or pseudo-Italian if you prefer. If it involves pasta, tomato sauce, cheese, meatballs, or sausage I'm bound to be reasonably happy. That being said, I liked the lunch I had here more than I expected. The dining room was clean and bright, and everything seemed to be fairly new. I'm guessing this Olive Garden hasn't been here that long. I ordered the half Sausage & Peppers Sandwich from their Pronto Lunch menu, which came with garlic parmesan fries, and the Zuppa Toscana. My girlfriend loves this, and after having a bowl I can see why. I did note, however, that her bowl of soup was very noticeably more chunky than mine. Luck of the draw, or ladle, I guess. My sandwich and fries were also pretty good, as was the bread stick. Our server did a good job, and refilled my iced tea at least once.

Eh! Its Olive Garden. I'm not a fan of the O.G. but will give this place a generous 3 stars because its new, the furniture is modern (not those god awful chairs on wheels), and our server did a pretty good job. For me, the only thing edible at O.G. is their soup. Even their salad can be ruined if they drown it in their dressing. So, when my friends wanted to eat here, I inwardly groaned, and ordered the soup and the Pronto Lunch meatball sandwich, as I figure I could dump the bread and save some calories. The zuppa toscana soup and breadsticks were pretty much my meal. The meatball was soggy, as it tasted it was defrosted, heated, and covered in marinara. There's one thing to have a "juicy" meatball, but not a watery one. Overall, it wasn't the food that made me happy but the company that I had, and the server was spot on. Come here only if you like O.G. food. Otherwise, there's the casino next door.

How I heard of this place: The first time I heard of Caffe Ladro was when I moved to Seattle and found them everywhere. The first time I went to Caffe Ladro was with my friend Ala, during the intermission at the Seattle Symphony, when we were in need of a quick shot of espresso to get us through the second half; as was the case with the first violinist we saw, downing his single shot and rushing back up the street to make curtain call. Type of cuisine: While coffee is the draw, the Caffe Ladro Bakery crafts their own scrumptious pastries and desserts, delivering them to their thirteen locations fresh, each morning. Patrons can order (even for catering) everything from muffins and scones, cookies and bars, to coffee cakes, quiche, croissants, pies, cheesecake and a variety of tarts. Ambiance: The small, cozy space on the corner of Queen Anne Avenue North and Mercer Street welcomes patrons with its bright orange walls, dark, wooden chairs and tables and very Seattle-esque baristas. Several chairs and tables are available for summer seating outdoors, although most choose to sit inside with their computers and iPods attached. The bar is the first thing patrons see as they enter the windowed establishment, complete with glass dessert display and large espresso machine. A handful of tables and chairs are available to patrons, with enough space between so as not to disturb neighboring cafe-goers when coming and going for more caffeine or snacks. Music plays quietly in the background, and the sounds of traffic outside stream monotonously inside. What I ordered: On this trip, we stopped in to meet a photographer for my upcoming wedding and decided to partake of a couple of items that sounded and looked fabulous! I started with a Tall Medici ($3.25), single ristretto with non-fat milk. The mocha came with my favorite, a spring of fresh orange rind! Included in my order was one large, soft and moist Molasses Cookie ($1.75). One of my two dining companions ordered a Grande Latte ($3.55) and a chocolate Croissant ($3). The third in our party, shared my cookie! What I loved: The cookie was beautiful! Moist, light and fresh. The orange rind adding excellent flavor to the lightly chocolated mocha. Why I loved it: The space was conveniently located, the coffee made well and the pastries simple, yet flavorful. The quiet ambiance, the creative color and simple artwork welcoming. Cost: Average ($3-$4 per espresso beverage)

We've been here about 5 times give or take and have experienced mixed service. It seems more often than not, we have had a less pleasurable experience. The food is always within the standard Olive Garden mold. No huge complaint there. It's the service that's spotty. Our most recent visit, our waitress went AWOL about half way through our dinner. She left for about 15 or 20 minutes, leaving no one to cover her absence. We made due with our drinks not being refilled and our daughter never receiving her milk. What was most annoying is that when she finally got back she wreaked of cigarettes. Pretty awesome smell to enjoy with your fettuccine. She had no apology and went about as if she was never gone.

I'm a huge fan of Olive Garden's Chicken Gnocchi Soup and could eat the creamy goodness by the gallon! In fact, it was the memory of the soup that inspired my recent Olive Garden excursion. I convinced my mom that it would be the perfect place to eat lunch before I headed back to the airport to fly home to San Diego. Plus, it was super convenient as the shuttle to the airport picks up across the parking lot from Olive Garden at the Tulalip Casino. Although I arrived with the intention of getting the All-You-Can-Eat Soup, Salad and Breadsticks lunch combo, I decided to upgrade to the Cheese Ravioli, which also included the soup, salad and breadsticks for only a couple dollars more. I stuffed myself with two bowls of soup, two breadsticks and three raviolis before I had to call it quits. This may not sound like a lot but I'm a light eater and I was full until I arrived home about 10 hours later. We informed our server that we needed the check ahead of time as we were under a bit of time crunch to get to my airport shuttle and she happily obliged.

Love love love the Tortellini Al Forno! I just wish they had't removed it from the menu. It was offered as a dinner, then an appetizer and now it it gone, but they will make it for you if you ask for it. I don't even care about the service or the wait time as long as I get my Tortellini Al Forno. I think I am addicted to it.

Best dinner experience for us in a long time! Great dinner, service rocked, our server (Brendon) was very understanding of our small kids and their hungry little selves. Go around 5-530 pm, wait time, if any, is much shorter!

Such a small menu for someone who can't have dairy. I can't have the veggie soup because it has milk in it. Or the marinara sauce. Or the bake salmon. Or the broccoli.oh. But I could have the bread sticks. Seriously? Bread sticks. I ate soooo many bread sticks and some over cooked super dry herb crusted salmon. The broccoli that came with this dish I could have. It was better then the fish.

Routinely less than average customer service. Things like running out of a brand new iced tea special by 6:00 pm are signs of a very poorly manager restaurant. Food is the same you'll get at any other Olive Garden location - decent but not very flavorful and way less than you'd expect for the price you pay. Unlimited bread sticks and soup/salad keep us coming back. That being said, I tried the lobster cannelloni during our last visit and it was delicious. Again, not really worth the price for what they're giving you, but at least my taste buds were happy.

After a full day of shopping, my hungry family and I ventured into Olive Garden today for the first time. We were greeted very promptly by the hostesses once we walked in, which was something that was not left unnoticed. The restaurant itself was cute, cozy. Food was a great value. Highlight was the service that we had received. Our server Forrest, he was so nice to us . My fam and I were happy that he was very attentive and kept checking on us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. It seems nowadays, often restaurants forget to be nice / respectful to their customers. After reading some reviews below it seems there are mixed feelings about OG 's customer service, but in our case, they have definitely made a good impression on us, we will be back since we love restos where they take good care of their customers! & the breadsticks.

I've been to my fair share of "cookie cutter" chain restaurants & have had some exceptional meals. Unfortunately, this particular Olive Garden just falls short. It's obvious that this place gets a high volume of patrons due to it's location so you could expect a few missteps here and there. This OG just had one too many to give more than the 2 stars. The service was ok and the standard soup, salad, breadstick appetizer is just like any other OG around. It all fell apart with the entrees. Every bit of pasta, despite what dish, was well over cooked. You'd definitely expect more from an Italian restaurant, whether or not if it's a chain. If anything, the pasta should be the food item that's ALWAYS cooked properly. Then again, I'm sure the number of returning customers are at the lower end of the spectrum, so maybe it doesn't really matter if the pasta is overcooked... hmm.. nah, there's no reason for the pasta to be overcooked...

I am a fan. I like the to go service because my mom is in a wheelchair, so we get to do takeout with a bit better food quality. YES i know, Olive Garden isn't really food...but we don't eat anything fried, junk food-ish and this is quick pasta that has the essential flavors. I haven't had anything bland, nor greasy, soggy, gross that would turn me off from returning. I think you get what you pay for and this is not the place i would spend too much on (i don't try the pricier things because i am sure i'd be disappointed) after all most of the food seems pre-packaged/frozen/microwaved but thats what i expect and its decent. The last time i ordered my mushroom ravioli, they put sun-dried tomatoes on top instead of a teaspoon of diced fresh, that was nasty and almost ruined my favorite dish. I hope they change that because sun dried is very harsh and chewy lol Soups are good.

Olive Garden is not a choice of mine. It bothers me when people say they are wanting Italian and then go there.. Lol, it's an Italian themed AMERICAN restaurant. I did enjoy their bacon tortellini but it's not longer served. This specific location is just like any other. It's just there, it doesn't suck and it's not spectacular. Best part of my visit? Getting to hold the beeper!! I don't remember getting a turn when I was younger. Now, in my adult years I make sure I always have it. Lol

A complete disaster. My expectations are appropriately calibrated when at a place like Olive Garden. But even on that scale this was a fiasco. We seemed to have a different server every time one actually deigned to arrive. We ordered right away for the three kids in our group. The kids were the last to get their meals, and only after we asked. The server explained this by mumbling something about a lot of trainees in the kitchen. The adults all got soup and salad, but our orders arrived at random times. My mom's meal only came when we asked a third time. The bill was chaos. It barely resembled what we actually ordered.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years and after going there for dinner last night with my little brother and husband, I was given a $70 reminder why. I needed to return something at the outlet anyway so I decided to just have dinner in the area as well-- what a mistake. Nothing was terrible, but it wasn't particularly good either. My husband had the tour of Italy, I ordered the ravioli di portabello, little bro ordered some pasta rustica thing and we started with the spicy calamari. When my dish came the sauce had started to develop a film on top like it had been sitting out for a while and it was bland anyway. My brother's order was little more than watery canned diced tomatoes tossed with bell peppers and a little bit of sausage over pasta. And hubby's "tour of Italy" looked more like microwave slop on a warmed plate. The best thing we had at our table would probably be the calamari but even that was pretty bland. As for our soup and salad, it was whatever. I could have probably made a better minestrone myself. The little pasta shells in that was cooked into oblivion and felt like mush. I don't think anyone should waste their time or money coming here unless they enjoy a mediocre (and over priced) food experience. And their breadsticks don't justify a visit either. Two stars because service was okay.

Their food is good. They have something for everyone, however their service is why I'm giving them 5 stars. My girlfriend didn't like what she ordered. They took care of us right away, took it out of the bill and they insisted to get her something else, after she refused, they tried to get her something to go. They said it'll be free even if she takes it home. What a service. Bravo Ann Murray! Thanks

People from Hawaii love Olive Garden. What's great was they had the Buy one take one special running and I had a $10 off $30 coupon. Score! I got the creamy citrus chicken and it was DELICIOUS! The chicken was tender and juicy. Everything was seasoned well and service was prompt.

Was there about a week ago with our Son....We have been there many times and had great food, but this time I ordered the lasagna, and it was so BLAND!!! Needless to say, that I won't be ordering that again.....The other thing that really bugged us was the server drove us nuts asking if we were ready to order while we still had the menus open and looking at them!! I always thought the way for a server to know you were ready to order was to close your menu and lay it to the edge of the table. My son and I drank water, and my hubby had one bear, and it was well over $50. I thought it was pricy, and another thing is that they don't have the alcohol drink specials anymore in the dinning area, if you want them, you have to eat in the bar. Which I don't like to do.

Meeting friends driving up from Portland. Decided to meet at Olive Garden. Called and they took a reservation for our party. Arrived today 15 minutes early and was told they do not take reservations so we waited in que and were seated within 15. Orders our food, all but mine arrived. By the time I found our waitress the rest of the party was nearly finished with their dinner. I asked where my meal was and was told she thought I was sharing with others. I was so taken back I decided not to eat just to wait for dessert. Before our friends were done with their meals the waitress brought the check. No dishes were removed from the table and they were still eating. We're not asked if we wanted coffee or desert. Paid the bill and left never to return

Perfect place to stop for dinner after a few hours of shopping at the outlet mall. The wait was not very long and the service was pretty good considering how busy the place was. We were suggested the special which was a three course Italian dinner for just $9.99. Wow what a deal! Endless salad, endless breadsticks and your choice of six different pastas and 5 different sauces. Caution, the Spicy Diavolo is really spicy! The pasta was not outstanding but it's what you expect for the price. The dinner special also included dessert. I had the salted caramel tiramisu. It was good.

"It's a chain, blah blah blah..." Yeah, it's a chain. A chain with amazing breadsticks and delicious entrees! Why did it become a chain? Because people love carbs! I admit before all of the Yelp world that I love carbs, and Olive Garden does them well! My absolute favorite has to be the stuffed chicken marsala. Mmmm, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. When I went to this location, they had a watermelon margarita offered, which I immediately ordered. It was like drinking a jolly rancher! So good!

Stopped by to carbo-load after a long day of shopping. After waiting 45 minutes for a table, I expected to have a standard, relaxing Olive Garden experience; however, the service we received was anything but ordinary. First off, you now have to watch out for the OG police. You order salad and your companion orders soup? Don't even dare to share the unlimited portions. We were promptly told that if we were caught sharing that we would be charged. You do the crime, you do the time. When the soup and salad did come out, we were not offered cheese, there were no croutons on the salad, barely any dressing, and no spoon to eat the soup with. Those things all seem pretty standard. The majority of soup had to be eaten by breadstick. When it came time to order a second bowl of soup, my friend requested the zuppa toscana. The waiter insisted that he had to try the chicken gnocchi soup, so he said he was going to bring out a bowl of each. When the waiter arrived with the soup, he said, "sorry, there is no gnocchi in the soup." No gnocchi in the chicken GNOCCHI soup?! For real? He didn't ask for that soup and nobody can physically eat 3 bowls of soup before their main entree, so why would you bring it if it was not even made properly? The rest of dinner was no less of a joke. We were told that our meals would be out in a few minutes and then asked, "what did you guys order again?" Our food was paired with the waiter's incessant chatter. At one point I actually had to shut my eyes to stave off my oncoming headache. After dinner was finished, and we were boxing up our leftovers, I asked for a bag for the breadsticks. In an attempt to impress us, the waiter said, "I am going to pack up new breadsticks, so that they will be fresh!" They are called leftovers for a reason. The breadsticks won't be fresh when I am eating them TOMORROW. I am trying to wrap my mind around this concept that they can bring you soup and breadsticks that you don't ask for, but you aren't allowed to share it in order to stop being wasteful. Next time, please, just take a complete meal, throw it directly into the dumpster, and save me the headache.

Stopped in for lunch on our recent trip to Washington to do some shopping. The restaurant was extremely noisy, making it difficult to carry on a conversation with my husband. There was a screaming baby at the next table, as well as a large family gathering behind us. I realize that Olive Garden is a family restaurant and it was lunch time on a weekend. Not a big deal. Our server was rather rude and seemed generally uninterested in her job. My husband and I were looking for a light lunch so we decided to have soup and salad. The salad was ok. Pretty much the same as at any of the Olive Garden's we had been to in the past. The soup and bread sticks were good. The bathroom was messy, smelled strongly of urine and there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls. I figure a restaurant's washroom is a good reflection of the state and cleanliness of their kitchen. Won't bother eating at this location again.

Good service keeps this rating above a 1 star. My wife's food was left under the warmer so long the pasta dried out. My meal was the chicken Alfredo... Pasta was good but I haven't had chicken so dry since I was in grade school. They do not know how to make a decent Arnold Palmer either.... I will not be attending this location again... If you are looking for a spot near here try the RAM bar and Grill. It is outstanding.

I have gone to this Olive Garden twice in the last week and a half. The first time I went with my family: my husband, myself and our three sons. The waiter was a young man and he was very polite and friendly. I am only giving 4 stars because he forgot my salad and my husband's soup but otherwise he was great. He even took the time to remember my kids' names and talk to them, not just around them. The second time I went for a girls night with my friends. Our waitress was a young woman. She was funny, didn't rush us at all when we took our time eating and socializing. She checked on us often and would joke around and hold conversation. The Olive Garden may be a chain restaurant but I have never been disappointed when I go there.

The unlimited salad is awesome. Food is pretty bland comparing to the other italian place i have been to. We had lagsana, pasta, and spaghetti and pretty all the same sauce was bland. Service is ok. Will be back and try something else.

My sister called and made a reservation for my moms birthday. Once we got here they said that it would be an hour wait. We called ahead of time. If that was the case we wouldn't have ate here. The only good thing about this place is their bread sticks. Their customer service sucks. If you were to choose Olive Garden don't go to this one.

Whenever we finish shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlet, I always see many people lining up for Olive Garden thus I was very excited when we only had to wait 15 minutes for this meal. It did not disappoint me and I loved everything about it (the service, the food, the atmosphere, etc.). The portions were large so I wouldn't recommend getting too many dishes at first. We tried their Lasagna Fritta, Garden Fresh Salad, Tour of Italy, Pasta e Fagioli. The Lasagna Fritta was basically lasagna, but fried; a unique way of eating lasagna. Only one side of the lasagna was fried and was topped with alfredo sauce. This dish has a perfect blend of flavour and texture (i.e. the crispiness of the fried lasagna and the smoothness of the alfredo sauce). And talk about large portions... I've never had salad with unlimited refills before! It is tossed with Italian dressing (a bit sour but I think this complements well with the other "creamy" dishes we had). The Tour of Italy is one of their classic recipes. It lets you try their lasagna, chicken, and fettucine all on one plate. The fettuccine is amazing... not too soft or too chewy and has just the right texture for a "perfectly-made" plate of pasta. I didn't find anything too special about their chicken, however. Pasta e Fagioli is a savoury broth with white/red beans and pasta. The serving is not large but it is a very rich and filling addition to the meal; I think it could almost be a meal on its own. If you like beans, I would recommend it. The desserts looked delicious but we had no appetite for it after our meal. The server was very friendly and the restaurant looked quite clean. I would definitely come back here again!

Pasta, anyone? I love Olive Garden, Tulalip! Nice ambiance, comfortable seating, a memory waiting to happen, their sauces, pasta, salads and entrees are never disappointing to this picky gal. Still a little pricy to frequent, but fun for the whole family!

We were disappointed! There was a plastic string in the strawberry soda!! Very strange!! Later we packed a take out box, but forgot to take it. After 5 minutes, we went back to pick it, the waitress already throw it!! This is not good customer service!

I don't have high expectations walking into olive garden. I expect average service for a sub-par pasta, and a cheap check. But the tukwila olive garden just made me lose all hope for this franchise. Where to begin? Waiters are either not adequately trained or just plain rude. They remove plates off your table without asking, offers no help with the menu, and has an air of arrogance... As if they're too good to work there. The vibe at this restaurant is caustic and unpleasant. It's memorable in really bad way. If anyone was to offer an example of how not to run a restaurant this would be it. I haven't visited an olive garden branch anywhere since this place.

Since we are very limited on restaurants in the area, this is usually our "go to". Service is usually accommodating and food is good.On this particular night, which was a Tuesday, they were pretty busy. Service was okay despite this. Our waitress says she is sorry it's taking so long but they ran out of chicken parmagana and had to thaw some. Well when they brought out the food my steak was dry on top from being under the heat lamps and rare in the middle in areas when it was supposed to be medium. My husband had ordered the Tour of Italy. Not sure if everyone has noticed but portion size has been considerably reducing over time but the price is $18.00. So he moved around the meat sauce on his lasagna and his portion measured about 3x4. But with the sauce it looks like a good size. So we told the waitress that we come there all the time and we would like to know what's going on with size. She called the manager George to us and we find out that the lasagna is what they ran out of and they try to take only enough so they don't have waste and this night they were unexpectedly busy. I showed him my steak and he said let me check with the kitchen. When he came back he said they had some Miscommunication and gave us a gift card and another small piece of lasagna for our trouble. So, Mr. George did not apologize . His manager experience is poorly representing Olive Garden. He should of known about the kitchen problem prior to coming to our table. But considering we waited 30 after our salads to get our meals and them be so disappointing, our whole tab should of been comped.

This olive garden is not the best.... always packed solid, and VERY LOUD ! Service is okay. I remember back in the day at olive garden they always came by and filled your salad and breadsticks periodically. When I went there with my boyfriend we got 2 breadsticks and they didnt ask if we wanted more until 40 minutes later after recieving our Dinner. And for the pastas I can make it better at home. I feel like the quality of food has gone down tremendously.

I love Olive Garden! I go here very often, but unfortunately a horrible waitress can ruin the whole experience. I do not see myself coming here as often anymore. The waitress was rude and did not bother to ask how our meal was, not even once. I believe the reason to be was that she assumed I was cheap, for as I wanted to split a meal with my friend, which I thought was suitable since Olive Garden usually gives a lot of food. But apparently splitting a meal is frowned upon by our waitress whose name I remembered clearly to be Angela K. She didn't bother to serve us thinking that we wouldn't tip her anyways, but that is a false accusation. She came to serve the table behind us but never bothered to come to our table even once to ask how the food was. She also gave us our check very quickly and rudely while we were still eating and not finished with the meal, we wanted to order desert, but we figured she laid down the check because she wanted us out of the restaurant. The whole meal was uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all. I do not mean to point her out and ruin her job, but I seriously did not understand why she was so rude to us. She never even bothered to bring us our breadsticks for the second time (yet she said she would bring it right out... Instead she went to serve another table for awhile) until we asked her about it again. The food was pretty good, but the service there is horrible. She even gotten another waitress to give us a bad stares?! Of course, she didn't deserve a nice tip. I expected better service for the expensive price of Olive Garden.

This Saturday we arrived between lunch and dinner thinking there wouldn't be a wait. Well guess what there was. No problem. They said 15-20 min and we got our beeper and went outside the front door to wait since the sun was shining! I dont know if it was the warm sun on our faces or what but after over 30-40 min my husband says Hey, I think we have been waiting for awhile! I go ask and it appeared our beeper was broken or someone made a mistake. They asked me if I left the parking lot and I said No (I might have had I look on my face like Dont blame me!) Either way, they apologized and seated us right away. The manager was at our table right away to apologize again and offer a appetizer or a glass of wine on the house. That fast response kind of startled us. The Stuffed mushrooms were delicious and our cute little waitress was Awesome! Great service and a great meal!

The food was very delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress Linda was very informative in helping me make an excellent choice. Can hardly wait to go again and experience a different selection would recommend the spicy calamari as an appetizer.

My friend Yuli and I dropped in at the Olive Garden by the Premium Outlet Mall. It was fairly busy for a Tuesday. Our server was good and prompt with our order. The food did not disappoint. The portion of food was good and the quality was better than expected. I recommend this restaurant to people with families as it was filling up with more than a few family type parties.

This particular Olive Garden is very poorly operated. I have experienced far superior service at Lynnwood and Everett, and 5-star service at Burlington, which is where I go when I'm in the mood for Alfredo, despite Marysville being MUCH closer to my home. I've given this place 2 tries: First experience was about 6 months after it opened. I was thrilled when Olive Garden went in at Tulalip - it is so close to my home, I was hoping it would become our new favorite! My husband suggested we wait 6 months for the restaurant to situate itself and get fluent in customer service. Here's what we experienced 6 months after it opened: a very long wait to be seated at a small table in the middle of the busy restaurant. The server was a young man, who was obviously poorly trained. We waited again a very long time (10 minutes) for menus to be brought to our table, which I thought was odd because generally the server gives you a menu when you sit down. I had a feeling we were sitting at one of those tables that no particular wait staff had been assigned. Waited another 15 minutes for the waiter to come back and take our order. I'm starving now1 In the middle of taking my order he scared me half to death when he suddenly shouted "HEY!", then laughed and exclaimed "oh that's my cousin over there" and pointed to a young lady on the other side of the restaurant. He then proceeded to continue his conversation with her, shouting across the restaurant "What are you doing here?...I'll come see you in a few minutes!" Okay - are you ready to take my order now? The remainder of the evening was pretty much the same with the waiter giving top priority to chatting with his cousin, and serving his customers second. The soup was awfully watery, by the way, unlike what I've experienced at other Olive Gardens. No offer to refill the salad bowl, and I had to flag another waiter down to refill my Bellini iced tea. Okay - fast forward 6 more months and I thought we should give the restaurant a second shot. No yelling waiters this time, but the staff was equally unprofessional and poorly trained. Basic customer service, like refilling beverages, was missing and again the food was not as well prepared as neighboring Olive Garden establishments. I highly recommend the Burlington Olive Garden - it's worth the drive.

I really love Italian food. Olive Garden is always delicious. However, the staff isn't always super great. But we went there not too long ago, 3/12/14. It was my four year old's birthday. Our waiter, Eric, was exceptional. He dealt with mean customers with ease and class, he was so nice to us and made my daughter feel special. I love people who take their jobs seriously and treat everyone work respect, regardless of their appearance or attitude. I will go back because of him, and yummy food. Try the smoked mozzarella chicken!

Their ingredients flavor and portion sizes have gone down and their prices went up; and I know I'm not the only one who thinks so too. I've crossed off olive garden from my own list of preferred restaurants.

This was the most upsurd, sappy, ridiculous service I've ever had at a restaurant. The hostess was frustrated that I wanted to use the restroom before sitting down. (I had to go!) Then the host who sat me walked extremely slow, stopping twice to turn around and make fake conversation. Despite the fact I made little eye contact, gave a one word answer, he did not pick up on any social cues that I did not feel like sharing all about my day. I was distracted and trying not to stare at his unibrow that was shaved in the middle and then allowed to grow halfway back. I thought he was the most awkward restaurant worker I had ever met until the server came. The server used the most sappy, sickly sweet, fake voice I had ever heard in my life. He asked me my name, which I have never had a server do. Then he started descriptions of different items, which I said, no thanks, I would just like the soup, salad, and breadsticks. I am a server at a chain restaurant also, and so I understand the different sales pitches they make you do, but it sounded like he was reading a script off a paper. With my tone of voice, expressions, and words, I told him I wasn't interested in an incredible dining experience, I just wanted to get some lunch and go. I asked him what soup they had besides minestrone, he named one, and then said minestrone, which he mispronounced. I said that I'll take the minestrone, since I don't eat meat and all the other soups had meat. After getting my order, he said he would be right back with the salad and breadsticks. Then he started to walk away, stopped, and said in his super sappy fake high voice, "Miss, we are going to give you the most amazing dining experience today." He called me miss 4 times before leaving the table the first time. I am not a miss, I am a 30 yr old married woman. He went to the table next to me with 2 men and his voice went much lower, his demeanor changed, and he didn't have any fake sales pitches. Then he brought me soup with no spoon, and a salad bowl with tongs and no salad plate, and called me miss again. Later he asked me how everything looked, and I said I was still missing the breadsticks. He said he would be back with them in a few minutes, called me miss again, and started to walk away, then stopped, and told me they would be "piping hot" and "fresh out of the oven" is his yes, fake, voice. Then he offered me another soup, calling me miss again, suggesting and describing one of the chicken soups, which I had already told him I didn't want because I don't eat meat. I asked for the check. I had it open in front of me, with no card or cash out, and he stopped by 3 seperate times, each calling me miss, asking if I was ready to "close out." Finally I told him I am not a miss, and he'll know when I'm ready when he sees cash or a card. He finally seemed to pick up on some cues that I was annoyed, and he told me to "sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience." That obviously just made me more annoyed. A server at a nearby table spilled a drink all over the table of 3 elderly people and walked away, returning a few minutes later with a new drink, and nothing to clean it up. The guests cleaned the table themselves. Ice remained on the floor in front of the elderly man, and no one went to clean it up. This place needs some serious employee training.

After a full day of scurrying about Alderwood Mall and the neighbouring outlet trying to score bargains on various goodies, the hunger pangs started to hit out of nowhere only as soon as the stores close. Can imagine how all review writing would cease if I can shop infinitely for life!!! Haha....women are born shopaholics I suppose. =) We arrived at the restaurant at 9:10; they close at 10:00 pm. Our server was super attentive and patient. At no point were we ever made to feel rushed out of there, which was greatly appreciated. Refillable soups and salads were very fresh given how late in the day it was. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the salad. Mom was happy with her minestrone soup, which was unexpected. The breadsticks were so fresh and yummy that the basket was quickly cleaned out. Our pastas were overcooked to a degree (forget al dente pasta at mainstream chains), but flavours were pleasant enough to be satisfying after a long day. The Bolognese actually contained plenty of lean beef; lemon herb chicken was decent. It's a restaurant chain so enter with zero to low expectations and you may sometimes be pleasantly surprised. Food quality at this location is absolutely one of the better Olive Gardens I've been to so far. Thank heavens there is no need to resort to the nearby fast food joints. This will likely be the default stop for future outlet days.

The server wasn't very friendly, would've tipped her better if she at least gave us a smile. And the chicken and gnocchi soup was delicious but soooo disappointing. I ordered two bowls of it and both only had one sad little lonely piece of gnocchi in it. It's like getting a can of chicken noodle soup with one piece of chicken. Really? But the blackberry and blood orange tea was delish.

Well, I'm going to start this off by admitting that we really only go to any OG for our breadstick addiction. Thankfully our breadsticks were exactly what we were craving and the salad was consistent as always. And then there was dinner. We went for the 2 for $25 deal, an appy or dessert with two entrees. I wanted to try the fried lasagne appy and while it wasn't anything to dream about, it was a tasty (albeit naughty) treat. For dinner I tried the Smoked Mozz Chicken Platter of Uninspiredness. I swear, would it kill them to put more than one chopped up chicken tender in the dish? The flavor was ok, not really 'smoked' though. After 5 minutes of cooling it just turned into a goopy mass. Ravioli dish was acceptable but lackluster. You could tell they piled up a bunch of sauce in the center of the plate to fake a heaping serving. Our server was really sweet. Restaurant is clean and well decorated. But it's just like the cooks (and the management) doesn't really give a darn. It's no wonder OG is struggling.

Since this is a chain restaurant, I will keep my complaints to a minimum (for all those that read my reviews, you know a 2-star is usually walloped) The proper-ness of the servers were refreshing... especially at this family-styled Italian right on the same strip as the Tulalip Casino and the Seattle Outlets. But honestly, who would really care? I'm sure you guys get hassled for having free refills on bread and salad, but hussling us out when the restaurant is not even 1/2 empty is just unclassy. If they are doing service orientation- don't bother open for the day. And is it just me, or does everything require a gulp of water? Flavor doesn't include having heaps of sodium. So for these 2 simple reasons- this is not my favorite place to hang out after a full day's shopping. :(

I have been to many Olive Garden restaurants. Most of them are just a restaurant where you may walk in for food if you can't find anything but you will never miss it. This particular one is amazing! The restaurant was packed when I went there for lunch. However, people in this restaurant were able to manage to provide us with high-quality service. Not only our own table waitress, but also almost everyone passing by kept asking us if we would need anything. Everyone was friendly and smiling. The food was also good. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. It was really delicious. The bread sticks were good, and they kept refilling for me. Chicken & Gnocchi was also tasty. I love this place. I will come back for sure! This one should be selected as the model for other Olive Garden restaurants.

This Particular Olive Garden has had a change in attitude since the last time we dined there, the servers are gracious and smiling. We were greeted by the front desk hostess immediately and our experience was just like an up scale restaurant. The food came out fast and the Beverages were prompt and cool, quickly refilled too!. We will come back as there are new menu choices we wont to try. This was a lunch service on a hot day and a full dining room, not a complaint in sight. Darden Restaurant Corp. should use this shop as an example of how to do it! 3 atta Gals & Guys

I don't know why Olive Garden gets mediocre reviews. I've never had a disappointing meal here. Tonight I had Venetian Apricot Chicken, which is a low-cal choice, and it was delicious.

Stopped off on our way down to Seattle to grab a quick lunch after our wait at the border. We got seated pretty quick as it was after 2PM. Service was a little slow but it was fairly busy. I ordered the Chicken carbonara ravioli. Got salad and breadsticks with it as well. It all tasted good however 30 minutes later I was sick, sick, sick. I spent the next few hours close to a bathroom, which is not easy to find in Seattle. Will I go back, maybe not, my sick stomach will be a memory for quite some time.

The food is mediocre at best, always a long wait and I can't understand why. For the life of me I don't know why people continue to go to Olive Garden, this is not authentic Italian food - in fact I've been in the kitchen and seen them microwaving dishes. Don't waste your time.

I always here people talk about going to Olive Garden and loving it. I admit that a few years back I went to one out in Virginia and it was the grossest thing I ever tasted. I was so sick afterwards too, ended up hurling- so-when visiting my girlfriend out in Seattle was saying lets everyone (3 adults, 3 children) go out to Olive Garden, I was worried. We went to this one in Tulalip, WA and I loved it. We did not even have to wait, but two minutes. They sat us in our own little area that could have been a private room if they closed off the curtains. Our waitress (wish I remembered her name) was so friendly and made wonderful suggestions on drinks ;) The kids were excited to order their own smoothies and meals. We ordered a trio of appetizers with stuffed mushrooms, fried zucchini and calamari. For entrees, the tour of Italy and steak with potatoes. All very awesome. Our salad was fresh, the breadsticks hot, we killed it and they refilled it. We definitely had leftovers and sorry no room for dessert. We paid and they thanked us on the way out. The people here worked very well together, worked promptly and with a smile. I am excited to be wanting to go back to Olive Garden!

I had the soup, salad and breadstick lunch. Really great (especially for the money!). The salad was very fresh and flavorful. The breadsticks were warm, soft and also flavorful. I had the chicken and gnocchi soup and the dumplings were superb! Great taste, perfect temperature. Waitress and atmosphere were both very pleasant. You'd be a fool not to go! :)

Not that it's the greatest restaurant on earth, but this Olive Garden has been my saving grace up here in Everett, WA. There is not much to choose from in this town. When I try to get ethnic, it backfires, and I always come back to Olive Garden. The salad that comes with my meal is probably the best part of this "dining" experience; I devour every bite. The breadsticks are awesome!! but only when hot. The entrees have been so-so, and the desserts are close to amateur. Service is okay I guess. Because the place has been a consistent 2.5 and pretty reliable, I bumped it up a notch.

So for starts... I love this place!! The service here is so friendly, and most meals come with soup or salad. Their chicken gnocchi soup is delicious, and so are their breadsticks you get before each meal. We always get full before our meal even comes. The alfredo is so good it's my favorite. So is the 5 cheese ziti, and the spaghetti.

whenever i see and think of olive garden, i tend to have this aweful feeling... because i had bad experience in several olive garden restaurant in NW wa area. But yesterday, I gave olive garden one last try since my family wanted to go there. I have to say, my experience was better. My food taste good( I have been getting the same food at olive garden) and I definitely didn't feel like I had to puke. I guess their cooks at this location are actually cooking their food right

We hadn't been to Olive Garden for several months because in spite of the great prices, the food just tasted bland. It was an Italian restaurant that used no garlic! We decided to try it again since they are having the Never Ending Pasta Bowl special & I had a $5 off coupon. Tonight we were pleasantly surprised! The pasta sauces actually had more flavor, still not enough garlic, but improved. Tori was our server and she was the best we've ever had at this Olive Garden.

I enjoy the food at Olive garden in general, which is the only reason why I keep returning. The service on the other hand is horrible. I've been here 4 times total. The first time i had dined with a group of 8 and the waitress did not know what she was doing. Her attitude was ridiculous and after about 15 minutes she never returned to our table. The manager later approached our table and "apologized for her behavior" and offered us extra chocolates (chocolates...really??). We left pretty upset The second time was with my boyfriend. The service and food was good until the bill came. It ended up being 21.12 for two so I gave her 25 in cash. She returned with 3 dollars claiming that there wasn't enough change in the register "but all the bills were there". We left no tip. The last two times were much better but overall the waiters need a serious attitude adjustment.

WORST SEAFOOD ON THE PLANET !!! we went with a large party of freinds , every type of seafood that was ordered was over cooked . the mussels were tough little dried up things , no bread or toast served with them so you have to pay an extra $4 for salad & breead to go with . the shrimp was over cooked too . very expensive for a bad meal ! since we had ovver 8 people they charged us an extra 18% on our bill for the tip , no word of that ahead of time , poor service . they get the tip no matter what so they don't care. its a shame , the location was great for all us that live so far apart to come meet , and would have made it a regular thing , but it was just sooooo bad !

Most Olive Gardens are pretty much the same. The food is good, decently priced but this particular one is really nice because it's fairly new. My only complaint about ANY Olive Garden is that no matter when you go, it's friggin packed! I guess I understand this but what troubles me is the fact that the staff knows it's going to be busy, but there is always chaos and workers speed walking through the place trying to weave through the masses of people milling around waiting 45 minutes for a table. It just seems like after a while, Olive Garden would figure out how to manage the hoards that come here by the busload. Oh well, I still come here, despite the long wait times.

Was there a month ago, I had been working for 10 hours, was starving and just wanted food. I thought how bad could it be? Never ask yourself this. So I pulled off freeway and wondered in. Place is slammed so opted to sit at bar.Bar tender eyed me with suspicion , I asked for a menu and half cranberry , half o.j. Simple right? Not so 80% o.j and the rest a cranberry colored water. Ok -1 star. Asking for menu seemed to bring out the eyes of suspicion again.again -1 A waitress gave me menu and when I asked about two items she gave me a four word description "red sauce, wine sauce" Huh? Minus another star, Please wake up, ok I took a chance and ordered shrimp pasta item, a regrettable choice on my part. Not even the addition of heaps of cheese , extra garlic and pepper manage to make it edible . The bar tender again a few feet away gave me her look of distain to my mere presence. At some point sleeping waitress appeared and asked if the food was good, I looked at my barely touched plate and said " not even close to ok it is mediocre at best" . Thankfully the bread sticks and the overly salted soup kept my starvation at bay. The manager at some point came by and asked about my experience .....um? You mean the over cooked pasta, shrimp and pine nut thing? Your glaring bar tender? Or the lack of cranberry juice ? The guy seemed far more aware then his staff. We chatted about the whole thing, and I paid for my meal and started to leave when he handed me a gift card and asked me to return and give them a second chance. I tossed the card in my wallet and have yet to return. I will review again when I do and will let you know the result of my next experience.

We went there on 01/04/13 to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary along with 2 of our great friends. Our food, wait staff service & dining experience went very well. The server even brought 2 complimentary tiny chocolate mousse for us to finish off the celebration. Then a mishap happened. Hubby went to use the boys room while we waited by the door. RALPH the busboy came running into the restroom & asked him if he'd lost something. He said no & met us by the door. He then asked us if we had lost or left anything on the table. We all searched our pockets, purse & realized that one of our guests had dropped a white bank envelope with $4K in it that he got from his bank early that morning to pay off some bills & had forgotten to take it out of his coat pocket. We then called for the manager to retrieve the cash. Paula asked our guest what's in the envelope & immediately retrieved the lost item from her office & handed it back to our guest. To make the long story short, RALPH, the busboy is very commendable for what he'd done. We'll not hesitate to recommend or come back to this restaurant in the near future. What a VERY HONEST MAN!!!

This is a very nice and cozy restaraunt. The food are awesome with great service. I had dinner with my family here after shopping whole day. The waitresses are very attentive and caring. We definitely will come again next time. I really like the bread and salad(garden fresh). The shortrib dish in the Pork list are super yummy. Recommend!! The stake is also very tender.

Four of us visited the Olive Garden last night and were very pleased with the food and service. Molly was an exceptional food server, better than most we've had lately. All of our meals were cooked to perfection and the deserts were excellent. We'd eat here again.

We had a great time at the restaurant today! My party of four loved the Zuppa Toscano soup and the service was very helpful and pleasant The fireplace was a great touch on a rainy day. My daughter loved the cheese ravioli! Afterward, I left a persoal item at the restaurant, and the owner (Gregory) was so nice he is mailing it to me back in New York! This kind of kindness is wonderfuil, and for that, I will return to this resaturant when I'm in the area again!

Growing up, I was a big fan of olive garden. Good food, good price, and good service. But lately, it's been more and more of a disappointment. Case in point- my experience tonight. Let's start with my glass of chianti and the dirty glass it was served in. The waiter was nice enough to replace it with a new glass of wine and not just shift my wine into a new glass. (the one star) Moving onto dinner, we ordered a meal and were asked if we wanted to pay for unlimited salad (wait, when did it stop being free?). We agreed. My aunt tried a couple bites and our waiter comes and tells us this will be our last salad as we're not allowed to share. Um...ok? He tells us the message is from the manager and he's just passing it along. So of course the manager comes by and asks how everything is. She acts surprised upon hearing our about the situation, she "didn't know" about the message and ended up comping our meal. Later, the server comes by to say that he was uncomfortable delivering the manager's message. Wait- did I come here to enjoy a meal with my family or solve a dispute between employees? If I had been abusing the "unlimited no sharing" policy, it'd be one thing. But I wasn't, so please don't accuse me of it. If you have internal disputes, please don't ruin my meal with it. Our bill was reduced and the waiter was pleasant, but the manger has some work to do. If you're going to venture to olive garden, I suggest you skip this location.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
