Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

10326 Quil Ceda Blvd
Tulalip, 98271
Reviews:
Haven't been to one in years, so we thought we'd give it a try. Felt a bit rushed by the server. Ordered drinks, and went it arrived he spilled s shot of amaretto on my foot. He apologized, but it was still uncomfortable. The drink was good though. I got the Mediterranean Flatbread, the flavor was great, but it ended up being kind of soggy in the middle with the olive oil that they saturated it with. The salad was delicious, but the breadsticks seemed to have lost some flavor over the years...not as good as I remember. I'd like to give it a 4, but I wasn't too impressed. EDIT: Okay, I had to edit this to a 4. When the server came with the check, he dropped the drinks off of the bill because he spilled it on me. Customer service goes a LONG way in my book.
I usually don't review restaurants that are part of a chain. Typically, you know what you are getting. Over the years this has been especially true with Olive Garden. By no means a fine dining experience, Olive Garden still sells very good food consistently no matter which location you visit (and, yes, there will always d be the exception either way). The Olive Garden in Tulalip/Marysville is not the closest location to us. However, the service makes the place worth the drive. Not to mention shorter wait times on busy Saturday nights. Tonight, we give thanks to our waiter, Eric, who have us s first class experience for my daughter's birthday dinner. My only complaint is that we didn't see the new Italian duos menu, which for some reason, is included on the dessert menu foldout. That is more of a corporate error, requiring staff to remember to offer a menu they typically wouldn't show you until AFTER your meal. To avoid the cookie cutter service of the busier locations, and the longer waits, make the drive if you can.
If you want a great dining experience, this is the place to go to. Although I don't dine here very often, we still get good service. It was my first time dining in the one here in Tulalip, since I recently moved to Marysville. When we arrived we were seated quickly, and were served fast too. Our server, Alyssa, is an amazing and funny person. She had us laughing every time she came to ask if we were doing fine. She had us informed on everything, and she answered all the questions we had. There was a part in which was a little weird because another server came to our table and told us that Alyssa was leaving and that he was going to be serving us for the rest of our dining time. There was nothing wrong with that, but he didn't seem that he was pleased to serve us. His face expression said it all. At the end everything got a little messy because Alyssa wasn't actually leaving, but everything got fixed and it went back to how it was. Overall, we had an amazing time, we are going back for sure.

Taco Del Mar

8825 34th Ave NE
Tulalip, 98271
Reviews:
Taco Del Mar is the tits. They have such good food and it's cheap. I wouldn't go as far as to say they are the best Mexican fast food out there (ahem, Taco Time!), but they are one of my favorite places to go eat. I highly recommend the fish tacos by the way!
This is one of the worst TDM's that we've tried. Not very friendly, unsanitary food handling. My daughter, after seeing the way the worker handled the food, couldn't eat her burrito. We tossed it.
Taco Del Mar locations can vary, and I have always found this one to have good food and customer service. If at any time something was not as warm or as fresh as I desired, they were very accommodating. If you have never eaten at a Taco Del Mar, they specialize in mission-style burritos, but also make other things like tacos, nachos, salads, etc. They are known for their fish tacos. When you enter, you walk along directing how you want your burrito (or whatever) assembled. You have a choice of several tortillas, meats, salsas, etc. It's a nice casual place to get some fresh food without breaking the bank. (If you eat here very often, you can get a punch card and earn free food.) My whole family, kids included, enjoys eating here - even my annoyingly picky eater.

Good buffet.Expect standard buffet food and you're fine. The waitstaiff is prompt.I won't review each item out there for dinner , it is standard buffet fare. They do have a 'sugar free' section for desserts which is nice.
Good!
Went for dinner with family. The fam enjoyed the all-you-can-eat shrimp. No line, got seated right away. Waiter was basically a robot who clearly hates his job and took FOREVER to refill drinks even though it was not busy. The hot plates are way too hot and the cold plates are way too cold, covered in frost. The salad bar was a mess with food mixed up. Basically nothing here for a vegan to eat. Even the vegetables are swimming in butter. A lot of items aren't labeled so you don't know what they are and no way to know if certain items are vegetarian or not. I don't want to eat here again but meat-eaters with low expectations (can't really expect too much from a buffet) might like it.

Starbucks

Reviews:
I'm not sure if this is the review for the right location. There appears to be more than one Starbucks close by the Premium Outlet by the casino, so forgive me if I've misread the map. But here's the giveaway. On certain days, you'll be standing in the rain. The staff here seems pretty cheerful compared to the sullen youth we found manning most of the shoe outlets and they have their La Boulange line of pastries and sandwiches on display in a small glass case next to the order window. A couple of trademark baskets for impulse snacks sit nearby as well. It's a good thing it's here, though, because the food here has to be better and cheaper than the food court which houses one of the most expensive and worst fast food Chinese I've ever had. Come one, come all if you're just looking for a quick pour over or an even quicker ready to go brew to warm your hands. Our dark blend was so hot it remained a palate-scalding temperature all the way to the car and beyond on a cold, gray winter day.

bobs is amazing best food i ahve ever eaten!!!!
In what world is it considered ok for the manager to come out and scold a customer after they complained that their drink hasn't been refilled after asking the server 3 times and waiting over 15mins. Customer service is dead. Get off my lawn! Edit: One of the owners later contacted us to correct the situation. Maybe customer service isn't dead after all.
This place should be embarrassed to have the word "burger" in their name and on the front of the building. FROZEN hamburger patties???!!! ...very tacky. I ordered mine medium rare, but it came out well done, flavorless and chewy. I've been to thousands of burger joints and this rates in the bottom 1%. I came by here one night intrigued by their name, but the kitchen was closed. I decided to come back a few days later and give them a try. I wish I would have gone to the gas station instead. Hate to rant, but if you're going to charge over $10 for a burger at least have the decency and common courtesy to use fresh meat. At least the beer was good and cold.
