Just went to a wedding event catered by these folks. Food was so promising, the menu had potential, but any thought of seasoning fell flat on its face. The food was bland. Simple seasoning issue. Not in just one dish, but through the entire meal. There was trouble at the first chicken skewer. A little bit of peanut on top, no flavor whatsoever. The meal didn't go too much better, floppy romaine in the Caesar, chicken that tasted even less like chicken than chicken. A "sirloin roast" that was chewy and dry, and had some incomprehensible brown flavorless gravy next to it. The best part was the fruit, but they only really had to cut it up. Yech. :(

Fabulous food and service!! We had an event catered by Dean Allen's Catering and we will have the next one done by them also!! Their menu is extensive - something for everyone. If it was a restaurant, I would go back again and again! The Saltimboca Chicken was absolutely wonderful and the mixed green salad with apples, pecans, gorgonzola cheese and raspberry vinaigrette was perfection. The peach iced tea is worth mentioning - delicious! Dean was great to work with and the delivery/pick-up person, John, did a great job and was very kind. Don't chose any other Catering Company...Chose Dean Allen's Catering!! We were ALL delighted with the food and service!! Thank you so much Dean!! Inmaculada
