Management really needs to step it up at this location. Every time we order, the pizza is very inconsistent. Almost every time we call we are put on hold for a crazy amount of time and eventually hung up on. The other night my husband called in our order and the guy on the other line was very..slow..not sure how else to put it. My husband would say what we wanted then I would hear a long pause...then he would have to repeat it and get an ummm ok. It took a good 7-8 minutes to order a simple pizza. The pizza was horrible, the crust was super thin even though we didn't ask for thin crust and it overall looked bad, almost inedible. This was the last straw, I don't think we will be going back unless we are very desperate. I would rather pay a little more at Garlic Jim's and get good service and food.

I always had a great experience with this Domino's location. Pizza always been fresh hot and ready when I get there, unlike Pizza Hut across the street. This location is my first choice.

Ordered pizza and chicken wings online. Waited two hours for it to show up at my door. It wasn't even warm. I called them and they put me on hold for 15 mins. Hung up and called back and they said they would deliver another hot pizza and wings to me for free. Now I have food poisoning because of their food. This place should be shut down.

Domino's is definitely my favorite pizza! I get it like every other week. They always do an amazing job with their pizzas! I very rarely have any problems. The biggest problem I've ever had was they didn't give me the garlic dipping sauce I ordered. Oh well. And they SUCK at cutting their delicious pizzas. They only perforate it. You have to cut or rip it if you want individual pieces. And sometimes, actually quite often, their pieces are all different sizes. But their pizza is so amazing I still give 'em 4 stars!

The absolute WORST customer service! Ordered our dinner (pizza and wings) and waited 45 minutes for the delivery. Once the 45 minutes passed I called the location to find out that they canceled our order because they were out of wings. No courtesy call to ask us if we'd like to keep our order with just the pizza. When I talked to the worker she said the only thing she could do was resubmit our order - STILL CHARGE US - and we could wait 45 more minutes for our order. Such bad business!!!!

This doesn't even deserve one star. Not only did this Domino's location lose my order (which I called in a solid twenty minutes before), but they didn't even seem apologetic. Now I am sitting here, wasting my night away, because I have to wait another 15 minutes for my order. But that isn't even the worst part. Oh, no, no, no. It is common courtesy for a business to discount you when they make a mistake, or at the very least throw in a free soda. But the employees here simply "apologized," and then went about with their day, charging me full price. Fair? Please. Steer clear my friends. Steer clear.

This location sucks. Plain & simple. Unfortunately I live in the delivery area for this store as opposed to the one on Evergreen which is actually closer to my house. I've experienced it all, loooong wait times, missing sauce, being on hold for extraordinarily LONG wait times, missing pizza toppings. My order has never been correct and has never been up to par. Finally I am giving up hope. I won't settle for subpar pizza deliveries any more. I'm quitting dominoes and I don't regret it.

This place has to be one of the worst dominos pizzas ever!!!! The pizza was 35 dollars plus tip. When I was ordering the kid on the phone had a horrible attitude and sounded like is was bothering him by calling a pizza in at 11 pm on a Friday. When the pizza finally got here it had to be one of the worst pizzas ever and not because of the choice of pizza. It wasn't fully cooked and just runny like they took it out of the freezer and threw it in the microwave for a couple of min. On topic that I ordered some breadsticks and asked twice after to make sure they put in the marinara sauce and garlic sauce. When it finally got here no garlic or marinara for the breadsticks. How do you forget that?!?!? I'm considering probably not eating dominos for a long time after this this experience. This is how bad the pizza was made.

I order from this location everyone I am in town. Usually I get a pan pizza with feta and mushrooms and a side of chicken. My pizza is always hot in spite of the heavy traffic I know the drivers must face to get to me. The drivers are always polite and friendly. The one time I had to call and confirm my order the person on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. My orders are always correct and get to me fast.

I love the changes Dominos has made to their crusts. I'm a convert from Little Caesars when it comes to a quick pizza at a low price. Plus I love their app.

Unfortunately, the service at this location completely cancels out the consistency and predictability of getting a decent pizza quickly from Domino's. Order completed online at 5:48, tracker indicated it was out for delivery at 6:14, it should have been delivered by 6:30 latest, which is generous. I called the store at 6:38 and spoke with "James," who put me on hold, saying he was going to call the driver for an ETA. Eventually a "Jesse" picked up the phone and asked me for my order. I told her that I was being helped already and she said she could help me. I explained my situation and told her that my understanding was that James was calling the driver. Jesse proceeded to tell me that they were just busy. I told her that I would like to wait for James to give me an ETA, and she asked if I wanted to speak with him. I said I did. She said that my order was out for delivery and then hung up on me! I called back and the phone picked up, although no one said anything. Instead I sat and listened to James and Jesse conversing about me: James: she called back? I already told her that her order was out for delivery. Jesse: yea, she's a bitch. She wanted to talk to you but I told her we were just busy. James: I don't know what else to tell her. Phone hangs up again! I called back again. James had the courtesy of actually picking up the phone this time and saying hello. I asked for their names and the manager's name. I was told Jesse, James (seriously . . . ) and Dorian (manager). Driver Seamus showed up around 6:50 I believe. To his credit, he was very nice and extremely apologetic for the delay and he seemed shocked when I told him about the behavior of his co-workers. I did ask him if a James and a Jesse were working and he said yes. My one star is for Seamus and for my order - always tasty. But really? Calling a customer a bitch? For trying to get an ETA? I can see this if I was actually a bitch, but I wasn't. I merely wanted assurance that my pizza would arrive by ________ o'clock and that the order would be hot. Nothing more.

Ordered online, waited 90 minutes, finally called the store. It took calling the store over and over for 20 minutes before someone answered. They were less than helpful and our pizza never came. Totally ridiculous.

Not bad for a company run by kids. Oldest looks to be almost 19
