Very disappointed. My girlfriend loves their wings so we've ordered from them a few times. This time (11/4) it took an hour and a half to get two orders of chicken wings. This place is ~2 miles from my house. I called an hour after ordering and was told the driver was out, but it took another 30 minutes before he arrived at my house. The wings were lukewarm at best, borderline soggy, and one of the containers of ranch had opened in the bag. They may deserve a 2 star rating, but I'm a little annoyed with this so it's a 1star.

Popped in here with my kids for a slice because I saw the sign that they sell slices. There was no cheese slices in the case so I asked if they had a cheese pizza coming out soon. They woman at the register then informed me that they do not do cheese. I was a little surprised so I asked a gain. She again stated that they do not make cheese pizzas for slices. Really? Isn't cheese one of the most popular slices that would sell. How many times a week do they get Seattle prep students walking in there asking for cheese. I don't think these people are running this business to make money.

I seriously crave these pizza slices all day! They are so good. Try to get there before the high school rush on teens, in order to get hot slices fresh out of the oven (between 11-1pm). The owner isn't the most polite person as far as customer service, but who would be when your place is filled with chatty teenagers? I come pretty frequently so she knows me now, and has since been extremely nice to me. I have order other items from the menu and my second favorite would be the chicken ravioli. I don't know what they put in their pizza crust but it is seriously good!

so glad I gave this place a try and trusted my instincts in not taking the word of bitchy people on the internet as fact. absolutely great quality and awesome late night delivery! I found my new regular pizza delivery place. (:

Just ordered again today thru Eat24... the Tuscany Hot Sandwich is soooo GOOD!! I paired this with the Italian Salad... definitely on the re-order list :) Thanks again Padrino's !!!

So they used to be awesome. My boyfriend and I ordered pizza and it didn't taste right. He got sick. When he was better he ate more pizza and got sick. This happened a total of three times. When called about it hey argued with me telling me they only used fresh ingredients. That wasn't the issue. The dough wasn't cooked. Yesterday my bf orders another pizza since their food made him sick. We get the pizza and mozzarella sticks. The order is almost cold and THAT shows us that they leave the food sitting or don't cook it long enough. Today he pulls it out of the fridge to have more and pulls a big chunk of plastic of it....... that's right PLASTIC. This location if researched through the health department has many citations. You guys have made us sick once. You say fresh ingredients but we pull plastic off "fresh" cheese and "fresh" dough. I'm scared to call this in because they will probably tell me something that isn't related. I'm not wasting my time. I'm going straight to the health department. Do not under cook food and argue with customers about fresh ingredients then serve their next order (which was almost two months later) almost cold.

I'm so sad because I used to really like this place. But tonight, for the second time in a row, they messed up my order. The pizza is cold, I paid $1.75 to add artichokes on it and there are 2 pieces of artichoke on the whole pizza. They also put no sauce on it and when I called to tell them that, they said they are 100% sure they put sauce on it. I said, "I'm literally holding it in my hand and there is no sauce". I'm not sure I'll give them another try.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I ordered a greek pizza with extra gyro meat and received one with not even a proper single serving! This happened once before and the person told me it would never happen again...apparently a lie. I am so pissed off at having my money STOLEN I'm calling them to come get the pizza. I don't even want it. Thankfully I ordered through a service so I can hopefully get my money back.

The best gluten-free barbecue pizza in town. They have really great hours for delivery and I think it's great.

I have tried a few items from Padrino's now, thanks to eat24 and a very low 10 dollar minimum delivery order, it has led me to order from them a few times now. I will have to say that their salads are some of the best to go salads i've ever ordered- everything is fresh and toppings are plentiful, and a half size salad is a perfect portion for one hungry person. I also like the pesto bread, although it is usually pretty chilly when I get it, and I have to warm it back up, the flavor is there. For the price and the fact that they open early and deliver late, 3 stars. Now on to the not so good: The sandwiches I have tried are all pretty mediocre and sparse on the ingredients. They are edible, and I like that you can get a half size sandwich, but nothing stands out as really amazing as far as choices go. They have no "build your own" option, and additional toppings cost 50 cents to 75 cents per addition. I don't want to pay 75 cents to add green peppers to my meatball, doesn't seem worth it. Same type of structure with their calzones and pizzas- I understand upcharging for meats and cheeses but no way do I want to pay extra for veggies when they are so chincy with them in the first place. I would warn against ordering the fettucine alfredo, as well- I had to add about a teaspoon of salt, some pepper, some red pepper flakes, and a spoonful of pesto to make it taste like anything at all, and by that point, I was wondering why I didn't jsut get one of those frozen thingies from the grocery store. Very bland. They add a lot of chicken to it, i'll give them that, but it's not like fresh cooked chicken, it's those bits n pieces kind that comes in a big frozen bag. Or at least that's how it tastes. In summary, for a quick fresh salad delivered to your door quickly, go here. Haven't tried the pizza items yet. maybe in the future.

Solid three stars. I can walk here so I've never had delivery. It's tasty enough. I like their Hawaiian pizza. It's pizza. What else is there to say. They're open late, they have standard pizza joint pricing. They're super friendly, at least they have been to me. Love that they take walk in orders 'til closing - so many places shutter up at like midnight and you have to have it delivered.

  • Brenda A.

This was by far the worst pizza I've had in a while. It took an hour and 45 mins to deliver, the order was the wrong type of crust, and it was cold as ice. Done with this place.

    (1)
  • Jonathan T.

Arrived late from Hawaii and was hungry! I like the delivery till 3am but my anticipation for food made the 45min delivery seem forever. Good pizza, since it's the 2nd pizza place in Washington I've had.

Did you know that in Italian, Padrino means "violently shitting your brains out for 24 hours" The sandwich I ordered last night is still doing a number on me, 18 hours later. I'm pretty sure once that sandwich was in my stomach, it started shitting. So I started shitting that shit. Now the sandwich has also turned into shit, and now I'm shitting that shit out. I've lost track of time. My family has abandoned me. I may never see daylight again. This is not the first time, but this isn't a review for how I learn lessons. OKAY?! OKAY!?!?!?! Pretty sure this is a front, because otherwise I cannot explain how it stays open in a decent part of town.

  • Baylee-Anne M.

Pizza was completely gross and flavor was off. After calling the manager to see if there is anything that could be done we were told that we were out of luck and they were unwilling to do anything besides discount another pizza. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere where you can get better pizza and better costumer service.

  • Gina J.

Wished I read the reviews before ordering... Face! Salad was actually good, otherwise, 1 star. Pasta was bland, I think they forgot the parmesan in the Alfredo sauce. It was bad, even with lots of salt and pepper, tasteless. Milano is soooo much better. Note to self: Read YELP reviews before you order.

Stayed at the WAC. Ordered late night pizza. Surprisingly it was good!!!! Delivery was 45 minutes. All was great!

  • Kate F.

My salad had a bug in it. I think it was actually in the house dressing. It looked like it had drowned in the oil and was soaking up the juices. They offered to send me a new one, but I think I'm off salad for a while.

  • Meryl F.

Look, they always show up after you call. They're open late. The pepperoni and sausage pizza contains both pepperoni and sausage. It is, without a doubt, the best pepperoni and sausage pizza available by delivery after Pag's calls it quits. Bottom line: Did you place an order with them? They'll bring it! Did you want pizza? You'll get it! Eat it, be sloppy, go to bed with sweet pizza dreams. Do NOT let your significant other get the delivery special. The moz sticks, while sticks full of moz, do not make the 2L of soda at 2am worth the deal.

I ordered a pizza over an hour and a half ago and was told it would be delivered to me in 45 min. tops. I called your store and it just says that the mailbox is full and to hang up. I've called 8 times now and I can't believe there is no one I can even talk to. This has been a huge waste of time and money (which I will get refunded to me). This place is the worst. DONT BOTHER!!!!

  • Ragan F.

2 stars for them and 1 for myself because for some reason I have kept ordering from them over and over. The pizza arrives late and cold over and over again. Done with this piece of crap poorly run company.

Tonight was my first experience with Padrino's, and it was excellent! We ordered the 15' Supreme pizza, the Italian style wings, and the Garden salad. All these items were so good. Their pizza was delicious without being greasy. The wings were probably my favorite-- so good without being slathered in sauce. I highly recommend this place!

  • Jon M.

Boycott Padrino's pizza!!! Their shitty food made me terribly ill and they refused to do anything to make it up to me. No refund, no credit, no nothing. Meanwhile, I have spent hours on the toilet with the worst sorts of intestinal issues you could imagine and the lady that runs the place yelled at me over the phone calling me a liar and a thief, saying that nobody, in the history of their restaurant being open has ever gotten sick from eating their shitty, shitty garbage and that I was just trying to steal from them... What a bunch of bullshit. They stole from me. LikeLike · · Promote · Share

Love this place. Pizzas are on the small size I think but I usually dont order them anyway. Delivery is almost always right at the hour mark. Driver is always nice..food is reliably good and they have never messed up my order in 9 months

  • Merrie S.

I like Padrino's I order from here a couple times a month on those I don't feel like doing anything else days. We all have them. I have no complaints about the food, never got anything that didn't taste good. Salads are great, pizza it good and the pasta is good too. What I do have a problem with is the fact that you offer delivery yet EVERY time your driver calls me to tell me "I'm here" which means I'm outside I don't want to park so come outside and get it. Don't offer delivery downtown if your not going to bring it to my door, that's what I am paying for. Food- Great Delivery service- Sucks.

Stupidly ordered again as nothing else was open. Ordered small pepperoni. Got half cheese instead. The delivery guy was like 'shrug!' When I called they didn't seem too worried about it and put me on hold. How do these guys stay in business! Oh yeah, idiots like me. Please don't ordered from here.

I ordered Padrinos on Grub Hub and got it delivered at 2 in the morning. I was slightly inebriated but it was the best pasta i have ever gotten delivered. I got the baked spaghetti, pesto bread, cheesy bread. Will never forgot. Will order again... maybe tonight.

Ordered salmon fettucini online. It came with side of Caesar salad and french bread. Admittedly I'm not gourmet but for $13.95 plus 10% tip and prompt delivery I have nothing to complain about. Will order again sometime.

I've gotten delivery only from here. The delivery staff is very helpful and nice. I always get the pepperoni bread sticks and they're TO DIE FOR, they seem like just pepperoni pizza slices but they're just really good. The veggie wrap is pretty good too. The cannolis are always soggy when I get them but I order at night and they're not as fresh then. Wouldn't recommend the cannoli. The pesto bread's good but not as good as Razzi's pizza. Can't say much for any other menu items than these

I have to admit that I was worried - I checked the reviews on this place after I had already ordered. Expecting the worst I was pleasantly surprised. The food arrived on time and hot. I ordered Meat Lover's Sandwich, and Spanacopita. Both were very good. A few weeks ago I had ordered the same thing from another restaurant like this one and was disgusted. So, the food turned out hot and very good. Also, the portion was great as well - I got much more than I thought I was getting. I have only one complaint - Tzatziki Sauce was too bitter and sour for me.

Horrible!!! Food, service sucked. I ordered delivery and food was over 30 minutes late. No cutlery with a hotel order for 3 meals. Good was subpar. Marinara does not taste homemade. Spaghetti was over cooked and mushy and swelled up. The salad was a joke. One slice of cucumber. I called back and complained and they had nothing to say. Choose somewhere else to deliver.

  • Jupiter C.

I don't have any idea if the food here is good, and that's because they wouldn't even let me place an order. Their take-out menus clearly says they're open until 3am, yet at 2:40am I was told that it was too late and they weren't taking orders. To add insult to injury, the "lady" on the phone yelled at me and told me it was my fault for calling 2 minutes before they closed. So not only was she rude, but also stupid (2=20????). I promptly called another pizza place (also open until 3am) and had pizza in hand in 25 minutes. 'Nuff said.

Got delivery from here last night. Seemed to show up pretty fast. The food was well, meh. I got ravioli because they were out of veggie lasagna. Bummer. The ravioli was sort of hard. The sauce was alright. I had them mix the white and red which was probably the best idea I've had with bad delivery Italian food. My boyfriends chicken parm sammich seemed bland looking and was mostly bread and red onions. He ate it none the less claiming it was edible but "not a chicken parm". We also got mozz sticks which were cold and rubbery. Boyfriend was drunk though and devoured them anyhow. All in all, what did I expect from ordering delivery Italian food at midnight? It was food. I was drunk. The end.

This past Sunday night (6/23) we arrived in Seattle late after a 15 hour drive, starving and tired. Seattle Pacific Hotel had a Padrino's menu out so we went for it. We ordered a veggie pizza and small house salad. When it was delivered I was so excited because the supposedly "small" salad was HUGE. But something was off. I had to smell each individual ingredient to figure out what was so rancid smelling... I think it was the red onions. We ended up just throwing it all out, because it was on the pizza too and the smell was making me nauseous! My boyfriend and I both had food poisoning the following morning and almost didn't make it to our important meeting. We probably won't be eating pizza anytime soon. Make sure your produce is FRESH people! Also, the salad dressing smelled and tasted like really bland oil, with a few dried herb flakes in it that also had zero flavor.

Ah Padrino's...I have given you many chances but I think this is where we shall part... I ordered the fettuccine alfredo online and it says it comes with red peppers but it came with mushrooms. Being allergic, I could not touch it. This is the second time this has happened but I didn't do anything the first time - what can I say, I don't like to be confrontational about this kind of thing... Anyways, this time, I called and told them. The lady on the phone was initially nice but it turned into a "are you sure? seriously? for years we've been making it with mushrooms! are you SUUREEE?" conversation. I told them I had the pasta in front of me and I was looking at their website and yes I was sure. After an uncomfortably long phone call, she told me she would remake it and send it over. After another 40 or so minutes later, it came. Oh and I should note that the portion size was noticeably smaller. Oh well. Points for bringing me a second order that I could physically eat, but I can't justify a higher rating given the quality of the food and service.

Ive now ordered twice in the last few months and I couldnt be more disappointed. The most recent experience (earlier today) was the last straw. After taking FOREVER to deliver, they sent the COMPLETE wrong items. I ordered a house calzone and they sent me an eggplant/goat cheese one instead.. and it was TINY. I called to let them know and they blamed the kitchen and were pretty rude about it to me. BIG MISTAKE. I work late nights at a hotel front desk with no close late restaurants... I hand pizza flyers out like hotcakes. they havent just lost MY business, they have lost countless guests business too. NEVER AGAIN PADRINOS.

  • Ann R.

We've ordered here several times because they're close. But there's almost always a mistake. 2 nights ago ordered 2 pasta dishes, 3 salads and 3 desserts. Received the wrong spaghetti dish, which had only a tiny bit of sauce, no mushrooms, it was very dry, and cheese on top was burnt and hard. I called right back and told the man I'd ordered from about the problem. He got upset and said, "no, that's what you ordered and that is how we make it." He acted like he had trouble understanding English but I'd talked to him in past. He just kept arguing so I informed him I had to throw the ruined spaghetti away and wouldn't order anymore as I was flushing my money down the toilet. Really unfortunate.

Ordered online and the food didn't come for over an hour. Considering I live 2 miles away u was really confused. the first time I called to check up on it the woman hung up on me and when I called back she was rude and said the delivery man was here and hung up again ( which he wasnt ) food arrived 15 minutes after that and it was cold and tasted horrible . I have had great expirences with padrinos in the past and now I know this location isn't for me.

Terrible. Tasteless to mediocre food with lousy service provided by a rude staff. I've ordered from them a few times because they deliver late... But last night was the last order I will be placing with this sad excuse for a restaurant. Delivery took almost 2 hrs. (Quoted 45 min).

  • Kevin H.

Very poor customer service, I've wait too long for the Pizza. It takes them one and a half hour just to deliver one medium pizza. the distance is only 2 mile from my location. Better go with other pizza place.

  • Natasha J.

I used to come here for lunch on a regular basis because I got to school down the street. I have stopped and encouraged all of my friends to stop because their pizza is not worth the money, and I get terrible customer service every time I walk in, even if it is just to buy a soda. The last two times, I've sat inside for 5 minutes alone, the last was just to buy a soda. The time before, I ordered two slices of pizza and asked for them to be put in a box, and had to ask again as they put it on a plate. The woman serving me then scolded me for not telling her beforehand that I wanted my pizza in a box. I clearly was not going to sit in her two table establishment to eat my pizza. The staff if creepy and unfriendly, and they will not see a penny more from me ever again. Edit: I went back with a friend and again, asked for a box. The woman behind the counter looked like she wanted to cut of my head and practically threw my pizza at me. Honestly, I don't understand how they're still around.

I would give them no stars if I could! Ordered at 8p.m. and got my food at 9:20p.m., not too bad for delivery time but that's not the worst of it at all. Ordered: Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Cannoli, and Chicken Caesar Wrap Most of those things you'd think would be hard to screw up - WRONG. The Mozzarella Sticks were so soggy and cold you'd have thought they had just sat out to de-thaw instead of being cooked, the cannoli was also soggy and flour tasting, but the worst was the Chicken Caesar wrap which was smoking HOT. Out of the three things 2/3 of those things should've been hot, but nope, the one that you'd expect to be cold was the hot one. So disappointing! Definitely sticking to ordering from Domani's online when I feel like italian food, at least they know that chicken caesar is a SALAD and not a burrito.

  • Kai S.

I had the fettuccine with broccoli and garlic. There seemed to be genuine garlic as opposed to the more common powder stuff but thats about all I can say for it. Why was there no flavor to the soggy pasta with bland pesto? The least they could've done was add some salt in it. Otherwise it was like grazing in a really oily, slimy, green field of tasteless pasta. The side salad that came with my order was pretty good as was the garlic bread. But those two things are really hard to mess up on. I even applied my own dressing like a big kid. And all that for $11.99! line right up, folks.

  • Emma M.

I seriously love this place. It's a great go to for a late night grub and delivery is free. The rustico pizza is in a league all it's own. The pesto bread is always delish but also always cold at the time of arrival- nothing a little microwave action can't fix. Will order again and again! Also the pesto with lemon cream sauce is the best guilty pleasure for pasta lovers

We've ordered from Padrino's several times, and while it's not awesome it's solidly mediocre. They mess up about as many orders as they get right, but for some reason we keep ordering. They allow online ordering which is cool. Tonight, though, was the last time we'll ever order from them. It was just that bad. We ordered a sandwich, which was OK, but we also ordered wings which arrived COLD and greasy and really pretty gross. We ordered mozzarela sticks which I had to rebake to get even a little melty. We ordered one Coke and one Diet Coke, they sent 2 diet Cokes, which caused a small crisis here, as my husband cannot have diet Coke. Finally, and worst of all, we ordered a slice of tiramisu to share. It's a pretty picture on the web site, showing a slice of tiramisu that looks lovely, but what we actually got was more like a tiramisu pudding in a plastic dish, like the kind you get at a convenience store. At $4.55, I'd expect at least something that kind of looks homemade. :(

Bbq chicken pizza is the best I've had in the area. This place is my go to for pizza delivery. I have no idea why they're getting these bad reviews. Their service has been nothing but professional for me and they delivered till 3 a.m.!!! Definitely my standby for late night food after the bars close.

I got asked to work a double shift last minute and didn't have extra food on me. Since the next 8 hours were from 11pm-7am, there were NO food options open around pill hill. Luckily, someone in my department was ordering from Padrino's since it's open until 3am and delivers. I tried their brocolli fettuccini, which came with a side salad and bread sticks. The side salad came with your choice of dressing (I chose honey mustard) and I thought it was pretty delicious. The bread sticks were good too (but I personally think you can't really mess up bread sticks with garlic) but I was pretty disappointed with the fettuccini. The noodles were overcooked and bland. The cheese helped give it some flavor but it wasn't enough. However, this place gets an extra star for delivering promptly. Not exactly a place I'd go to on a regular basis but if I ever get asked to work a double shift again I'd order from here again.

We have been loyal Padrino's customers for about a year now. Their puttanesca pizza is one of the best pizzas we've ever had. The cheesy bread is also fantastic, and you can't beat their delivery special - $20 for a large pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a 2 liter. BUT... Their delivery time has gotten steadily worse over the past year. They tell you 45 mins on their website and over the phone. A year ago, we would get pizzas in a half hour... But that became an hour... Now, the last three times we've ordered, we've been told 45 mins but waited an hour and a half for a pizza that is no longer warm. Maybe they need to hire more drivers... I don't know. But I do know we probably won't be ordering again any time soon, and certainly not when we're hungry right at the moment. EDIT: Google maps says we live 7 mins from their Eastlake location by car.

This pizza was decent. A friend ordered it and brought it over during a party. We were all drinking, so you should know that the pizza tasted way better than it would've while sober and I still gave it a 3/5 haha. It was a pepperoni olive. One of the biggest pluses was there was an insane quantity of toppings on it. Very few places can compete with how generous they were with the pep and olives. The crust was solid, but unmemorable, and the general mix of cheese and tomato sauce was well done. Not too much or too little on either side. I can't speak for price, since I didn't buy it. Overall, it was a good pizza, but there are still many better options in the greater Seattle area. I can't quite say why this pizza wasn't great. There really wasn't anything wrong with it, it just didn't have a memorable flavor to it.

This place was pretty rough, I should have looked at the Yelp rating & reviews before allowing a co-worker to order from here. I got a chicken calzone which was pretty poor all around. The chicken, sauce and cheese were tasteless, the dough tasted like cardboard, and the side salad that came with our order was mostly just wilted lettuce. A waste of money and calories.

I've been ordering from Padrinos for 10 years. These awesome lil dewds make ok food. Not the best, not the worst. But the best you'll get for the price and delivery times. Portion are huge, I always order a salad cause it's enormous and very fresh. Try these guys for delivery it's kinda the best The chiggin tenders rule!

Decent pizza, took and hour to arrive which on a Saturday night is acceptable but the pizza was lukewarm and the tomatoes they charged me $1.75 to add were missing. Probably just going to try someone else next time.

Used grub hub to order for delivery and ordered the Italy pizza. It was delicious! Best pizza delivery I've had. They also did half and half different sauces at no extra charge. Will definitely order again.

Ordered wings, bolognese pasta, caesar salad, and an Italian sandwich. Wings were OK, but had lots of fatty parts on them. Pasta was terrible. It wasn't bolognese, it was just spaghetti with some pieces of meatball (the same meatball I suspect that was in my sandwich) and what were probably canned mushroom pieces but maybe not. Sandwich was great. Just your typical baked pizza sub, very tasty, nice bread etc. Salad was pretty basic and not very good. Quick delivery at 130am though, which is nice. I would probably order again but I'd stay away from the pasta for sure, maybe try the pizza.

I've never eaten at Padrino's, but have gotten their delivery several times. They delivery promptly and late into the night and my food has always arrived hot. This is one of those places I kind of like for reasons I don't really understand, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend to friends or on yelp. The pizza is actually not that great primarily because the crust is a bit dry and doughy and the sauce is unimpressive. I like some of their pasta dishes in a satisfying/comfort food but not necessarily delicious kind of way, and they have a great online coupon for free wings with a pizza order. I'm a big fan of their Italian-style wings even though they're a bit salty. In hindsight, I should probably skip the pizza and coupon and just get some wings and pasta the next time I need late night delivery.

I love their quattro formaggio! I'm a cheese lover and I think this pizza is amazing. It's a little pricey for what you get... almost 18 dollars for a 12inch pizza. I would probably just order pagliacci's for that price but pagliacci doesn't deliver during lunch hours! I haven't tried anything else on the menu but since this 18 dollar pizza looks like a 6 dollar pizza and tastes like a 20 dollar pizza, I'll keep ordering.

DON'T DO IT. NO MATTER HOW DRUNK YOU ARE. JUST EAT A SLICE OF BREAD DIPPED IN KETCHUP AND/OR A KRAFT SINGLE WITH MUSTARD. Every next day after I've ordered this pizza I always seem to wake up with "Why" by Annie Lennox stuck in my head. We drunkenly ordered this pizza after a night of heavy drunken bliss, we ate it but didn't really talk about our feelings about it - WE JUST ATE IT LIKE RAVENOUS FREAKS while trying on weird clothes. Then the next day we all felt bad about ourselves. I tried to walk across the street to the grocery store with my friend to get some electrolytes but she couldn't walk more than 3 steps so we ended up laying in a park for almost an hour looking like we injected too much heroin or didn't get enough of. She never made it to the store. Sure, you can blame this on the al-al-al-alcohol but we also decided that we remembered the pizza was gross too. But listen, they DO deliver super late.

Avoid at all costs. This should actually be a 'zero star' rating. I was a first-time customer when I placed an online order at 3:30 PM on a Wednesday afternoon to be delivered at 6:30 PM later that same evening. At 7 PM (30 minutes after expected delivery), I called the store and asked what had happened to my order. The person over the phone seemed to fumble for excuses and I ended up cancelling the order! Worst service ever and completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here again.

The specialty pizzas and coupons are pretty good here, so I recommend sticking to the pride area of the specialty pizza menu and use a coupon. I've had a mostly enjoyable experience getting delivery from here. After reading through some of the other reviews, some from people I know, I was a bit confused. Delivery people didn't have to pass an exam to get their jobs. If you have a problem, call the person who runs the place on the phone. What's wrong with you people? Grow a pair of post-passive aggressive balls occasionally. I also suggest looking at their website for what the pizzas look like. If you would like to eat it, order it. If you don't like it the way they make it, order something else. I actually like the pizza from here. It's kind of the low rent drool bib version version of Milano in some respects, only they give you more stuff when you get a package deal. No you're not going to get the vegan equivalent of lobster and steak ordering from a pizza shack. Mind reading technology has not progressed to the point of sucking your personal best pizza taste out of your brain. Sorry. Anyway, I'll take these cats over Pagliacci any day.

My girlfriend ordered delivery from their website. She said somehow toppings were taken off her order on the very last screen. It arrived after 1 hour. Pizza was cold, mozzerella sticks and pesto bread was cold. And yes, it only had 1 topping instead of 3. Upon opening the box, all 4 of us in the house said it looked like school cafeteria pizza. Well, it tasted even worse. Terrible crust too. Everyone was sad. Thanks Padrino for ruining dinner for our gathering of friends. Easily the worst pizza I've ever had, including frozen pizzas. Well, it's better than Ellio's pizza.

Garbage. This place delivers fast which is nice but who cares bc the food is nasty. Soggy wings and garlic bread. The tortellini special is no good. Very unfortunate. Tortellini overcooked and the sauce was just gross. My salad was the only part I didn't hate. Had to eat a rice krispies treat after to get the nasty taste out of my mouth. I wasn't expecting anything amazing from a place that delivers til 3 am but microwave Italian food, stouffers or lean cuisine even is ten times better than this disgusting garbage pathetic attempt at italian food.

It was okay. Not the best. I ordered online as well and my food was okay. For the price, I've had better. The gyro I ordered wasn't the best, but it was good. The bread sticks were pretty terrible, however.

This is easily the worst pizza I've ever had, Domino's and frozen pizza included. I ordered a My Favorite pizza, which includes spinach, mushrooms, parmesean, and Canadian ham. I asked them to replace the ham with sundried tomatoes. When I gave my address, I explained that my actual apartment was around the corner on a different street. He barely acknowledged me, said it would be about forty-five minutes, and hung up. An hour later, the delivery man called me to say he was outside. He wasn't. I assumed he was in the front of the building and waited for him to call back because he was calling from a restricted number. When he did call back, I told him where I was located and he was very annoyed, saying multiple times that he received no note that he was to go to the side of the building. I expect delivery to be brought directly to me. Silly me. I signed, tipped, and took my pizza inside. It had pepperoni and olives on it. Huh. I tried a bite of the garlic bread. Tasted microwaved, no crisp at all. I called back, aggravated and demanding that another pizza be delivered with some non-microwaved garlic bread. He should've offered me a partial refund or a free dessert or something, but no. To be fair, he was very apologetic. Thirty minutes later, my pizza arrived. The toppings and cheese were very good, but there was hardly any tomato sauce and the crust was wretched. The garlic bread was the same. No crisp at all! The pizza, the garlic bread, the cranky delivery man, and the number of bad experiences on this site = me never ordering from here again. Dimitar, work on your customer service and your crust.

Despite the owner commenting as if he cares, the drivers STILL continue to park in the bus loading area. It has no parking signs for a reason. As of yesterday, there is still nonsense going on over at Padrino's.

Yikes. I try to stay as positive as possible with my reviews, but it is difficult to think of something positive to say about this place. I decided to get some late night wings and garlic cheese bread delivered to my hotel room. The delivery itself was prompt. That's about all I can say on this place's behalf. The food was just plain old not good. The garlic cheese bread had the dubious distinction of being both soggy and burnt at the same time. A bizarre feat. The wings were sauceless and had a consistency that can only be described as "slimy". They were essentially inedible. Not good. You should avoid this place.

When confronted with their mistake, I was told it happens all the time. I ordered a pizza and a salad for delivery. i was told it would take 30-45 minutes. An hour later, the pizza arrives without the salad. The order had been messed up. But rather than offer me an apology or a credit, I got nothing. After calling the restaurant and explaining what had happened, i still got no acknowledgment of a mistake, let along an apology, let alone a credit of some sort. The woman on the phone said she had to speak to someone with more authority, although the delivery person told me she was the manager. Finally she came back on the phone and told me the manager was in a meeting and couldn't talk now, in a meeting in a pizza delivery restaurant at 800pm on a Friday night? Bottom line, I strongly recommend that you never order from Padrino's, they screw up, refuse to apology and do nothing to make things right. It's now almost 2 hours since I ordered and my family has no dinner.

We ordered three pastas and an order of hot wings for delivery on Sept 11, 2010. We ordered through eat24hours.com . Delivery was prompt and the deliveryman was friendly. The food was inedible. Each of our three pastas (spaghetti Bolognese, fettucini w/ meatballs and cheese ravioli) was swimming in grease. I'm not being hyperbolic... they came in an *actual* *puddles* of *grease*. Disgusting and unacceptable. Total cost (including gratuity) was close to $60. We did not try their pizza. I assume it's got to be a bit more edible than what we ordered, but I won't risk ordering from them again to find out.

Customer Service is awful is an understatement. I placed an order online for delivery to my office in downtown seattle and was quoted for 45 minutes. I called the general number after an hour and 15 minutes to inquire where the order was. The woman on the phone did not speak english very well and told me that she didn't have my order. She then told me that I probably sent it to the wrong location. I didn't, but she insisted I did over and over for about 5 minutes and then finally admitted I was right. Then she said it would take 30 minutes to get my order to me and that I needed to replace it with her. I kept trying to have her track the order with my confirmation number, but apparently that isn't possible. I finally replaced the order with her and told her I wanted it free since their system didn't work and it was going to be over 2 hours late. She then told me it wasn't her fault (excuse me?!? It's your system and it is your fault) and that she could only give me 20% off. That is some bullshit, but I was willing to move forward since I had an office full of hungry people until she asked for my credit card information again. I wasn't about to let her double charge me and I had no way of confirming my card wasn't charged. We ended up ordering from somewhere else down the street and picking it up 15 minutes later. This place should not be in business. I would never order from them again and I will be reporting them to the BBB for not being able to provide the service they claim to. I hope they expect hell if I do get charged for that order too!

Pizza is not cheap in Seattle. Got the Bruschetta pizza and I really loved it. NO tomato sauce--just an olive oil and garlic base---lots if fresh garlic! Yikes. Walked in to buy in a whim--guy was a little gruff. Plus, I didn't notice the menus on the counter. I could have saved a few bucks and thought it was cheap of him not to offer me a discount., it was 4 pm on a Friday and they weren't doing anything else. I thought all the toppings---tomatoes, kalamata olives (a little weird for bruschetta, but it worked) and basil were of high quality and fresh. Place is a little dumpy, and the pieces by the slice looked a little sad. Only seemed to have cheese and pepperoni. Overall, I would eat it again, but their service was not spectacular.

I worked late night in Belltown and these guy would deliver the best pies I have ever had. Their taco pizza is to die for. This is seriously my favorite pizza EVER! I'm from the east coast so I know pizza! Padrino's blew my mind. I still have yet to find better. Even living in LA. The people giving bad reviews to this place must like walnuts on their pizza which is gross. I had it one time at this other place in Seattle.. I make that face Kristen Stewart always makes. You know, where it looks like you are going to throw up.

I ordered a Padrino's Special Med. on a Monday night using one of their coupons. It took 55 minutes from call to delivery. I open the box and it looks like a pizza that was made hours ago and was reheated. The crust was flat, stiff and had perforated holes on bottom. They obviously use pre made crusts. The cheese, meat and sauce were over cooked and dry. I've had day old pizza reheated that tasted better and fresher.

I love the pizzas at this place! Fast delivery and great crust/dough. All around great pies. It should be noted, however, I am not a pizza purist... So, my pizza opinion may be questionable. With that said, I'd stab family member for a "My Favorite" or "Spicy Peperoni" pie! Their sides are pretty lack luster. The only thing worth ordering on the appetizer menu would be the pesto cheese sticks, be warned, they taste like heartburn and shame.... delicious, delicious shame. But, lets face it, if you're ordering pizza delivery you're probably in sweat pants already anyways... don't half ass your calorie intake. I did get burned by their terrible website and inaccurate pricing, however, they offered me a free pizza on my next order. They are driving you food... pick up a phone, call in an order. It's less work than walking to your door to get the pizza from them. TLDR: Pizza=good, appetizers=meh, delivery=fast, website=fail

Room service at the Paramount hotel features a primarily Asian inspired menu, which we sampled a few times. But we had been sick in bed all day and felt like something different (and cheap). I found out about Padrino's from one of those little cards in the lobby. We had never ordered pizza at a hotel so it was a fun experience. It was delivered in a timely fashion and very warm and delicious. Probably one of the best mushroom and sausage pizzas I've had. Very cheesy. Would definitely recommend it if you're stuck in a hotel room in Seattle - only wish I had discovered it on our 2008 trip!

This is the only place we order pizza from. Italian with added artichoke hearts - MMMMMMmmmmMMMM. I'm sure their other pizzas are delicious too, but we can't seem to deny ourselves our favorite. Best delivery in Seattle, hands down.

There's just something about it. Padrino's is just a delivery/take-out spot in Capital Hill. There's a couple tables but don't expect a whole lot of service. There's only two locations so you'll probably have to get up off your ass if you want some of this stuff. The most stand out thing about Padrino's is their crust. It's a pan crust but not too thick. It's rich and butter but not too greasy. As far as the ingredients go they're not the highest quality and there's not too many things you haven't seen before. However, they are fresh and they don't skimp on the cheese (applause please). They sell pasta and gyros too so you can bring your lame friends who don't love pizza as much as you do. Oh and don't dig into your pizza right when they give it to you, for some reason it's even better when you let the pizza settle for about 15 minutes. The leftovers are just as good when reheated in the oven.

We were staying at a hotel nearby and didn't want to go out for dinner, so we ordered from here. They said it would take 45 minutes, and it took exactly 45 minutes. The small pepperoni pizza was okay. It was warm. It was a cut above Dominoes (and similar in style/taste), so I'd say it was mediocre... not at all bad, but not great. Good enough. We also ordered chicken strips which were average but one was burned. Finally we ordered a wrap, asked for a white/plain wrap but got a green/spinach one instead. Not worth hassling and waiting 45 more minutes. But we won't order here next time we are in town. We will try a different place.

Mozzarella had picked up some off flavors from the refrigerator. Maybe not noticeable on a topping heavy pizza, but clear on the single topping model. The crust could have used a hotter oven and more gluten. On the plus side, in a city of over-priced mediocre pizzza, its nice to see some reasonably priced mediocre pizza! But I think with a little attention to the product and some tweaking of the dough / oven recipe, along with getting some baking soda in the fridge Padrino's could have a respectable pie. You can do it!

Service is terrible! They said it would take 45 minutes for our pizza to be delivered. It took them 1 hour and 5 minutes to deliver our very cold pizza. They would not give us the pizza for free at that time, but they said after I called and complained, that they would give us a free pizze the next time we order. They did not honor their promise. I called back about a month later to order a pizza and they offered 25% off. I told them they said it would be free earlier, and I spoke with the manager and he was persistant with the 25% off. He proceeded to ask me if it was a man or woman who talk me this. As if he was sexist! Needless to say I told him he was losing a loyal customer (why I ordered there more than once, I have no idea), and that I would tell everyone I know not to order from them. So that's how yelp is helping! Cold pizza. Bad service. Way over priced (with 25% off the pizza would have still been $17).

I ordered in during a snow storm and my pizza arrived about 30 minutes later AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! I can't say enough about it, they were friendly, fast and delivered a hell of a good pizza at a great price. I will definitely be using them again.

90% of yelp reviewers should slap them selves for their reviews. I always get the padrino special, and im always happy with it. If you live in the CD and It's two AM you cant be too picky when it comes to delivery. if you have problems with the food maybe don't be so scared and just call the people that work there.

When I first found Romio's, I thought my pizza delivery prayers had been answered. Pasta, sandwich and salad options...cool! Then came all the spinoff Romio wannabes. Same menu, crappier food, and since they delivered well into the next morning, why not just charge about $5 more? Gee thanks. Well, Padrino's gets it right. The menu is quite varied, all the traditional pizza joint fare, plus sandwiches, wings and then you scroll down to something like the tuna calzone?! (which is actually quite tasty). Portions are large; I swear the cook is back there sayin 'You want artichokes? Well here's the whole jar buddy!' Plus they deliver till 3, and I hate to tell ya Romio's...You've been outdone!

    (4)
  • Jeremy H.

Wow! Late night pizza, salad, pasta, and sandwiches that don't leave you regretting everything in the morning. More Variety than you can shake a stick at and great service to boot. Padrino's may have just saved late night food in Seattle! I will be back tomorrow!

Their fettuccine pasta just wasn't that great. I've had better fettuccine from a microwave box. The side salad was huge though, so that was nice, but I just expected more flavor from my main entree for $11.45.

I tried for a while to write a neutral review for this pizza place but I could not. Your pie will arrive greasy because the cheese is over baked and the thin nature of their pie does not take kindly to such abuse. There are much better options. ps: I have heard their gyros are pretty damn good.

Ordered two pizzas and wings online for a total of $26.55. Our pizza arrived luke warm and the total was now $32. I showed the delivery man the email confirmation with the total and was told the website was being updated. I could either pay the difference or return the pizza. We decided to pay the extra and found out later our pizza was missing requested sauces and toppings.

I love Padrino's, it's become a tradition to order delivery for it when I attend Sakuracon every year in downtown Seattle. I love their garlic chicken pizza, and I like that each slice has a fresh tomato on it. It's always fulfilled our hunger when at the hotel starving, and not wanting to walk anywhere to get something.

i think they have amped up their game recently. their food is better than i remember it, our recent delivery record has been perfect even with all my requests for substitutions, the prices are very reasonable, even their website is great with photos of most dishes showing on the order menu! i think they deserve a way better overall rating than they have right now.

UPDATE: I just wanted to correct something I wrote below--we have ordered from Padrino's 5 times. Again, I won't be ordering from them again. They need to smarten up and instead of thanking people for good reviews, take to heart the bad reviews. The hotel where I work has ordered food from Padrino's for 3 of our monthly meals in the last year. We will not order from there again--at least as long as I am doing the ordering. I always call a day ahead and order so that I can have a company check ready. I asked the very nice gentleman 3 times if the total was correct and included everything-tax, discount, etc. It was 244.59 including everything. I had asked him earlier if we could have a discount because we are a hotel and he said not usually for catering, but he would go ahead an give it to us. I made the check out and added a $20 tip for the driver. When the food arrived the next day, the bill was completely different. I called to ask what was up and the woman that answered, apparently the owner, started raising her voice. I wasn't really upset about the price difference, but she acted like I was trying to get away with something. I was worried about the tip for the driver. She finally agreed to take care of the driver, but not until she had was extremely rude to me. When I had ordered the food I specifically asked if they would send serving spoons, the gentleman said "Yes, of course, Always!" They didn't' send them. The food was swimming in grease and the banquet size meatballs was enough for 5 people. I think that they mischarged me the day before and decide to just chintz on the food instead of calling and telling me their mistake. All it would have taken was a flipping phone call--it was the dinner that my housekeepers chose for the end of Int'l Housekeeper's week and Padrino's thoroughly let us down and abused us in the process. If I could give this place a lower rating I definitely would. Next time we do pasta we will definitely go elsewhere--anywhere but here!

If you like Carrot Cake, you'll love Padrinos'! Not because they have great carrot cake, but because that is what they send you instead of what you order. I did my research before ordering and read all the reviews, they seemed to be split down the middle... Half said they were super late and sent carrot cake instead of what they ordered an dthe other half said they were good. I chose to be optimistic. Bad idea... They were late and messed up my order. I wouldn't bother.

eh...pizza is so-so...nothing I would ever order if it wasn't 2AM. Like others have mentioned, the pizza won't show up hot. It's not cold....but just acceptable warm. No gooey hot cheese.

    (2)
  • Melinda S.

The salads, hot sandwiches, and strombolis (think Calzone minus the ricotta) are quite tasty. It's not New York style pizza, so there'll be a lot of mixed reviews, but I find the crust generally good and the toppings just fine. The pasta portions are huge, I generally split it with someone and just add a side salad or appetizer. The deliver until 3am and aren't as greasy as Romio's or Pizza Hut. I agree with other reviewers to avoid the wings. I haven't found good wings in Seattle yet.

Really really disappointing. I'll be generous and give 2 stars because it did come pretty quickly, even ordering at 1:30am on a Tuesday. Not a fan of the crust at all, and all the toppings and cheese came off. Pretty weak even for late night munchies...

We tried Padrino's because we had a $3 off coupon. We ordered a large supreme, and were told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Our pizza was 30 minutes late and cold. We were starving at this point so we ate it all, but I can't say it was the best pizza I've had. There are definitely better pizza options out there.

Right after pilates class next door, I needed to grab a quick lunch, so I thought I'd give Padrino's a try. I got 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, a gyro, and a dinner salad to split with my old dad, starving at home, because daughter/cook had been busy all morning. Pizza sucked. I mean, it REALLY sucked. I think jm might be right that those are left overs from the night before. There was a reason why they try to get rid of them with 2 slices/$5 with free soda deal. I had gyro and it was decent. Nothing too amazing, but it was slightly more than edible. And the dinner salad was huuuuge! I wish they had a small salad option. All in all, probably won't go back for pizza, but maybe yes for gyro and salad.

I was hoping for some good bad pizza, thinking of greasy joints in New York I've been to. I often ride by Padrino's on the bus, and it looked like it may be a legit pizza place. So I got a cheese pizza, thinking it was basic and would be hard to mess up -- a thin crust, decent tomato sauce, and mass-produced mozzarella would have sufficed. Alas, I overestimated Padrino's. The pizza was on the level of Domino's (their old pizza, I haven't tried the new one they've been advertising). Or to put it another way, it's slightly better than bad frozen pizza. Just bad, bad pizza. Even after a $3 coupon, it was a waste of money. I'll just order Pagliacci next time -- perfectly reasonable pizza at a good price. Also, it seems they were formerly Jet City Pizza, from which I ordered about 6 years ago when I last lived in Seattle. I recall Jet City being much better than this, which is too bad.

lots of things on the menu looked good. we picked the pesto broccoli fettuccine. upon delivery, the broccoli was bland and overcooked, the overall taste wasn't that great, and the whole dish was so bathed in oil that it leaked out of the dish, through the bag, and all over my house wherever i had sat it at various points. the french bread looked like it had been under a heat lamp for 3 hours. the dinner salad was ok, but it's pretty hard to fuck up raw vegetables you know. nice that they deliver late but i probably won't be ordering much from them anyway now.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I'm a student at Seattle University and my meal plan card was running low so I figured I would order out. I decided on the spaghetti and meatballs because of the awesome picture. So, when I got this $11 dish I quickly realized that Padrino's sprinkled some Hunt's spaghetti sauce and tossed in some previously frozen meatballs found in your local grocery store and called it good. My 5-year-old niece could do a better job than them! I mean, props to them- they did include a complimentary salad (that tasted awful-- I know, how do you screw up a salad!? I asked myself the same thing.) and a piece of complimentary garlic bread that was hard and cold. I should have just had top ramen like all the other college students...

Not the best pizza ever, but decent homemade crust and LOTS of toppings. Online ordering and delivery until 3am rocks! The bf and I order from here at least once a week. Hot sandwiches are delicious and HUGE. The chicken ranch or meatball sandwiches are both delicious. The lasagna is really good, so much cheese! If you order frequently and tip the delivery guy well, he will make sure to bring your pizza first. Last night we ordered and our pizza was here within 25 mins! Good solid pizza place.

Ill call it 3.5. 3 for the pizza and 5 for the salads. But since this is a pizza place I got to go with the pizza rating. The pizza is good although nothing to write home about. However the salads are great, an 8 dollar salad is enough to feed 3 people itself. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Ill definitely try it again.

I love Padrino's. It is my go to spot for delivery pizza. I've ordered from them many times and have never had a problem. The food is decent - I love the pepperoni and artichoke pizza but hated the wings. The crust is soft, just the way I like it, and the pizza has never been cold when I order delivery. Plus, they deliver until 3 in the morning!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
