As Meat Loaf would say, "Two out of three ain't bad" After an exhausting round of Roulette and Pai Gow my wife and I decided to forgo the enormous line to the buffet and just eat at the grill. We had to wait a bit to get seating when there were some empty tables. Definitely an inefficient system they got going on here. When we did get sat we order the mozzarella sticks. Quite delicious, and a generous amount of sauce. I hate it when they skimp on sauce. Then we waited and waited for our entrees to come. We had enough time for me to beat my wife in Farkle one and a half times. Pretty unacceptable. I had the Jack Daniels Kobe Burger. There is a huge difference between grilled red peppers and raw green peppers. That's basically like saying "Megan Fox, Redd Fox, same thing." The burger was cooked to death. I would have sent it back had we not waited so long. I actually hope they pulled a bait and switch on me and didn't serve me Kobe Beef because Kobe does not deserve a death like that. My wife got the Mac and cheese. Very simple and well executed. Nice flavor and texture. Very rich too. We couldn't even finish it together. Its not that service was surly or bad, it was just very slow and there is definitely an issue with the efficiency. This is a casino, people. How can I be giving you back money at the black jack table if I'm sitting an extra 5 minutes waiting for my food. That's over 10 hands of blackjack I'm not playing and losing. Fix that stuff man.

This place is a hidden gem in a tacky tacky casino. It is also a no smoking area so that's a nice thing. The food is great and so is the service. I was really surprised. I would highly recommend.

Service can be questionable but food and price are great. Love the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Free Live band on the weekends is nice too!

Great food prices reasonable.....Service was lousy!!!! We group of 4 came in about 7:30pm... had one cocktail each. Dinner arrived it was great, finished eating. The live band started to play @ 9pm decided we wanted to listen to the band for a while. Tried to order another drink and we were cut off. I spoke to management, they determine that was unreasonable. Offered to buy me a drink, I told the management that the only reasonable thing to do was to write up the server: Manista....

This review is for the Scatter Creek Grill. The food here is tasty and priced right. The problem here is the service...seriously. Several times I have been seated in an area that gives me a view of the back of the house. I have noted, on more than one occasion, customers waiting to be seated while there are several servers just bs'ing back there. AND, I'm not talking for a couple of minutes either. We are talking 5-10 minute periods. The management needs to get more control over this as it is a pain to have to wait when there are empty tables all over. Last Saturday I saw several couples just leave and another couple grabbed a table on their own after waiting there for service. Food quality 5 stars....service 0.

Breakfast opens at the Scatter Creek Grill at 8:30 am, We regularly enjoy basic egg breakfast, the breakfast special, or western breakfast. It is unfortunate that breakfast ends at 11am. If I knew the GM or the Chairman I would ask them to make breakfast throughout the day and night like in Vegas. Wait a minute, I do know the GM and Chief! Stay tuned!
