This has to be the worst Wendys location across the United States. Awful service everytime i go. I refuse to go back there because i have never had a good experience there nor do i have anymore patience. My last order was a burger short, the hamburger wasnt even fully cooked, and my bun was stale. Very rude.

I don't mind paying more but atleast be honest with your Ads.... we just saw their new Ads on the TV and we run at this Wendy's right away and when we got there, they don't want to honor their TV Ads, what kind of crap is that? We just waste our time and gas? As I have said I dont mind paying a dollar more I just think it's wrong to lie to your customer just to get them into your door. I am not coming back!

5 stars are for baked potatoes and salads.. and well, um I ate cheeseburgers also. The 5 are for the very friendly employee who greeted me with a warm smile and who I saw regularly. I bet she is a manager by now. She knows customer service and the little nicities one can do even in a fast food place. Very clean. The weight I gained as I tried almost every restaurant fo rbudget and places to go out.. well ! I gett hat weight - it's not their fault. I will also say that not all of their staff are highly skilled - some have their first job here.. and it shows. I expect they will grow up.

Dear Richland Wendy's: Please get it together. You screw up my drive-through order EVERY TIME and it's a matter of picking the correct salad out of your refrigerated case. Not rocket science. Just when I had vowed to never return, you come out with new fries, which I will try. It's your last chance for my business; good luck!

Do not leave customers standing at the counter. If you must, don't do so for 5 minutes. If you do leave them there, don't tell them repeatedly that 'someone will be right with you'. When you do, don't be surprised when they walk out in disgust and go to your competitor three doors down.

Worst Wendy's EVER! !!!! I ordered a chicken sandwich, i waited 20 minutes to get my meal, 2 men walked in after me, they got their meals.... apparently my keal ticket was lost or couldnt be found. Didn't offer my money back after THEIR mistake.... i give one star because i cant give a negative star.... the chicken sandwich and fries were not worth the money paid.... please go somewhere else or a different Wendy's!!!! This one sucks on service and quality!!!
