This is a terrible restaurant.french fry is too salty and chicken in hamburger is not fresh. I think it's a mistake to stop by and have dinner here.

Pretty terrible. Service, cleanliness, and quality of food is just bad. The drive-thru line is always very, very long; and very, very slow. Glad they have "drive-thru parking" for when you're leaving, because 9/10 times you'll have to park because they screwed your order up. ALWAYS check before you leave the window. Inside is usually pretty empty, but for some reason always dirty. Always finding myself having to wipe my own table down because every single one has something on it.The area to get your drinks is always a mess; hardly ever stocked and people just leave their straw wrappers everywhere. Very sticky too, don't set anything down anywhere near the soda machines. Free wifi seems to drive in a few people at night, they like to camp and just use the internet. I've never used the restroom here, so can't say if that is clean or not. Food quality...eh. The burgers always look so sad... they are always flat, cold, and just not appealing. The only good part (slightly) about this place is the fries - which is true with any McDonalds, the fries are bomb - but tend to be cold quite often here, so ask for hot ones. Also, don't ask for extra sauce - it's $.25 each! Unfortunately this is the closest location when I have that strange craving for McDonalds. I try to avoid it as much as possible.

It's McDonald's. It's not good for you and you pretty much know what you are going to get when you decide to eat fastfood. That being said, This location is by work and if I am in a real hurry, I can hop off the freeway and grab this. They put in the 2nd drive thru in but never use it even when it is super busy..which is all the time. Staff is a little strange. Sometimes you get a really nice one and other times you get someone that does not want to be there or is half sleeping. My food is usually fresh and hot but I come during the lunch rush. They have never messed up my order either. I make sure to read the screen to make sure they put it in right and check my bag before I pull away.

It is a McDonald's in Renton. That has got ick written all over it. I was running an errand and found myself having to hang around Renton for a few hours on a weekday. I was deciding between this McDonald's and the Starbucks across the way in regards to where to work for those couple hours. I decided to go to the golden arches. My most recent visit to a McDonald's was surprising in the plausibility of working at a fast food restaurant so I decided to give this location a try as well. Indeed, a restaurant makeover was done on this store as well making it a fairly comfy place to work from. Being that this restaurant is just off I-405, a lot of the business here comes from drivers getting off the exit to get their fast food fix. It was the afternoon when I visited, so I was not in the mood for fast food. So I got a coffee which is a good deal since it is $1 for all sizes as well as one of their apple pies ($.69) since I was feeling nostalgic. The coffee here was alright. Nothing special, but you can't beat the value. The apple pie was just okay. It just does not taste as good as the ones of my childhood. The apple pie was slightly warmer than lukewarm. Despite the average food, the ambiance is better than expected. The free wi-fi is a huge plus and I was able to work here without much trouble. It is still a fast food restaurant so you will see strange characters come in and the place can be hectic when busy. As far as coffee shops go, I would suggesting going to the Starbucks across the way instead since it offers a much calmer ambiance. But it is not as uncool now as before to work and dine at a McDonald's, so kudos to them for changing that image.

I didn't like it here it was horrible I dislike the main manager of this McDonald's he had an attitude and he looked at you with a face that was very uncomfortable he walked around making sure you didn't do nothing bad which it was only going to bathroom or eating watching you every you went I didn't like I won't come in next time because of him they should get a better manager

Downgrading to a 1 after recent incident. Food has been going downhill the last 6 months (like it's fine dining, anyway..........). However, on a recent evening at approx. 11pm, I went thru the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me and it took 25+ minutes to get thru!! There is no way out - you are stuck. When I finally got to the window the girl working was nasty and all she would basically say is "to bad...." and give me the eye roll. To top it off I got wrong food and it was disgusting....Contacted the store and the manager called me back. He was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned however there was absolutely zero follow thru...............

After I paid, I waited 6 minutes for a McDouble and McChicken. One was cold. Won't be back to this McD.

Like most people, I'm no stranger to McDonalds. Even when on the strictest of diets I can usually find something to eat here and their hours usually match my schedule whether I'm up all day or up all night. I know the corporation designs its chain down to the very smell of each branch, but there are still minor variations from restaurant to restaurant which influence how much I like the place and how likely I am to return. There are a number of reasons I like this McDonalds off exit 7 more than many others. 1. The place feels brand new and sparkling clean even in rush hour. 2. The staff are friendly and efficient, 3. The decor of the place feels a little more upscale or bistro-like and a little less tacky (ie DQ). 4. It's right off the freeway The only thing that I don't really love about the place is the fact that the restaurant itsself isn't 24 hours, despite being right off the freeway. It may be somewhat understandable considering that its in a predominantly residential neighborhood, and also that theres already a 24h Denny's across the street catering to the 24h crowd. Other than that I like this place and would recommend it to anyone

I ordered inside and waited a long time to be served even though no line existed. After my order it took 25 minutes to receive two small cheeseburgers. No apologies were given for the abysmally bad wait time even though they were aware since they called the order out to the cooks 3 times. In the meantime I observed the employees since I had a long waiting time, they were extremely unprofessional. Rolling eyes, talking badly about costumers behind their back, making racial jokes about the Asian costumers. And we increased the minimum wage for this type of work ethic?

    This review is based on the fact that, yes - this is a McDonalds. And yes, I will give them another chance when the remodel is done. But just one! I pass by this McDonalds multiple times a day, and won't stop at it. I could be wrong but their prices seem to be higher than everywhere else. The evening staff is quite unfriendly, and for that matter so is the morning. My real problem comes from their aggressive "YOU PAY FOR SAUCE" campaign. I think it's dumb to begin with that McDonalds makes you pay 10 cents for a sauce packet. But this location hangs up signs telling you exactly how many sauces you can have per nugget transaction. It really irked me for some reason when I pulled up to the window after ordering a 20 piece. 20 freaking little deep fried hockey pucks and if I need more than 4 sweet and sour- 10 cents! K. Fine. Whatever. Give me my nugs! Five minutes later I arrive home... They forgot my sauce ;__;

Looking for fast, cheap, and greasy? Then look no further! McDonald's will fill your belly with little morsels of fried food. It's a great location, just a hop off and on I-405, but be watchful because people zip through the four way intersection and the parking lot with perfect tunnel vision. The interior is bright and majority of the time kept clean. If there is a mess it usually entails newspapers scattered about or napkins on the floor. Rarely is it garbage overflowing or condiments smeared on the countertops. Yes, you will have to double check your order. Make it second nature. They will mess it up in creative ways. Often times they forget an item, or add an item but I have had them given me items that in no way sounded like what I said or what the cashier entered. The later it is the likelier it will happen.

Well it is McDonalds and not much to review ...I am not a big fan in general and this one seems a little slower than others and also when all the other McDonalds had .99 cent large drinks this was one of the few that didnt for some reason.

  • Ryan W.

Prices at this mcd's is quite a bit more expensive than other locations. Staff is not that friendly. Poor experience returning a burger that was not what I had ordered. Remodel was nice, but doesn't justify charging more than McDonald restaurants everywhere else.

After a long night of working grave shift, all I want are some nice, greasy hash browns. This particular McDonald's is just a couple of exits away from my apartment, so I will sometimes pull off the freeway to grab breakfast. It is pretty new inside and is usually clean, but sometimes the workers can be a bit rude here. Once I went inside to use a coupon that had no expiration date written on it. When I asked the man if I could use it he looked at me like I was the world's biggest idiot and snottily said that it expired the day before. When I go through the drive through they never say hello and they never tell you the cost of your order - they just hold out their hand for cash. It is McDonald's though, so I guess my expectations are not set too high.

  • Glenn S.

Crappy service. They always screw up your order in drive thru. Make sure you check your order before you hit the freeway. When going in I don't think the people relize that McD's is fast food. So that means you move things quicks. Not 10 mins for a order to get to you. Listen to the customer when you are taking an order. I would suggest going another location.

This McDonalds is fast and friendly. I love nearby and often visit for a snack, dinner, or desert. It's one of the better McDonalds I've been to.

Avoid it! Strange staff and poor managers with no social skills or customer service. I don't understand their managers. Ask for a cup of water and you get a little toy size suitable for a toy or mini me. They charge extra or won't please you if you ask you burger on a wheat bun. They also charge .30 cents if you add tomatoe to your burger.Their burgers look gross actally too like sloppy dead cow with old pickles and runny ketchup....run ! See my othe Mc Donald review

  • Julian H.

I started going here when they had free latte Fridays. Recently ventured through during a hunger emergency for a drive-by breakfast, but it was bad, even by fast-food standards. Even by *McDonald's standards* (gasp) Sandwich was lukewarm, made of rubbery english muffin and unmelted fake cheese. Disappointing. The "latte" tasted like crap.

  • Aaron D.

It seems like a good idea since it's right off the freeway. I know. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. I tried it, too. If there is a heirarchy or McDonaldses, this one rates lower than Court Jester; it's down with, like, "Pig Farmer's 3rd favorite brothel worker." If you must, just use the drive through. And never let it kiss you or tell you it loves you. It's just business.

  • Mike B.

Ok, yeah, I'm stretching here to work on my review count. You caught me! But this is one of the only "restaurants" near my house. Its either this, or Dinos pub or Subway across the street. Gotta love the easy access off of lucky exit #7 from 405 and the 99 cent menu! I'll whip thru the drive thru once in a while when a Mickey D's fry or chocolate shake craving hits. This is a pretty quiet location for a McD's and the drive thru rarely has a line.
