I have only had good service here once. I can't expect too much since it is, after all, fast food. The young boys name, I believe, was Kameron. He went above and beyond, and swiveled that frosty like no other. Made my day to see such politeness in such a young soul.

Wendy's has the best salads! They are just as good or even better than ones you'd order in a restaurant and other fast foods don't hold a candle to them. Today, I ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad and everything was freshly made. Crisp salad, fresh tomatoes, corn that looked to be fresh roasted, crisp bacon and warm barbecued grilled chicken. Loved it! My other favorite has been the strawberry and blueberry salad... Sorry to heartiest coming back this year (though they said there will be a new strawberry one soon). I gave 5 stars because the food was fabulous. And that is what matters. Unfortunately, the lobby had every table dirty. But the food made up for it!

The quality of the food has diminished since the grand opening. Specifically, the size of the burger and chicken patties. I have had my order wrong more than a few times and I have formed a complaint and never heard back from management or Wendy's. The customer service at the drive-thru window seems a bit rushed and unfriendly. There are a few nice staff members that work at the registers inside the restaurant here but overall I'm not really impressed with the experience. Of course it is a fast food restaurant and you can't set expectations too high but perhaps they need to adjust their prices to match the quantity/quality of the food consumers receive.

Welcome to Poulsbo Wendy's! Now our drive thru options consist of you, Jack in the Box, McDonalds, Taco Bell / KFC, Burger King and Taco Time. Congrats to Poulsbo for taking yet another step towards trying to become Silverdale! This is a brand spanking new store with easy drive thru access. I expect that we will get all of the from the island heading over to Poulsbo to get their late night munchies satisfied with all of our options here.

I honestly don't see why this place is getting such high marks. It's a fast food restaurant! The food is fine and the service is friendly, but it's still fast food. I can honestly say that this place is probably better than other fast food joints nearby...but I like to reserve higher marks for unique and local places. Five stars has to wow me...this met my expectation of any Wendy's.

Hooray! Wendy's is closer to me now. I never have a bad thing to say about Wendy's and this new location doesn't disappoint. There is only one problem I foresee in the future. The new beverage/soda dispenser. With over 100 drink options I can't help but be stumped when asked what would you like to drink with that. I can see the drive through lines getting long all because a beverage. And on the inside... one soda machine! This thing is intimidating. A touch screen and only one dispenser. I feel like I need training in order to fill my cup with a refreshing beverage. Do some research on the new drink options before you go so you don't hold up the line for all of us thirsty people.
