We stopped in here after picking up a few things at the mall. This Menchie's location is great as it's right next to Chipotle so I can hit two birds with one stone. This was my first time going to this Menchie's and I thought the wonderfully bright décor and general flow was nice. Actually with regards to the flow, I think it's kind of small. You circle around the wall of yogurt machines into the toppings station and then to the "sauces" to then make it to the weighing station. If there are more than two people in line, there kind of is a back up and people can't move on to the next station. Even though it was kind of busy when we went, there were still plenty of places to sit and each and be gawked at by the people passing the windows in front of the store. There are quite a few flavors and as many have mentioned there are vegan options from time to time. There weren't any flavors that were just off the wall though that made you think "Whoa....that's new". I've seen more of a selection at Yogurtini in Dupont. The yogurt itself I found to be very sweet. I thought it was because of the sweetness of the toppings I put on, but no...the yogurt was sugary to my taste. The flavors weren't very potent either but I did just get vanilla and caramel. The caramel actually tasted more like coffee. There are more toppings elsewhere as well. I was surprised at the lack of fresh fruit but I did like how the dry toppings were set up so that there was less chance of spilling some into the other containers. The cashier was really friendly though and didn't appear to hate his life working at a froyo shop. I was ecstatic when I checked in and got a 20% off deal on the Yelp app. So about $11 worth of yogurt ended up costing $8. It probably wouldn't have been so much if I hadn't added so many rainbow sprinkles. But, I love my sprinkles though.

The location is clean, bright, and the staff are always friendly. I think I tried all the flavors they had, but the staff didn't mind at all. The atmosphere is laid back, and they play music, but it's not too loud. This is a great place if you like lots of toppings. I love the pineapple dole whip they have- it's like I'm transported back to Hawaii in a cup! I love getting the fresh strawberries and little mochi as toppings. This location is at Capital Mall, right next to Chipotle, so they have ample parking. On Fridays from 9-11 pm, you can fill your entire bowl for $5. I'm not that hard core yet, as my lactose intolerance usually kicks in at the halfway full (or half empty, for you pessimists) mark, but if you love frozen yogurt and can digest milk, check them out on a Friday night! It's never usually crowded here.

I can't support a business with these hours. It only makes sense that a business like this would employ young adults/high school kids. Why are you open until 11? If people don't have their dessert by 9 then they should be out of luck. The people getting frozen yogurt that late have the munchies.

This Menchie's is great! Every single visit, I receive a sincere welcome and a warm smile from the employees there. My kids love the chalkboard and the awesome 80's music! I can give all 3 of us a yummy treat for under 10 bucks! What a deal! Plus, the kids are on their best behavior the whole day prior to visiting. It's a great bartering tool, lol! Tip from a Mama: Try to trick your kids into choosing only the lightweight toppings to save cha-Ching!

Great location with a friendly staff. The shop is located next to Chipotle at Capital Mall, and the entrance is outside of the mall so there's no need to trek through the mall just to get your fro-yo. The shop offers 14 flavors of self-serve yogurt at $0.49 per ounce and is made from Menchie's Private Label Collection. There is always a great variety to choose from to and some of their permanent flavors include chocolate, vanilla, and plain tart as well as a rotation of different sorbet and NSA flavors. Some of the flavors on today's visit also included Juicy Grape Sorbet, Sweet 'n' Tangy Peach Mango, I Dream of Cookies 'n' Cream, and Creamy Peanut Butter. There is a different featured flavor every month, so there is always something new and exciting to look forward to. As for toppings, there are over 50 scrumptious offerings of chocolate, cereal, fruit, boba, mochi, nuts, candy, cookies, syrups/sauces, and whipped cream. If you're looking for it, they probably have it! Try one of their freshly made waffle bowls for an extra bit of crunch. They offer a military discount and every Friday night they have a promotion where you can fill up a 16 oz cup for only $5. Talk about an inexpensive option for date night! And if you're the type that wants to keep a fro-yo stash in the freezer, they have 32 oz pre-packs of recent flavors which are currently being offered at a fantastic price of $2.99. Be sure to sign up for their loyalty program, mySmileage. Each purchase will accumulate points for every dollar spent, and 50 smiles (points) will earn you a reward of $5 in Menchie's Money. You'll even earn bonus smiles and a birthday reward when you register your account online. I visit this location regularly, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's always a great experience!

Clean, good selection of yogurt flavors. Would've liked to see more fresh fruit toppings. Good service, greeted at the door and quick at the register. Saw employee cleaning tables as soon as they were vacated. Chalk wall for kids to draw is a nice touch.

Needing a late night snack and looking for a different ice cream place, we ended up here.....It was clean, person working was just ok (had to beg her to take my Menchies card...........really...). Froyo was good. Be sure to do Yelp check-in to get a discount (the one time I don't do a check in til I leave and voila a discount.....not worth going back in to get a $1 back!).

Vegan options always get a 5! I love when froyo places have sorbet options! And once again, it wasn't disappointing. I'm sure this place is like other places I've been to where the sorbet flavours change. There was a huge variety of toppings which was fantastic!

I really really like Menchie's! So delicious. I mixed the craziest ice cream flavors with ALL the toppings. No regrets. Menchie's makes me feel independent. They do not judge me by the weight of my order or the contents of toppings, but they do comment on how many colorful spoons I grab..... Understandable.

Very cool place! Serve yourself frozen yogurt. I thought it was ice cream. Dispensers along the wall with endless toppings and different sauces. Anything you want to build is at your fingertips. Delicious ice cream. Good environment. We went at 7pm on a Friday, pretty busy. It's a happy little place.

One time my wife and I walked into one of the local competitors stores, took one look at the mess, and walked right out. It reinforced why Menchie's has become our favorite stop for frozen yogurt. The ONLY time I've seen a mess in this place was when we were tailing a gaggle of kids and an employee was following right behind us with a towel. Their yogurts and sorbets taste exactly like what they say (I'm taking their word for it regarding taro.) Their toppings are always stocked, even when they're closing in less than half an hour. Either their product is lighter than normal or they're a tiny bit cheaper because I swear the same amount at other establishments cost a lot more. The only thing missing that I've found elsewhere is whipped cream and various flavored syrups. But by the time I've layered my bowl with all the toppings that caught my eye there's usually no more room anyway.

My daughter, her friend and I tried Menchies out a week or so ago. They had an incredible amount of different flavors to try. It was really hard to pick. They give you samples so you can decide which one you want. I thought the employees were super nice and helpful. The place was clean and buzzing with positive energy. Very bright and fun interior with lots of tables to sit at. What impressed me the most was the amount of toppings, especially fresh and healthy fruit choices. The price was average for a frozen yogurt shop. We will definitely be back!

I love froyo and Menchie's has been the best that I have had! They always have a great variety of flavors including NSA (no sugar added) and fat free options as well. They also have a wide selection of toppings to choose from. Overall...great location, friendly staff, clean shop, and they have great frozen yogurt which is why we're all there

One of the best things about Menchie's is their clear labeling of ingredients and allergens next to each frozen yogurt dispenser. This is important to people who are concerned about common allergens (wheat/eggs/etc..) and is relieving to see for the concerned parent. Service is always good at this location and I always use the Menchie's rewards card to build on our customer/business relationship. It is in a nice location attached to the mall, so our usual routine is to go to Menchie's prior to the mall.

I usually have nothing but great thoughts about Menchie's, but my experience yesterday (Aug 31 at 4:30pm) left me with a bitter taste in my mouth due to the unfortunate rude behavior of the two young female workers. Though I love the foundation of Menchie's, I will have to think twice about going there next because I do not wish for a should-be-sweet outing with friends and family to turn out sour. Working in the food industry myself, I know that every customer deserves to be treated with kindness, if not at the bare minimum restraint of one's negative attitude. If the situation does occur where these females are on the clock when I wish to have a frozen yogurt, I will indeed go out of my way to not be their customer.

Great new frozen yogurt shop! Delicious frozen yogurt, friendly helpful staff, one day I just stopped & tried out the self serve yogurt, today I stopped by to pick up a prepacked carton to take home and to my surprise they were buy one get one free! An awesome deal!

I've been here twice in the last week - once on a Friday night when everything is $5 (super busy time) and once on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm (not busy time). Both times I found the floor absolutely filthy, and the area where the chilled fruit hangs out was pretty messy as well. I love the business model, I love that they have a lot of flavor choices, and I love that they tell you all about the nutritional/allergen content of their product. It's unfortunate that people are slobs and will mess up anything if left to manage it themselves, but that has to be addressed with staff and store standards - because you know it's inevitable.
