First of all, the sandwiches!!! They are so fricking good! We ordered the chipotle steak, Philly cheese steak and a kids hot dog. The chipotle steak was an explosion of flavors all melted into one tasty/spicy roll of goodness! Omg, it was just the right amount of sauce, the right amount of toastedness (is that even a word) and the right amount of ingredients! Hubby's Philly cheese steak was smack yo face good too! So good we ordered one to go in case one of us (ME ME ME) wakes up hungry later. The ingredients super simple but the flavor out of this world! Kiddos hot dog was the biggest kids meal sized hot dog I have ever seen! Our daughter couldn't finish it but she is awake now (we islanders can eat!) Finishing off the rest of it! We love the big flavor and can't say enough good things about Olivers! The owners seem nice and I just loved how they interacted with their regulars. They knew them by name and sandwich. They were very personable to every regular and super nice to us newbies!! I would totally recommend coming here! You won't be disappointed! We weren't! And we are for sure going to become regulars!

We were looking for a new (to us) place to eat while southbound on I-5. We went through a mental list of our usual haunts and nothing was inspiring. Enter Yelp. I wanted a search of nearby restaurants ranked from highest to lowest. Oliver's came out quite high. The comments about the lobster sandwich closed the deal. It's a little hard to find. It is tucked away in a nondescript but fairly new strip mall. It was worth the search and the trip. The lobster sandwich is made with lobster, crab and a little pollock. This isn't a Lobstah Roll in the Maine tradition, but a good sandwich nonetheless. We also had a chicken and bacon sandwich. Really good! Great place and worth the hunt.

Delicious! 2nd visit today and I will keep coming back. So far have had Oliver's Special and the Texas Tornado, both amazing and soooooooo filling! The owners are also super nice and really make a pretty sammich! Think I will try the Pho next time.

Decided to venture outside the world of chain sandwhich shops and wound up here! I live in the area so the location is convenient; The sandwich I had was the XXX- very large and filling sandwich and it was excellent; I like the large selection and interesting combinations available. Staff was friendly and helpful; business was clean and seemed to be doing well with business.

My favorite sandwich shop! I will drive out of my way to eat here. Lobster sandwhich AKA lobster orgasm in your mouth is my favorite. Can get busy at lunch time, but worth the wait.

  • Vera P.

Family owned sandwiche shop.. very friendly owners and I enjoy coming here because I know every time I come in it's always fresh and made to order.. I fell in love with their Philly cheese steak with hallapaneos, I have also tried several other sandwiches and they taste amazing too. Many drinks too choose from they also carry some Vietnamese selections. Very clean and fresh atmosphere, hidden gem in Milton wish they had this closer to my place...

  • Olivia N.

It takes a while for the sandwiches to be made that is why I'm giving four stars instead of five, loved the sandwich this place is awesome and has so much variety !!

  • Lori P.

The BEST grilled chicken panini sandwich on the planet! Owners are super friendly. I frequently go out of my way to come here for lunch. It's delish!

  • Todd C.

we love Oliver's. Been coming here since they first opened. usually late in the day when getting home from work and just not in the mood to go home and cook. everything is always made fresh, right in front of you, even 20 minutes before closing time. I highly recommend this place.

    (5)
  • Rosalyn A.

Love love love this place! Everything is good and they are super friendly. If you haven't had their fries, its a must try.

  • Brittany O.

The only sandwich shop that I'd like to eat everyday for the rest of my life. There are so many options and I'm working on trying each one. Haven't been disappointed yet. I love their spring rolls and their lychee bubble tea.

    (5)
  • Christian T.

Pretty good, and it's not too expensive. This is five times better than subway. I'd recommend the behemoth sandwich. Lasts me for a couple meals if I don't stuff myself.

    (4)
  • Eric L.

Nice local shop, ran by the owners, Great phillycheese! Friendly service. They use QUALITY meat and bread so prices reflect that, but it is so much better then subway you won't complain. Also their Vietnamese pork sandwich is one of the best around!

    (5)
  • Dena L.

First off he offers Gluten Free Bread, Thank you very much. Second yes the prices are close to other places but everything is fresh and this is a local spot just the environment alone is worth it but to add the cherry on top he has pride in what he does so every sandwich/soup is genuinely made by the owner/worker. I find it refreshing that there are still good places to eat. I can not Thank them enough.

  • Emily F.

These sandwiches were super yummy and I love their choice of menu items. They all looked so good and it was a tough choice to pick what to eat. I ended up getting the French dip and it was delicious, all I needed was some french fries and I would have thought i was in a sit down restaurant.

  • Andrew F.

i love this restaurant so much i have a subway two minutes from my house olivers is like 10-15 and i choose to go there. there meat is better quality, their bread is better quality, and the veggies are fresh and so is their cheeses. the highlights for me have been the Matthews Steak, (a philly cheese-steak but has spicy sauce, and bacon added to it) the XXX sandwich, the french dip, the chipotle steak, he even makes burgers that are great. and if something is not on the menu Matthew will make it as long as he has the stuff to make it. This is my favorite restaurant i eat there at least once a week. and never tire of eating there.

  • Mike A.

very good food a little slow but it is very good and worth the wait i will be back very soon

  • Mark S.

I have tried most of the sandwiches here they are all amazing! I am almost at the point of getting two sandwiches because I can't decide which to do. Very similar to Quiznos but much better flavor and choices, price tends to be a little higher but ill always pay the local guys over corporate chains. Highly recommend the gladiator and turkey bacon avacado!

    (4)
  • Luis F.

Best sandwiches in the area. Matthew and family know how to deliver! It's always a clean establishment, and they serve you up the freshest tastiest sandwiches in the area. If you haven't, try the Matthew's steak or the lobster roll, they're both amazing, and accompany with a sweet Thai iced tea. Perfect

    (5)
  • Mariah F.

Sooooo good!! Try the Matthew sandwich:) & forget Quiznos or subway, they don't even come close to compare

    (5)
  • Shane W.

Olivers is my favorite place there is for sandwiches. THE BEST sandwiches in Washington state hands down. Have been coming here for about a year and come about 3 times a week. Have NEVER been disappointed in my food. Matt the owner is one of the coolest dudes. Knows what I want when I come in without me telling him. Best Philly cheese steak I have ever had. They make there bacon fresh everyday and it's extremely good. Stop by I promise you will not be disappointed

    (5)
  • James P.

Seriously the best sandwiches you'll ever have! Amazing people too. Always remember me when I go in! I recommend the chicken caesar club.

  • Nancy C.

I must have gone on an off day. Girls working weren't friendly to us (or the party in front of us) and seemed like they would much rather be somewhere else. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak - which was ok (not great) and the lobster sandwich which was awful (yes, I know it's not real lobster for 7.99.... - was the twin sandwich of the subway seafood sandwich). Thought about getting a bahn mi but they were double of what I pay at other places - so I'll pass. Did the Yelp unlock to get free chips and got stink eye from the younger girl working .... Also, had to wait almost 20 minutes for our 2 to go sandwiches (the order in front of us was 2 sandwiches). Highly doubt I'll be back ....

  • Emily M.

Had the Garlic Chicken Cibatta Sandwich which took a while to make, but was delicious. The store was clean, the guy who helped me was friendly, and there were crayons and paper for my daughter to play with. Definitely better than Subway and Quizno's. Better than the sandwich place in Sumner, too.

    (4)
  • Jeff H.

Had the Oliver's Special, and it was very good. Bacon was crispy, always a plus, and the bread was warm and soft. Nice depth of flavor on the sandwich. They have a really large menu, and there were a few other sandwiches I'd like to try, so I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

  • Tommie-Sis O.

If you have not tried the lobster sandwich~ you are missing out!! This sandwich is the best darned sandwich I have ever had! I moved from the area (far) and I miss the lobster sandwich so much!!!! The other sandwiches are delicious as well~ I've had the philly cheese steak and my daughter had a couple of the others which were always met with rave reviews. The owners are the BEST~ very friendly and very accommodating!! If only all sandwich joints were run like this one!!!! I feel lucky to have found it at all... Thanks Matt and Jen!!

  • James G.

Been coming here for a few years now and finally decided that I had to write a review. This place is great - both my wife and I love all the different sandwiches we have tried here. The owners are always super friendly and usually remember whatever your standard order is and how you like your sandwich... We've tried the lobster sandwich (fantastic!), vietnamese ham banh mi (authenthic and very fresh tasting - highly recommended), the philly (my personal favorite w/jalepenos, tastes the closest to the real deal and best in this area). Everything we have tried here has been really tasty, give this place a try if you haven't already.

This little gem has wonderful sandwiches with the bonus of Bubble Tea as an option. I'm on my 3rd or fourth Oliver sandwich ever and it was a classic Ham and Cheese. The Swiss and Ham was perfect, not too much or too little with a bit of mustard to add some tang to it. Plus they put whole leaf lettuce with the perfect ruffled edge plus its the leaf lettuce that doesn't have that hard center to it. For the folks that prefer the shredded lettuce, they've got it too, you just have to ask. You can also get toasted or hot sandwiches. This place is sooo much better than Subway or Quiznos!! I upped my sandwich to a soup and soda combo for an extra $2.50 and got their chili. It was great. Extremely filling and good. I really enjoy the chunky ground beef in it and the spiciness that is mostly flavor and not too much heat. I know some people might taste it and hate it--chili is one of those things that gets people's passions running, all I'm saying is that their chili, for me, is where it's at. Don't like chili? Try their filling chicken noodle soup or Ivar's clam chowder too, both of which are great choices. They have added a bit of Asian flair as well offering a selection of Asian style sandwiches (Bahn-Mi, sorry about my spelling), Fresh Rolls with Vietnamese ham and shrimp, Beef Noodle soup (Pho) and Thai iced coffee and Tea. They carry other drinks as well like bubble Tea, regular tea (have it sweet or flavored, you pick) and Coke products in their soda dispenser and bottled Nantucket Nectars. I'm a bubble tea girl myself. My favorite bubble tea? Coconut all the way :) Another little thing that makes me so happy is that now they know my name. (sQueal!) And they check Yelp and thanked me for posting my pictures. Win. I'll be back again for sure. I have punches on my card to fill :)

Love, love, love! I work in Milton and finally decided to try this place out.. It's my new favorite spot! It makes Subway look like trash. My favorite are the spring rolls, I get them almost everyday! The owner, Matthew knows me by what I always order. They make it all fresh and I would recommend it to anyone! I'm a vegan, but this is the only thing I cheat on my diet for.

    (5)
  • Amy S.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the bahn mi sandwich and order it every single time I come here. I've been there enough that they know I like pickled jalapenos on my sandwich instead of fresh. The pho is also really good. The owners are great but service from the hired help has been spotty. They seem to hire people that can't figure out how to run the register or I just keep going when they hire new help.

I came here last night on a whim. I picked this place at random for dinner from reviews off of this website. And i can definitely say i will be back. lots of times! I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and it was the best one i've ever had west of the rockies! spicy too! Great food. Great Service. if you are going to spend 7-8 dollars on a sandwich at Subway, you might as well go to somewhere that is actually good for the same price. This would be the place! Also, I am pretty sure that this is the one place that you can get your bubble tea with a philly cheese steak. I'm not saying that that is necessarily a good thing. I just really don't like Bubble tea. Maybe it's the best bubble tea in the whole wide world, I don't know. I tried it. didn't like it. Doesn't go with a cheesesteak all that well!

Another alternative to those franchised sandwich shops....but this one has stuff you'll never find there! I particularly liked Oliver's Vietnamese sandwich. Lots of bread, but stuffed with all of that traditional Vietnamese stuff. I even got some Pho...which only complimented my order. My kids love this place too...mainly because they loved playing with Oliver himself...who's quite the little kid (very articulate for his age, and really good at video games). Conveniently located (near my home) - I'd recommend this place to anyone who frequents my neighborhood.

  • Julie S.

This little gem of a sandwich shop, tucked away in a Milton strip mall is well worth a visit! It puts all those "chain" sandwich places to shame. Big menu with both classic American and Asian deli sandwiches. We just moved to the area and have eaten here several times now. The menu is huge and the "Zoe's Clubhouse" is my favorite (so far!)

    (4)
  • Nunya B.

Food = delicious! Great husband & wife team with cute son Oliver. Local place who caters especially to the regulars.

    (5)
  • Debra G.

Great pastrami. I get double meat with jalapeños, mustard, dill pickles, on a French roll. Love it!

    (4)
  • Jennifer C.

Sandwiches are amazing! My husband is very picky about his sandwiches, and he's hooked! We've been here several times and have tried a variety of sandwiches and burgers. Very good. If you are looking for something other than a chain-store sandwich shop, you MUST try this. There are almost TOO many options. The owner is very friendly, speedy, and the place is super clean.

I understand what Sarah is saying about the speed and customer service. As a previous trainer in customer service applications, I spotted the issue right away. This stuff can be fixed and definitely not a deal breaker for me. I was not greeted by the young gal doing the prep work behind the register, then I figured I had to go down past her to order, the owner came from the back area, greeted me, made some recommendations since I was not having luck picking something for myself. A lady, presumably his partner, wife or both came out talking to him, they both went in back. When I realized we was not coming back, I just did a soft "hello" he came back and said he had to slice more roast beef. Both were on the floor in seconds apologizing. That was good enough for me. Even though perception is everything to a customers experience, the food is worth the "issue" He quickly built our sandwiches and left the floor, the wife stayed talking to me when I told her I was new to the area. They I just finished HALF of my sandwich! and could not start on my chips. The servings are huge, and they have not sacrificed QUALITY over quantity. From the bread, to the meat and even the lettuce was top quality. No iceberg here! If you are looking for an amazing meal at a fraction of the cost of any of the fast food joints in the area, stop here! Sarah B., give them one more try! I will.

  • Sarah B.

Decided to go here based off a recommendation. This is our first visit... without even getting my sandwich yet, I'm giving this a 3 star review based off service and speed. We've been waiting over 25 minutes for our 2 sandwiches and when we placed our order we were spoken to in a very rude manner by the man who was working. We simply were asking questions about the sandwiches since it was our first time in. Regardless of how the sandwich might be (if we ever get it) we do not plan on returning.

    (3)
  • Foster C.

I ordered a custom sandwhich that was very complex and they made it so freaking perfect! My mouth felt as if fire works were bursting with flavor and heating my tastebuds up with the best mix of ingredients they have ever seen!!! CHICKEN MALIBU must order for the love of god.. please order

    (5)
  • Allison A.

Been here twice and both times the sandwiches have been super tasty!! I also had the onion rings which were yummy!! Only thing is the service is slow so be warned! Slow but completely worth the wait!

    (5)
  • Ian S.

I went here on my lunch break to support a local shop. I waited 40 minutes for a pastrami sandwich. By the time I got my food my lunch break was over so I was unable to even eat much of it. The people making the food did not even bother to apologize to me for the wait but they did everyone else. What little I did have time to eat was mediocre. It was on normal slices of bread like you could make at home, all of the meat was in 1 small section of the sandwich so 40% of it was just bread with nothing but mustard and cheese in it. I hate giving poor reviews but this was a massive disappointment. $8.20 for a 40 minutes sandwich that was poorly made......

  • Jay L.

Best sandwich I've had in a long time. Ordered the Salami Sandwich and the Philly added bacon per another yelper. They were so good. Staff was nice and polite. We got our sandwiches with in 10 min. I think that's good for making fresh Bacon. High quality ingredients. Yummy!

    (5)
  • Terrene R.

So many choices, it was hard to decide. They have pho soup and so much more. I had a phily type cheese steak roll sandwich which was good but there are many more things I need to explore here.

    (4)
  • Austin B.

Nice little sandwich shop, they have a huge menu to choose from including traditional American sandwiches and subs as well as Vietnamese sandwiches and grilled subs. The owners are nice and get the food out quick, prices are under 10$ for a huge sandwich. Much better bargain than places like subway for sure.

    (4)
  • Tania B.

We love this place, and all of their food and sandwiches other than a kids grilled cheese. It costs more then half of an amazing sandwich and is completely bland and chewy like beef jerky. My son couldn't even eat it.

    (4)
  • John R.

Yum yum yum. Great sandwiches. Philly is sooo good and so are the burgers. Marathon is a hit with my kids. Love this place. I'd give it a full 5 stars but it's not as fast as I'd like but still well worth the wait.

    (4)
  • Ryan L.

Sandwiches are GREAT. So many different sandwiches and I have yet to be disappointed. In addition, they load the sandwiches from the start. No need to ask for extra. Staff is always so friendly. Definitely a place to try.

    (5)
  • Erin M.

These sandwiches are amazing!!! Make sure you call in your order, unless you have time to wait. This place is always busy.

    (5)
  • Mike C.

Went for the first time a few days ago. We showed up 15 minutes after they closed, we were welcomed in and allowed to finish our sandwiches. Tried the gladiator and wasn't disappointed at all. I will definitely return and try a different sandwich. I was pleased with fast and polite service.

  • Ryan E.

First time ever and it was excellent. Roommate got 2 sandwiches just so he taste them. There are so many options on the menu and all the toppings are fresh.

    (5)
  • Joseph W.

Excellent food! Clean, laid back ambiance. Some of the best food I've had since moving to Washington. Blew my mind that I could find a good philly up here and get a Thai Ice Tea to wash it down.

    (5)
  • Mike M.

Awesome Philly Cheese steak sandwich. The bread is fresh and great tasting. It's a local owner and the owner and his family runs the deli. If your looking for a great sandwich with awesome taste I would recommend Oliver's.

    (5)
  • Jen C.

Great original sandwiches and friendly service. They have a vast menu and also can do custom sandwiches - try the Signature Melt- chicken breast ,bacon, jalapeños , provolone, jalapeño ranch, lettuce tomato and onion on sourdough. Amazing!! You can find their menu at oliversandwiches.com

    (5)
  • Patricia D.

My husband ADORES these sandwiches. Great ingredients, savvy combinations, I have to choose another location quick to have us go anywhere else!

  • Katie W.

Customer service is good and the wraps, sandwiches and hotdogs are awesome. Locally owned with an asian twist.

  • Brian C.

This place is kind of an odd duck. I would rate it a four star but the whole way they make sandwiches and the speed is kind of off a bit. If I am going to get a sandwich it should be put the bread out, cook whatever you have to cook, add the condiments and then wrap it so I can go. I felt like I waited for half a moon cycle to go by before I finally got the sandwich. I ordered something fairly simple and so did my friend and it took what I thought was a long time. The sandwich tasted good. It was well made but the whole operation here is just bizarre to me. They have some big sandwich oven in the middle of their rack. They seriously need some design help in there kitchen for flow. It would help them be more productive and they would get the sammiches out faster. Sandwich 4 star, speed 1 star - if this place wants to stay in business they need to work some stuff out because your customer is your number one priority and right now Oliver is the number one priority or that goddy, silver, sandwich oven is the priority. I just can't figure this place out.

  • Robert R.

Great menu choices, so many unique and Different sandwiches. The sandwich was awesome!!

Best Sandwiches around. The gladiator and the lobster are worth the trip anlone. The owner Matthew is a great guy!

  • Chris D.

Even though the yelp map directions were wrong i am familiar with the area and figured they were near the Safeway in Milton. Definitely a Mom and Pop shop that have a quality product. Noticeably a Viet/Asian influence but makes total sense if anyone has ever ate a sandwich from a traditional Pho shop. The influence of the French introducing French bread combined with Viet flavors is a great fusion. This shop clearly understands fresh food and great bread. I will make it a point to try every sandwich on their menu.

So this place is totally a converted Quiznos. There's not a damn thing wrong with that but the person I was with immediately got a bad impression. Their menu has little in common with the former Subway competitor though. I ordered the Gargantuan...a beast of a sandwich that contained multiple meats, cheeses, and every veggie they had. The sandwich was run through the old Quiz-toaster and served up. I was very happy with the bread, meat, and cheese quality. Everything tasted fresh which is important. My biggest gripe is that only the bread was warm. The toaster couldn't penetrate deep into my massive sandwich and melt the cheese. It seemed like it needed two or even three more passes. I suppose i could have asked because the girl was friendly enough, but I just let it be. Besides the slightly warm sandwich, my only other gripe is with the mish mash of other food. There were noodles and soups and all sorts of other vietnamese items that sort of distracted from the sandwich making. I went out of my way to find and try this spot. It was worth the detour but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way again.

I've been here several times now, and Matthew never ceases to amaze me! His ability to keep all those orders in his head while constantly making such great food, and carry on a conversation with you without missing a beat is true skill. His wife is just as talented and sweet! So glad we're within walking distance of such an amazing place!

We were looking for a new sandwich place from our ordinary. Mission accomplished! The owners were friendly and went the extra mile to be welcoming. The atmosphere was very inviting and mix of business attire to construction workers. Very clean and a chain feel but better as the specialized menu items were anything but ordinary. They fared American style sandwiches and Banh Mi (Vietnamese)... yummy! I was looking for meat and yes they so delivered! I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and added bacon per previous comments.....talk about real and fresh ingredients. Per previous comments we must have arrived at perfect timing as there wasn't a wait. The owners were transparent in advising us to order ahead just incase cause they do get extremely busy. I will return with my kiddos for bubble tea in which the owner said Friday's is best cause they make the tapioca kind! We couldn't leave empty handed so we ordered a mouth watering Meatlover for the road! Never had a reason to ever be in Milton...now I have one! Hope this review helps the tummy of a fellow Yelper

  • Dany H.

Great Sandwiches but disappointed in the spring rolls when they didn't put any vermicelli noodles in it.

    (4)
  • Ryan V.

Service is EXTREMELY SLOW!! Sandwiches are good but not worth the 30 plus minute wait. Not to mention I've had to witness the owners (husband & wife) fight in front of several customers.

    (2)
  • B K.

Excellent food!! Way better than the chain sandwich shops. Very nice owners and great customer service! It is extremely clean inside and very pleasant to eat in or take out.

This place is Milton's hidden secret! Their lobster/crab Sammy is fantastic! Great menu choices made fresh on your choice of breads. They truly will do it your way.

Oliver's was a unique sandwich shop. They have a good selection and the service was very good. The food was very good with great flavors. The only negative was I thought it was just a bit overpriced. Will go back because service and taste were great.

  • Jordan P.

They have the Best sandwiches hands down! Everything is fresh and tastes amazing! The owners are also very nice people!

  • Katy J.

This place has GREAT sandwiches! I hate it when I go to a sandwich shop and I get a sandwich that isn't has good as the ones i make at home. But this place FAR EXCEEDS anything i could put together at home! They give you generous amounts of ingredients, you won't be disappointed!! Great place and I will definitely be coming back!

  • Adriana M.

Love these sandwiches. My fav is the fall classic, great portion size your be full when your done eating.

    (5)
  • Olivia S.

I've been coming to Oliver's for over a year now and I've never had a disappointing experience. The owners are genuinely great people, who provide the best customer service and are always up beat and happy. And the sandwiches themselves are five star quality. I've tried several of their sandwiches but I am hooked on their Gladiator. Definitely a fair price for the quality and size!

    (5)
  • Gayle C.

Wow. I love this place and order all the time but whoever I talked to was TERRIBLE. They open at 10:30 so I called at 10:20 to order a sandwich for pickup when they opened. The guy on the phone said "You want a sandwich right at 10:30 huh?" like it was SUCH an inconvenience for him. You don't talk to customers like that, dude!

    (1)
  • Justin H.

I was in the area getting some errands ran while I was on lunch and decided to swing in after spotting this on my Yelp app. I got there around the late lunch hour so it was dead inside. The lady was real friendly and took my order, I went with the Oliver's Special (at least I think that's what it was). The sandwich was huge and pretty awesome I must say. The bacon on it was perfect and everything just worked really well together. My only negative about this place was the price, it came out to over $10 for the sandwich and a drink. But I guess you would be paying close to that at other sandwich shops so no real surprises here.

    (4)
  • Ryan L.

I stopped by here after reading about them on Yelp on my drive south to work. I had never been to Edgewood before,, but this little sandwich shop will make it worth the jaunt from time to time. Friendly even if they were super busy, they made sure to greet everyone coming in. Food was solid.

    (5)
  • Matt C.

These guys do NOT mess around. These are big, filling, flavorful sandwiches. And they never skimp on anything. If you want a real-deal sandwich overflowing with meat and veggies, then do yourself a favor and check out Oliver's. If you're a fan of spice, get the Harasser. One of the spiciest things we've ever eaten!

  • Meegan N.

I would eat here every day if I could!!! That Lobster Sandwich is to DIE FOR!!

  • Kori P.

Best little sandwich shop in all of Milton! I remember when this place first opened up (I used to live and work within walking distance). Not only is the food delicious, but the owners, Matt, Jennifer and their very young son Oliver (for whom the place is named), are fantastic people! They are so friendly and personable and add an extra special touch that you don't find too often. Highly recommended! My favourite sandwich is their Vietnamese banh mi. I always get extra pickled carrots! Love this place!

I'm always searching for the non-Subway, local sandwich shop when I'm traveling for business and Olivers Sandwich hits the mark. I had the Philly and it was great. Super friendly staff which can make or break a place just as much as the food quality. I'll defiantly be going back while I'm in town!!!!

Excellent sandwich's and I am from New York City so I know sandwiches. Owners are great - always concerned about their customers. If you want homemade sandwiches with delicious taste - this is the place. I love the salami and my wife has her special with the turkey and cranberry.

My new favorite local place to eat. I've been putting off visiting since this was a Quiznos 3 years ago, probably for the reason the only bad yelp review for Oliver's mentions below (the look of the place and the fear that it wouldn't be that great). Boy was I wrong! The Philly Cheesesteak is great (Matthew actually lived in Philadelphia, so love how authentic it is!). Today I'm going to try the Honey Bacon Ranch Chicken and I'm sure I'll be having many more meals from Oliver's!

This place is awesome. They make some of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted. The Zoes sandwich is one of the best. Chicken Caesar was really good. I recommend really anything. They have the same set up as Quiznos or Subway but better taste. Its ran by a local family. The restaurant is named after the owners son. So real local feel they are very friendly and always helpful. I can't say enough about how good this place is. If you are near here or not come and try it. Seating is somewhat limited but oh well not a big deal. Very fresh taste and they are very big sandwiches.

Oliver's serves very tasty sandwiches. My usual is a Turkey, Bacon with Honey Mustard Sauce. One of the best deli sandwiches I have ever eaten. Services is quick and friendly. It's not large inside but there are a few tables to sit at if you choose to eat there. A little pricey but worth it.

I've been going here ever since they opened about 2 years ago. I'm glad a place like this replaced the old Quiznos. The owners are friendly and know how to make a great sandwich. They are about the same price as Quiznos but their sandwiches are above and beyond better. The spend the little extra to buy the better ingredients such a thick bacon that isn't just the microwave stuff like Subway and they also have sprouts to offer on their sandwiches something that neither subway or quiznos offer. To top it all off they have a large lcd tv to watch while you eat.

Had to go with the Philly since it was #1 on the Top 15 board. Good choice. Oliver's Special and Zoe's Clubhouse were very enticing. This area was desperately in need of a good sandwich shop. I will definitely recommend Oliver's to coworkers and friends and will be back soon.

This is my absolute favorite place! Today i had the turkey avocado on wheat, which was so delicious! My favorite is is their Philly cheese steak with thick cut bacon added! The food is cooked fresh right there on a flat grill just like Tokyo Japaneses steak house...so hot and delicious! But they have it all...even a sandwich that is made with lobster and crab meat!!! and five star service! GREAT people!

OK - the only other choice in town is Subway - sterile, cheap and BORING. You guys can be better - how? start by getting rid of all the old Quiznos signs and clean up things a bit - start with the front window - it is a mess. Food is pretty good but the talk in town is your dirty - we want to support our local biz but you need to make more of an effort!

We love Olivers! The husband and wife team that own and operate Olivers are always friendly, the customer service is GREAT! And the sandwiches are even better. Every sandwich is made to order just how you want it not like some of those chain sandwich places.

AMAZING! This is by far the best sandwich shop I have ever been to! The owners are the nicest people ever! Very friendly, efficient, and nice. You don't find that too much anymore. I would recommend Oliver's to anyone. Thanks :)

One of my top 3 sandwich joints in WA State. Excellent hand made, creative mixes of meats, cheeses and toppings. The prices are great and actually have pretty good soups as well. Mostly it is the owner's working the counter, so you know the service will be good. It can be a little slow at times, this is due to the time put into each sandwich and the owner's friendly talkative attitude. I would recommend the Amber Pacific, it's not really on the menu but has french fries in it. I never thought I would like something like that, as I do not like "chip sandwiches" as some of my colleagues do. However I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavor combination of the fries and sandwich fixings. Highly recommend this establishment.

Oliver's is not a place you go to for a quick bite to eat. They take about ten minutes to make your sandwich even if no one else is there. It is a place to go to for one of the best sandwiches around. The owner's are very friendly and will even extend their business hours for their customers. If you are in a rush you can always call ahead and they will have your sandwich waiting for you when you walk in. I used to love subway or quizno's but now those places are not good enough especially when Oliver's is right around the corner. My personal favorite is the Philly Cheesteak. They will never skimp on any part of your sanwhich and I still have not been able to eat a full one in one sitting. Once you try Oliver's you won't want anything else.
