Wonderfully nice people, hot fresh food, and remarkably clean everywhere. We love this place for a burger & fry fix when we are near Southcenter Quite possibly the best fries we've found in the region.

Shake 'N Go makes a most excellent burger except for one important failing. Their meat supplier grinds their hamburger almost beyond recognition. The buns are excellent and of very high quality. The veggies are crisp and fresh. The sauce is quite flavorful without detracting from the primary flavors one seeks in a burger. The meat is plentiful, decently cooked, and with a pleasing grilled flavor too. But, the texture of the meat was too fine when biting into it. I was thinking of comparing it to a McDonald's hamburger patty, only thicker, but I think even McDonald's doesn't grind this fine. Shake 'N Go can have a real winner on their hands if they can tone down the grinder a bit and improve the texture of the meat. Grind further and they might reach the texture of a hot dog. I like the fries, but some may not. They are the kind that are treated or potato-coated or something to increase the crispiness while still being almost, but not quite, too soft in the middle. But, like I said, I like that myself. A natural fry, however, they are not. Fry sauce is available at every table, which is a big plus in my book, as are plenty of napkins. Plan on needing them. If it weren't for the let down on the meat texture, I would give them four stars and possibly consider them one of the better hamburgers in the Seattle area. I may give them another try in six months to see if they have stepped up their game. They did so many other things right and the prices are good. Tip: If you have trouble locating their list of milkshakes, the milkshake menu is on the left wall near the Coke machine, not part of the big menu behind the counter.

Awesome BBQ burger. will definitely be back for more. A lot of fries as well. Prefer this place over red robin. New, clean interior.

I have to say this is one of my new favorite places to eat! There gyro burger is great, its a must try! Its all beef for all of you out there who do not like lamb. The fries are always fresh and taste amazing with the fry sauce. There fish baskets, burgers, and wraps are all really good! The blue cheese steak wrap is really good also.

The best juicy/fresh burger in town! Very fast!

  • Kellie L.

I would say more 3.5 stars than 3. The place is quiet and the booths are huge. Great for antsy kidlets! I was suprised that they had corn dogs.. again, for kidlets. I had the California burger, hoping for the avacado slices... but they were tiny, I barely tasted them. We also tried the Mango Smoothie, that was pretty tasty. And I love loooove the house sauce. Thank you for whomever suggested you keep it in a bottle at the table, DELISH STUFF!

I've passed Shake N' Go for YEARS now and I finally got the chance to try it. So glad that I did!! Everybody loves a good burger, and this place serves up some of the best burgers I've ever had. They're huge, too, which is always a plus. I got the double cheeseburger and couldn't eat all of it. It was amazing though (now I'm craving burgers again). The curly fries are probably the best I've ever tried. They are super crispy and don't have that soggy, greasy feeling like Arby's curly fries do. I also ordered a butter scotch milkshake - very, very thick. Also a little disappointing because the butter scotch taste is almost non-existent so it just tastes like vanilla. Shake N' Go provides you with a bit of a pricier lunch option, but the food is great quality and the customer service is on point. Love it here.

A great lunch spot for a quick, yummy bite! I always go for the wrap, California Wrap to be exact. It's a fresh, refreshing bite and the fry sauce is addicting (and probably really bad for you). The service is great- order and pay at the counter and they bring the food out to your table. Quick too! Minus one star because it's a little pricey for lunch but once in a while I'll splurge and spend $10+ on a mid day meal.

when you want to be a fattie (or your man) come here lol. Good shakes and jalapeño poppers.

  • Norma L.

Is pretty good I have tried the wraps and they have a good verity the fries are good too and recently I tried a burger and I wasn't disappointed at all, is true the woman at the counter is not that friendly but what is matters is the food

    (4)
  • Kim S.

Food is good, nice clean place. The woman at the counter was not very helpful in explaining the menu options. I don't think she really wanted to be there. When I am spending $8 on a burger I would like a little more friendliness!

  • Dana M.

I had to give this place a second try... My sister and bro in law kept raving about it... I finally caved and came back.. Glad I did.. Burger is nice and juicy and fries crispy outside and soft inside... I'll be back

It's ok. Better then a fast food burger and if that's what you need while in this area, here you go. They do some different spins on burgers such as onion rings, BBQ sauce etc... and you can get pretty detailed in customizing. At the end of the day it's a strip mall burger joint and along with the higher quality then fast food will come a higher price. In summary, 3 star is about perfect. Nothing wrong but nothing near compelling enough to go back.

    (3)
  • Kimmie L.

If you want a burger that is not fast food, but also not $20, this is the burger for you ! I think I like this place because of fries and FRY SAUCE. The fried mushrooms are good too. The burgers are made to order, and with fresh ingredients. They have a variety of kinds they can make so hopefully somewhere out there likes it.

  • Joey S.

I recently got a job just a few blocks away from Shake n Go and decided to try them for lunch on my first day. I've been there every weekday since! Mozz sticks are perfect and the burgers are great. The service is always friendly and fast.

  • Kay S.

The food was hot and fresh. Great portion size of the meals we ordered. Would have returned again but I left out after eating and came back in and was treated so rudely I will probably NEVER return. Couldn't believe I was in the same place that I was just raving about. Zero stars for customer service!!!! Couldn't force myself to give them anything higher than one star especially since it says over the register "they love us on yelp."

  • Nikki K.

Love their wraps, fast service and delicious food. So many choices of burgers, wraps, salads, and shakes.

  • jerry b.

So for my first visit to this burger joint, I decided to go with an all American classic, a turkey bacon ranch wrap! As much as I wanted one of those delicious smelling burgers that looked so good on other people's tables, bikini season is quickly approaching and I must watch those pesky calories. It is a bad A.. burger place worth grubbin at!!!

    (5)
  • Carl D.

Very friendly staff and fresh, well prepared food. The shakes and malts are tasty! Regular stop for the family when we are craving a burger.

    (4)
  • Doug M.

Some of the best burgers around and the people who run it are outstanding. Great variety and the burgers are always done right. Great shakes too.

    (5)
  • Wendy F.

This is a fantastic place! Love the burgers, seafood and chicken. Lovely shakes. Huge selection of wraps, sandwiches and burgers. The fries are so good. This place is clean, efficient, properly priced. I'm a cook, but when I want a great quick bite...this is my family's idea of fast food. Something for everyone.

  • Karen D.

As another reviewer mentioned, this place has some similarities to Kidd Valley. In fact, the "special sauce" that comes on the burgers and is in bottles on the tables seems very similar to that which comes on Kidd Valley burgers. Don't go here if you want fast fast food. It takes them a while to cook the orders. This was ok with me because I wasn't in a hurry and liked the fact that I was getting a freshly cooked meal. I got the classic burger, and it was good. Not great, but good. The bun was excellent, though...sturdy, toothy delicious kaiser bun that you wouldn't get at most burger places. The fries were really good, fresh and hot and just everything you would want a fry to be. My dining companion got the fish sandwich, and while it was large, and the fish burger hot and crispy, she found it surprisingly bland. A bit of a disappointment at 8.99 for the sandwich and fries. I also got one of their shakes, and it was just ok. I got the chocolate mixed with mint, and it didn't have enough of either flavor. Then I happened to be looking at the menu board while I was sitting there, and noticed that they charge extra for syrup in the shakes. (I hadn't thought to order it with syrup, because where I come from, syrup comes in the shakes and you would never have to order it separately or pay extra). Odd. Those quibbles aside, I liked Shake and Go overall. The service was friendly, it was a clean, pleasant space to eat in at, and I might return if shopping in the Southcenter area.

First off, they seriously need a better name than "Shake 'N Go". If they did, they'd probably get more business. With that being said, my hubby told me I had to try their cod burger since I Love fish sandwiches and he had tried it a month ago or so. Sorry, I did have my doubts but I am always open to try most anything once. And am I glad I did. The cod burger was excellent. Just like I like it, nice crisp batter on the outside and juicy on the inside. If you look at my picture, it's really thick too. It was on top of a couple of slices of tomatoes and lettuce and sandwiched between a soft, kaiser bun. It's not cheap at $8.99 but then, do you really want to eat super cheap fish??? I didn't think so either. All their sandwiches come with plain, straight fries. Nothing special but they were piping hot. That's a plus. It's not necessarily a place I'd drive across town for but I'd definitely stop by for their food and friendly service when I'm in that part of town.

  • Jim L.

I just had the "fish and chips" at this place, and I can say that it was without question the WORST fish I have ever had. I'm not sure it was fish - the supposed cod filets appeared to be shredded fish (not Cod) pressed into rectangles, breaded and frozen. It made Filet O Fish seem like gourmet food by comparison. The taste was as bad as the appearance, crappy ground up, tasteless fish. The "chips" were standard fries, good by comparison but nothing special. This was truly one of the worst meals I've ever had. Reply to the complete a-hole who says you need to order burgers, why do they have the other stuff on the menu then? If its on the menu, its fair game, jerk off.

    (1)
  • David E.

At first I saw the menu and went damn prices seem high for a burger & fries but the food did not disappoint huge double bacon cheeseburger and it's delicious! The burger was all I ever dreamed of and more

  • Chris S.

I've been there twice now in the last couple of weeks with my little boy. He absolutely loves the milk shakes. The nice lady behind the counter is very attentive . The hamburgers are better than anything you'll get at a fast food joint . I will definitely be back again. If you like fast food chains and the kind of food they serve this place isn't for you.

    (4)
  • Janis K.

I've been to this place several times. The burgers are great, the wraps make me feel like I'm being healthy and the onion rings are crisp and tasty. I haven't tried any shakes cuz I just don't have room after eating there, but I'm sure they are delish. I like the décor with all the dog pics too.

    (4)
  • C I.

Shake 'n Go has now become my go-to place for my weekly burger. The burgers are well seasoned, not too salty, just a bit of flavor you don't get at most burger places. It sort of tastes like Johnny's Seasoning but just a bit different. Fries are nice and thick, the buns are great, more like a roll, has a bit of texture that improves the burger instead of just fluffy nothingness like most buns. I'm guessing their burgers aren't for everyone as they do taste a bit different than most other independent places around here, but it really hits the spot for me.

  • TP F.

Really good burgers and really great fries! The fry sauce is amazing and the couple that were behind the counter are super nice!

I ordered the cali burger and it was one of the most delicious burgers i've ever eaten!

I go here every once and a while for lunch but it's always been good food. It's decently priced. I like the wraps personally get the spinach wrap.

    (4)
  • Renee L.

I was impressed with their burgers! I had a mushroom burger with fries. The burger was huge, really juicy and had a great flavor. The price is great also. The staff was friendly. She told me when I ordered that it would take a few minutes. I loved that my sandwich was made to order. I will definitely go back here on my next Seattle trip.

    (4)
  • J J A.

Quick & excellent.Nice selection of burgers & wraps fried seafood Had the cod burger! I tried but couldn't finish! Stuffed! Fries perfect! Alot of people seemed to be coming for smoothies & shakes too.

    (5)
  • Emmalee S.

The burgers are huge and the milkshakes will bring all the boys to your yard. Yummy in my tummy! I also have tried a wrap. The one I had ( Cajun chicken ) was alright, a little too wet for my liking... the flavor was good tho. I may have to try one of the cold wraps. The girl that works the register is super sweet and very helpful.

  • Ken Y.

I was expecting more for the price. I've had much better burgers at Red Robin for the same money. My burger patty was dry or over cooked. My wife had the calamari basket and couldn't eat it because it was very overdone. Maybe we picked a bad day.

    (2)
  • Patrick H.

I went here with my father for a quick lunch. He told me that they Shake 'N Go has the best burgers, so I wanted to see if that really held up. We ordered two single-patty bacon cheeseburgers and fries. After tasting the burger, I felt that while I wouldn't call it the best I've ever had, it was still an absolutely great meal for a cheap price. I've fallen in love with the sauce they dole out on the burger, tasting slightly similar to the Big Mac special sauce or possibly fry sauce. Regardless, I loved the meal and the price, and the employees gave us quick, happy service that left us feeling satisfied with our lunch. I would definitely recommend people to eat here, especially to get the bacon cheeseburger and it's amazing sauce.

    (5)
  • Erika J.

I've been here once. My boyfriend thought his chicken wrap was okay, but my calamari basket was awful. It was far from fresh. The calamari was rubbery and chewy. I almost threw up after eating the first one. The fries are boring. Definitely not worth the wait. I might try something else if my boyfriend decides to try it again. But it definitely won't be a place I go to regularly.

    (2)
  • Nathan B.

The food was good and the location was convenient. I just wish they had turned the heat down!!!! Worth stopping for a quick bite to eat, but get it to go!

    (4)
  • Bill G.

It's a burger joint. GET A BURGER. I don't understand people. They go to a burger joint and get a fucking wrap or fish and chips or some shit and it wasn't as good as something at the other fish joint that SPECIALIZES in those things. Yes, they have wraps on some other items on the menu and if you get them and don't like it, I'm sure you'll feel better about yourself knocking this place on Yelp because of it. Screw that. I don't know if those things are not as good, because I will never order them. I go to burger joints to get burgers. They have many different varieties here, and you can add bacon to any of them, always a plus. I got the onion rings upgrade too, because onion rings own. They are perfect here, just wish there was more of them. If you upgrade your burger and get onion rings and a drink expect to pay $15 for your meal. Join the burger zombies at Dick's if this is too expensive for you. It's easily better than overrated places like 5 Guys. I didn't try the shake, I'm fat enough already.

    (4)
  • Jeremy S.

I do daily lunch orders for our staff, and these guys are always at the top of our list of places to go. They serve great food, and are always friendly. The Classic Chicken burger, and blue cheese burger are my favorites.

    (5)
  • Antonio M.

I Love this place. The Cali burger is just amazing. They are not stingy with the avocado. The bun is great, the meat is very tasty and the fries are pretty good. When we drive to the Seattle from Bellingham it is becoming a tradition to stop for a burger. Great tasting burger. I haven't tried anything else since I fell in love with the Cali burger and can't make myself to adventure to a different one.

    (5)
  • Adam R.

Sometimes I can be generous with my stars, this might be one of those times. This place was OK, not superb, just ok. I think that the main reason is because of the price, which seams a bit expensive for just ok. While the burger was good, it wasn't exceptional, the meat was kind of boring. One good thing, is the number of choices you have for the burger, lots of creative kinds. On the up-side and reason I am giving three stars is because the onion rings I had were really good, especially dipped in their fry sauce, and the milk shake ordered was also good! I would go back.

  • Scott B.

Good food and wonderful service. My 2 year old was acting up, and they really helped make him smile.

    (5)
  • Jamie B.

This place is not a bad option. Costco quality burgers and wraps. Its a few steps up from grease burger stands, but not as good as it should be. In a dining wasteland of low budget scrap most people pawn of as food in this day....Costco quality burgers and wraps is actually a good find.

  • Kelly M.

So I'm not really big on burgers, actually I barely eat beef all around. Why in the world did I stumble into this place? First, because my coworker got lunch here one time and said it was pretty good and second because its a few blocks from my work place. It was one of those days where I'm rushing around all freaken day and completely either forget to eat and/or bring food to work with me. Honestly, it's nothing out of the norm because I seem to always forget. Anyway.. I had a craving for a burger and figured why the heck not give this place a try? Called in my order ahead JUST in case it was busy and drove my hungry little butt down a few blocks. Yes, I drove because it was raining haha. Got there and it was completely empty. Okay, I lied. There was one other customer picking up an order. No customers, no big. It was 4:30pm, in this area people are trying to go home. Well, I paid a reasonable priced and waited about a minute for my order. If it had taken longer, I may have been slightly irritated. I got the Hawaiian burger and substituted the fries with fried mushrooms. Burger was pretty good, not mouthwatering delicious goodness but it was satisfying. And huge. At least for the price I got a decent amount. There was bacon on it and surprisingly not 2 but 4 strips of bacon. Most places put only 2 strips, for shame! Meat was cooked nicely and tasted lean, good stuff. The fried mushrooms were eh, a waste of money. Probably should have stuck with onion rings or fries. Service was quick and staff members are friendly. Nothing much to complain about. The food is pretty good and worth the buck.

  • Iris M.

The door says "gourmet" but surely they are joking. Fat burger is way yummier. Got the Texas burger, it was good but it wasn't great. Fries were spot on though! The chocolate milk shakes were thick and delicious. Don't order the calamari. Ours tasted like fish and as if the oil used to fry them hadn't been changed in a while. But what do you expect ordering from a burger place. Wait time was long. All in all, it was good just not the best and we will not be going back.

    (3)
  • Jin Y.

3.5/5 ingredients are fresh patty is okay but not juicy onion ring is standard too.

Here for burgers and eye candy!!! Burgers are good great and friendly service 2nd time back with in a week

    (5)
  • Kelly P.

I work close by to this place, and have been driving by for weeks wanting to try it. I was afraid that it was going to be over priced because of the title "gourmet burgers," but for what you are getting it is well worth $7-8 for a delicious burger. My boyfriend and I thought this place was so good, we went twice in two days! They've got a great selection of items on their menu, AND they will do corporate orders! Screw Jack in the Box and Burger King, I will be getting my burgers from this place!

    (5)
  • Latham F.

The burger tasted like horsemeat. It was tough and miserable, I still have unpleasant memories of it two weeks later. Fries were ok. Milkshake was way too sugary.

    (1)
  • Christine S.

We totally love their burgers and wraps. They side some fries and are very delicious. The portion is big enough to feed any big guys. Recommended!

Ever see a yelp badge on a door and wonder how that came to be? Like there's a little yelp fairy who wanders around the suburbs distributing them when no one is looking? I mean how much worse does a place need to be before we're entitled to move the window decal to the (closed) furniture rental joint next door? What makes it so bad? Well waiting for 20 minutes to order and another 20 to get our food only to receive the most pathetic example of a $8 burger is a bit much. If this is what you expect, maybe Lunchbox Lab's awesomeness is actually worth $15. Maybe that earns it two or three stars, right? That would be OK, but why did the $5 "kid's meal" equate to a dried shriveled patty that even Dick's wouldn't serve on the most boring bun and melted-cooled-melted-cooled cheese to round out their plate of ick. There you have it. Ick. Stick with your wiener by-products next door at 7-Eleven.

    (1)
  • Brian A.

I've had some decent food here....but I ordered a chicken sandwich once, and I think my credit card was thicker then the single slice of chicken breast on the sandwich.... Stick to the hamburger and onion rings

  • Bradford D.

When I walked in, I thought for a second I might have accidentally walked into the teriyaki place next door. There's nothing wrong with them having an entirely Asian staff, just not what I was expecting. The menu is huge. If they are a burger place, then I wouldn't try the cod basket. Just doesn't make sense to me. I read about the blueberry shake, so I tried it, but I couldn't find the drink menu on the board. Silly me, it is hidden over by the soda machine not anywhere near the menu. The shake was just fine, it had actual blueberries so that made me feel a little better about drinking it. Nothing special about the bacon burger though. And the fact it only took them a minute and a half to make it worried me. It was just ok, nothing fantastic or unique really.

  • Wennie H.

I passed by this place a lot, when I worked near Southcenter I'd drive past two times a day, and still do on numerous occasions. I finally decided to try it out and boy was I glad I did! Shake n' Go reminds me of Herfy's but better than Herfy's. I ordered the bacon burger and it was point blank delicious! I was halfway done with the burger before my tummy decided I needed to stop, but I forged on and finished the whole thing. The meat was moist and juicy, and the bun was honestly one of the best parts of the whole burger. It can get messy to eat but it's worth it, even if your full you'll find a way to finish every last bite.

  • J M.

Honestly the best burger you can get around in the Seattle area (without going to Red Robin). I've been to all sorts of burger joints from In n out, Dicks (overhyped, gross, overpriced), red mill burger (not worth the tv hype but damn good bacon), all sorts of burger diner/joints, and practically ever burger fast food restaurant so I don't give my praise lightly. The service is great, the staff is super friendly, and I end up getting a burger and mozzie sticks.

Taking the lead from Ambassadors Katie S. in Seattle and Don B. in PDX, I can go with an A-OK 3 stars for Shake & Go. Because, if you compare what the stars are supposed to mean on Yelp and the stars we Yeeps are doling out, there has been a bit of grade inflation. Anyway, Stop & Go might be a low-blood sugar impulse stop between IKEA and Southcenter if you see the Stop & Go sign for the first time. Accessible from S. 180th. What was the best thing about Stop & Go? Maybe not the food, but the copper face plate on the wall beneath the counter. It had been brushed with some kind of acid to give it this cool cross-hatched appearance. Pretty good too is the broad menu. Beyond the $5-$7burgers (that automatically include fries) and $3.50 shakes are are the fish & chips, $6-$8 wraps (such as turkey, teriyaki, and Chicken Caeser), chowder, chili and smoothies (mango, extreme peach, wild berry blast, Columbian Colada, intense green apple and the A.P.B. Antioxidant). Sides include corn dogs, chili dogs, curly fries and onion rings. The burgers are very good, even if "char-broiled". While at first blush it seems cool that the red onions are sliced super-thin, it would be better if the slices were more hearty. The chocolate shake was thick but lacked flavor. More vanilla than chocolate. The dark purple A.P.B. Antioxidant smoothie (consisting of pomegranate, blueberry, Yerba Mate and cranberry) had a bright and robust berry flavor but was much too sweet. I didn't care for the beer-battered flavor of the onion rings. Whatever back when possesed somebody to dump Bud into beer batter? Probably somebody that had drinken too much Bud. The fry sauce (think Arctic Circle from a loooong time ago) is excellent. As a suggestion, they could way turn down the volume on those insipid oldies (e.g. Billy Joel) blaring from 106.9 FM. You really don't want people to lose their appetites. Oh, I forgot too mention I saw in the kitchen that they had a picture of Seattle Yelper Jesus "H" C. on the wall. I'm being a blasphemous smart-ass, I know!

Quick review, since I'm typing this on my Nokia E61i Phone. Shake 'N Go - Gourmet Burgers & Chips. Their motto " What you eat makes what you are! We serve the best food for you!! " They have a huge menu of choices, you might be kind of overwhelmed on deciding what you want to order. I went here with my brother & we both ordered the bacon cheeseburger which was recommended by a couple of the employees. From burgers, wraps, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, fish & chips - You can probably fulfill your craving. They serve soda, milk shakes & smoothies for refreshments. I took home a menu to study the various choices of goods for next time I Shake "N Go.

I come here fairly regularly for lunch and have had a few of their burgers (cheeseburger, mushroom burger) as well as their fish and chips. They serve up some solid burgers with a real nice fresh beefy taste on a perfect bun that's not too heavy, nor wonderbread like. Splurge and try the onion rings, they are also pretty good since they use panko rather than beer batter. Fries are about average, but they do give you a large helping with your burger, and you can have them with ketchup or the thousand island (special sauce). Their Fish and chips are also pretty good (panko crusted) and you get 3 pretty good sized pieces. For the price, they can't be beat. I'll take this over red robin any day. I have yet to try their shakes though.... I'll add to this quick review after I do that. After you're done, head over to costco and have a ice cream bar or non-fat frozen yogurt (if you're feeling health conscious) LOL.

Been here a few times and it's just terrific. Fast and friendly service, weird-in-a-charming-way wholesome decor, and excellent burgers. Really, I think these may be some of the very best burgers I've ever eaten. They're flavorful and juicy but not icky-greasy. The milkshake I had was delightful too. Next time I want to try the fish and chips. Oh, my one real complaint is Warm 106.9. ANY other radio station would've made the visit pleasanter.

I got one of their wraps a couple of months ago. It was decent, probably wouldn't go there again unless I was desperate. Should have been a few dollars cheaper.

The burger and Fries in Shake 'N Go are really yummy. I go there often.

  • Barbara K.

I went to this location because of a good Yelp review. It must have been a very bad day when I had my burger. The meat appeared to be steamed. The lettuce was cooked and wilted. I couldn't find the cheese. The fries were crisp on the outside and soft inside but not flavorful. The only redeeming thing was a blackberry shake which was very thick and had great flavor. I may come back for a shake but not a burger.

Very happy to learn about Shake N Go...I work down in the area, and this place is now our spot for lunch/dinner. U want a burger..check....wrap..check.....chili cheese fries...u betcha... But if you stop here...u must get the blueberry shake. The best shake I have had since my huckleberry skake in montana last year. I could have one everyday. All the portions are big here...price is fair....and all my co-workers have been satisfied to very happy.

A nice little burger joint, always clean and friendly, with excellent attentive service and attention to custom orders. Lunch or dinner for two usually runs to right around $20, or under. For burgers, this is still not the juicy burger patty of my dreams, but all the other ingredients are excellent and fresh. I really appreciate the fact that their buns are quality bread and not the airfoam plastic you get at most fast food burger joints. We drop by for lunch once every week or two. These days I usually get their Classic Chicken breast sandwich, which includes cheese and bacon. The bacon is so crisp and flavorful it puts everyone else's to shame. The chicken meat is always grilled up just right, and the fries that come with are super fresh and plentiful. I usually don't finish my fries because there's too many. Other winners on the menu include their onion rings -- crisp coating and tender inside -- and the salmon burger made with actual salmon fillet rather than a flaked-and-formed patty. Check out the eponymous shakes if you're in that kind of mood -- they're tasty.

This is still one of the better burgers that I've found down south in the Renton/Kent/Tukwila area. It's very good. And I've tried a lot. Still always on the lookout trying to find the best burger. I've visited a handful of times, and each time it's very good. Funny story here was that after I ordered my typical burger, she ordered a turkey burger. The guy said, 'you don't want that'. She said 'ummm...yes i do'. He said, 'no, you don't want that, it's not what you think'. she said 'well what is it then?'. he said 'it's a burger with turkey on top'. she said 'oh. well, you're right, i don't want that'. Still not sure why they call it a turkey burger then. a little vague. Very good food, and one of the best in the area. Good service, friendly people, quiet environment.

I ordered a "Monster" burger today and wasn't too impressed with it. I guess it wasn't the best choice, considering the bacon was just two thin, overcooked strips and there wasn't much of anything else on it. The only thing "monster" about it was the price. They do have really great fries, though-I might go back, but considering there are many better places to get a burger, it's unlikely. 2.5/5 with an extra .5 for the amazing fries.

My family and I LOVE this place! Every time we go up north (since we live in Tacoma) we make a stop here. The burgers are really good, plenty of fries, and delicious shakes! The service is always quick and friendly.

Fast service, my meal was out in minutes. Pefectly done. I have not had anything bad here yet. If you want a good burger/wrap and fries, this is the place to be at. Meat is season really well, and the fries are to die for with their fancy sauce.

Good burgers, large portions of fries. I love the salmon burger too. Nice, clean, friendly service. Only 4 stars because there isn't one closer to my house!

So I read the other reviews about this place on Yelp and I tried the blueberry shake...and yes it was BOMB! I'm not gonna lie, it was one of the best milkshakes I have ever had in my life. I asked the cashier what was their best burger and he said that the Bacon Cheeseburger and the California Burger were the most popular. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and thought it was pretty good, but the french fries was nothing special. The total price for the bacon cheeseburger, fries, and milkshake was around $11. I would compare their burgers to Kidd Valley taste-wise. So if you are a fan of Kidd Valley then you will like this place also. But the name of the place is "Shake N Go" so I'm definitely coming back to this place to sample every shake they offer.

Best burger I have had in a long time. Awesome fries, wraps and shakes. I have never been disappointed. I bring people here all the time and they are always happy too. Decent service, it is always clean.

The chicken sandwiches are delicious. My boyfriend and I eat there at least once a week. Everything is hot, flavorful, and fresh.

Well, I really wanted to like this place but after today never again. Got a burger here recently and it was pretty good, fries were really fresh and tasty. Today I got a Balsamic Chicken wrap and man, what a disappointment. The ingredients did not taste fresh at all! I bit into something really hard and to my horror spit out what looked like sliced Avocado but it was rock hard! I am from CA, we put Avocado on everything, I have had unripe avocado before, this tasted like it was from a wax fruit basket. I could not cut through it with a steak knife, not exaggerating. Needless to say the rest of the wrap is in the trash, what a waste of $8. The 2 stars are for the burger and fries but after seeing what they serve to customers in their wraps I will not be returning.

These guys are great! I used to work nearby and we'd go here at least 2 or 3 times per week. I love the selection they have. It seems like they have over 20 burgers and wraps to choose from. Also, their fries are the best!!! Go there NOW!!!

I know I keep saying that burgers aren't my thing but I think i'm definitely starting to enjoy them with all the new places that Alvin keeps taking me to! I definitely enjoyed this place! I like the large selection they have to choose from! I chose the hawaiian burger with a vanilla shake and added grilled onions! yummy! couldn't finish it and it was kind of drippy but it was yummy! the fries were nice and crunchy yet not overly greasy! I would say the prices were very reasonable also! I would say the food was just as good as red robin and the service wasn't too bad (of course it's not wait service) and I saved some cash! I'm looking forward to trying something new when I visit again!

i've been to a lot of burger places in the past year, mostly because of HIMYM, and i must say that this one stands out amongst the crowd, not the best i've ever had, but enough to make me want more. with their huge selection of burgers and wraps, i know i'll be back many times to knock items off my to do list. on my first adventure to shake n go, i tried the california burger. on a hot almost summer day i thought that lettuce tomatoes red onions and sliced avocados would do the trick. and i wasn't wrong. the patty itself was moist and big, a good combination. not the most flavorful but all the other goodies between the bun compensated for it. the fries were strangely fluffy for the amount of crispy it offered, i'm still not sure if i liked them or not, but i finished them all so i'd have to lean towards liking them. but overall, i would definitely tell my friends about this place, AND i would choose this place over burgermaster any day (if that helps set a standard for you guys). great price, great burger, great experience

I used to come here once a week, but not anymore. And here is why: the food is a bit on the salty side. Especially the classic burger. Talk about kosher salt...wow Turn it down several notches and the food would be fantastic. Chicken nuggets and curly fries are a bit dry too. This place is not as busy as before. Gee I wonder why...

we've passed this place a buncha times down west valley highway, but finally broke down and went in today... there are a ton of choices on their menu, but i went with the western b-13 with bacon, onion ring, cheese and bbq sauce. pretty darn tasty! all their burgers come with fries too. i'm sure we'll end up back there sometime and i'll try something else and review again:)

This is a really good burger place. They aren't joking when they advertise themselves as gourmet burgers. I absolutely love the bleu cheese burger. One of the best burgers I've ever had, it's what keeps me coming back for more. Their burgers aren't the typical small and greasy burger you find at most other places. The quality here is excellent. The price is hard to beat in terms of price, for just over $7 you can get a burger and fries. Their fry dipping sauce is supposedly one of the best around, but I prefer just plain ketchup. Only had one shake from this place before, but it was nothing special. Everything seems to be done just right at Shake 'N Go. Eat here and you won't be disappointed.
