Red Robin is within walking distance for us so it's a favorite haunt for happy hour when Guinness (and other tap beers) are half off! I'm totally in love with their Burning Love burger and the endless fries don't hurt, either. Last night we tried the fried zucchini and it was delish... but the batter would probably have stayed on better if they dried the slices a bit before breading. As it was they were a little hard to eat. We usually are there for Happy Hour so we like to sit in the bar where there is typically no waiting (your mileage may vary on Fridays and Weekends) and the staff in the bar area is super attentive. I can't really speak for table service in other areas. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is they (annoyingly) still cater to the birthday song crowd, thus a good time may occasionally be punctuated by off-key singing and screaming children running around; and while that isn't really the fault of staff... it can detract from the atmosphere. My advice... go late... sit in the bar... and it's all FIVES! :)

They've changed their appetizer chicken wings to a gross over cooked small version that now come on top of cheap chips rather than being served with veggies. This is in addition to the mashed potato fries which have never been good. We will not go there again.

This location is NOT your friendly, upbeat, high energy Red Robin that the chain is known for. The staff at this location are more concerned about texting on there cell phone and talking to the bar staff then assisting guests and providing any type of true service. I dined there in the evening on 4/28 and regret my visit. My order included a Quesadea that had very very little chicken, a ton of mushrooms and unmelted cheese. The unmelted cheese tells me the order was rushed and not correctly cooked. Being it was not a health issue (the chicken was cooked) I just dealt with it. Cherry soda are served with regular coke and cherry flavoring added, but no cherry on top (like at most Red Robins). The staff is not conversational (I sat in the bar section) and did not appear to have a sense of urgency. It is sad because the friendliest person I saw was the manager when he was delivering to go orders to the bar area for pick up. He made great eye contact, smiled, offered me a soda refil promptly and I could tell he cared about his job. The staff put on a show when he was around. If I was this location management, I would review your cameras and see how things are around when there is no manager. Cell phones in plan view (chest level in the hand) will give you an idea of what associates to watch. I will still go to Red Robin , but will go to Bothell Everett Hwy now, if I am in this area though I will pass and go to Bobs Burgers.

5 alarm burger Yummmmm Not sure why people drop stars for this being a loud restaurant. There are plenty of other places that serve good burgers. So if the noise is bothersome or you don't want to hear the happy birthday song a few times while you are there then there is Bobs Burgers 2 blocks away (also has awesome burgers). But if you like a fun staff, want a good burger and watch the game with friends then it's a good place to be

I've always loved red robins for their burgers and customer service but at this location it lacks in taste and especially in service.

Outstanding service, delicious food, great price. Danielle was our waitress. She was on point with everything. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, Gave us enough time to decide what we wanted to order. Didnt linger or neglect us, refilled drinks like a ninja, and even calculated the calories up for my buddy's meal. I had the bacon cheeseburger w/ a cherry coke, and a chocolate shake for desert = $15

Eek! I'm never coming back here again! The food was good and the drinks were awesome. I had a great time. Sounds good right? It was until I heard the floor manager clapping his hands extremely loud and extremely rudely in the drink pit next to the booth I was sitting in with my friend. He continued to talk down to three waitresses, telling them that "they can't be doing this tonight" as in the waitresses were talking amongst themselves while filling drink orders and ringing in orders. They were not just standing there talking and ignoring the customers. Our waitress, Meagan, was absolutely amazing and funny and she made me want to only go to this location until this floor manager, Gary came into the picture. Wouldn't be mad but he saw us talking to the girls in the drink pit about what just happened and we said we were sorry that happened and they were so nice and apologetic about this rude manager. He proceeded to come over to our table and ask if everything is good in such a way that it was obviously his way to try to intimidate us into not complaining or just shutting up. I thought he was so out of line and I just won't be coming back. The waitresses were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and quick! Too bad the management ruined it for me.

This is going to be brief. Been here a few times and they have all equally sucked so I don't know why I went back each time. After today, I will not eat here anymore, even though my burger was delicious. After being seated, my girlfriend and I sat for about 15+ minutes and the waiter never stopped by our table. I walked to the front and informed the hostess that we have not been helped. She was appalled and was very apologetic. She ended up taking our order. No tip was left because...ummmm...well...the service sucked!

I love this location. My daughter and I eat here regularly. We've never had a bad meal nor have we ever had bad service. However tonight's service was tip notch and greatly appreciated. I'm in the customer service business and too often we hear about the unfortunate situations. It is always nice to be recognized for a job well done and tonight Rashaud greatly exceeded the service we've had here! Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job. We look forward to our next visit and the exceptional service.

We had a great lunch. I had the banzai burger which was really tasty along with bottomless garlic Parmesan fries and I washed it down with a raspberry limeade (new favorite instead of freckled lemonade). Everything was good and service was great for it being busy. The people next to us did get there order before us even though they ordered after us (maybe 10 min difference) but that was just a little annoying.

One star for hostess greeting. Service was horrendous. Waiting forever to be served. Waiter took our drink and appetizer order, disappeared and then came back with appetizers. No utensils or drinks until asked. Then had to call waiter to take our dinner order. Sitting here waiting for our food debating on walking out. Not even crowded.

    Went here this weekend (the 4th) with my parents. My mom and I both ordered a Nacho Tavern burger without a bun. The burgers came out with no bun, but no nacho sauce or anything "nacho-ey" about them. Mine had pepper jack cheese, my mom's did not. They also don't put tavern sauce on it if you don't get a bun, but we didn't know that. After letting the waitress know, she apologized and the manager came over and righted the mistake. It was great to not be made to feel guilty for not getting what we ordered! We were treated very well and will definitely be back to this location after the experience. My dad and my husband's burger's neither one lasted very long...they must've enjoyed them. (;

This place is a dump. We arrived early for the dinner rush and had to wait while the hostess decided to clean the glass doors after we walked in. When she was done she told us to wait again while she cleaned off a table. While waiting we noticed just how run down this location is, and saw plenty of open clean tables. So where did the hostess run off to? No idea. After 10 minutes with no service we left.

This is hands down the worst Red Robin I have been to. I frequent the Lynnwood location as I always have incredible service (and they will be receiving a great review after this). I have never had a good experience here, but today was the worst experience. We were told the wait would be 10-15 min, after 40 we got our table. It took another 20 to put our orders in and once our food came out some time later (understandable for the wait) we only got half our food. Once the other half arrived, half the table was done eating and the fresh food wasn't hot. One of the dishes was incorrect which delayed it even more and caused their food to sit and get cold while waiting for a new bottom bun. We also never received refills until we were done eating... For a Wednesday night and an arrival time of 5:45, I just didn't expect it to take so long. Our party was an average size of 4 adults and 2 kids. I understand that restaurants can get short staffed, but when there is cold food, longer waits than we were told and zero times we were followed up on until the end, it's just not a good experience for anyone.

I have nothing good or bad to say about this restaurant in general, typical joint that features ten dollar cheeseburgers. This location, however... I had been to this place twice before in the year since I moved to this area. After the second time I decided not to return. Today I decided to give them another shot, my sister was in town and she usually enjoys their food. This was a typical day at this location, which isn't good news. We were seated in view of the kitchen, and were able to view first hand the reason our burgers came to us room temperature. Both burgers sat under the heat lamp for at least fifteen minutes, probably more. Unappetizing as he'll. To make things worse, when the manager came by at the end to ask how it was, she couldn't accept "no, just let us pay and get out of here" as an answer, despite the fact I kept repeating it OVER AND OVER. She just prattled on ENDLESSLY with stuff like "I can have them make another, maybe a different burger would be more to your liking" and what have you. The only reason I told her in the first place was to be a nice guy, but now my patience was growing thin. Told her I needed to go (yet again). Now she starts asking me what I had to do that day after I left. I kid you not. I had more than enough at that point, told her that I didn't know what I was doing later, but it would be better than this. PLEASE GO. That pretty much sums up my trip to red robin today, do yourself a favor and drive over to the alderwood or Smokey point location if somebody else's ten dollar cheeseburger won't do. I also wanted to add that it wasn't that busy at all (go figure), it was the beginning of the day, about an hour or so after they open.

We dined here last night since it was my birthday. If you have enrolled in a Red Robin Royalty card then you will receive one free (Gourmet - not the specialty burgers) burger during your birthday month. There was a snag in running and receiving my free birthday burger since any daily promotional deals are automatically applied before ones free birthday burger is applied. In my case, the daily deal was 20% off of a burger. Our server was able to override the system with the help of a manager. Just be aware and read your receipt. Also, the kitchen is no longer allowed to cut burgers in half. We patrons are provided a steak knife so that we can do it ourselves. Super irritating. It takes a minute to do and I'm paying higher end prices for my burger ($13.99 & $10.99). It appears that the 16oz pours of Men's Room are now running $5.49 each. Previously, 16oz pours were $5.29. Discontinued happy hour, raised brew prices, unwillingness to assist in the kitchen, hidden Royalty discounts all equal the reduction of one star. On a good note, our server (Jacob) was super awesome and friendly.

Typical red robin food... Fancy tableware with low quality grub. Maybe that's why you get AYCE steak fries. Btw, thanks for the $2 entertainment fee. My tip just decreased with this unannounced item on my bill. Very disappointed with RR and will not return. Will be spreading the word about this poor use of technology!!

I have no clue why there are so many bad reviews every time to go to this location customer service is always amazing now the only reason I am giving a 4 star is because they were a little slow in bringing the food out .... so I did have to wait a really long time to get my food but I will say my server was constantly and I mean constantly checking on us. I mean you could see it in her eyes that she was sorry for how long it was taking but I'm not going to take that out on her or the cooks the cooks can only go so quickly it's not their fault that they're understaffed you can't force people to work there . anyway I love the new menu it's amazing the food is always great thank you thank you thank you

So I came in not expecting the best but at least better than jack in the box. Cold food and stale tortilla for the wraps. Flat beer also!!! Horrible experience. The waitress was nice but service was slow.

I've been going to this location since childhood and it's kinda gone down hill like the surrounding mall area. The tables are sticky with age, the place is often full of screaming children, and while the staff are always polite and friendly, they make a lot of mistakes. They might be understaffed in the kitchen since food takes longer than it does at other RR locations, or maybe there aren't enough waitstaff since its location makes it busy; either way while the food is usually just as good as other RR's, you're probably better off driving a few extra miles and visiting one of the Lynnwood locations.

Our recent trip to the Everett Red Robin was truly disappointing. I've dined at this location many times, but it seems that the last several visits have gone from bad to worse. Our service was very slow and my order was incorrect. Our server would disappear and not check on us. It was frustrating sitting with an empty drink hoping someone would come by to rescue you from your parched misery. The restaurant was not even that busy, so I am a bit perplexed. I enjoy Red Robin's food, but I do not plan on returning to this location anytime soon.

The restaurant is really dirty, we asked for the table to be wiped down but it still smelled like dirty dish water. The crevices of the table are dirty and gross. If it wasn't my sons birthday and wasn't so excited to be here we would have already left. Time for some spring cleaning Red Robin.

This Red Robin has very bad service. First we walked to the bar and no one came to take our order, so we walked to the restaurant area and the same situation, not enough waitresses. Burger was cold too.

What happened to this restaurant??? When our kids were growing up, we used to take them here frequently for dinner. But we visited last week and it may as well have been a completely different restaurant. Glacial service, food arrived cold and we got the wrong bill. And all of this when the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. This chain would benefit from new ownership and a total revision of its approach to business.

It's sad to say but I feel the service at the McDonald's down the road seems to be better than this Robin Robin. I hope they will read the comments and make service a priority.

Gluten free was truly kept GF, thank you! My allergy is a severe one so I appreciate the care. When I asked for a GF menu, our server surprised me with an iPad allowing me to explore my options (and they had so many more options than most restaurants!). I was thrilled at the thought of having fries. GF fries! Oh baby, that was going to be my entree. No other place I've been to makes their fries separately from the gluten contaminated foods. In fact, I was so eager that I opted for the "lettuce bun" for my sandwich instead of the GF bun just so I could have room for bottomless fries :) (No pic of the food. I dove in too fast and don't touch my ph once I start eating) Aside from the delightful fries which were perfectly hot and crisp, I had the California chicken sandwich. A wonderful side. The chicken was juicy, the bacon was thick and cooked to that just-right mid-range of a little crispy and a little soft. The iceberg lettuce was stacked a bit thickly but was easy enough to peel away to my preference. Our visit was a Sat nite and the place was packed but we had no problem getting an immediate seat in the bar section. And prompt service! Our server was great (sorry I'm poor with names). He was friendly and checked on us frequently. That was especially nice given the busy-ness of the night. The sign of good staffing? I think so! Our drinks were nummy too. I had a type of berry margarita and my friend had a summer beer that she liked enough to order again ;) Next time I'm in town I'll gladly revisit!

My boyfriend and I came here last night for dinner, we ordered prime rib dip, chili, and a side of fries. Took 45 minutes to get our food and when it came it was cold and the fries were half cooked. The chili seemed like it was just taken out of the fridge. They took the chili away and brought me another. Halfway through me eating this chili, I found a square plastic bread bag tie. I was so grossed out and both of us felt sick after the food. Will never come here again. They did however comp our meal.

This is my go to spot before seeing a movie, and on several other occasions because of a recent addition to there menu: The Smoke & Pepper Burger, it's simply amazing. It has bacon, cheese, lettuce, and pickles in addition to its 1/2 lb angus beef patty. Priced around $14 it's definitely more than I typically pay for a burger but well worth it. I add grilled onions to mine and ask for an extra sauce (it comes with it's own sauce on the side, not sure what it is but MAKES this burger). So since this discovery I have purposefully come here just to get my burger fix, I actually find myself luring others in to coming with me so they can share in my new discovery. Basically if your in the area swing thru the burgers are good the service is decent and efficient, there is usually a wait but sometimes you can skip the line by sitting at the bar.

The food was great but when I first got there I wasnt greeted for the first 5 minutes. I had to ask for utensils & when I asked politely if I could possibly get a fork & knife. The waitress responded with "no I was gonna make you eat with your fingers". Then I asked for a chocolate shake to go & left with vanilla.

DIRTY!!!! Our 7 year old loves Red Robin...until I showed him how dirty the place was. This place seems especially dirty. See my uploaded photo titled "DIRTY" showing the filthy wipe from wiping our seat a few times. We won't be going to Red Robin again. I hope the management reads Yelp. I made the point of contacting Red Robin corporate to address the issue.

I've wanted to write a review (or contact corporate headquarters) for almost two years. I can wait no longer. I'm sad that this restaurant, which was my families favorite for almost 10 years, but no more. It's become a source of irritation and shock as we've watched it go down hill. Service is the main problem. Always understaffed and you know you're going to have to wait with the crowd in the tiny waiting area for a long time. You get one shot with your waiter so make sure to ask for everything you need in the beginning. They now charge $4.49 for a strawberry lemonade with free refills staff not around for refills. No more garlic fries! They have a garlic seasoning (extra charge). Not the same. Very disappointed. Bacon is cold even though I've tried to ask for it hot or extra crispy. The manager has come across as rude and condescending when we pointed out how long we waited, wrong order, our child's entree came when we were finished...he was so lacking in customer service skills that I could see my children were uncomfortable that I told him I would not accept his offer to discount our bill. The thing I dislike the most is how quickly the wait staff bring you the check. You can expect it to arrive shortly after your entrees. Last week we went for a birthday and guess what? Their free sundae (which we've always enjoyed along with their singing) has been reduced to a small 1/4 cup serving. So disappointed in this Red Robin! (Btw it really says a lot that management has not responded to all the negative reviews)

Went on lunch break. Took over 45 mins to get food. Food was decent, but had to rush to get back to work. Never got my bottomless fries ot drink refill. If you're not going to flood me with fries, don't advertise this. Nice server, just took forever. Will not go back.

Not really sure what happened to this place, but service has gone down hill. The server took his sweet time before he came and took our order....Weird part is that it wasn't even busy and no one on our side of the restaurant was even ordering or eating food; just people picking at food and chatting. From the time we got into Red Robin to the time we got our food was 45min....for 2 burgers and fries...and they were cold! And to top it off, to get any service we had to wave them down. Oh plus, my boyfriend ordered the burger with the fried egg on it and it was severely under cooked; yolk popped and the egg white goozed out of the burger ( see photo). With the lack of service that we got all night we decided to just eat, leave and never return. I'll remember to go to the lynnwood one from now on if I ever want a Red Robin burger.

3 stars is generous for tonight. It's usually great, but we didn't even get acknowledged for 20 min. This is the second time in a row I have had mediocre service. Still good food and drinks, but the service is subpar.

My husband, son and I have been going to Red Robin for years, but our last visit (about a week ago) was the worst of all. The fries and ranch used to be the best, but they've changed something with the fries(we noticed this at the Monroe restaurant a few months ago) and the ranch is different, too. Service was very slow and I visited the restroom before we left only to find it filthy, with the stall 'garbage' hanging by a screw on the wall. I do have to say the red wine shake was delicious and the staff, though slow, was friendly and seemed to try really hard to keep up.

I've never yelped in my life because I work in a restaurant as well and hate ignorant people that have nothing better to do than complain, but I was super bummed tonight and thought it was necessary. My boyfriend and I eat at red robin almost every week, (usually the one in Everett) since it's fairly cheap and quick. We come because it's consistent and you always know what you're gonna get. Tonight we sat down around 7:15 and ordered shortly after. Our server was great, super friendly and attentive, but our food took an hour to get to our table. I'm assuming the kitchen was short staffed or something. I'm a server myself so I know things can happen and it can get backed up in the kitchen and get really chaotic. The biggest thing I was disappointed in was that the manager never made an appearance to any of the tables in our section to apologize or even address the situation. I'm used to management staying on top of these sort of situations and being more present. We had to finally ask to speak to a manager. At this point we were tired of waiting around so we just paid. One of the managers came out and apologized explaining they were extra busy tonight, which we understood. It was more the chain of events and lack of communication that we didn't appreciate. We still love Red Robin and will continue to visit, but hopefully next time things might be handled differently.

The staff here has super impressed me the two times we've had a meal. It's not my neighborhood, and I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, but sometimes I don't get to choose. *smile* That being said, their new line of "fancy" burgers for $13 are decent. Still, the reason I'm writing this review is the staff. Some pals decided to have a birthday party for their 3 year old here with 30 guests!! Holy cow. I didn't know you could even make a reservation for a group that large at a place that doesn't have private rooms. The staff was amazing. They basically blocked off one section of the restaurant so we could get tables all together. They were about 20 minutes late in seating us because they had to wait for ALL the tables in that section (6 or 7 tables) to finish eating and leave. *smile* Seriously, though, the wait staff was amazing. They brought out some fries immediately (before we ordered) because some of the little kids said they were hungry, on the assumption that at least one person in our group would order a meal with the unlimited fries. Very cool. And the waitress even squirted ketchup on the plate for the 3 year old when the adults nearby had their hands full. They were amazing at separate checks and getting that all sorted at the beginning. Food came out in a timely manner. Just, way above and beyond what I expected. Bravo!

Ok. I understand that it was Sunday and this restaurant is packed! So we signed up and waited to be called. The host said it'll take about 25minutes. That was fine, 30 minutes after, all the other customers we're called. the host just passes us by like he doesn't see us. I asked him again if there is available table already. He said "no. We don't have a table for 5 with a highchair". Then new more customers came and got them seated no less than 25minutes. So I felt we are being mistreated. Is it because we were the only asians there? Didn't want to think they're being racist but it really look like it. Finally the host came up to me (because he saw me not being happy anymore) "We can try putting you in a little corner". I told him he could of let us sit where he sat the four adults that just came in before us. Then the host said "well we don't have available highchair." Like he was making excuses!!! We walked out of this restaurant and will NEVER!! EVER COME BACK!

After we sat in the bar we waited a couple minutes to get greeted. We immediately put in our order witch were both salads. I asked for no tomatoes. After 35 minutes of waiting we finally got our salads the chicken was very cold. So we asked if they could remake them. After 10min we got our salads once again only to receive a very small portion of salad and one of the crispy chicken not being cooked all the way. And having tomatoes on my salad. Seriously I should not have to wait almost 50min for a SALAD. How hard is it to make it right the first time. This is my third time getting bad service I will NOT come here again.

Horrible service. Ordered black and blue burger. pricey burger which is fine but it should be a high quality not poor. No mushrooms. Three onions on it. Fries were cold. Waitress not putting effort to check on us. Doesn't deserve even one star.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I WILL NOT VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! THEY DESERVE NO STARS! On most occasions, I generally like Red Robin. But I don't know if they have new staff, or bad management, but my experience was SO bad, that I left zero dollars as tip, spoke to the manager about my issues and still had more issues after that! #1: When we walked in the door, there was no host waiting to seat us. There's a clear sign that says "Wait to be seated," so we did. No host to be seen. Lots of waiters and other people walked past us in the distance, even gave us eye contact, but no one came over to seat us. We waited almost 5 minutes, and then I got upset and went over to the bar next to the waiting area and loudly asked "can someone help seat us?" I was very frustrated. So soon after that, a lady came and sat us down with the manager. The manager made no acknowledgement or apology about the long wait for us to be seated. So I calmly asked him, "is it customary to make all of your guests wait so long to be seated," of which he seemed to be completely in shock that we waited at all. He then apologized for the experience of waiting and offered a free appetizer. He gave us our menus and came back less than a minute later, frantically wanting to take our order. Um....I don't even think I really had time to look at the menu. So we quickly ordered. #2: I ordered a burger with no shoe string onions (clearly taken by the manager who helped us) and my burger comes out with shoestring onions. I was upset, because the manager took my order wrong! So they took it back and brought me one without the onions and apologized. #3: We never even got our "complimentary" appetizer the manager promised us, until after our meals and I asked where our appetizer was. The waitress who finished serving us (because the manager was no where in site, or apparently had left for the day was gone) looked completely unaware that there was an appetizer at all. Epic fail Red Robin. Thanks for making us wait to be seated way to long, getting our order wrong (by the manager) and then forgetting all together about our appetizer that you offered as free since we had a bad experience! I won't be coming back. The staff here is SO incompetent it's ridiculous. They seemed more busy chatting behind the scenes and cleaning floors than attending to their customers needs at all. I sent my comments to corporate. I hope someone gets this location's act together!

I was generally unimpressed with our wait staff's eagerness to serve us, and generally disappointed to see that- althoufh they charged us $.75 for sauce, they didn't even fill the cup more than 1/3rd full. Cutting corners in quality across the board.

Just finished (well only half) of a mushroom burger and I am VERY disappointed. Not only were my fry's cold but my burger was cold. I mean not luke warm but actually cold... I have had fry's cold in the center before from sitting out, but theses were just not cooked. My burger wasn't even warm, it was actually cold in the middle. I also just over heard the manager apologize to the table next to me for taking so long to get them their order. They ordered their food before we sat down and we are getting ready to leave and they just got their food. Manager told them "we were waiting on your chicken". How long does it take to cook chicken. This RedRobin SUCKS!!! Stay away!!!!

Of all of the places that my wife wanted to eat for Valentine's Day, it was RR... Bottomless fries? I don't know but since I love the gourmet burger options, great! We wanted to eat and then head over to Regal for the Kingsman, good movie I thought. We needed to hurry, ordered an app, the 7 pc. boneless buffalo wings, kind of small in size. Our server, a young blonde guy, who was self-effacing about his weight, was very responsive. Since we had the app, we weren't really hungry so we decided to order an avocado burger with the avocado on the side, no tomato, with the sandwich cut up to split. It seemed a little packed on this Saturday, with others enjoying the VD as we were, food took awhile. The server, sensing our growing frustration at either having to miss the food or the movie, spoke to a manager, who came over and made sure that our food was rushed and brought to us asap. He was standing there when we got our food, which had the tomato on it (I'm alergic), and was not cut... When our server, I think his name was Brian, brought the check, he alerted us that the burger and fries were comped by the manager. Lunch for $5.65. The server got a nice tip:-) I rate the cooks service a three, the server a 5, the manager a 5, an average of a 4.3 Bon apetit.

Few times would I post a review, but the food here was terrible and the service was just as bad. Took 15 min to clean off the table, chicken came out grey, and ordered fries from the manager that never arrived. Avoid this place at all costs. We are walking out and headed to Applebee's. One star only because I can't give a zero.

One of our waitresses was great but the first one wasn't. Food overall was great but I ordered the western burger and it had very little onion straws so I asked for more and was subsequently charged $.75.......? Really? I got charged for what should have come on the burger? Overall, a great consistent place.... So I was surprised by the extra charge.

Okay first of all you don't tell a person that it might be 30min or MORE because they only have 3 servers on a Friday night. The hostesses was extremely rude. Horrible!

Poor service in bar. Burgers not cooked to order. Drinks went non refilled as did fries. Ordered dipping sauces that never showed up. Bar host was distrstracted and buying tablesi.stead of serving guests. We will not be coming back.

I have been a long time fan of Red Robin. The food is consistently solid and the staff is nice. What surprised me about this visit was the presentation. The baskets and the paper wrapping around your burger are gone. Now your burger comes out on a stylish plate and your fries are in a silver round container. One of the staff told me that the restaurant is remodeling and moving toward an older crowd. The bar is being extended, the presentation is much classier and they are moving away from the kid appeal. Nice change!

My girlfriends mom fell in love with the waiter and ran off with him, but the burger was alright. Maybe too many mushrooms. 4/5 stars 'cause she hasn't come home yet.

This particular red robin is terrible. Every time I have been there the service has been terrible. The food is sub par. Things like limp cold bacon on burgers, WAY too much mayo, not cutting the burger in half when we want to split it. Things that say the Alderwood have down. No plates when our onion rings came. Never asked if we wanted sauces. I could go on. No need. This is a no go for us in the future.

ughhh, I use to love this place, the garlic fries are gone, now they just put garlic powder in them, WTH? the service is so slow....., we literally waited 10 minutes to get the drinks, with a half empty restaurant!, the burgers are not tasty like before, definitively not trying again

It was Red Robin. The food came out quickly and hot. Our server was nice. 2 annoying things though - the stupid "Red Robin Yummm" advertising that loops through their music every so often and they seemed to be out of everything yesterday (hot fudge, mint tea). I felt bad for the people who wanted those. Try the campfire sauce for your fries or other dipables. I think it's newish and it's yummy - like a lighter BBQ sauce.

So I'm from The UK and my Wife is American, we live in the UK and i think other than her family this is what she misses the most. I really like the cheese sticks in fact i think they are the best cheese sticks iv ever had. I like the fact its bottomless fries in this place but i usually go for the sweet potato fries which are bloody lovely!!! We did have a creepy waiter who brought us a box and kinda waved it in front of his crotch and said "is this big enough" i don't know if he did this on purpose but it was weird and abit off putting. Overall i really like this place and ill 100% be returning

2.5 stars would probably be a better indicator because our experience was largely meh but another customer there made it good :) We came on Easter Sunday with our 4 kids. I expected crowds but it was empty. We were seated promptly but the extra flap they lifted at the end to make room for the high chair was tilted. In fact, both our tables had a tilt and we spent most the meal trying to catch crayons, toy cars (the baby doesn't go anywhere without his Lightning McQueen and Mater car) and even drinks and food from careening off their edges. Our waiter was distracted and distant. He did not clear empty cups off the table even after bringing refills. Thus our table cluttered up immediately, especially since a wide swath had to be cleared in front of the toddler to avoid messes. We ordered onion rings and fried zucchini to keep the kids happy until their meals arrived. Both were undercooked, particularly the zucchini which was very crunchy. The onion ring batter was good, but the onion itself was really thick and hard to chew. Our food came and it was meh. I think we might have been spoiled by Blazing Onion. I had the Blu Ribbon burger. It was ok, but bun was untoasted (pet peeve) and the onion strings were underdone resulting in a shoelace like texture and appearance with every bite. Bleh. Husband's burger was mediocre as well. Two kids had pizza, two had chicken strips. Chicken seemed fine, but the pizza was abysmal. Cheese was super thick and not hot enough. There was an elderly couple sitting behind us and we exchanged some kind words with them during the meal. They paid for us (not cheap to pay for 6!) and we were so touched. Its what made this kind of icky meal a great experience. Thanks anonymous elderly couple!

Our server right now sucks something fierce. Plus we've been seated for 50 minutes, took too long to even get greeted and have our drink orders taken by our server, finally got appetizer and now still waiting for dinner, it's been at least 35 minutes since we ordered our main course.

Had the worst experience of my life at red robin last week with my mom. The restaurant was shockingly busy for a Tuesday night. We were told once seated that order tickets were behind. Before even getting my salad I started noticing the manager walking around talking to random tables and leaving not so happy. The table next to us was some grandparent and some kids.....one kid didn't even get his food. Another table by us sent back their burger and then when it started. Before getting our food 4 other people sent back their food. Finally we receive our meals. My moms burger was literally RAW in the middle. And while eating my fries I came across a long hair. After sending our meal back the manager made her way to our table. My mom asked why the cooks don't wear nets as 4 out of the 5 guys had long hair. She said they are required to wear hats. 2 out of the 5 had hats on. After leaving and getting new food and for free more people sent back their food and restaurant cleared quickly. I've never seen so many people unhappy all at one time in one restaurant. Really starting to dislike RR. I wouldn't suggest going to this location.

My family has been eating at this Red Robin for years. We've always had great service and great food..... until the last 6 months. We eat here about once a month, sometimes more often. Yesterday was probably our last time there since the food was absolutely terrible, perfectly matching the service. It took a very long time for our server to greet us and get our drink order, so long in fact that we were ready to order our meals. We ordered an appetizer to come before the meal, it arrived 25 minutes later, our meals arrived 30 minutes after that. 4 of the 5 meals arrived but the fifth never came out, we actually had to flag down the server to ask if it was coming, she told us she needed to put in a new order. That was my 12 year old sons food so I shared with him since he only wanted French fries. His order finally came to the table when we were ready to leave. All the other meals were delivered to the table cold, without any of the sauces that were ordered, and they looked as if they had been thrown together or dropped and re-plated. The sweet potato fries were burned and hard, not edible. The waitstaff that was assisting our server were totally rude, yelling back and forth about the table numbers and whose order went to which table, it was very immature and obnoxious. It was a really unpleasant dining experience. We spent $90 for food that was worth maybe $30 at a drive through. Since the quality of food has deteriorated over the last 6 months we won't be back to this location. We'll drive to Alderwood from now on.

We had the BEST service here for lunch today. Our server was great he was prompt and was great with all our special requests. He kept our drinks full and gave us all the sauces we requested. When one of our orders came our wrong he was more than willing to fix it but it wasn't a big deal we ate it anyways because it was still good. Overall great service and good food we will be back.

I've always loved red robin, even worked for them for awhile... However, the service at this particular red robin is appalling. I will never return to this location, instead drive to Lynwood or Smokey point. If you want speedy, accurate service, avoid this location.

First time at a Red Robin chain tonight. Not overly impressed. Burgers were decent (although I asked for mine with "a little pink" but it was certainly greater than well done), but certainly not anything to write home about! Had heard about the "bottomless fries" but our waitress never asked if we wanted any refills, on fries or drinks for that matter. There are better burgers around, and better service as well.

Have never felt under so much pressure to eat and leave! Although we were the 2nd couple in line when it opened at 11:00 AM, we were still seated by the kitchen (maybe because we had a 2 yr. old with us?). When I asked why, she told me this was the only section open. Our server, Ian, came to take our order immediately after we sat down,,,,,again and again and again! I finally said "could we look at the menu first?". I ordered the Banzai burger and he said "fries, soup or salad"? Since I knew my partner was getting the fries, I ordered the soup. After getting our food I was extremely disappointed in that I couldn't even tell what kind of burger it was; it clearly had pineapple on it but I couldn't taste it and it clearly had cheddar on it but I couldn't taste that either. Don't know if it had teriyaki on it 'cause I couldn't taste or see that either. Ian kept coming over and asking if we were ready for our bill and since we had just started eating I said "In a bit", he brought it over anyways and imagine my surprise when I was charged for the soup! When I questioned him about it, he said "Oh yeah, soup is extra". Never did he come back to ask how the food was, if we needed a refill or if we wanted dessert. Clearly, this was a man in a hurry. For what I don't know as there were only 2 other tables in his section, (granted one of the tables was quite large) . So now I remember WHY I stopped going to Red Robin 5 years ago (even though they are across the street from where I work). Lousy food and lousy service! I guess if you're in your teens and go in with a bunch of friends it wouldn't be so bad. The soup was good, though!

I like Red Robin, but this location isn't my favorite. They never seem that interested in providing service to us. I've had waitresses who have spent endless minutes talking to the table next to us about what drinks they should order and then barely refilling my Diet Coke. I've had waitresses deliver the wrong burger to my table twice in the same visit, even after verifying the name (and no, the names weren't similar enough to be confused). Just not impressed.

I'm sitting in red robin right now. No food. I've been waiting for 45 minutes.... Service is horrible! They are very nice people. But they do not know how to serve food. I'm very disappointed.

After we were seated we sat for 30 minutes without any server even saying hello or asking us what we wanted to drink. No one, for 30 minutes. Finally after asking for a manager someone came over and took our drink order, then nothing again for 20 minutes.. No drinks. Then after asking for the manager AGAIN someone finally got the ball rolling. Worst experience at a red robin ever, and usually they have great service here. Very disappointed.

I really like this chain but overall the quality is going down. I went to this location last week with my husband on my lunch break and it was less then desired. We ordered - which took an extremely long time. Ordered fries as app, which we had to ask about twice (then the waitress said they're cooking) as we watched every table around us get some. Once our food came she came back once and then gave us the bill. I really think Red Robin needs to go back to their fundamental customer service ways instead of just banking on people returning for the food.

Who is running this place?!?? I HATE this red robin due to them always being short staffed! Like how do they constantly have no workers?! Common management be smarter! This is the 3rd time they have been short staffed and theres tons of people waiting. There are always open tables but never any waiter. They sit people at the bar rather then taking us to a booth, even when we asked to be seated in a booth the hostest said no the bar will work.. Woww. Oh and what else pissed us off was the waitress claimed the shake maker was off and we saw multiple shakes being made shortly after we tried ordering one. Like wtf! We tried to tell the waitress but she never came around until she handed us our bill and we just wanted to get outta there. They need to take tips from the Lynnwood location, they are wayy better! The only reason this gets a star is cuz the food is always on point but i NEVER want to go back to the poor management running this joke.

SO a few weeks ago, my boyfriend got the A.1. Peppercorn burger. He asked for a little pink. When I got home he started to eat it and it was CHARCOAL. And I meant BURNT. It was the thinnest patty I have ever seen. I went back and right when I got there I happened to bump into the manager in the parking lot on my way into the restaurants anyways he brought me back inside to find out more about why I came. Gary (restaurants manager); I showed him the burger and was happy to make me a new one. He was very nice and gave me no grief. I wish he would retrained his employee's. *Not to self whenever I go HERE or & ANYWHERE else check your food that you ordered.

I seem to have some kind of homing beacon built into me lately for Red Robin. I sincerely loved this place when I was in college, because it seemed like a place I could meet relatives close to campus and we could all have a cheap and inoffensive dinner before I turned 21. Found out later that the location where we met was the first one they built. That seemed kinda cool. Anyway, group meals lately seem to call me home to RR somehow, like I have some kind of burger lo-jack built in somewhere and I can't quite turn it off. So not only did we end up here on a busy Friday night, but I showed up first and secured the table for everybody. Oh, well--more time to try to clear the latest level of Angry Birds to confound me. They were really nice about seating me at a big table even though everyone else was late and I was by myself. The staff is really funny and outgoing here--they're really a good bunch of kids at this location. They were swamped, they had to do that birthday song where they all have to clap and they had a bunch of birthday people to do it for, people were breaking glasses on the floor, and nobody ever seemed to miss a beat. The food's the same everywhere, kinda like the architecture and decorations. It's a true chain through and through. I ordered a salad which was pretty decent, and big enough that I couldn't finish it. The prices were more than fair; even with a couple drinks it was $60 for 6 people. Sometimes you just have to get a bunch of people fed--if you're the only one there who really gets wound up about good food, it behooves you to keep quiet and enjoy your beer and dinner salad. You could certainly do worse. Probably quite a bit actually.

Lately I am addicted to Red Robin and eat it all the time at multiple locations. I just love how accomadating they are and that they will make your burger just the way you want it. Plus now that I have discovered most keep late hours and you can sit in the bar without a wait there is really no excuse for me not to go all the time. I also tend to overeat and love the bottomless fries. My biggest complaint about this location is that the parking lot fills up fast and is not the easist to navigate. Most of the bar area here is hidden from view so do look around the corner to find a quieter seat, it is a little chilly by the window though. We were quite satisfied with our house bloody marys. Service is almost always superb at all Red Robins, but occasionally I do have to wait awhile for extra sauce.

Gourmet burgers & endless fries. What else can you ask for? Services is entirely depending on your server, ranging from great to really bad. Food is not always cooked right, but they always fix it right away. Overall, for the price, you can't really complain.

Red Robin - Everett Mall Area OVERVIEW: If you have eaten in one Red Robin, you have eaten in them all. Consistent high-end yuppie burger restaurant similar to Applebee's. You will always find good food here with nice size helpings, pleasant atmosphere and reasonable service. Good for small groups, family and children. But, it is a little pricey. LOCATION / Parking: The restaurant is across Everett Mall Way from the Everett Mal - good location.-- 1305 SE Everett Mall Way Everett, WA 98208. Strip mall parking. HOURS: Open Monday through Sunday - good hours. PRICING: Mostly in the $ 10 to $ 20 range. Lunch menu. SERVICE: OK. 5 to 10 minute service dependent on time of day. Can vary between a rating of 3 and 5. MENU: American traditional. Typical high-end burger restaurant cuisine with some great salads and French fries. Nicely presented food and a good MIX for the menu. RATING: It is OK - Yuppie burger place. You will not be disappointed -- worth a visit. Pr icy but excellent burgers.

Very salty menu, but they offered their healthy menu, so I ordered off that. Ended up with a very plain burger I would have spiced better at home. If you like salty and/or deep-fried food, dine here. Love the ambience of Red Robin. Wish they'd just hold the salt.

Came to RR, hungry, with a friend, dashing in from the yucky pouring rain outside. We were seated right away and our waitress, Meagan was awesome. She was funny, had a great attitude and amazing customer service. I ordered a turkey burger and dang... that thing was delicious. I think I liked it better than their regular burgers which are also quite good. Sweet potato fries were maybe cooked a tad bit too long but were okay. I love RR and hopefully Meagan will be there next time we go!

What can I say, I like Red Robin's burgers. They are juicy and full of flavor. Wish they were bigger, but my waist doesn't need the increase :). The endless fries don't hurt either. Would eat here over Bob's Burgers any day.

I love Red Robin. The burgers are great, never had a dish I didnt like, for a chain, it isnt bad, not 5 star quality, but a good way to cure your hunger. HOWEVER, the only beef I have is with this location in Everett. I have only been here a few times and that was enough. The last time I came here with my bf, we saw about 3 different waitresses. Each came to our table, asked us the same questions. Of course this isnt a bad thing, just a mix up, but my god, how rude the employees are here. I dont expect much but at least look me in the eye a few times. Also, when our drinks arrived, about 5 mins later, another waitress also came up with drinks(cokes) but when she realized that we had just received a couple cokes, which were still very full, instead of taking them back, she put them on our table and left them there. So we got to enjoy watching 2 full cokes get watered down on our table, as we drank the ones we already had...we looked like we were super thirtsy and couldnt wait for a refill, we had to have to refills NOW. What made up for all that, was the food was still great, so after we ate, we pretty much forgot about the rudeness and the double coke disaster and called it good. When my bf checked his credit statement, the waitress double charged his tip. We gave her 10, and he was charged for 20. Red Robin still have us as customers, however, not at this location. Considering we havent been here in a while, things might have changed, but I am not going to risk it. Make the trip to Lynnwood. Its not that much farther and never had 4 cokes and a double tip and rude people.

Go in and get their Red Robin Club card (activate it on-line). You get a free appetizer and then a free burger during the month of your birthday. (As well as other promotions, check it out on-line.) The staff are friendly and the fries are bottomless. You can also order a bottomless root beer float, that is HUGE! It can be loud and busy, but that is what should be expected for a family chain restaurant.

    (3)
  • Thomas K.

Best burger place around. Fast service and good prices. It is a bit noisy but that is expected when you go to a busy restaurant. They also told us there was a 15 minute wait but we were seated less than 2 minutes later.

Ok you aren't going here for some fancypants meal, it's for burgers! And it is damn good. I get the Royal Red Robin Burger on Ciabatta bread with no tomatoes. It is pure perfection. The fries are also good, and they have pretty yummy seasoning to put on them. One note: they have the strangest tasting diet coke. Seriously, every single time it tastes funky.

I usually don't eat much meat, but I have to say, I really enjoy the occassional Red Robin burger. If you go there in the afternoon or a week night it's usually not too crowded, you get your food quickly, and lots of attention from your server. It's basically always a mistake to go on a Friday night; kids crying, running around, and yelling, very busy servers who don't always have time to stop and ask if you need more of anything of fill your water, and overall it just seems to be a meeting place for obnoxious, noisy people. Last time my boyfriend and I made the mistake of going on a Friday night, there was a party of about 12 people sitting right next to us, all women in their early 20's wearing pajamas (weird), screaming every couple of seconds, discussing things loud enough so that the whole place could get the 411, and bouncing on the booth seat that I was also sitting on. Our server was really nice and said she was so sorry that they were so loud, of course it's not Red Robin's fault that they attrack the crazies on weekend nights, though. The guacamole bacon burger is my favorite, and the garlic fries (extra crispy) are pretty much heaven on earth. The blue cheese burger and the mount olympus burgers are pretty tastey, too. Only twice have I had issues with the food or service, and if you mention it there they will fix it and appologize, and if you email them they'll call you and appologize and send you a gift card, which is really nice, good service for a chain. Last time I went I ordered my burger well done and I took one bite and it was BRIGHT pink all throughout the burger, which grosses me out beyond belief, especially since I'm sure they get their hamburger in such huge shipments that it could easily be infected with something... I didn't complain while I was there because I really didn't feel like getting a new burger, I felt more like going to the bathroom and barfing, but I know if I write to them they'll make it right.

My son I really enjoy going to Red Robin. We have gone to the Everett, Wa. store on average 3x a month for the past three years or so. Recently, we noticed the service slipping. One Wed. we arrived at about 4:00 in the evening. The store was nearly empty, maybe 6 or 7 tables occupied. I was shocked when we were asked to wait for about 10 min. while they were in their "transition period". I told my son we were leaving because they do not have our interest at heart nor valued OUR time. I explained to my son that we would not wait for Red Robin to work out an internal problem, while we looked at 30+ open tables. We went across the street to "Applebees". Applebees was not in a "transition period", and they got our money. We waited a few weeks and went back this evening at about 4:00, only to see the same "transition period" in play again. We we actually seated, but several families were asked to wait. One family had two little ones, and they left. Several other couples went to the bar. I am a Process Engineer, so I know you can do better. Stop trying to save cost at the expense of customers who came to your store with their money. I will not be back to the Everett store for a very long time. It's an epic fail to be asked to wait, while staring at 25+ open tables.

I tried Red Robin in Everett, on three different occasions. 1. On my first visit, our order was completely lost. This is understandable, it happens from time to time. When we did recieve our order, it wasn't the correct order, only half of our food was correct. 2. On my second trip, my hamburger wasn't cooked all the way and when I told the waitress she had an attitude. 3. Third trip they set us by the kitchen on a Sunday. It was full of people and from the moment we sat down the waitress had an attitude and slammed our drinks on the table. When I asked for dressing on the side she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes as though I had made the ultimate 'demand.' When our food arrived, my salad was brown and my chicken sandwich was PINK. The waitress tried to take my plate away as I told her my problem and tried to give us the bill without letting us talk to the manager. During the course of the meal I had numerous asses in my face from the manager to his employees. I did not feel comfortable. In the end, they took the food off the bill, which I was grateful for, considering I didn't eat the pink chicken. I prefer the Red Robin in Lynnwood, better service and my food hasn't had any problems. It's a shame since I am within walking distance to Red Robin. I will never be back in the Everett RR.

My wife, two year old, and I went to dinner on a Monday. We arrived at 6:30pm and the restaurant was on a 10-15 minute wait. We were seated in five minutes and out table was clean and well stocked. Our server Erica was excellent. She was fast, friendly to my daughter, and made a nice drink recommendation for my wife (the Mai Tai was good). She took care of all our refills without being asked and had a casual but professional attitude. The food quality was fantastic; one of the best burgers I can remember. We will be back!

Overall I like going here, its a good place to kick back and enjoy good company and food. Their staff sometimes is hit and miss, I would definitely recommend getting a table rather then going to the bar. In general, you will get much better service to match their excellent food.

I have to say i agree with the other review. It is an odd thing to feel so impressed by a chain restaurant, but I am seriously addicted. My girlfriends and I go here post/mid study session and the food is always great, the people are always friendly, and best of all they always give me extra pesto sauce :) I get the Bruschetta Chicken Sandwich, sub garden burger, with a side of extra pesto and extra balsamic sauce. There are not enough words for the amazingness of this stuff. If I have a little of the sauces left over I take them home and toss them on steamed veggies....so good!

Wow, you might say, this person giving Red Robin 5 stars??? They have no culture and no taste whatsoever! But the reason I give this particular location 5 stars is simple. I am treated like a rockstar every time i come here! My boyfriend and I are a very unique couple, and i guess we are pretty memorable too. We always sit and eat at the bar (A benefit of being a young childless couple!). We are always greeted by the bartenders with a huge smile and "long time no see! where you been? we missed you!". It may seem that they are just buttering us up and being overly enthusiastic to try and make tips, but they are very genuine people that work there. I normally drink Mai Tais when i go there, because they make one of the best variations around. The bartenders HOOK ME UP on the drinks, they are always nice and strong and very very tasty! And the food at this location is the same menu of other restaurants, but they never burn or overcook anything, everything tastes fresh, as if they CARE about what they are serving to the customers. Ive never gotten stomach ailments from here. I love their burgers and the fajitas. I have been to the Lynnwood and Northgate locations, and have had such consistantly mediocre food, unattentive service, and an overall bad time that i used to hate Red Robin!! But im telling you this, try out the Everett location. They are what Red Robin should be. You get what you pay for and expect!!

If you are looking for any of the following, you will love this restaurant: 1) Flair -- Think Office Space. There will be a small army of teens and twenty-somethings with plastic-moulded smiles. They'll speed around singing a clap-happy birthday tune and then get back to delivering bottomless french fries. When you look up the walls are covered in memorabilia--but this is Everett and nothing memorable has every happened here so-- from other places and times. 2) Grease -- The menu isn't much to write home about. The burger is good so they created about twenty versions, none of which fit between your teeth. The aforementioned fries are...fries...heavily salted. 3) Corporate Blandness -- This is the perfect place to bring someone you want to feed but don't want to get to know. With all the kitsch around, you get the sense that personality is meant to be an afterthought. Perfect for blind dates you don't want to go well, Amway presentations, and all things artifice. 4) Secret rating!!!: If you are 18 and have about five bucks (total) you can get full eating bottomless french fries and refills of Shirley Temples here. And with all the cool pictures on the wall and young wait staff you will be in heaven.

still good but dissappointed discontinued 'hard' icecream shakes in favor of bland soft-serve for same price everyone-spec the kids having great time. ice cream desserts shoul not be over $6-yikes! BUT the ONLY burger place to offer a truly FREE birthday buger-very generous given the economy. staff super friendly/attentive and restaraunt nice7cleanthey did not charge extra for thing like grilled onions.

It's sad to say but I feel the service at the McDonald's down the road seems to be better than this Robin Robin. I hope they will read the comments and make service a priority.

Bravo!

I was generally unimpressed with our wait staff's eagerness to serve us, and generally disappointed to see that- althoufh they charged us $.75 for sauce, they didn't even fill the cup more than 1/3rd full. Cutting corners in quality across the board.

Very refreshing to hear from the owner of this location; her acknowledgement of the concerns is indicative of someone who values customer service!

Truly the best of the last four times we've been here. Phenomenal service from Heather and Skye. The food was hot, tasty and timely. Finally a great experience!

Horrible!

I ordered wings and fries, and one beer. I got 7 fries, 5 wings, the fries were cold, service was extremely slow and the bill was $20! Why!!!

Poor service in bar. Burgers not cooked to order. Drinks went non refilled as did fries. Ordered dipping sauces that never showed up. Bar host was distrstracted and buying tablesi.stead of serving guests. We will not be coming back.

ughhh, I use to love this place, the garlic fries are gone, now they just put garlic powder in them, WTH? the service is so slow....., we literally waited 10 minutes to get the drinks, with a half empty restaurant!, the burgers are not tasty like before, definitively not trying again

Gourmet burgers & endless fries. What else can you ask for? Services is entirely depending on your server, ranging from great to really bad. Food is not always cooked right, but they always fix it right away. Overall, for the price, you can't really complain.

I got the jalepeno burger and it was really good! I love the seinfeld george picture. makes me laugh :) the service was great and the waiters were really nice, although the guy that was our server seemed like he wanted to get us 'out of there because he kept asking if we wanted to have him to take our check lol. the food was really good, and after i went here, i signed up for there royalty club memberhsip online, its free, and you get a free appetizer, free bday burger, if you come in 5 times 'in 5 weeks you get a 20 dollar gift to use and last but not least buy 9 and get the 10th free! :) i advise you to get this before you go. other than that i would recommend this to anyone :D
