Patty’s Eggnest Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

I always enjoy coming to Patty's, usually make a visit once every two months or so. I've never had a bad scramble or omelet here. My favorites are the Kota Omelet and the Belltown Scramble. Their biscuits are gravy are tasty too, really good gravy. Honestly, you can't go wrong with breakfast here, that's the only reason I come here. I've never tried their lunch menu. Saturdays are super packed after church times, so get here early. Saturdays are pretty packed most of the morning, don't worry though, the wait is worth it. Parking is kind of crappy here, sometime you have to walk from a couple parking lots away.

Ohhhh good lord I enjoy breakfast food way too much. I had never been to a Patty's Eggnest before but always see them everywhere. I ordered an Eggs Benedict with Chorizo and a side of pancakes because both sounded so beautiful. The eggs benedict was to die for. The chorizo was fresh, and the sauce fattening and creamy. Eggs were cooked perfectly. The pancakes were fluffy

So. Much. Food. I had a four egg scramble. Too much food. My daughter had peanut butter stuffed French toast. So great and so much food! Everything was good and no waiting. I hate cash only places, so minus one star. It is clean. Service was fine.

Found this place on my way to Vancouver and what a great find. The food is delicious and plenty. The Lox & Bagel was my choice and felt so good to eat healthy egg whites with salmon and those little capers that melt deliciously in your mouth. My hubby got the French toast and he was in heaven. Great customer service and friendly owner. Taste their home made mango jam which was delicious and fresh.

Great stuff, loved the Pandora French Toast, just dont order the extra eggs because they are big!

I love how Patty's Eggnest's food is tasty and is one of the most casual sit down breakfast places you can go to. I know there are multiple locations of this restaurant; but this location in particular, is a little slow on service and doesn't have a lot of waiters/waitresses who can speak English, leaving it hard to order things when you need it. As for the food, it is delicious. Aside from that, I highly recommend ordering the Eggs Benedict, Swedish Pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice. The set pricing of the food is a little on the high side which may concern others because the food isn't AMAZING. They recently started to accept credit cards about a month ago at this location, not sure about the other locations, but that is something that you can keep in mind when dining here. If you ever have a sudden craving for a little breakfast/brunch, try this place at least once if you're ever in the area.

Just off the highway.. great place to get breakfast and coffee. Portions are large so be prepared to fill your stomachs. Coffee never stops being served during your entire time here. While i would have given 5 stars but the service is definetly for people not in a hurry. Much more of a sit and talk breakfast.. great feel .

The Swedish pancakes were most excellent. And, for "diner'ish" coffee, they've got something good going on! Our server was really good and friendly as well. It was a great experience, and if all their locations are inductive of this one, we will most certainly be going back for more. Oh! Try their biscuit. They are freaking awesome.

First visit. Even though it was a Sunday morning and the place was packed we were seated almost immediately. I had the Chorizo Eggs Benedict and enjoyed it. My buddy had Joe's Scramble (can't remember the name...) and he enjoyed that too. Huge portions of food. The wait staff were very attentive and kept the coffee coming. I didn't see the cash-only signs posted on the doors on the way in, so thankfully I had enough cash with me.

Good portions, decent pricing. Nothing over the top special about it, I hop is better. I probably would've given it 4 stars had they not forgot my fork and syrup. I had to drive all the way back from work to get it and it was 15 mins out of the way. Just don't do a to go order and you'll be fine.

Our first time in and absolute last time! We were seated quickly, which was nice for a busy Sunday morning. However we then sat at our table for 15 minutes without anyone coming over to us. We finally asked a waitress walking by who our waitress was and informed her that we had not been seen. She alerted a manager (?) who went to get our waitress who had been walking around our section without giving us a second glance. When she came up to us she seemed annoyed that she had to wait on us. She didn't ask for drinks, just wanted to know what we wanted to eat. While ordering she was clearly not paying attention because she asked me "sausage or bacon?" on the same order three different times. While waiting for our food, a man at a table across from us got up to pay for his bill at the front, leaving his boxed food behind on the table. A woman started bussing his table, and knocked his box onto the floor. The food fell onto the floor. She scraped it back into the box and put it back on the table. The man finished paying and came back to his table. The woman handed the man his box of food (!!!) and the man turned to leave. My husband immediately alerted the woman that he saw the food fall on the floor. She stood there with a deer in headlights look. My husband then immediately let our waitress know who ran after the man to get the box. We were appalled that the woman was going to serve him food that had fallen onto the floor. Our food was just being delivered to the table, otherwise we would have left right then and there. The food itself was lukewarm and nothing to write home about. We will definitely not be back and I will be making appropriate calls to ensure this doesn't happen again.

I just attempted to eat Valentine's Day breakfast (admittedly at noon) here, and it was not a good experience from the get-go. We walked in and were instantly confused about whether or not we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. No one came up to help us or tell us what to do so we went up to the counter to ask if they were still serving breakfast, and a woman who was obviously stretched too thin, quickly answered yes. Then, seeing as we were still confused about the seating thing, we just decided to sit in a booth. Upon seating ourselves, we were ignored for at least 5 solid minutes. No one came to talk to us, offer us water or menus, even though plenty of waitresses walked by in that time. My husband and I decided to leave before anyone ever even came to help us. I was not impressed. If no one will say a word to me in 5 minutes, you don't deserve my business.

I hate cash only places. I was really excited to try the nutter butter french toast, but sadly disappointed when I overlooked that they deep fry the french toast. I was kinda gross. I enjoyed the large portions and traditional style eggs and bacon. Coffee was good too. The environment was quiet. Service was slow and food took awhile to arrive even when it wasn't slow.

I have had the worst experience. I came in Saturday morning hoping to get a good eggs benny, but boy was I in for a real treat. I ordered the California benny. The first time it came out it looked great until I cut through an uncooked egg. Working in the industry I nicely sent it back. I waited and waited. It finely came back out but this time the recooked the egg but smothered it in more hollandaise so much so I could even eat my hash browns because the had so much slop on them from the sauce. I couldn't even eat half of it it was so covered I payed 14 dollars for a plate of hollandaise. My server was very scattered but he did give me a little of a discount. But yet here I am again digging through my fridge back to square one.

Wasn't impressed with this place at all. Food wasn't seasoned and everything was very bland. My eggs were over cooked and the bacon was tough and cold. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and found 3 hairs. Servers were friendly but never checked up on us or asked if we needed anything or how our food was. Won't be going back

Got the eggs bene and Belgian waffles. The portions are solid so you won't leave hungry. The food is diner quality and I really liked the homemade jam they provide. Note that they only take Cash.

I actually like how this Patty's is a normal sized restaurant unlike the other location on 180th. So we walked in and waited to be seated. Only a couple secs. No line, which I was surprised; it being Saturday morning and all. Our waiter Brendan was friendly and had a personality. So we ordered. Received our food within a reasonable amount of time. Disappointed by the hashbrowns. They were crispy on the outside which is good but mushy on the inside. Just like a lot of restaurants hashbrowns. The toast you could tell was just slightly cooked, so it was cold and not very good. Chicken fried steak was great and I would get it again. Waiter came back and we had a laugh, he dropped the bill off and that was that. I will continue to eat there on occasions.

Only really come here for the hot chocolate. The food is good too, but service always seems slow and workers are standing behind the counter just gossiping

We were seated very quickly and given beverages in a timely manner. However, we sat there for 10 minutes before a waitress finally came to our table. She did not come to take our order though. She was about to give us someone else's bill and realized, oops, wrong table. My wife asked her if they had non dairy creamer and all she said was, "Nope, that's all we got. Your server will be with you." Are you kidding me? The staff just huddked in tge back chatting. We just got up and left. We will never again go back. The frustrating part is the place was not busy at all. Very disappointing.

Ate here several times; bad services and bad waitresses as usual. I said ate here several times because I thought just a few people's behaviors, not the particular one, then I gave the store a couple chances. What disgusting porker faces that the waitresses have. We ordered one hot chocolate but gave us two? Never again.

We love this restaurant! Huge servings & great prices.....my 7 & 10 yr old ask for breakfast from here almost every weekend. I always have leftovers for at least one other meal! Sometimes they are super busy (Sunday mornings) but the staff is amazing!

Nom nom nom - no credit or debit - kind of spendy but huge portions - if that's your thing. The breakfast are like home cooked. I sent my sailor home with over half my food and his poppa drove home fat and happy. It would be a great hangover grub fest for sure.

These places are popping up all over the place. Every time my Bf and I decide to try one we are let down on several levels. I'm not sure why we keep trying and I think we are finally done. Went here on a weekday for breakfast. First thing you see when you walk in is a crudely made sign that says "CASH OR CHECKS ONLY"!! Okay, they have an ATM on site and they take the fee off your bill, but that sends red flags up immediately. A poorly run business loosing money will cut cost almost any way they can, and if they have cut out a form of payment to avoid charges then you can bet your a** that they will cut food and labor cost as well. Either that or they somehow got banned from accepting cards. Either way that's a recipe for poor food and an ill trained staff that don't care, and why should they. Food and service was about 2 stars, I would say the food ranked lower only slightly. I ordered an omelet. For god sakes!! Omelets and scrambles are NOT the same thing!!! And if you invested in a decent chef/KM then you would know this. An omelet is a thin egg layer that you fold the COOKED items into with the cheese, if it's ordered. A scramble is when you're too lazy and just throw everything together and mix it to cook it, get it right, culinary 101 people. My bf's gravy was pretty bland, the biscuits were good. I thought his sausage looked undercooked, he said it was okay, tasted frozen. The coffee was weak as well. It's not like this place is on the cheap side for breakfast either. For a $30 bill for 2 people I expect a little more. I also don't understand that if Patty's is such a successful growing concept, why has no one at the company explained why a decent POS system is critical?? especially for a busy place, it doesn't make sense. I realize they are expensive, but before I opened a second location I would invest in one, let alone as many as they have. They pay for themselves in no time in the increased efficiency and productivity. But let's be real, you have bigger problems then that...

Beware: they only accept Cash or Checks. I'm not sure if this is the case at all Patty's Eggnest locations. Other than that minor inconvenience, the food is good and the portions are LARGE. I went in on a very slow Tuesday morning. We were seated promptly. The waiter was friendly and the food came out lickity-split. I've been to the 164th St. location, as well as the Arlington (former O'Brian's Turkey House) and have always had great food for about the same price you'd pay elsewhere. It gets busy on the weekends, and sometimes there is a wait.

Not good..... Disclaimer - I love Patty's Eggnest in Northgate (5 star review) and like the one in Bothell/Mill Creek. I will most likely not return to this one, which is unfortunate as it is open later. Service was not great. Had to ask for everything. Coffee (including refills), then creamer, then silverware, etc. Also, I asked for light (of half the amount) of cheese they normally put on the omelet, and I got zero. Had the same omelette at Northgate a few days prior, ordered exactly the same way and it was far better (probably because of the cheese). Then, we were waiting for our check the staff was too busy talking to each other. This may have been due to recent drama (had a really sloppy made/merchandised donation jug for an employee who's house burnt down on the 4th of July at the counter), but nonetheless there were hardly any customers. Note - unlike other Patty's', this was does not take CREDIT/DEBIT - but they will refund your ATM fee (on site ATM). This is probably because business is down due to the lack of good service.

I love Patty's. But I only eat here when I can remember to get cash. They would get so much more business if they would accept credit cards like all the other locations.

We've come here a few times now and the ONLY reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the food was actually pretty good. I agree with others who pointed out an omlet is an omlet...not scrambled eggs with cheese etc thrown in. Gotta hand it to the waiter though who had some quick thinking saying their omlets are "frittata style". My guess is the cook probably has no idea what a frittata is. I'm also not a fan of how they serve the jam. I'm guessing they don't discard what isn't used and start over with a new container...I guess if you use it you gotta hope to hell the previous person didn't lick the spoon or dip their fingers in it. This restaurant is downright FILTHY..as in disgustingly dirty. On that note if the front of the house is dirty I'd hate to see what the kitchen looks like. As I said the food was pretty good though so we may check out another location and see if it's a cleaner environment.

I want to like this place so much. I have been in a few times and each time I am let down. The service is so slow. I have been in there when it is busy and when there are four tables. The food takes forever to arrive. I have sat for close to 30min waiting for breakfast food. I am from the south and they have southern sized meals, so it is a lot of food. Though not as good as what I get back home, but not bad. I am just so disappointed in how slow they are. Not sure we will be going back, gave it a few tries at least.

    (2)
  • Bunny M.

Let's start with the food...the portions were big so if you don't get to finish them, you have left overs to take home, yay! But the service on weekends are slow and it gets noisy due to the amout of people eating out . I haven't gone there on weekdays so I cannot compare. The downside is that they only accept cash. They do have an ATM though and refund you the ATM fee so that was nice. They still do not carry soy/almond milk and eggbeaters so that would be a problem for people with allergies. They do offer egg whites if you request.

Ate here for Thanksgiving dinner. Prime rib was delicious. I was sad when I ate the last bite. The rest was a disaster. Canned mixed veggies. Boxed mashed potatoes. Forgot the rolls. Never took a drink order. Condiments are in little plastic cups. It pretty much was cafeteria food. The other party had this to say: I've been to lots of cheap and expensive restaurants and have a pretty good idea of what to expect when I order my meal (pricey or not). I love Patty's Eggnest (my favorite one is off Holman Rd) and like to eat there for breakfast...(love the peanut-butter French toast)....but regretfully....I would have to NOT recommend Patty's Turkey House in Everett for Thanksgiving. This meal was no doubt the second worst Thanksgiving meal I've had in a while (the worst one was at the Palisade Restaurant in Magnolia...yes...the Palisade...they politely offered us a complimentary meal when I complained but I haven't been back there for Thanksgiving). I will have to chalk this experience up to lesson learned and try not to repeat. My meal was pretty sad...overly salted gravy slathered over mashed potatoes and somewhat dry turkey and stuffing that might have been from boxed items that were firmly (as if out of anger) pressed on a grill or hot surface to give appearance of crispness from the oven or just to heat up quickly, the vegetables were from a bag and tasted salt-watery (if that is a word), the canned cranberry jelly was served in a plastic disposable container, and our hopes were further let down when we didn't get our dinner rolls. [And a little later even more hurt when the waiter/staff guy asked us shocked/surprisingly if we ever got our rolls...but apparently did nothing to make sure that we did get them. Our poor butter looked so lonely in their plastic little tubs.] Later, we saw other people getting warm rolls served at their tables...did we overdress for this place...maybe that turned them off? I was so looking forward to a nice and tasty meal but ended up feeling rushed and ready to leave the place...as fast as our meals were made. I've done some volunteering at some places and had an opportunity to serve and eat Christmas dinner to homeless and senior citizens. I remember how fresh and great everything tasted and smelled and how excited everyone in the kitchen and facility were giving their darndest to make sure everything was good and that the guest were being served and welcomed. I felt so guilty that I was not thankful for what I was eating at Patty's and was embarrassed to express my disappointment to the waitress who kept asking us if everything was okay and if we wanted dessert or the check...she could also tell we were not satisfied with our dinners. As we were leaving, we noticed that we were charged for an unfinished meal that I only had several bites out of. I talked quietly to the gentleman who was ringing us out if I could get a discount for what I didn't eat. He kindly took off $5.00 from the ticket and asked if there was something that could have been done better. I was sort-of in a loss for words but suggested to him that maybe if he tried to eat around at different types of restaurants at Thanksgiving he could get a basis of comparison. Maybe next time I will donate/pay 100 bucks to eat at a shelter where at least I can taste a little bit of love in the cooking.

First let me clarify that this review is just for breakfast and it's 3.5 stars, yes a "tweener". I remember this when it was Mitzel's a local chain and is now a Patty's also small local group of 5 or 6 restaurants in the surrounding area. The servers and waitstaff were extremely friendly and very attentive. Water, coffee, juice and hot chocolate were quickly whisked in front of us within a couple minutes of ordering. yelp.com/biz_photos/patt… Their breakfast choices are nearly overwhelming, with 6 choices of Egg's Benedict alone. Every possible omelette and breakie combo is there, even Swedish pancakes. The portions are huge and Claimjumperish if they served breakfast. yelp.com/biz_photos/patt… We were off for a long day on the golf course and this qualified as great long haul sustenance. The Chorizo eggs Benedict, did not finish as it was just too much food, a bit heavy handed on the Hollandaise sauce and the chorizo was a crumbled sausage ala pizza style sausage vs traditional chorizo. Still spicy and overall a very hearty break fast. yelp.com/biz_photos/patt… The other guys all ordered egg combo's of some sort and were all satisfied. I am not big on insisting to photo another guys food so this will have to do. Here is the corned beef hash and egg combo. yelp.com/biz_photos/patt… Yep it is cash only so be prepared although they do have an atm right there. yelp.com/biz_photos/patt… So ..four people were served quickly, efficiently and with a smile, that included refills and busing the table as each person finished. I suspect the next time I am visiting friends and family in the area, Patty's will get a repeat visit.

When you get to the door there's a sign "cash and checks only". Then you're greeted by "no public restrooms" and finally "we reserve the right to refuse service". Once you understand they are customer unfriendly you can settle in. Sat at the table for 10 minutes while servers got caught up on all of their latest and had to interrupt them to ask for coffee. Overpriced mundane food - I asked for my ground sirloin patty medium rare - it was charred and tasted like sawdust (grilled onions don't cover it up), eggs were thrown on a hot grill to ensure charred on the outside and raw white on the inside - english muffin was cold, stale and basically unbuttered (and no jam) - but the hashbrowns were ok. It's obvious that they don't have even greasy spoon grade cooks. The servers acted like it would be a great place to work/visit if they didn't have customers. The cashier was totally disengaged and couldn't care less what our experience was. Oh, and did I mention the place is dirty - sticky seats... Never in my life did I ever think I would wish I went to a McDonalds. Too bad Yelp doesn't have zero stars.

Came here off recommendation of a co-worker. First stop was on a sunny Saturday afternoon in August. Place was empty, food took awhile to come out. I order the Snuffys mess omelette, girlfriend ordered gyro omelette and it was pretty good! Big portions but the service is awful. Came here another time with the girlfriends brother and mother on a Sunday last week but this time I ordered the CHOPPED SIRLOIN breakfast and it ended up being a freaking BURGER PATTY! Seriously? Not coming back to this location. Food took forever, staff standing around, waiter spilled water on my napkin and table and didn't even wipe it or offer another napkin. Two stars for potential but they need to do something about the service. And that "chopped sirloin". What a joke.

Bunch of idiot kids work here, TWO WEEKENDS IN A ROW I call to order a pick up, and the phone is picked up and set down without anyone saying anything, then the line is busy for about an hour. So one or many of your employees is too lazy to actually take phone orders and freaking keeps disconnecting the phone on purpose. Bull shit. I wouldn't keep coming back here if it wasn't so close and the food wasnt so good. Let the chefs run this place they could probably do a better job. Or maybe its the fact thats its a bunch of high school students that run it? But after this I will never be back, and I will never again refer you costumers. These places have so much potential.. but are ran SO POORLY. You have literally lost about $250 of orders from me and my large family this past month, since we keep getting hung up on.

I'm just not getting these reviews. I've been to this particular Patty's quite a few times, and we've always had great service and delicious breakfasts no matter what time/day of the week we go! I usually get something gravy-laden whenever I go out to breakfast. This particular time, I decided to shake it up and not go for the usual chicken fried steak, but instead the biscuits and gravy. The meal is served on a giant platter with ridiculous portions. I over ate and still had an entire breakfast of leftovers the next day! Patty's also has a pretty decent Greek themed menu, so my BF got the gyro fritatta. AMAZING. I was jealous. Again, huge portions and the dish was pretty flavorful. Service was always prompt and super friendly, and our coffee cups were never empty. Yes, minus 1 star because they don't take cards. What is this, 1965? Pretty annoying to have to go get cash out, but they do reimburse the ATM fee....

This place has an exceptional breakfast with great coffee. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and was pleasantly surprised by the home made biscuits and thick-cut bacon. Really exceptional quality ingredients. Will definitely go back.

Always have a good experience here, even when it's busy. The chicken fried steak is our favorite, I get the regular, the Mr. gets the Bigfoot. Staff is very kind and attentive, and we can always find parking easily. The cash-only thing is the only reason I give it 4/5 stars. They do have a cash machine and will refund your ATM fee, however.

The only thing good st this place was my chicken fried steak. We had a Hispanic female as our server and at first it was fine but then we had to ask for refills, she got some of the order wrong and I had to ask for a highchair twice because the bus boy didn't speak english. The one thing that threw me over the top is there was hair in my husband's food. Okay I know sometimes that happens So I brought it up to her and she instantly got defensive saying how it wasn't the cooks hair he's bald. OK well no the cook was wearing a baseball hat but he definitely had hair under his hat. After arguing with her about it then she took 5 dollars off the bill. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AND WILL NOT RETURN

We stopped in here on our way up to Anacortes and the portions are huge! I had the Nutter Butter French Toast. It was amazing, but I couldn't finish it without putting myself into a food coma. My wife had a huge omelet and was pleased to discover they had gluten free bread available.

Warning #1 to turn around and walk away: I wish that I had not been so hungry. I was greeted by the numerous "cash and check only" signs that others have mentioned (it's the 21st century...and a cost of doing business) and immediately had to check my wallet. Sign #2 to leave: I was seated in a mostly empty restaurant next to a couple with a rambunctious 2-year-old. The child was fine, but after 3 minutes of listening to his mother verbally berate him (LOUDLY) I asked to move to another section, to be told that there were none open. Sign #3 to leave: Received my coffee and waited for someone to take my order. And waited. Did I mention the restaurant was mostly empty? 12 minutes from coffee to order. Received my HUGE plate of the "special biscuits and gravy". Biscuits cold in the middle. COLD. Gravy barely lukewarm. A huge portion of overcooked scrambled eggs and undercooked hash browns. The bacon was good...and the only thing I finished. Next time the warning bells go off....I will have learned my lesson.

This place is just amazing. I've been here a few times and I always love it. I'm a sucker for their Apple Pandora french toast. Holy crap, it's delicious. I can't believe this place has bad reviews, you guys clearly don't know what you're talking about.

Solid place for breakfast. My experience is with egg based breakfasts. The portions are large. The coffee and hash-browns are just OK while meats and eggs are very good. Fast and prompt service. Solid value.

Not the same patties egg nest our family has grown up with over the years. This is a reuse of the former midsoles restaurant location. They don't accept credit cards so there's no paper trail that you were ever there. I'm always suspicious of restaurants that don't accept credit cards. Maybe it's a conspiracy theory deep inside me that always is thinking that the restaurant pushing a cash only venue,is money-laundering or cheating on their taxes. The food was adequate but neither of our dishes hit the ball out of the ballpark. Both of our dishes were served on plates that were chipped and should have been retired long-ago.

Went here as we were in the area for the weekend. Best Eggs Benedict EVER! Big portions of delicious food, how can you go wrong? Also the bacon was sliced nice and thick. We will definitely visit again if we are in the area!

Great breakfast. They have lots of unique menu items that are nice. Tasty jam on the table. Good size portions and a friendly staff. This a good place to get a traditional breakfast.

Very big portion sizes. The food was pretty good but the service wasn't. They were friendly when they did actually come around. Was just very slow. Also they do not take cards which is strange because a lot of people don't carry cash. There is an atm and they will refund the fee if you bring them your atm receipt.

This rating would be 4-5 stars if it weren't for the absolutely terrible wait staff and service tonight. I've been to this and several other Patty's Eggnest locations. I keep going back because the breakfasts are absolutely amazing. Usually, the service is good too. But not tonight... We were seated and it took 20 minutes for one of the two kids working to never take our order. I finally went up to the bar with my menu and asked if we could order. The girl pulled herself away from her friends sitting on the bar stools up front and took our order without even so much as an apology. It was not busy. At all. Both wait staff walked past the menu laid down on the end of my table several times. I finally stood the menu up after two other patrons, who arrived after we did, had their orders taken. They still walked past the menu and went back to playing up front and talking to their friends. Maybe my skin was the wrong color? I noticed the patrons with the same skin color were waited on. I noticed the teenage boys of the same skin color received excellent service. Just not us. I was fuming and should've left, but we were hungry. When our food arrived it was good. My friend's scrambled eggs were really overcooked, but still tasty. Not once during the meal did any of the wait staff check on us. We ate quickly, boxed up our food and left. No tip. None. Zip. Zero. Zilch. (And I never leave zero tip!) And they only take cash or check. No cards. Who does that???

If the hash browns were fresh cut I would without question give 5 stars. The menu is awesome and I would come back strictly for the fresh squeezed OJ. Highly recommended however.

Shame on you, Patty's Eggnest! Food's great, as usual, but service was more than a disappointment. I guess all Patty's Eggnests are not made alike. First thing to know, no credit or debit cards, but you can use their ATM machine and the server will take off $2 of your $2.50 ATM fee. Tacky. Waited an eternity to get seated with nobody else in line at 2PM on a Saturday. My teenage (read: inexperienced) waiter decided it was time for me to order moments after being seated, despite my menu still being open. Pretty minor offense. But, he walked a few yards from my table to the server's station and proceeded to discuss with the busboy whether they thought I was going to be a difficult customer or not. Well, I am now!! Older Filipino guy in street clothes (manager?) actually took my order but couldn't be bothered to hang around long enough to let me finish speaking, so I gave him my toast order as he walked away. No surprise then that I got white toast instead of the rye I ordered. Don't get the beast mode scramble unless you want mostly green pepper. Seahawks theme, perhaps? Who knows. No sour cream and salsa on the side as the menu indicated. Hashbrowns are not the fresh, crispy, hand cut ones like you get at other locations. The s&p shakers were slimy from grease. Then there was more discussion about my difficultness. When I left, I explained to the waiter that people can hear every word they say at the server station and that I was insulted, that my food was wrong, that all of this was why I was "difficult" and they could have handled things differently to get a different result. He just stood there stammering and I had to ask for an apology. Unbelievable. One of the worst dining experiences of my life. These people need to get their act together and have some pride in their work, pay the salaries for experienced servers, or train the inexperienced ones better. P.s. owners/managers, all you need to know to improve is right here in the reviews. Your service sucks and nobody likes your hashbrowns.

Not a good experience here on Saturday morning. Used to frequent it more when it was Mitzel's and never had any issues. It took an extremely long time for the food to come out and folks who sat down at the bar after we were seated at our table were getting served before us. The bacon was the worst, very fatty and greasy and the hash browns were bland. Several kids working there just looked awkward standing around and in the way while the restaurant is filling up. My husband said the hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benedict had a strange flavor and might have been off. Not at all impressed and felt the need to express my disappointment :(

Wanted breakfast for dinner so Patty's was the obvious choice in this area. Cash only. Has a scramble, delicious. Thought they did a fine job.

Well lets just say theres good and bad. The bad is my husband and i sat down and never saw our server until 10mins later when we were about to walk out(being a server myself i was mad we hadn't been greeted yet) HOWEVER im glad we didnt. I ordered the apple pandora french toast which is on special right now and added on hashbrowns/eggs (which was a mistake the food is HUGE). My husband ordered the snuffys omelette and we were both fully happy on our 1st and last bites. Over all service was meh at first but the food made up for it! Definitely will be back :)

I can't stop thinking about Patty's "Elvis" french toast! Stuffed with peanut butter, rolled in panko bread crumbs and served with devonshire cream and sliced bananas. Geez Louise this was amazing! No need for syrup. I'm from out of town so my friend brought me here and then had to watch me as I moaned with pleasure with every delectable bite. Out of body experience.

I generally judge restaurants based off of four factors: How long it takes my boyfriends digestive tract (which is temperamental)if at all, and if my stomach gets upset or if I get a migraine. The third is if it tastes good or wows me. The fourth is cost for the amount of food. I got tummy sick. Boyfriend loves it. Was expensive. Only one kind of syrup! I was not impressed.

If my friend hadn't been treating me, I would have never stayed. They only take CASH OR CHECKS and have some tale of woe about credit card fees and home-cooking pasted to the hostess station. It's tacky. Yet, if you use their in-house ATM, they'll refund your $2.50 fee off your check. Wouldn't it be cheaper to just accept credit cards? There are a LOT of very reasonable options out there. I'll never go back because of it. I don't carry a check book and refuse to use their ATM (which they are probably making money off of from the company who placed it there). As for the food, it's "diner-ish". It's not the best but not the worst. They make their own potato salad and it's a change from the regular stuff served from a plastic bucket you find at many restaurants, but it's not that great. It didn't really have a flavor. If you want a big plate of average diner food for breakfast, this is your place. But, if you want to pay with a credit card, this isn't your place. For me, the food isn't good enough to overcome the annoyance of the cash-only policy.

Simply the best place for breakfast. I've been to two different Patty's Eggnests and have never left disappointed. Freshest orange juice this side of squeezing your own. Also quite possibly the best breakfast sausage links ever. Large portions too. Normally I write long reviews, but really, there's not much more to say. Just go there and get yourself some breakfast (and you know breakfast isn't just for morning). =)

Please Edministon is a good place to eat it is better then IHOP and better then the Denny's that's right across the street. The customer service was okay and the prices were also pretty good this is a perfect example of quantity over quality.

Had the Nutter Butter French Toast, 2 strips of bacon and a side of hash browns. Food was amazing. Presentation was surprisingly nice too. Service was fairly quick considering how busy it was. Only complaint was the front end staff...there was confusion and some delay. I cannot recommend anyone visit Everett less they visit this place for breakfast. I'm not a breakfast guy...especially of the sweet variety...but this has made me a believer.

This reminds me of a place you can take your grandparents to. The food is standard and non-offensive, but also not very exciting. Service was friendly but not fast. I was disappointed that the only potato option was hash browns. Sick to chicken fried steak, skip the eggs benedict: it ain't that sort of place.

I use to take family and friends to a nearby I-Hop, but unfortunately the restaurant and chain is at a slow decline: overpriced bland food, old decor and the one in Everett smells awful and is small and tight. Luckily I remembered seeing this restaurant off the highway and decided to take my mom for breakfast. Staff was super friendly and the menu was extensive - so much to choose from and everything looked good. My mom ordered the seniors special: eggs benedict with hash browns and it was huge - enough for two! I ordered the Greek 3 egg breakfast that consisted of slices of gyro meat, pita bread, tzaziki sauce, hash browns and 3 eggs made to order. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was constantly checking up on us and our coffee was replenished throughout our meal. We will definitely make this our go to breakfast place and even check it out for lunch and dinner!

I was told by some friends that this place served up a delicious breakfast all day, so naturally I wanted to try it out. It's one of those diner types like good ole Dennys. Flo sat us down immediately and had us set up with menus and drinks before we even got comfortable in our seats. Our service was very friendly and attentive. I was basically overwhelmed with all the choices off the menu and was undecided for quite a while before making a selection. I chose the chicken fried steak with eggs, hash browns and bacon. The serving size was extremely generous and was delicious. I will undoubtedly go back to try some of their other dishes, like the open faced chili and cheese burger and fries and the French dip.

I used to LOVE the Chuck Wagon Inn as a kid. The one on evergreen way is absolutely wonderful. I figured this location wouldn't be so bad. I went here over a year ago and experienced really good customer service and excellent food. My boyfriend and I had a craving for breakfast food but didn't want to cook so we headed over in our pajamas for a morning date. We ordered our food (my boyfriend asked for a chopped up sirloin steak into his eggs, and I ordered berry french toast), after an hour of waiting multiple other people had arrived and been given their food before we had received ours. Our waitress promptly yelled at the two hispanic chefs and asked if they forgot our orders. When we finally did get our order my boyfriend received a burnt, blackened burger patty over burnt eggs. They explained to him that he ordered a chopped sirloin, which was a burger patty. The year prior we ordered a chopped up sirloin steak and they gave us exactly what we asked for. When they finally corrected the order it was absolutely horrendous, dry, over-salted and again over cooked. Finally we explained we would be leaving and wouldn't be paying for any of it. The manager tried to make us pay for the meal since he had to "throw away two steaks." We explained that not only was our table forgotten about (which they tried to deny) but we were given poor quality food. We finally agreed that we would only pay for the french toast, which was still mediocre and cold by that point. The two stars is because I've had very good food at other patty's eggnests, this one needs new management.

Came in around 8:30 am to a friendly server and hot coffee. I agree with all other comments about food quality (really good and plentiful) and service (fast and polite). My only additional comment would be the unfortunate odor in this location - which is a combination of stale cigarette smoke and sweat. It reminds me of the smell of old people. I hope this isn't looked upon as an unkind comment but as a helpful critique because I really like this place.

Really good breakfast food. The waiter with the Russian tattoo was really cool. He offered his recommendation and gave us tips about certain items on the menu. He was very attentive without being annoying (i.e., coming to your table and asking how everything is when you got a mouthful of food).

First of all we have been to most of the other Patty's Eggnest locations and have always been very happy. We were driving home from Bellingham to Kirkland one Saturday night and thought we would stop off at Mitzels, which was the restaurant at this location - prior to PE moving in. It was 7:00 PM and there were only a few people in the restaurant, so they were not busy. It took a while for somebody to come over and we decided on the turkey dinner and prime rib. I asked, while ordering, for extra cranberry sauce. I was told in no uncertain terms, that it would cost extra.............OK. Finally, after quite a wait, "dinner" arrived. Mine consisted of all dark meat and part of it looked as though it had been shredded. The cranberry sauce consisted of two thimble sized containers. The rest of the plate was mashed sweet potatoes AND regular mashed potatoes - NO other vegetable. The gravy was warm and greasy. My husband's prime rib was very dry and tough. Not once did the "waiter" come to see if all was well. He DID, however, come with cheques at the end and saw that most of the dinners had not been touched. He shrugged his shoulders and said "oh sorry". Just a hideous experience - not to be repeated. I have written many stellar reviews on restaurants here and this is without a double the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. Oh, I neglected to mention the topper, or in this case, the bottom, under the shredded meat there was what looked like a hamburger patty. It was actually a patty of stuffing, that looked as though it had been fried, for some reason and it tasted tough and like crap.

It was pretty crowded at 1pm so we thought we'd give it a try. We were seated right away. After we ordered the gentlemen next to us got there order, which was wrong. The waiter offered no solution so they creatively came up with one on their own. When our order arrived we were disappointed. They brought me wheat toast instead of white, corrected. The scrambled eggs were not done, the bacon was more beef jerky with the consistency of shoe leather. The hash brown serving was minimal at best, 7 bites and they were finished. We voiced our complaints to the manager, Brandon, at check out and were only charged for the Cokes. My opinion, don't stop here, I'd pass this place off as a second rate Denny's and I won't stop at Denny's.

Honestly the worst place I have ever eaten. Never can I remember a time that I told a restaurant the food was bad until here. I ordered a turkey dip and added a salad for $2. The turkey was dry, old, discolored and I actually pulled it off the bun and just dipped half the bun in au jus to eat something. The salad consisted of chopped iceberg lettuce and a semi frozen lump of mozzarella. I could not even eat this. I spent my night with stomach cramps, sleeping on my bathroom floor! Also, they do not take credit or debit cards, you need to have cash or a check to pay and they have signs all over and when you go in to sit down they ask if you have cash. Not once did anyone on the staff ask me how my meal was or if there was anything else they could get me. I'm really surprised to read all the other positive reviews of this specific location. Last night did not meet any of my minimum standards. YUK! Will never return. Oh, they did take the $2 salad off my bill and that was nice.

We've been fans of Patty's Eggnest, so having a location that's marginally closer to the house was a positive. Our first visit to the location was generally mixed - the food came out fairly quickly but from a consistency perspective (comparative to the other locations) it wasn't on par. However, at the time of that visit the site had been open about four weeks. We decided to go back for another visit a few weeks later (today, 3/7) and that will be the focus of this review. The positives: The facility, from lighting to seating is a large upgrade over the standard Patty's. The one we normally frequent is located in a strip mall, is often times colder/drafty, and doesn't normally have the "sit an enjoy breakfast" feel (although the food more than delivers.) Waitstaff - friendly, hustles, and pleasant - a Patty's hallmark. I think most restaurants rise or fall as much on their staff as they do their food, and the waitstaff are the tip of the spear in terms of who meets the customers. Areas for improvement: Let's start with the other side of the staffing coin - appropriate levels of staffing. The restaurant at this visit was much busier than the last visit, but it didn't appear that the waitstaff was appropriately staffed. There didn't appear to be a logical organization in terms of serving stations, and where in the past it seemed that server-to-table ratio was 1:8, today was closer to 1:12. This led to a little longer lead times in terms of ordering. Additionally the kitchen appeared to have about 3-4 cooks, whereas other locations we've eaten would have about 50% more. This matter as you'll see on the food review later. The food - this was the most disappointing part of the visit. As mentioned above, there appeared to be an issue of staffing which led to longer-than-normal delays in receiving the food. This may or may not have contributed to the actual preparation as well. I had one of their special scrambles (Joe's) and my wife had another one (waffle w/ fruit.) My scramble came with hashbrowns and wheat toast. My wife indicated that her meal was "okay," although she left a portion unfinished with much of it soggy from the fruits. She also used almost none of the cream (which she had on the side) and told me the cream tasted of a lesser quality than used in the past. For me, I was disappointed that the scramble was very fluid, with the meat and vegetables held together barely with the less prominent pieces of egg that cooked thoroughly. The hashbrowns themselves tasted like they'd come from the frozen grocery store package. I'm one who never uses additives, but found myself learning that I guess I don't mind Tabasco sauce (first time I've used it in 35 years.) The toast? The toast was the highlight for me. Not too much butter, a good cut and not overcooked. It might have even been slightly undercooked, but I prefer my toast that way so it worked out well for me. I think a large impact - at least on the eggs - was the impact of staffing and business. If that's a matter of focusing on margin, I would strongly encourage the owners of this location to overcompensate and reduce bottom line for establishing reputation. Consistency on the food as well - key to keeping butts in seats. That said, I'm still a fan of Patty's as a local chain. And I will absolutely give this one another go, but likely in another couple of months so they have an opportunity to adjust or grow comfortable into the routine they probably need to meet customer needs.

My fiancé has a diary allergy and we ask if they can cook with oil instead of butter. The server said they can't. We ask if they can as an exception but they were too busy to even try. They only accept cash and service is not accomadating.

Great food. We'd tried the one in mill creek before and were really delighted when we found out this one was opening less than a block from us. We've since walked there three times and every single time the food is delicious. If you haven't gone before, you have to get the nutter butter french toast. Two pieces of french toast, peanut butter in between then battered and deep fried. Top with fresh cream and diced bananas; are you kidding me?! Get it. P.S. The fresh squeezed orange juice is really good although a tad pricey. I had swedish pancakes last week and a bacon 4 egg omelet this week. Both so good. I would highly recommend patty's eggnest and turkey house (even though I haven't tried the turkey, it looks delicious).

This place is super crowded on a saturday morning, but dead by lunch time. Seated quickly and offered drinks right away. Large menu to choose from. Hashbrowns were tasty, but side of salsa was super small and 1$. I also asked a few times for honey and it never came. My friends meal was huge. She took most of it home. It is a little dissapointing to only get 1 bill, but I do understand the reasoning for it. It does make it a hassle though. I also can often find coupons for other patty's eggnest but couldnt find any for this one. I am not much of a breakfast person, but if you are worth checking out.

So disappointed. We came here around noon this past Sunday for breakfast. It was only after we waited over ten minutes for our table that we noticed the sign explaining "no split checks on weekends" - at that point, we weren't going to leave and head to another spot. We ahead and got seated. Coffee was prompt - and that was the end of the positives regarding service. We watched two tables seated after our group have their orders taken before ours. Once we were helped, it took a very long time to get our food (drank three cups of coffee during that wait - again, prompt coffee was the only positive service aspect). Food, as with most Patty's locations, was awesome. No complaints about the cooking. When we left, the restaurant was almost cleared out. We had been there for two hours due to the long wait. When we went up to pay, one of my friends presented a Passport card. The older lady at the register barked at her that they "don't take these" - when she said other locations had, she said "that's only in Monroe." We asked to have the check split in two since things had calmed down and no one was in line behind us. Again we were barked at and told absolutely not. Will eat at another location (love me some Holman Road) but never again here. Service was just rotten.

Steven & I come here all the time when we are craving a big breakfast! You have to get here pretty early or the line can get long and you can wait up to 45 minutes sometimes! I always say its well worth the wait. I always order a vegetable style omelet or french toast! YUM YUM! so good!

I have been to this location about 5 times and am a little surprised by the negative comments. We have been there only for breakfast on weekends. Food has been great for American style breakfast. It is always busy but we haven't run into a time where there was a big wait. The no check splitting rule (only on weekends) is pretty annoying and their register setup is tedious. I take issue with their kids meal being $6.95...I have a 3 year old and I wish there were a smaller option because that's too much food and pretty expensive for a small child. (I believe Denny's has something similar for $4.) My meal for example was $7.95. I hope to continue dining here and not running into the problems others have had!

Portions are huge and unless you are a glutton it is better to share a meal. The food is good, but The last time I went I lost my appetite because there where giant flies crawling all over the windows, and this was winter time I had to kill like 5 giant pregnant flies. Makes me wonder about sanitation and cleanlieness. THAT SAID The food portions are huge and it tastes good.

Went here with family. Waited almost an hour before our order was taken. My daughter ordered the euro omelette. It was brought without the sauce (waitress said they were out of the sauce). They could have told us so that we could order an alternative (this is a cooks error). We ordered an Original Joe's Omelette and it was served cold. The Original Joe's Omelette does not resemble a true OJO and is false advertising. In fact it isn't even an omelette, but scrambled eggs with hamburger and spinach with cold (unmelted) flakes of cheese sprinkled on it. Did I mention that my daughter's Euro Omelette was served on a plate that did not look washed. They did replate it after some discussion. We have eaten here previously and did not have any problems. This was one to write about.

First time in a Patty's Eggnest. We were just driving by and decided to check it out. The menu was absolutely gigantic (Gordon Ramsey would've crapped bricks), but the gyro and fries I ordered was fantastic! And reasonably priced. My husband said the chicken fried steak was a bit heavier than chicken fried steak usually is. I want to go have another gyro! Next time I'll ask for some tzatziki on the side.

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty! Don't eat here. Food has no flavor and the staff is awful to say the least. Since they have opened we have NEVER and I repeat NEVER, had decent service or food. We have given it a go a five times because they had just opened and we had hoped that the service and food would get better......NOPE. The staff changes faster than the weather. Very disappointing since they are all owned by brothers. Will not be back ever. Just disgusting!

As other reviewers have noted, the portions are huge, even the half portions. I was disappointed in my first visit here. My veggie omelette arrived as a scramble and the hash browns were undercooked and bland. I'm not really picky about service, but I don't like it when staff slams things down on the table from behind me, especially when it's generic table stuff like creamer instead of something that goes with my food. There's nothing that appealed to me about Patty's Eggnest.

Located where Mitzell's used to be, the location is ideal. We were running some errands and decided to give this place a try since it is new and my boyfriend has never been before. I ordered eggs benedict, and he ordered the pancake combo with a cup of hot cocoa. Let me tell you, his cocoa RAWKED like Leppard, man. Not only did they give him a full cup, brimming with whipped cream and jimmies, they gave him a carafe as well. I was so impressed, as was he; so we decided on 5 stars. Okay, so onto the food. My benedict was wonderful with lots of Canadian Bacon and Hollandaise sauce. The hashbrowns were perfectly cooked, and the eggs were poached exactly the way I like them (not slimy, but with a slightly runny yoke). My boyfriend's pancakes looked yummy, and the bacon slices were very thick. I also loved the treasure chest they had for the kids - I think my son will love that because we are definitely going back.

The breakfast is definitely the highlight here. They have some unique options that make them a worthwhile choice. My family especially enjoys some kind of deep fried peanut butter filled french toast. I enjoy their skillets. The staff has always been friendly and the prices are reasonable. When you are faced with the choice of Patty's and the Denny's across the street always choose Patty's.

This was my first dining experience at Patty's Eggnest and it was a good one. Decor inside was very nice, friendly hostess and seated quickly. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and it looked like Patty's was using some new type of bacon...there was something on the table about it so I ordered mine with that to try out. The portion of biscuits and gravy were HUGE! I could not finish all of mine. The scrabmled eggs were fine and the hashbrowns were good too. The new bacon was something else though. If you've ate at a traditional breakfast house you know the taste of the bacon you're getting. They more or less all taste the same to me but this new stuff Patty's was trying was great. It wasn't just a salt flavor but rather a really flavorful smoky flavor...it actually tasted like meat rather than the salty bacon you get elsewhere. If you're in the neighborhood and have tried Patty's before, stop in and give this new bacon a try. The wait staff was super friendly as well.

Not going back to this place. While I have eaten at this location in the past and the food was okay, the staff were so rude during my last visit that I along with my friends left even before ordering. The restaurant was not busy at all, however customer service was the last thing on their mind. The 'Cash or Check Only' sign was up again as other reviewers have mentioned as well. With the 'Cash or Check Only' sign up on a consistent basis it could make a person wonder if all of the sales are really being reported. We went just down the road to O'Donnell's as others have done and had a delicious meal and were served by a fun & attentive waitress.

Had always heard good things about Pattys Eggnest's breakfasts so I thought I would give it a try. Got seated pretty promptly, then was handed a stack of menus. It was about 12:15 in the afternoon, but was handed a gargantuan breakfast/lunch menu AND a dinner menu. We opted to try the breakfast as that was what the big rave is about. I got a ham and cheese omelette, hash browns and wheat toast. I also ordered coffee and requested a large milk with the breakfast. The waitress brought out my milk immediately, then about 5 minutes later she was back with coffee. We requested cream but she disappeared so I wandered the restaurant looking for cream. Finally I found the hostess, who went back into the kitchen and came out with a tall glass of paper creamers. The coffee was good, but we were not asked for a refill until we were getting ready to leave. Now the food...that was not an omelette, it was a round egg thing with ham in it. The hash browns..burned. The wheat toast? Nice presentation until I looked at the other side..burned. Will I be going back? NO.

I will never go back to this restuarant....you are forced to only one ticket per table so if you have several people in your party...be prepared to bring cash or to bad so sad one person will be paying for the whole ticket, they will only take one debit/credit card, no splitting the tab at the cash register. This is the most asinine rule I have ever seen. For the price of the food they should cater to their customers every need. The cashier was down right rude. When we complained about this rule the cashier told us they had more than enough patronage so if we didn't come back it wasn't going to hurt their business. She should be fired. Think twice before going here. :(

I'm pretty sure this is the exact same staff as Mitzels, which means the only new thing is the menu, which seems very promising. I was skeptical about going here, and I must say it was more or less what I expected. We got the same awkward waiter we always ended up with at Mitzels, who was MIA for the first 15 minutes, but apologized for forgetting about us....he was nice though. I ordered the North Beach omelette, which rings in at a whopping $13 for a vegetarian omelette with two "sweet italian sausage links" on the side. Well, the sausage was probably the worst part. Extremely dry, and literally had no flavor. Whatsoever. The omelette was frittata style, so more of a scramble. The only part of it that I could even remotely taste were the artichoke hearts, which obviously came from a can. The hashbrowns were very greasy and flavorless, but the toast was great! Definitely not the worst meal I've ever had, but for 13 dollars, I expect at least SOME flavor. I don't think I'll be giving it another chance.

I loved being called hun and honey by the nice ladies who work there but the food I ate was revolting. The french fries tasted like they were deep fried in shampoo and urine. The cold roast beef sandwich served on department store bread was inedible.

We love Patty's! Ok, all the ones we have tried EXCEPT this one. We have given it several goes, varying our times and days in hopes that maybe just maybe it was a fluke that our waiter was harder to flag down than a bus on I-5. The food is the same generous portions, and hit or miss on greasy, but the seriously, some of the wait staff need additional assistance on the job. In particular one gentleman who seems to be very absent minded. To the point that you really have to question "should he be allowed to wait tables on his own?" Needless to say I doubt we will return to that one, even though its closer than the other locations.

I'm quite suprised by the negative reviews here. While the service occasionally lags when it is busy, it's generally pretty good and the food is excellent. Highly recommended...

I always love going to Patty's, particularly this location - my family lives very nearby, so we come in frequently enough that many of the staff know us. Service has always been excellent, so it's a great place to go when none of us feel like cooking and we want a quick meal. My favorite thing to get here is the California eggs benedict, which is a standard eggs Benedict but with tomato and avocado added. Unfortunately, that one doesn't do so well as a leftover, so I always end up stuffing myself, but most of the other dishes make great leftovers, and are often big enough to last for 2-3 more meals. I'm also a fan of their hot chocolate, which comes with an automatic refill in a separate container and (strangely) with sprinkles on top. Weird, but delicious. On a funny note - my mom likes to take my niece (4) here, and on one occasion she ordered "brown hashes" from the menu. The waitress took it in stride and referred to her "brown hashes" for the rest of the visit. The one thing I might say in the negative about this location is their policy not to accept debit/credit cards. However, they are very upfront about this policy, have a good reason for having it, and provide an ATM onsite. So even that isn't really a big deal.

This was "okay" food. We shared the chicken friend steak. Not the best we've ever had. Probably should have gone with breakfast food. Probably won't go back, though...

Not bad food but not anything that I would say is really good either. A step up from let's say Denny's but defiantly a lot of frozen and canned food items nothing seems to be fresh or of high quality.

First thing in the door, we were greeted with "we only take cash or checks no credit or debit cards." "Is that OK with you?" I said, "Uh yea, but this is the 21st Century, right?" The gal scowled at me and led me and my companion back to a very crowded section, while there were clearly other areas wide open. I asked for one of the other areas. Got our menus and after about 15 minutes the waitress came to take our order. Being it was about 1:15 PM we ordered burgers. The waitress informed us that lunch wasn't served until 3:00 PM on Saturdays??????? We politely went away disappointing, frustrated and hungry. Seriously

I find myself CRAVING and DREAMING about this place. I can't say much for anything other than their breakfast food, but I LOVE their waffles with strawberries and their famous Elvis french toast (peanut butter and banana coated with panko crumbs). I still don't know what the difference between regular cream and Devonshire cream is, but I would order a big bowl of their Devonshire cream and just eat that, it is SO FLIPPING GOOD! We've also had some of their savory breakfasts, which I'm not as enthusiastic about. We always go to the one on 128th, but have been once to the one on Evergreen Hwy. Something of note: they usually only accept cash or checks, but they usually have an ATM available to pull cash out if you need.

Thanks for ruining Thanksgiving by denying me from buying the kids turkey dinner. I had gastric bypass surgery and can't even finish a child's plate. Also they could not make a Shirley temple for my fiancee. Food is decent unfortunately I was forced to waste money. After a long wait for service denying a kids meal in front of the entire family is not the way to gain customers. I will not return.

Loved our waitress! However won't bring the family for anything but breakfast in the future. Rancid, I mean really bad shrimp showed up on the table. Great service though!

We love us some breakfast food, so we figured we'd try this little place that always seems packed. The staff is friendly, the food comes out fast and the service is good...however the food is just "meh". I ordered an omelette with hashbrowns and a biscuit. There was little to no cheese in the omelette, the hashbrowns were the sad, disappointing type that were barely cooked and limp on the bottom, with a dash of crispy on top and the biscuits were more like english muffins. The food was okay...honestly up the street is an Original Pancake House and I will defer to them from now on. If you've ever eaten at the Maltby Cafe, you will never find another breakfast that can top that....the search continues....

Great dinner... my first time to this location (now that the Mill Creek location has closed). For the first time, I had dinner (usually I have breakfast) and had some tasty turkey comfort food. Yu-um!

The very first thing customers see when they come to this Patty's is a disheveled looking server willing to seat them. Should you make the mistake of looking in the kitchen you see a cook wearing a dirty food splattered "hoody" sweatshirt. (If you are lucky you won't have to see him wipe his hands on the dirty sweatshirt like I did). I ordered over medium eggs, making sure that I mentioned to the server that I do not like my eggs burned with that brown crust that so many bad egg cooks can't seem to avoid. I also asked for sausage links. When the meal came the eggs were, of course, burned... I asked her why she even brought them to me and she said "I don't know". She then suggested I try over easy. Well I don't like over easy and it is not my fault that their cook can't cook an egg. The cook tried again and this time I was served an egg that was absolutely runny and raw in the middle. A far way from over medium. This time everything was served in a puddle of grease too. (I guess I got the bonus plate.) While I was there I saw more staff coming to work. they all looked sloppy, and disheveled. I now know why Patty's eggnest is closing so many locations. It's NOT the economy, it is poor standards...

Sad I usually love this place but today was awful. I ordered the turkey dinner for lunch and the turkey was so dry it was like shredded bits of turkey jerky. The stuffing was so burnt on the bottom it was black in spots. It reminded me of really bad leftovers. I ended up eating the mash potatoes and gravy and gave everything else to the dog. I live about 20 min away so returning it was out of the question. So for $15 I got to eat mashed potatoes and that's all . I will return in the future one more time and hope today was a fluke. Everyone that works there is very nice and friendly I hope the food is as nice next time :-)

I only occasionally have cravings for excessive portions of greasy, fatty breakfast fare. Patty's Eggnest became the cure in this case for this particular morning, although I think it was closer to lunch time by the time we made it out here. This is not my first visit to one of Patty's joints, and I am impressed by their expansive menu variety. The restaurant was full and yet we got excellent service, our coffees refilled regularly, and the food brought out quickly without complications. My order: The Bigfoot. It was the largest chicken-fried steak I had ever attempted to conquer, seriously being the size of a medium-sized plate on its own. Covered in gravy, accompanied by hash browns, three eggs, and toast, this was gastronomic insanity. I'm sure there's people that eat like this everyday, sadly I'm not one of them. Well, sorry to say, I lost the battle. Yet, it felt strangely patriotic to overeat, just like a true American! I'm sure I will be back to one of these in a few months or so for another Me V Food challenge.

The food rocked. The service was okay. We ended up having 6 in our party instead of 4 or 5, so we were a little squished, no big deal. However, we asked for an extra set of silverware twice before the food was delivered, and again after it was delivered and finally got a set. They were medium busy, and the food was delicious. Think maybe the waitress just wasn't on her game. She was pleasant and in an overall good mood, as well as the hostess and other staff members we saw. I'll definitely go back. The link sausage was delicious and not as greasy as most places.

First of all, what the heck happened to the 164th St location? I don't understand why they closed! I liked that location, but not so much this one. Here's a run down of the experience I had: The building was nice and new... Appearance-wise seemed ok. They were only accepting cash because their credit card machine was not working. They have a rule that they will not split checks during the weekend. Annoying, but ok... When we sat down, the coffee came fast. But then we didn't see anyone else for a good 25 minutes. When our waiter took our order, it took another 30 minutes to get our food. The food was tasty, so no complaints there. However, I would not go back to this location... even if the food is good because the service is poor! I will always go to the Mukilteo location from now on.

I've been here a couple times with my father. My father just loves their ham and eggs. I'm not a fan of that meal in general. So I've tried another meal. I've tried the open faced turkey sandwich. The stuffing was dry and was the consistency of cardboard. And very salty. I know stuffing is normally salty, but this was extremely, probably from the preservatives. The turkey was rubbery and just barely warm. I won't have it again. The ham and eggs must be some pretty good stuff since my dad likes it though. Guess you gotta give it a try and see for yourself. It's never really busy, so there's no waiting.
