Lombardi’s Italian Restaurant Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Pros: Scenic location, good food (especially bread) Cons: Service is spotty at best, they were out of many meals I was up in Seattle a few weeks ago to marry my wife, who is from the area. My family and I are not Seattle natives and haven't spent much time in the area, so picking restaurants for us can be an interesting experience. My wife's parents told us to try the Everett Marina for food. We decided to give it a shot. First choice was Anthony's because it's seafood and my parents, who are Nebraska based, don't get many opportunities to eat fresh seafood, but it was packed, so we ended up at Lombardi's. Lombardi's was good, not great. The food was satisfying enough. I will say their bread was the best part of the meal. It's rather scenic with great views of the water and boats from the restaurant. However, two things bugged me. One, the service was spotty, with not much help from our waitress, who would disappear for long periods of time before coming back. Secondly, they were out of both lasagna and chicken parmigiana. On a busy weekend, I might understand that, but on a Tuesday night with little in the way of crowds, this is a bit of a problem. The spaghetti I had was good, but nothing out of this world. Overall, scenery was a 5, service and lack of food choices was about a 2, averaging out to a 3.

Had a really nice, enjoyable dinner here; nice wines, great service, and they have some decent Grappa, so I am immediately a fan.

good tatsting food, but when the plate was set in front of me my 1st reaction was...is that it? is that all? you got to be kidding me, Huge plate, fancy small portion, huge price. GOOD LUCK!

We came here last fall, and loved everything from the amazing location to the great Italian cuisine. The food was top-notch, cooked well and served promptly. The owner came out to ask how the experience was, and she seemed very genuine and helpful. The house bread with real roasted garlic is a great touch. In the Northwest, we are used to "Olive Garden"-style chains as an excuse for Italian 'cuisine.' Lombardi's is certainly a cut above all of that. We will certainly come back here when we are back in town. I highly recommend the chicken saltimbocca and tiramisu - they are delicious!

OVERPRICED! Don't let the fancy sign and location fool you. There's better Italian food more south, toward Seattle.

Best Calimari EVER!!! Great pumpkin ravioli; may sound strange, but it totally rocks. Great vegetarian option, and even being a meat-a-tarian I also liked it a lot (one of my fav's next to the calimari app). Must go.

My husband and I joined friends for dinner here last night, and wow was it a disappointment. Friend's husband returned his meal twice for overcooked salmon. It just looked overcooked from across the table. My husband pretty much orders the same thing each time, the chicken saltimbocca (sp-?), and once we arrived home, he also said that his chicken was overcooked and dry, even though there is a sauce on his. My husband is just not the type to say anything, he just won't return and spend our hard-earned $$'s. He said the chicken did not seem freshly prepared to him and for the prices they charge here -- EVERYTHING SHOULD BE MADE FRESH! Husband enjoyed his wedge salad, but there's not too much to one of these. I had the olive appetizer, which was good, but small for the price. Service was also very slow, but apologetic, and server kept coming back to the table to apologize which interrupted the group conversation many times to where all we were focusing on was the slow service and the sent-back meals. I'm not sure how the other couple analyzed their meals after they got home, but my husband WON'T return anytime soon.

Had lunch with an old friend at their new location just south of Mill Creek. What a great addition to our community. They took an existing old building on the Bothell-Everett Highway and made it their own. Wonderful new interior with outdoor seating. Food was great with a beautiful bar with fireplace. Wonderful Happy Hour too! Give it a try.

Going to Lombardi's for happy hour on a warm Everett Sunday was the best thing my husband and I have decided to do in a long time. We got there and the outside bar was full so we sat at the bar inside. As soon as a seat opened up our hostess let us know and escorted us to our seats. The $3 Italian margarita was well balanced and refreshing. The mango tango was amazing. According to my hubby, the pizza was good. I had the Italian mac-n-cheese. The portion was small, but the dish was actually pretty filling. I followed that with Angelica Della Morte......to die for. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, and the overall experience was great.

Their happy hour is awesome and the main reason I go here. They do it twice. I believe the first time it's from 3pm-6pm and then again starting at 8pm. The happy hour menu is great and affordable. They have tons of options, which is always nice. The staff in the bar is friendly and they try to do their best, although if you come in the middle of happy hour, you should expect things to be a little slower than normal. I highly recommend the appetizer Angel Delle Morte. It's amazing and addicting!! We usually order it with an extra side of bread (an extra $1 I believe) because it comes with 6 slices and there is usually left over spread. If you come and it's not happy hour it IS more expensive. Meals are around $15 on average, but can be a little more or less per plate. The portions are great and you're likely to have leftovers afterwards (or be stuffed!) it's a great little spot to go and sit on the patio when it's summer and enjoy the fresh Sea Air and good food, but definitely more of a special occasion or date night type place. You can easily spend a lot here without knowing it.

I just went here on Sunday for my 22nd birthday and it was by far the best food I've ever had at Lombardi's. I ended up doing the early dinner deal, which comes with a soup or salad, an entree, and a dessert. I also got a gin and tonic and the free bread and roasted garlic. I got the Caesar salad, the salmon, and salted caramel gelato for dessert. The Caesar salad tasted a little too strongly of anchovy for my taste. I only ate about half of it before it got too overwhelming. Whenever I've gotten a Caesar salad at Lombardi's previously I haven't had this problem. Next time I'll just order dressing on the side and only use a little bit. The entree was AMAZING. The salmon tasted sort of peppery and it was cooked perfectly, it was probably the best piece of salmon I've ever had. It came with mashed potatoes which were also delicious-they basically tasted like a combination of butter and heaven. There was also a side of roasted carrots and squash and it was so yummy. I could have just ate a huge plate of the veggies and been happy. The gelato was also very good-salt and caramel are such a good combo. It was really rich and they gave 2 huge scoops and also put a birthday candle on top. It was more than I could finish but my boyfriend didn't mind cleaning the bowl. The service at Lombardi's is always excellent. I always feel like if I don't like something they'll make it right. They're also pretty fast even when they're busy and the staff is just very polite and helpful. In the past when I've gone to Lombardi's I've usually ordered pasta or pizza. The pizza is pretty good, although I usually want the crust to be crispier. The pasta always sounds really good in the description but I've never enjoyed it very much. I've never had salmon there before Sunday night and now that I've realized how amazing it is I'm going to go much more often! My boyfriend got the ahi tuna dish and he loved it. He'd never really had ahi before and he thought it was delicious. He also got the Caesar salad and he didn't think it was too fishy like I did. My mom got the same thing as me and also thought it was absolutely delicious. My dad got pizza and a salad and enjoyed his meal, too.

My lovely wife and I stopped at Lombardi's for a couple of happy hour drinks and starters. Got the drinks right away and as the food was being delivered the server knocked over the beer in my lap. They replaced my beer and the server explained it was her first shift serving here. So we laughed about getting that first knocked over glass out of the way. My wife and I finished and I got the bill and the bartender said "we didn't charge you for the one beer". I was dumbfounded! I went to pay (still soaked) and said "not charging me for the beer you spilled on me isn't enough" the bartender reply "I didn't spill it on you!,what do you want me to do?" I asked her to take off 1 of the starters and she did. Brought back my change and slammed it on the counter and walked away. I was less upset with the beer in my lap then the poor attitude of the bartender about taking care of the customer. Never did see a manager. Should I have to ask to be treated right? I don't think so.

I just made my third visit to Lombardi's at the marina in Everett. This is beautifully located with outside seating to take advantage of the view, really the only decent view point on the Everett waterfront. We received prompt, friendly service from an obviously experinced waiter who exhibited excellent knowledge of both the food and the wine. My companion enjoyed the veal piccata. It was well prepared and presented though she thought the pasta was a bit too "al dente". I agree. It was a bit on the tough side but only just. I thought the saltimbocca was almost perfect. Tender chicken, salty/crispy proscuitto and a light sauce in the appropriate amount. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable meal. Oh, wait. There was one thing...my saltimbocca came with something called a rissoto cake. I know what rissoto is. I know what a cake is. This, however, was a hocky puck made out of starch. There was no flavor and the texture was uncomfortable. Do not order these unless you need to level a table or hold a door open.

I live in Everett and have been to the waterfront area where this restaurant is located, many times. I first ate here last week with my wife on the Saturday night before Valentines on Tuesday. I reserved a 7:30 time slot a day or so before and had no problem being seated immediately next to the window. Although it was dark out, I know the view is nice since I have been around this area. The bread with the roasted garlic is of course, a favorite. My wife and I like it. We started off the appetizers with some garlic bread with cheese and marinara sauce. That was pretty good We then had a basic Caesar salad. I chose to have a vinaigrette dressing on the side instead of the normal dressing. My salad arrived with some sauce already on it, plus my side of sauce. My wife pointed out that the menu stated the croutons were home made and swore there was no way they were home made. Most likely out of a box. Neither one of us enjoyed our salad. I like salad and this salad just tasted terrible for whatever reason. I was at Anthony's the week prior and their same salad with a little different dressing was way better and the prices were comparable. Next up was some chicken sam.....something or other. It was some type of chicken breast topped with prosciutto and served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. Again, this wasn't anything to write home about and I would never order it again. It was very bland and my wife pointed out a piece of chicken that appeared to be not cooked. We also ordered a margarita pizza. I think I spelled that wrong. It was ok. I was expecting a little more but it was ok. Josh was our waiter. I would prefer that they wear name tags but I had remembered his name from when he introduced himself. He was a good waiter and kept the drinks filled. My wife really enjoyed her mojito. Overall, we were not as impressed with this place as we thought we would be. The ambiance is nice, and it was quiet when we went. I might go back for a happy hour but I am not spending $60 for crappy salad, mediocre chicken and ok pizza. I would rather go to Anthony's which is very close by or the Woodfire which is also very close by; both of which have a view of the water

Love this place! We come here so much, it's rather obscene :) Their calamari is amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned and it's thick slices of calamari steak! No rubber rings and tentacles on this plate! All dishes are very good, and then there are some that they just knock out of the park! Their tortellini is to die for, so is the smoked salmon ravioli. The lamb pappardelle is absolutely heavenly. And if you're lucky enough to catch it on the seasonal menu AND they haven't sold out for the night, you must try the limoncello tiramisu! So good! Not to mention the service, which has always been fantastic. And the view of the sunset over the marina is just icing on the cake. A great local gem!! Undoubtedly one of our absolute favs.

I am so glad we have Lombardi's in the area. Not only is the food consistent and delicious, but the staff rocks! Jessica and Christy in the bar are two of the nicest, hardest working in the industry!

Last night I attended Lombardi's 5 course wine pairing showcasing one of their Italian vintners Rocca delle Macie. This event in a word, was fantastic. The price point was right on and the food was delicious. The North American rep was there to help educate the group on their wine and a really good discussion on Chianti. This is a great way for Lombardi's to display the true talent of their chef. My favorite dish of the evening: Australian lamb chop with onions, pine nuts, peppers, honey and balsamic paired with the Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG. It was AMAZING. I will be looking to attend their next pairing something in June and excited to see what will be on the menu. I have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and have always had a positive experience. It isn't just the fantastic food, it is the service and the people that work there that make going to Lomardi's an experience. One last note..they have an outstanding wine selection. I would suggest trying the Zenato Valpolicella, it is one of my favorites.

My absolute favorite happy hour spot! They are super busy, but service comes with a smile and they are very attentive. Angelica Della Morte is my weakness. Lombardi's is a great place for a romantic dinner too.

Lombardi's is one of Everett's finest restaurant's! The food is excellent (except the pizza, stay away from the pizza). Every time I come here I order the chicken saltimbocca, it is completely divine and will keep you coming back for more. The service is excellent. Definitely worth the price.

It's Sunday night and my family finds our way to the Everett Marina where we pick an old favorite Italian place, Lombardi's, to eat our dinner. It was about 8:30pm when we got there and apparently the place closed at 9:00pm. From the moment we got there, we weren't wanted. The waitstaff was all too aware that closing time was nigh. From not being given their signature roasted garlic with bread until asked (at the time our dinners arrived) to having my dad's wine not delivered, to not having proper table settings, to not checking back with us, to taking forever to get our check, to the overall rude vibes from our waitress...the service was a nightmare. The waitress wanted us out from the beginning, and apparently was hoping that bad service would make us leave sooner. I was very disappointed, mostly because as a waitress myself, I know that with bad times, it becomes even more essential to have excellent service: people simply aren't going to be willing to pay a lot of money for food in an economic recession if they feel like their patronage is not appreciated. And by that, I mean the service should always be excellent. Especially when with times as bad as they are for restaurants, any business you can manage to get, you should hold onto (even if we did come in a half hour before closing time, our $70 + return business is still very valuable). As for the food, it was satisfactory, but combined with the fact that they were nearly running us out the door, the whole dining experience just became ruined. I won't be returning, which is a shame because I have had quite a few good experiences at Lombardi's. But hey, if I'm not going to be appreciated, why should I return?

I've been here quite a bit over the years, but not so much lately. I used to enjoy their happy hour and loved the garlic festival (which is long gone, although I so wish they would bring it back). Friend suggested it for a bday celebration location for herself and while I was reluctant she did get to choose. I did enjoy the bread that came with our dinner. It came with a dish of oil with lots of delicious garlic cloves in it, as you can see from above I am quite the garlic lover. I also ordered the crostini with tapenade appetizer which was really good, the tomato option was pretty bland though. For dinner I had the spaghettini which was very strange, I wonder if perhaps I was accidently served the gluten free noodles as this was unlike any pasta I have ever tasted, very dry and mushy. Not a fan, ate it all, but did not enjoy it. Everyone else's meals looked appetizing, no one complained but me. My friend ordered the icecream dessert and was given 3 scoops, which seemed excessive. We had some difficulty getting water from our waiter, but once he realized the problem we were given a container to continue filling our own. I think I also got 3 soda refills. There was a live band playing, I bit too loud for my tastes, but does make for a more exciting night out.

We wandered in there last night after a weekend of camping. The place wasn't too crowded, and we got a good table. The staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered the lower priced Chianti, which we loved. It is a 'riserva' even though it is not identified as such in the menu. We added the Italian baked brie with Chianti sauce. Also excellent and appealed to my husband's sweet tooth. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu, and we accepted his recommendations. The food was well presented; we were very pleased with our pot roast and chicken Marsala. Only regret: we don't live nearby!

  • Rebecca M.

Anh. Not fantastic. Location is nice right at the marina and our waitress was great. The food was alright; average. Too much dressing on the Caesar salad, and too much lemon in the dressing. Then the chicken piccata was swimming in sauce, even though I ordered it with "very light" sauce. My husband had the veggie lasagna and said it was great. I wouldn't go back, but it was nice once.

once again we had a great meal, salmon done perfect, chicken marsala the tastiest and the bloodymary an appetizer in itself.baked garlic with good bread held us til meal arrived,we try to make it there once a week, more if possible.

Penne Siciliano for me, spaghettini pomodoro for my companions. Well cooked, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The roasted garlic and olive oil that came with the bread was a treat, as was the angel of death spread that we ordered with the bruschetta sampler. Will be back soon, next time to try the pizza.

I have only eaten here once and it was OK. I have heard good things about this place but I was a little disappointed. The service was excellent and their baked garlic was awesome. I wasn't sure what to get so I had the server recommend something. My girlfriends food was just OK too, not bad, not great, just average. The place was packed and our server was great, so maybe we need to give this place a second chance, but as of right now nothing special about this place.

This is our second attempt at dining at a restaurant that we have LOVED in the past. Their smoked salmon ravioli was to die for. However, now it was dry and lacking flavor. The lasagna had a sauce that honestly could have been better replaced by any store bought jar sauce. My duck was "OK" but the sauce was little more than a few cranberries on top. Our bread was cold. Love the atmosphere but won't be back.

Small gathering on Mother's Day, after the brunch ended. Superb service, willing to make substitutions in my entree. Roasted garlic/olive oil was to die for. The salted caramel gelato was such a treat. Delicious drinks, mine was made with cucumber Vodka, light and refreshing. I thought it was a bit pricey for the portion sizes, however.

I love this place. We have been doing lunch there for about 5 years now. Ever since my son was a baby. They wait staff never tried to hide the "potential crying baby" in the corner. The food is good, even the steaks are tastey.

We just had dinner here for the first time after walking past it whenever at the marina over the last 2.5 years. Wow - why did it take us so long? The food was incredible, we got a great table with a view of the marina and sunset. The wait staff was perfect, I can't wait to go back!!!!!!

We stopped here for lunch at the recommendation of a local friend and weren't disappointed. The marina location was perfect for parking a 35 foot motorhome. It was posted that you could park 72 hours in that location (unlike in Bellingham where RV's were not allowed in marina parking and had to park on the street). We felt comfortable leaving our dogs behind as we made the short walk to the restaurant. We were greeted warmly and decided to dine inside because our greeter/hostess was also our server. She was friendly, efficient and took our orders quickly. My entree sized seafood salad was fresh, flavorful and wonderful. I was ready for something somewhat healthy and this filled the bill. Mr. S was somewhat disappointed at the portion size of his spaghetti and meatballs when served but he quickly got over it at first forkful. He deemed them the best meatballs he's had in as long as he could remember! He is still talking about them 2 weeks later! We will certainly put this on our list the next time we are in the area!

  • E M.

The food is decent but it is over priced, the drinks are good, and the atmosphere isn't terrible. I am giving this place two stars because I was seated inside at the bar twice in the past month and both times the service was just okay, and the food is just okay, the stars are for drink quality and ambiance. The first time, it took about thirty minutes on average for refills on water and drinks, and about forty five minutes for food orders to be taken; on top of all that I paid cash and didn't receive ANY change. The waitress thought it was her right to a tip (and a high one at that). This time, the service was better, but I was overcharged for my second drink during happy hour, I wasn't offered any bread with my meal, and I waited fifteen minutes to have my order taken. I was alone and the place was not busy at all. All in all, save your money and dine elsewhere. The chicken isn't good enough to make up for the issues with service, cash, and drinks.

  • Kim F.

Worst service I have ever had! We saw our waitress once when she took our order, and she took two people's order and walked off. (6 people at our table). The manager kept making excuses for her all night, and at the end all of our checks were messed up, took forever to get straightened out. She never checked on us, asked if we wanted more drinks, and we had a table full of dirty plates all night. With 6 people at our table the gratuity was automatically added on. If you know you're getting an automatic tip, that's no reason for the crappiest service ever. Will never return.

My beardless friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Lombardi's this past weekend after a fantastic matinee showing of Cabaret at the Everett Performing Arts Center. $10 theater coupons in hand, we raced the geriatric jet set to the 5pm seating and scored an outside table marina- and band-adjacent. I was mid-dramatic reading of beard-lover Hannah's Yelp review when beardless Justin arrived tableside to take our drinks orders. We quizzed Justin on the coral-clad cane-waving diva who line jumped her way to a table just as we were being greeted. He promised to get the 411 while securing our beverages. Soon thereafter manager Bearded Brett (pirate name) stopped by to make sure all was well at our table. Come to find out we are a much more sunshiny troupe of diners than others I might name and as a result had the good fortune to enjoy the super tender calamari and delicious (free) baked garlic with bread that preceded our entrees. Neither of these contained even the threat of beard hair. Maybe it was the hefty pours of Cab and Pinot that caused us to enjoy our hairless meal so much. Situated somewhere between Cuoco and Olive Garden we thought Lombardi's Lamb Pappardelle was pretty dang good and would definitely order it again. I also shared the prosciutto wrapped halibut with my companion and we enjoyed that too. We were living large so went for cheesecake and tiramisu for dessert. Both were fine but nothing to write home about. We are an urban-dwelling, farm to table pair who cherish our hand crafted pasta. And yet we would return for the pleasure of Lombardi's pappardelle... The service was fast and friendly, the location and scenery quite nice, and the price fairly reasonable. We spotted only one neatly groomed beard on the entire staff. But we forgot to use that danged coupon!

Tonight my best friend and I dined at your fine restaurant. First, I'd like to state that I am an expert at food. I eat it daily, if you can believe it, and I prefer it to be tasty. So, my opinion is one of a professional and you should probably take it very seriously. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Lombardi's. I had the lasagna, which was delicious, and my friend had a pasta special that she quite liked as well! The staff was friendly, especially the very handsome and personable fellow that seated us. We were so pleased that we had chosen to eat there! However, we have one big disappointment. One of the reviews mentioned that ALL of the staff have beards. We expected our dining experience to be chock full of bearded men (the best kind of men, if you ask us) but we were sorely disappointed in the selection of beards. There were, at most, three beards that we saw. We were waited on by some very nice ladies, neither of which had beards either. We will definitely be back, but next time we really hope to see more beards. I hope you take this review seriously, because normally I charge a flat rate of $3599.99 for my unsolicited advice, so you're really getting a bargain. Please, next time I come in, be sure to have more beards or I might be tempted to drive to Portland for my next dining experience.

I give it a four partially based in nostalgia, I once had the most EPIC lobster crab ravioli dish that still haunts my wife and. SERIOUSLY BRING IT BACK! Anyways back to the review. The food was good service was good we split an app, salad, and entree and we were stuffed. Bill was 50 bucks with a generous tip and we were happy. Great view to boot!

I was very disappointed in the food and service. I only gave it two stars because the cocktails were good and strong, which made the experience a little higher than a one. The lasagna was worse than Olive Garden and the calamari tasted like chicken. Our server didn't come by for 20 min while my our drinks and bread were empty. Definitely needs improvement.

Met a couple friends here for happy hour and really enjoyed ourselves. Happy hour runs daily from 2pm-close in the lounge only. Free parking can be found in a private lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Tabs are easily split. My wife ordered a couple pounders of Mac & Jack for $3.50 (hh) and I ordered a couple glasses of select cask wine for $5.50 a glass (hh). For eats we ordered the Pepperoni & Sausage pizza for $8 (hh). There was plenty of meat on a nice light crust. We were also offered fresh ground pepper and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. We also shared a bowl of spaghetti & meatballs for $7 (hh). The spaghetti is served with two nice sized meatballs and ample sauce. Our waitress was super friendly and did an outstanding job. Thank you Lombardi's for a wonderful evening of catching up with our friends.

My date and I had made dinner reservations about a week before valentine's day and were lucky enough to get a spot at 9:30 pm. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and still waited at least 45 minutes after our reservation to be seated. We ordered the crostini, halibut with risotto and chicken picatta. I found the dishes to be mediocre and quite over priced. My halibut was pretty dry for something that had cost my date 30 dollars. The menu said it would come with brussel "sprouts" but it literally came with only one sprout. ONE sprout cut into two. I would compare the food to be something expected from olive garden. But the tiramisu was super yummy! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I loved looking over the water out the windows. Bradley, our server, did a great job at keeping our waters filled and making sure we had everything we needed. The overall experience could've been better but I understand Valentine's day is one of the the busiest days for restaurants during the year so I will give this review one more star than it deserves. This is a one time experience for me and I am sorry to say I will most likely not be coming back.

Sat at the Bar. The food was pretty good but man the bartender was bitchy, slammed everything down, and was really abrasive, except when it came time for the bill and she might get her tip. She seemed better suited to work in the food line at a women's prison..maybe that is where she came from. Awful experience.

The bar menu is kinda short. Mini pizza was good for 9.00 and beer 4.50. The place was busy and it was very warm, I mean warm enough I don't want to go back, even the waitress was glowing. Price are not cheap turn in the air.

Antipasto platter started us off. Really good. Had the NY steak, really REALLY good. No room for dessert, just water since we don't booze. Dan had salmon, Kelli had chicken marsala. Service was tight, the atmosphere was white cuz this IS Everett after all. I don't fit in with this crowd. At all. But Lombardi's is outstanding. I'll pretend I care about golf and yachting and come back anyway.

Best Italian in town. Great menu and a fantastic view of the harbor. They have a great patio when the weather is good. The wait staff is very pleasant and attentive. We came to their special event with Corks N Canvas - Painting with a twist. The fried Callamara was light and crisp. The rack of lamb was perfectly cooked. The manager was knowledgeable about their wine selection and suggested the perfect pairings with our meals. We'll be back.

We decided to sit in the bar because the happy hour prices were only for the bar. We tried 3 different appetizers for 5$ a piece. The appetizers had super tiny portions but absolutely delicious. The appetizers we ordered we assumed would fill us up but after we saw them we knew that we'd need to order an entrée. I got a Margarita pizza. It was expensive and not impressive at all. I'm not saying it wasn't good but I am saying it wasn't worth what I paid. The basil wasn't fresh. The size of the pizza was the size a child would eat. I absolutely love Margarita pizza so I was very disappointed. The one thing I can say positive is the crust was amazing! By taste alone I could tell it was just made. Then it had that delicious soft crunch to it that only fresh bread can make. The problem was that the food wasn't equal to the prices. Now I only had 3 appetizers and a margarita pizza so I don't know about the rest of the menu. I figured a personal pizza would fill you up but thanks to it being toddler size I was hungry again a hr or two later. Staff was kind and quick.

Made a reservation, sat on time, Server then forgot about us for 20 minutes. Water glass was broken and almost cut my wife. Bibb wedge salad was atrocious..soggy, asked for no tomatoes... Tomatoes were right there...glad I'm not allergic. No wet naps for crab. Steak on salad was supposed to be medium rare...it was tough Chicken saltimboca was over done. Yukon potatoes were great. Service was weak..and we got sat across from a 17 top that could not control their kids. We'll go elsewhere..

I used to work here WAY back in the day, so this may be biased, but I actually liked the food here and still came back to eat here after I left. If not for lunch or dinner, they do have one of the best happy hours around. No joke. Italian Margaritas are $5, wells are $4, beer is $3 or $4, and wines are something like $5. The drink specials haven't changed in a while, but now that there is new management I'm sure the food specials have. They don't make money off the happy hours, so you know that's a good sign. My favorite dishes here are the calamari (made with calamari steak, not the ones with tentacles), the Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Marsala, Shrimp Diavolo, and the Angelica Della Morte. Yes, the garlic flavor on here will kill! Some pizzas are good some aren't. The shrimp one is overly salty, but all the other ones are really good, especially the margarita pizza. The desserts are all good here too. My favorites are the Tiramisu and the Chocolate mousse. If you have a glass of wine here, I always recommended the Montepulciano. It pairs well with a lot of dishes, it's good, and it's only $6 a glass! They have outdoor seating during summers and live concert nights overlooking the marina too!

I always have a good meal here. The staff is attentive and the kitchen always produces terrific food. The rack of lamb was done perfectly with an excellent choice of seasonal vegetables. Panna Cotta rounded out the meal.

Such bad service. Patio was empty and the server was annoyed by our choice of tables. Apparently it wasn't convenient for her.

4 stars for food, 5 for service. Went with the husband for our 12th anniversary for dinner. Small menu, but we both found something. When I ordered, the waitress came back and told me they were out of the lasagne, no problem I had a back up ready. Waitress came back and said because they were out of the lasagne they'd give us a free dessert. Awesome and above expectations. Then when we were paying, the manager came up with a doggie back and explained they just finished making another batch of lasagne, and gave us an order to take home. Really way over my expectations and would return because of service alone.

I had dinner Friday March 27 with two friends at approximately 6:30. After saying it was pretty busy, the hostess was able to "squeeze" is in-yay!! Really appreciated that! We ordered a large Caesar salad, a carbonara pizza and chicken Marsala. The pizza was excellent, the others somewhat ho hum. We also ordered dessert: salted caramel gelato and chocolate mousse-the mousse was delicious and the presentation elegant. However the highlight of the experience was our waitperson-she was perfect! She was efficient without hovering. She anticipated our needs almost before we were aware of them. She was friendly, but not overly. She was adorable and I wish all staff everywhere were as professional as she is. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name. I would return just to experience her good service again!

Second time around! Went there years ago. Very happy to see they are still around. The staff is very friendly and our server Monica was very good. Great service without being invasive. Right on the marina with outdoor seating. Started with antipasto petite, Caesar salad, Chicken saltinbocca, and penne Ciciliana. Delicious dinner.

We've eaten at Lombardi's several times and we've always been pleased with our experience. The food is fresh and flavorful. Their lamb pappardelle is to die for! Also, their goat cheese bruschetta is a real treat! It's a little on the pricey side, but you are paying for quality ingredients. Also, enjoyed a free entree for my birthday as part of their loyalty club. This restaurant is a gem on the Everett waterfront.

What Happened to Lombardi's? My wife and I used to frequent the location in Ballard and always had a good experience. This recent visit to the Everett location made it clear that we will not return. During our visit, the staff seemed to be wandering around, unaccommodating, and unaware of good customer service skills. We were given the wrong menus for brunch, not a big deal, however, when we were placing our order, the server said "oh, that's not on the lunch menu, in fact that is the dinner menu!" So rather than getting new menus for us, she remarked that her coworker is new. Vacuuming near our table, small portions, demeaning service....at the end, though we had more money on our gift card, we gave the card to the table next to us, in order to pay for a portion of their meal and drinks as we knew we would not return! It could have been a bad day, but will not return to find out. I miss the old Lombardi's

We were looking for outdoor seating on a hot day and decided to give Lombardi's a shot. We made reservations and unfortunately didn't get our outdoor seating like we has hoped for. My daughter ordered the kids spaghetti with 1 meatball. She told us it tasted like fish food. My husband tried it and was disgusted. It tasted like the sauce came right out a can, no seasoning added. Even the meatball was gross, no flavor My calamari was probably the only good food we ate. My husband had the ravioli and it was okay , especially for the price. Our waiter was good , we will not return. Not worth the view of the marina to fork over $$ for what you get.

Walked in last night, 730pm. Place was not full and no one in waiting area. After hubby and I waited at reception desk a lady comes over and asks us if we had reservation. "No" we said. "Well then it's gonna be a one and a half hour wait" she snidely says as I'm peering at about a half dozen randomly spaced empty tables and no one else here waiting to claim them. "We're leaving" I said, and yes we'll never come back. What kind of place is this? Who doesn't want $$??!? This place I guess. Seriously, both of us were in disbelief as we headed outside. A day later I still can't fathom why we were turned away without a reservation and so many empty tables. Was she homophobic? Who knows. But Thank God we found ourselves back at Brooklyn Bros Pizza, that place is great!

Absolutely wonderful date night with the hubby. We didn't have reservations so we got the last table in the bar. Not happy with how super loud it was in there and I regretted not having reservations. I was worried that we would not get good service because of how busy it was in the bar. Our server was genuinely nice, knowledgable and ready to give great service. The food was amazing! I had the chicken marsala with mash potatoes, subbed for the usual pasta. He had the spring special of lamb also with mashed potatoes. We didn't finish it all, because we had eaten too much of the delicious roasted garlic and bread before our meal. It has been years since we have had dinner here, we won't wait as long before returning and next time I will make reservations so we can have a window seat!

It's been a while since my wife and I have come to Lombards and unfortunately it has gone really down hill.. What used to be one of our favorite happy hours is now ravaged by cuts everywhere. We ordered calamari and the recipe had changed and the leg pieces were no longer there as well as it being over cooked We ordered the bruschetta plate and they lowered it from 4 toppings to 3 and removed the best one. The fig compote. We then ordered a caprese salad and it didn't come with balsamic, we had to order it on the side.. All in all, we are sad to have lost one of our favorite spots but we won't be back.

We came here for my birthday over the weekend for lunch, and had another good experience. This was our second time eating at Lombardi's, although it had been a couple years since our last visit. The food and drinks are very good. This is a higher end restaurant, and the pricing reflects that, but it is worth it. Definitely not overpriced for what you get. We had excellent service that was extremely friendly and attentive. The location is very nice, right on the marina in Everett, with a nice view of the water. Bonus....if you sign up online for their e-mail club, you will get deals and specials sent to you. Free meal on your birthday!

I went based on reviews and what a waste of money and my friday evening. The host initially said no wait list n they did not have room without reservation, then changed her mind when an acquaintance family behind us did not have a reservation either. We went to bar to wait for table and were reminded by rude bartender twice that we would need to pay bar bill before taking a table. The hostess came n got us to also comment that she would not sit us till we cleared with the bar n then left. We got sat down by a waiter who abandoned us for 20 minutes and appeared upset that we did not want soup or salad entrées. We live in downtown everett and were looking forward to find a regular spot based on previous reviews. We've traveled a good portion of the world n always find quality italian restaurants with good service n bars - this place is not one of them!

My fiance and I are using Lombardi's as our caterer for our wedding. The staff is so incredibly nice, helpful, and understanding. I let them know about our budget and they rose to the challenge to help us out. Also, the food is incredible. We went for our tasting today and It could not have been any better. This was the first time I've ever eaten here but I'm sure my fiance and I will come back long after our wedding is over. We hired them to do our bartending as well. They had THE most exceptional service anyone could ask for. They were nice to all our guests and went above and beyond what was expected of them.

I took my daughter for her 21st birthday. We have a tradition of each year at the Everett Lombardis for her birthday. Tonight was no disappointment. I ordered a steak and who would believe that an Italian restaurant could serve a ribeye that melted in my mouth! The food was delicious and the servers spot on! Thank you Samantha you did a great job and we enjoyed the experience!

I have never met a cooked steak I didn't want to eat until today. I ordered the New York strip with rosemary on top, Yukon potatoes, and asparagus. The asparagus was good and well seasoned, the potatoes good but slightly bland. The steak was not seasoned at all with salt or pepper or anything else before cooking and as a result didn't taste very good. It was medium, as ordered (points for that) and there was a spicy herb on top, possibly cilantro, which is certainly not rosemary in look or taste. I pointed this all out to the server, telling her that this was the first steak I did not want to eat. She came back basically telling me I was wrong and the steak was "lightly seasoned" to "bring out the flavor," which was a lie as the steak was not seasoned at all and salting beforehand does in fact bring out flavor. "Lightly seasoned" is also not noted on the menu. No word on the rosemary. My mom and sister also noted their steaks were not seasoned. We were offered free dessert as compensation, which you may note is not a $30+ steak. I will not be returning after such horrible treatment.

I don't live around here, but my husband had heard good things about lombardis and we googled the lunch menu. Affordable?check. Delicious sounding?check. we decided to give it a try. The negative review isn't for the food- rather it's for the management. Wen we got seated and placed our orders, I realized we had the dinner menus in front of us... It was 245, so I expected it to still be lunch.. I begrudgingly ordered anyway..,I mean, maybe the food is out-of-this-world. After putting in our orders, we received our basket of bread. As far as bread baskets go, I've had better. All of a sudden, something caught my eye. There was mold on my bread!!! I was horrified. I tried flagging someone down with no success, so I got up, and went to my server, and a possible manager. I brought them my bread bowl and showed them the moldy bread- the response I got was "oh, that's not good". I went back to my table, the manager brought me a new basket of bread and said " that's so weird, we just got our bread yesterday". I didn't want it, not did I touch it. Our food itself was fine, a little on the garlicky side, but kind of generic pasta. When our bill came, I expected an apology, or some sort of comp.. I mean mold in a restaurant is pretty serious business. Instead, I got a $50 bill... No apology, no compensation, or free dessert on the house. My parents work in the food industry, and I have worked for them- this was an appalling experience.

A great little place on the waterfront of Everett. It boasts amazing views and a friendly staff, but let's talk about the food. After all, that's why you would go to a restaurant right? By far, the best calamari that I've had. I have visited this place a few times and always leave satisfied. Yummy cocktails and fresh food. You won't be disappointed.

I was embarrassed I brought my mother there on mothers day. My lamb was under cooked. My moms potatoes cold and dish with lobster sauce unseasoned didnt have flavor. Even Caesar salad dressing was watery. Overall bad experience. I get better food at olive garden. Ate there before they were shut down good service and food. Alot has changed since.

$17 for spaghetti is excessive, for this price I expected the dish to be out of this world. It didn't impress me. The meatballs had huge chunks of onions in it. We also ordered pepperoni and sausage pizza and chicken marsala. Again, both dishes ok, neither makes me want to come back. On the plus side, our waitress was nice and attentive, but she alone isn't enough to to bring me back.

It is right on the waterfront by the marina so if you get a seat by the window, you have a great view for your meal. Service was also pretty good. Food was quite underwhelming. Their marinara sauce is quite acidic and gave my husband heartburn. I had their sicilian ragu which was enjoyable but not worth the price paid. Their servings are pretty small for Italian which is both good and bad since you can actually finish whole plate but the price is a bit steep for that small of a portion. I would eat there again but would not suggest going there.

I went here for a date for drinks and happy hour food. Runs from daily from 2pm in the bar area only (has tables too). The Kobe burger with caramelized onions and blue cheese is amazing. I tried the spaghetti and meatballs, which was just okay and i wouldn't reorder. I almost order it every time i go there. Depending on the bartender, the drinks can be awesome too..The Long Island Iced tea's are my favorite. Sometimes they are made right and other times not. Its been hit and miss on the drinks. I havent tried any of the food off the dinner menu yet. This review is strictly for happy hour.

One of my absolute favorite seafood spots. Happy Hour menu is affordable and delicious. Lunch portions are just the right size. Everything on the menu tastes wonderful, especially two personal "Best I've Ever Had" items: the seafood chowder and calamari. Great place for a casual lunch or a romantic dinner. Highly, highly recommended.

So here you are reading this review of Lombardi's trying to figure out if it's worth the drive or the money or whatever else it is that has kept you from going here ... The answer is YES ... Yes it's worth the money(reasonably price too) and the drive and it is hands down the best Italian place in Everett by far ...did I mention the atmosphere is Romantic at night all the tables have candle light and a waterfront view of the marina you can even take a late night walk around the marina after dinner if you really wanna be a charmer and if none of that is working for you did I mention they have a bar and a nice wine list ??? Doesn't matter the occasion Lombardi's is great for everyone. My husband and I have eaten here many of times and have hosted banquets over the years of 25+people and they knock it outta the park everytime. A special thanks to Brenna, Chrissy, Sarah and Brent for always making us and our guest feel welcomed! See you in 2015!!

Ate here for a private event (rehearsal dinner) and the food was very good! The service we had was not the best. Very slow and forgetful waiter that did little things that all added up. Took forever to get a high chair for my daughter, a drink, gave garlic/oil 10 mins after giving bread so there was no more bread left when the oil mixture came, etc. but overall good food and lovely views.

I came here for a rehearsal dinner and the service was decent. I had the Marsala and it was pretty good. The appetizer spread beforehand was subpar in taste. We had our own private room toward the back with a magnificent view. There was some love music going on outside but didn't interfere with our evening. There was plenty of room to move around and places to store things. I did notice that there was no audio system though, so if speeches are your thing, this may not be the place. Also, management was a bit suspect as they spelled the last name wrong of the party. Come here for the view and ambiance, not the food.

Recently we went here on Saturday to take advantage of Happy Hour. Their website says they offer HH every day from 2pm-close in the bar. We walked in, there was only one other table taken in the bar. I asked the waitress/bartender as we were walking in if they were serving happy hour in the bar only (it was a nice day and the patio was open). She said yes. There was also a HH drink menu listed on their chalkboard. We sat down and waited about 5 minutes until a young man brought over some water and two menus. As we looked over the menu we noticed there was nothing in regards to HH and any food offerings (as shown on their website). We continued to wait, hoping the waitress would eventually make her way over to us. After waiting at least another 7 minutes, I noticed the manager was at the front area standing around so I went over and asked if they had a separate HH menu. He said, "no we don't serve HH on Saturdays". Huh? We decided after sitting there for 15 minutes with not even a regard from the waitress, that we were leaving. As we were walking out the waitress said "I hope you guys are okay".... ummm, too late for that. Whats sad is, I've had them cater and hosted a baby shower here. My entire family (at least 17 of us) had Mother's Day brunch here last year. My friends and I have routinely come here for concert nights on the Marina. I've always loved it! But, the service we received last week was shocking really and enough to make me never go back. It wasn't just about the HH, it was the complete and utter terrible service! The HH was the topper simply because their website stated they were serving it AND the waitress herself said they were. So disappointing.

Came here for dinner. They seated us next to a window (cannot open) with a view of the marina. Unfortunately it was sunset so the sun was making me hot the whole time. We ordered two 3-course dinners. We had minestrone and Caesar salad for starters. The soup was too thick and the salad was just ok. For entree we had chicken marsala and tortellini. The food is ok but the presentation could be better. The only good part was the dessert. The service is not great either, didn't bother to refill our waters until we asked and even then only refilled one glass.

I decided to stop in after passing the sign outside that said they had brunch on Sundays on my way to farmers market. I walked up to the door and asked a waitress if it was alright for my dog and I to sit out on the patio, she said yes. I sat down and was handed the lunch menu, so I asked about brunch. The waitress didn't know anything about it so she went to find out. About 5 minutes later a different waiter came out and informed me that that no longer serve brunch, and that he also couldn't serve me food because I had my dog. He said I could sit there, but if they needed the table then I would have leave. I didn't have any food here so my one star is based on customer service alone, not quality.

My boyfriend wanted to take me on a nice lunch. We arrived and the place was empty. It took someone 10 minutes to even seat us. It took 15 minutes for anyone to even come to our table. The waitress didnt even come back to check on us untill our food was ready. She was to busy flirting and talking with her co worker. The food was cold and had no flavor... and wayyyyy over priced. Never will go here again.

I was here for a company party, so my impression is how they handled service for a large group. The restaurant was closed to the public, and a buffet of appetizers, pasta, pizza, salad and seafood was available. The food was great, and they kept the chafing dishes full and the serving area clean. We ordered our own drinks at the bar, where the bartender was knowledgeable about wine. This would be a great place to host a large gathering or group party. I look forward to coming back with a friend and ordering from the menu!

Down from 5 stars to 4 (more like 3.5). The happy hour has changed and not for the better. The prices are the same, the portions are shrinking (the pesto chix skewers and capris salad is noticeably smaller). Then they ditched the best thing on the HH menu....the ribs. That is the reason we came in once a week. Eaten off the regular menu, too. The salads are very good. The marsala was also good. They have gluten free noodles, which I haven't tried yet, but was really happy to see.

We held a birthday celebration for 9 on Wednesday July 3rd,2014. From the greeting to the seating the service set out to be casually welcoming. After we were seated Kelly, our server began to enchant us with the menu presentation. The service was prompt, substitutions for a 93 year old gentleman in our party was met with were ease. Kelly remained enchanting throughout the meal with filled coffee cups and water glasses. The portion size was ample and the flavors were rich in diversity. The menu is designed to please. I would recommend Kelly to anyone. She has a physical beauty which is only surpassed by her inner beauty that was evident throughout the meal.

never filled my water glass or brought anything the drink that we ordered, the appetizers came out as required then the main course came out. Here is where things got interesting....... Then our salads came out, really? So, they took the main course away and left our salads and appetizers and yet they still have not poured our waters or drinks. Then after about 10 minutes they brought out our main course, and low and behold, it was the same meals that were there earlier, unbelievable. Never again did anyone stop at our table or even offer us an apology or given us explanation to the service. I came to my own decoration, that my waiter was new. To their defense, the food was good, cant tell you even if they serve water, but hey what can I say. For the low low price of $60+ dollar tab I can tell you sure, why wouldn't I be back? After all this, the only highlight was...............................

This place seems to be going downhill quickly. I ordered the Salmon Picatta. Sauce was salty, the fettuccine and vegetables were cold. I sent them back and it returned only to be cold once again. The waiter had to bring a sample of my plate to taste in front of the cooks to validate my concern. He affirmed that it was cold and said he could tell it was cold by just looking at it. I used to love this place.

I have been here several times and must say the food is excellent and the view is awesome. Located on the waterfront in Everett this is a great place to take some friends or your significant other. The menu is always changing to keep up with the seasons but they do have their regular standbys like chicken marsala, pizza, and fettuccine. Great deserts also.

We come here as often as we can and have always enjoyed the food and service. We were told that one of the special dishes was out at 5:00 already. When we complained that it was the second time it had happened with that dish, they made more and also comped a desert.

My experience: I set up a lunch meet up group at Lombardi's for 12 people for December 8th.. I made reservations two and half weeks prior and when I called the day of the lunch I was told that they did not have my reservation due to a computer crash.. YIKES! The lady I spoke with was super nice and apologetic and I was panicked because there were 17 people now plus three babies.. She asked if she could call me back to see what she could work out.. A few minutes later she called back saying they were able to accommodate the 17 +3 of us.. Food: Reasonably priced and delicious! I had the Grilled chicken goat cheese panini and house salad. My rating: 4 stars because I have only had one meal there, but truly enjoyed it! Great for a family diner. dinner date or large group lunch! Nice views and a friendly staff.. I will be going back again!

I was craving a bloody mary drink after going to the cool everett farmers market. I saw the patio and thought, good place to do so. I walked by the outside and saw at least 4-5 empty tables and thought no wait! There was a sign that said to see the hostess for patio seating. I told her I wanted a drink on the patio and she said it would be 10-15 min wait. I told her I saw a lot of empty tables and she said I had to wait for them to be cleared..WTF? It was 3pm. I waited almost 20 mins....I made a few phone calls why doing so otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. The patio furniture is super cheap, plastic chairs and tables. I was afraid the furniture wouldn't hold me. It took about 10 mins for a waitress to take my order. So almost an hour in and no food/drink. I waited another 15 mins and ask,"where's my drink?"??? The waitress says they are understaffed and it will be a few more mins. I wait another 5 and walked out. I went down the street to Anthoney's Homeport and had a lovely view, EXCELLENT AND PROMPT SERVICE, and a knockout delicious bloody mary and oysters for only $12. Screw lombardis...glad I didn't waste any $$ there.

Lombardi's was always one of my favorite places. I haven't been in quite a few years as not shares the same love for garlic with me. Took my girlfriend here last night after an attempt at another place fell through. I was happy to see they still served their house bread with roasted garlic, however EXTREMELY disappointed to see them drench it and then serve it in of olive oil. The great thing about roasted garlic is it tastes so good without the need for butter or oil (FAT) yet they put it in it anyway. *smh* I requested my second head of garlic not be in oil...no dice. Waitress brought that one in oil also. I was too tired to argue.

Came here randomly the other night with the family and I was craving Italian. After eating here I'm so glad we stopped in. Our waiter was very was awesome! I'm so bad with names and don't remember what it was. He would always come by to see how our food was, if we needed more bread, or to refill our drinks. What we ordered: Hubby got the Chicken Parmigiano Kiddo got the spaghetti noodles with Alfredo Sauce I got the Baked Meat Lasagna. My lasagna looked small and I didn't think it would fill me up. Boy was I wrong. I ate the whole thing because it was that good. It had beef bolognese, Bechamel and Parmesan cheese layered between fresh pasta sheets with a San Marzano tomato sauce. No complaints from me. I tasted the chicken parmigiano and I kinda wish I had ordered that. The chicken was cooked to perfection (not chewy and dry like other places). The mixed veggies that were on the plate was probably the highlight of the plate. It was zucchini and a few other veggies in it cooked with garlic butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. YUM! Our family will definitely be returning to Lombardi's in the future. Hopefully when the weather gets better and the sun starts to stick I'll be able to see the view of the Marina.

I love eating here after a long day of sailing or a busy day of working on the boat at the Marina. Right at the Marina, this location has lovely Puget Sound views. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The food is awesomely comfortable as Italian-with-a-Northwest-twist cuisine should be. I always enjoy the arugula salad with one of the pasta dishes and a yummy glass of red. AND YES, they have Happy Hour EVERY DAY 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. and then again from 8:00 p.m. until closing. Sign up your birthday and they'll send you a special invite to visit them.

Mediocre service, overpriced, bland food. Came here on a Saturday night. We had to wait five minutes by the hostess stand before she showed up. A few minute wait for the table-- no problem. Once seated, we waited at least ten minutes before our server showed up. It looked like she had been given about four new tables in her section all at the same time-- so maybe not her fault. Once our order was placed, we didn't see much of her. Just a brief "everything ok?" over her shoulder as she raced over to another table, and then bringing us the check at the end. The runners, however, were attentive and by comparison very friendly. The salads were the best part of the meal. I had the house salad with gorgonzola dressing, he had the Italian salad. Good greens, homemade-tasting dressings. The carrots on mine were cut into ridiculous juliennes that made them impossible to pick up with a fork. (Weird complaint, I know, but the salad forks were absurdly small!) The bread was pretty good, as was the roasted garlic, but the oil that the garlic was swimming in was not olive oil... who wants to dip their bread in canola or vegetable oil? Gross. The entrees were the biggest disappointment. I had the baked campanelle... big mistake. Noodles overcooked, swimming in a flavorless "alfredo" sauce, with chunks of grainy tomatoes. The mushrooms were nowhere to be found. Just one, big, soupy flavorless mess. Yuck. His dish was better-- cheese tortellini... but how could you go wrong? I'm sure they were frozen from Sisco. Some sundried tomatoes, basil and walnuts sprinkled on with some kind of creamy sauce. $50 for two salads, two entrees. No drinks or dessert. Really disappointed- had been here once for happy hour, had a nice experience, and had been wanting to try dinner. Will not be going back.

Happy hour here is perfect for a light dinner. Instead of a happy hour menu of scattered appetizers you can get full entres for a good price. The best part (especially compared to the other waterfront options) was the hard working and super skilled staff.

The Chicken Marsala is amazing! I keep trying to find one that will beat it but can't! This is a must if visiting Lombardi's.

After two visits to Lombardis in Everett after having been MANY times to the old Ballard location (R.I.P.), I was pleased to see that it's much the same as the Italian food I knew and loved in Seattle. The location is great - right on the marina. Easy access, great parking. All your meals start off with a great crusty bread and olive oil with roasted garlic cloves. Heavenly. Because the garlic is roasted, it's not *too* terribly strong (but I'd make sure everyone at the table has at least a bite so you're all equally garlicky). I had a couple of lunches there this month - one was the steak salad, the other was the chicken marsala. Both days I had an appetizer as well - the bruschetta sampler (with the crab & shrimp topping and the herbed goat cheese topping) and an Italian house salad. I can't say enough good things about the bruschetta sampler. I could just eat herbed goat cheese and crab & shrimp topping all dang day. Creamy, tangy - perfect. My steak salad I ordered rare and it came out well-done. The waitress took a while to check on me, but when she did, she brought out a new steak, nice and rare. The chicken marsala was delicious, but the portion size, even with the starter salad, just wasn't enough to fill me up. The food was very good, but I think a bit too pricy. I was there two days in a row for lunch and each lunch was over $25 (and I didn't even order alcohol). I'll definitely be back by if/when I'm in the neighborhood.

I was in the area with a colleague not too long ago and we went in for lunch. I had the Italian Grinder Panini with a cup of tomato basil soup. Both were quite good. The server was busy, but he still did a great job. His problems were not pushed off on us as so many servers do, seeking absolution. I will return and hopefully the negative I experienced before will not occur.

I just came from the most lovely happy hour with my friend. Ribs are 'lick your fingers' amazing, as all all of their H.H. Treats, wines are amazing, servers are so polite and helpful but never push you to leave! From the time you are warmly greeted until you walk out the door being thanked, this place is awesome! I love their salmon and in fact every entree I have tried. Hot, fresh, quality food and drink. Today, we were on the patio and the sun was so lovely, shielded by the right amount of breeze. Birthday parties, meetings, dinners, and happy hours....all fabulous!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
