You can get a cheese or pepperoni pizza for $5.55 anytime they are open. The pizza is not amazing, but for $5 it's a good deal. The bread sticks are smothered in garlic and parmesan and always hot/tasty. This location is clean and serves customers quickly.

The Pizza is what you expect, It's the fast food of PIzza. I got my usual 2 large 3 meant Pizzas with the bread sticks, wings and grape soda. The cash registers freeze up. I'm thinking fuck man, this shit is going to take forever now, these fools don't know what to do. The kid, couldn't have been older than 16 or 17 pulls out a fuckin pencil and paper and adds up my order the old fashioned way and makes change. I was impressed that the kid actually knew how to do real math without using a calculator or a motherfuckin I-phone. Holy shit I was blown away!!

I know it's cheap pizza, but seriously the service here was ridiculous! When I walked in one person waiting and one guy in front of me. He ordered the last of the pizza I was getting. I'm asked if I mind waiting 6 minutes for it to come out of oven. Yeah no big deal. That is if it were only going to be 6 minutes. I waited over a half an hour for a pizza, not a special order, a freaking pepperoni pizza. While I waited at least 5 new customers came and left while I waited. There was 6+ employees working. How is such a "hot and ready" pizza taking so long? Aside from the employees spending more time talking to their friends that stopped in. Very unprofessional and sketchy dirty store. Will never be back to this establishment. Would rather pay more than double the price any day of the week then to go back there. Oh and like I said before I know it's cheap pizza, but is it that hard to cover the whole thing with sauce instead of just half of it?

Great customer service. But the food was lackin. Mainly the bread sticks. I go to the 196th location and for the past few years they have been FABULOUS. This location could follow in their example.

All we wanted was cheesy bread! There was one guy in line in front of us and one guy waiting in the chair area. The guy behind the counter helping the guy in front of us seemed hella unstable but at least he was trying. He was hella jittery almost like he was experiencing withdraws from drugs or something. They guy in front of us was trying to give the kid behind the counter his order but the kid just walked away from the counter mid conversation like 3 times! The guy had to give his order 3 times while we were waiting behind him! That ordeal took so long that by the time we finally got to the counter, there were 3 people behind us to which the kid behind the counter yelled to the back for another cashier! The first kid was taking to long to get himself together from the last order that by the time the second cashier came to open the second register, she took us instead. We placed our order for cheesy bread and she said it would take 5 min. Ok, no biggie. We sat in the waiting chairs and began to notice that the kids that were in the back handling the food were not being sanitary or professional AT ALL!! They were in plain view with no gloves on like playing some sort of tag game or rather kinda as they got around to making the orders. Just laughing and lolly-gagging and then at one point, one of the kids thought it would be cool to create a mound of soap suds and play their tag game with the soap suds all around the open food materials that they were making everyone's orders with! I don't think there was one person there on staff that was over the age of 18! With all of these things happening in plain view, the lady that was waiting in the chair next to us said, "Is it me, or are you worried about your food!?!" And we both said we were pretty worried! Honestly, with this type of behavior, the staff should be fired! There is no excuse to be so reckless especially around other peoples food! It was CLEAR that these kids didn't give a flying crap about their job or the safety of the food they prepared! Oh and not 5 min later but 25 min later we got our cheesy bread which we were hella skeptical of!

Where to begin? We all know this is cheap eats pizza, nobody is going here because they want good food. So this review isn't even going to include or involve anything relating to the quality of the food. This review is purely about their customer service. Which hands down, was the worst experience i have encountered in YEARS. 1. We got there at 8:00pm last night, and they were mildly busy, but had a staff of 8 people so nothing they shouldn't be able to handle. Ordered 2 pizzas, some cheese bread, crazy bread, and a couple Mug root beers. Simple, order, they said 5-10 minutes. Great. 2. 10m, goes by, lots of people that were in front of me still waiting, no problem. 20m goes by, now everyone who ordered before me has gotten theirs, i figure ok, maybe because i had "custom" pizza as one of mine, it will take a few more, so i sit back and wait. 3. Finally 30m comes by, and im starting to get annoyed and go ask what is up. So i go up to the girl who took my order just 30m prior, who gives me this blank look like i didn't take your order.. I tell her she damn well did, i paid her $28.00 for it, and listed off what i ordered. She wakes up out of her daze upon hearing, and goes in back to the pizza making station. Upon return, informs me that for some reason a ticket wasn't sent to those in back to make it, and they would make mine priority #1 to get it ready asap. Ok, annoying, but it can happen. 4. 15m more goes by, total of 45m waiting for crappy pizza now. I see a off shift employee come in, and just take a pizza for himself off the rack. A pizza that looked very much like my pizza. I finally get angry and go up to the counter and ask whats going on and confront them about it. The guy at the counter says that dude "Came in and made his own" which i saw, he did not. And they then tell me everything but the pizza this off shift employee took was ready. I flat out tell them not to lie to me at this point, and they just shrug, and tell me it will be ready soon. 5. Finally, 55m after placing my order, and taking my money they get my food ready. But by this point, 75% of my order had been sitting getting cold for 15m while we waited for them to get the last pizza... At this point though i was too hungry to complain, or just ask for a refund, so screw it. Took em and went home. 6. Pizza was decent(For little ceasars) however upon opening the bottled root beers, we all noticed they seemed a bit flat, looked at the exp date on them and ALL of them were past date by over a month. Which means these were bottled ages ago since soda takes a damn long time to expire. The kicker, and final insult to all of this is that not once during this entire ordeal did they apologize, no discounts or freebies were offered, and they acted like it was 100% my problem the ENTIRE time. There was even a manager on shift, who we saw was aware of the situation, but never once did anything, said anything, or even came up front.... Going to be filing a complaint about this franchise to corporate as this wasted and ruined my evening. Oh yeah, the place was REALLY dirty too.. Like piles of wrappers, dust, garbage etc on the floors. Looked like someome swept earlier in the day, and then was too lazy to pick up the piles they made in the corners of the kitchen area.
