Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

They have a great Sunday brunch. Starts at 9am. Great service.

Although it is a spin off of the original location, the spirit of the original lives on in this establishment. It can be crowded and a little bit slow outside of rush hours sometimes but in my case this was good because it let me enjoy the meal and the company. The Bob's brew is really good (they are down to one beer at least in this location) and their on tap selection is good. My favorite is the mushroom burger with the jo-jo's and they never disappoint! The salads and wraps are very good too. If you can, try the kielbasa. So worth it!

Let me start off by saying, the two stars are for our server that we had. She was great! She answered all questions and was very friendly. BUT We went into this establishment thinking it would be comparable to Red Robin...and BOY, were we wrong. The burgers were dry, the fries were the kind you can buy in a package frozen and stick in the oven, and they weren't bottomless (they weren't advertised as such, but we like that aspect of R.R (; ). The table was sticky and looked like it needed to be scrubbed, not just wiped down. There was another server, I'm sure a nice young lady, but her top was backless showing off a BRIGHT YELLOW bra. I hardly feel that is appropriate attire for a family restaurant. Definitely looked unprofessional. We will be sticking to Red Robin from now on. Glad we tried this place, but we won't be going back.

As a person on a gluten free diet, I always do some research before eating at a new place. We were going to be up in the area, so I looked up their menu. I was happy to see that they have a GF menu. Apparently however, they need to update the online GF menu as it is NOT the same as the one I was given in the restaurant. I should have been good and had a salad, but burgers are supposed to be their specialty, so I gave it a try. I asked for a GF bun and was quite annoyed when it was miniscule. The bun did not cover the burger. It was also so spongy that I could barely bite or cut through it. The online menu gives four choices of sides, but I only had two on the menu in the restaurant; just a green salad or a baked potato. I chose to have neither which concerned the waitress. After seeing the tiny burger and tinier bun, I can see why. The price was much too high for the small portion, and I am not a big eater. My menu had no drinks listed so no drink prices, but I am sure my unsweetened ice tea was ruinously pricey. At least it was bottomless. I hate the current trend of places having giant tv screens everywhere, but I understand that some people like sports. What was not at all acceptable was that the one facing us was showing the Fox News Channel not sports. I never need to see Fox News. Ever. The center of the mirror in the bathroom also had a giant tv screen in it; another trend I can do without. This place did nothing to impress me or get my return business.

The past 2 of 5 times I've been here, the food has been stale and/or freezer burned. Also it's made both my husband and I sick. Health inspector should shut this place down. Avoid like the plague.

My wife and I frequent Bob's quite often. She's a burger kind of gal so Bob's is our tried and true burger joint. Free parking can be found in private parking lots. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Tabs are easily split when dining with large parties. For those of you who like to share, be aware of the split plate charge. Be canny in your ordering to avoid that silly and ridiculous charge. We usually sit in the lounge where good eats and sips can be enjoyed. Happy hour is offered daily from 3pm-6pm. On this particular evening, we each ordered a couple pints of Mac & Jacks and Bob's Knotty for $3.75 each (hh). We snacked on the chicken tenders (qty 5) for $7 (hh), mozzarella sticks (qty 8) for $7 (hh) and a plate of Thai chicken bites for $8 (hh). As usual, the customer care was outstanding and smiles are in abundance. See you soon Bob.

This was my first time at this location. A couple of years ago my family and I went to one further north and we were less than impressed. This time a girlfriend had a coupon and wanted to meet at this location. I had the fish dinner and was happily surprised at the quality and quantity. I chose the jojo potatoes and I seriously think there was 10 potatoes worth. My friend was very happy with her chicken teriyaki sandwich. The cod were big filets and I felt like even without a coupon it was well worth the price. Service was quick and friendly. Plus I had an entire large to-go box full of potatoes to take home to my husband! Will happily return in the future!

Went to bobs everett, had mushroom burger, and the classic burger , as I am eating the mushroom burger. I saw a commercial for the Jack in the Box mushroom burger, and I wish I had been eating that. The classic burger was so dried out, and plain. the fries were plain, and really nothing exciting. If your going to put an Orange slice, you should make sure it's fresh.. Anyways good luck Bob's it was our first time..the service was ahh so so..

Came here on the Friday night of the windstorm, when my power went out for a few hours. My family arrived and there were no more handy-cap spots open, so we had to park in the back and walk, and walk, and walk all the way across the street. Do you know how hard that is when baby wearing a two year old?! My father went in and it was semi busy when the hostess told him it would be 15-20 minutes. That 15-20 minutes was a half hour long. As he was waiting more and more people arrived and were also told it would be 15-20 minutes. FINALLY we were seated, and as we were ordering, all TVs were simultaneously turned to this show where people run around throwing an odd shaped ball. Maybe thats why everyone else there was a big fan of green and blue, because thats what the people on the TVs were wearing. All of a sudden everyone around us was screaming and shouting. What the heack?! But the food was good, and I like their potato wedges. PS i am not from WA

The food was awesome! The service on the other hand almost made the food not worth the trip here. We were served by a blonde girl with heavy winged eyeliner (couldn't catch her name). She was clearly not happy that our party of 12 came in close to closing (30 min before) and ruined her night (wah wah). We knew we were coming in late and were respectful of this.. We intended to get in and get out. Long story short, the waitress made our visit here less than enjoyable by wearing a pouty, sour face all night, slamming down our drinks, never acknowledging our thank yous, snottily telling another member of our party that she "keeps running into her", and acting irritated every time someone asked for a refill. Someone needs a refresher course on customer service.

The service was meh, the food was decent and the beers were overpriced. Most importantly everything we touched at and on the table was sticky including the menus, salt & pepper shakers, etc. It was our first time there and we won't be going back.

I was there tonight with a group for a class. It was nice and convenient. The food they served was pretty good and the service was good too even though it was not the typical dining experience. I think I'll have to come back again to get a better feel for how the restaurant is in a normal dining experience.

Good Burgers and Brew but they are only a burger place getting a steak isn't there specialty.

So I wrote my last review here 4 years ago, so it's time to update. I've only eaten at this location once since then, but have come to a couple of conclusions. One is that if you don't like your food cooked over flame (I don't), then Bob's doesn't have much for you on the dinner menu. Basically, a giant baked potato or over-priced appetizers. HOWEVER, the lunch menu has a lot to choose from. I love the turkey dip, The french dip is pretty good too. If I could order off the lunch menu at dinner time I'd up the rating a star. We've always had good service, so no complaints there. We just usually want to eat out for dinner and Bob's doesn't have anything I like at that time so we go elsewhere. Also, it's much easier to get into since my last review. Putting the new Walmart in fixed the parking lot maze.

The service was very good, the hamburger was fantastic , they brought me the bigest order of french fries I have ever seen! The problem is they were very cold!

Very accommodating for keto...plenty of meat in their lettuce wraps. A little pricey, but food was great. Lots of tv's for watching the HAWKS. Great service.

I used to really love this place. It's not as good these days as it used to be. There are gluten free options, and a lot of options in general, but it is just an average burger amd bar to me. Nothing spectacular. Happy hour could be much better.

    (3)
  • Angela P.

Super boring, the chicken in my wrap had no flavor and wasn't even seasoned or marinated. it's like a less good Red Robin. Fries were just fries. Sad I wasted my money here. Will not be back again.

  • Kole K.

Food is ok, nothing special. Customer Service - It took about 15 mins to get seated when there were plenty of empty seats. Finally, once my son and I were seated, the waitress ignored us, I had to initiate ordering food and beverages. It took about 40 mins for them to cook a burger and mac and cheese. Once we were done eating, the waitress completely ignored us again. I had to ask the bus boy for the bill. I never once got a refill on any of our beverages, never asked if we wanted anything else. I will never go to this establishment again.

  • Josh K.

A local chain restaurant that competes with Red Robin for your sit-down burger joint money. Bob's is unremarkable in pretty much every aspect: the burgers are unremarkable, the fries are filler, the service does their jobs. It seems everything could be great, but is missing something.

  • Jim H.

2.5 stars. I thought it was a bit pricey for a burger place. $13 for a Ranch burger (Egg, Bacon, Cheese 6 oz burger) big plate of fries. It was good but it didn't jump out and say, 'Yeah baby! This is it!" Staff was nice and friendly. It wasn't crowded. the place is big and roomy. But $13 for a burger??? If and when I do go again, I'll try a chicken sandwich. Maybe that's the ticket.

If I could give this place zero stars that's what they would get. Came in last night shortly after 7. We were a party of 3, 2 adults 1 child, 11 years old. We had just spent the last 1.5 hours looking for a new refidgerator since ours had gone out. We were tired and hungry. We walked in and there was 1 person in front of us. When the hostess returned she seated the 1. She didn't return to us for about 10 minutes. She did not acknowledge us when she escorted the lady to her table. We contemplated leaving. When she finally returned she sat us at a table that had been poorly wiped down as there was remnants of broccoli on the table top, garbage under the table and the bench was wet so my pants got wet. I used my napkin to dry the rest of the seat off. We sat for a very long time before the waitress, Destiny, showed up. I ordered the oriental chicken salad, my grand daughter ordered kids fish and chips and my hubby ordered the blue cheese burger. My salad was not good, it had some old wilted lettuce mixed with the fresh, the Chinese noodles were so hard and the chicken tasted like cardboard, i ended up pushing the chicken aside. My husband said his was just ok, grand daughter was happy with her meal. Mine came with garlic toast which was never delivered, Destiny said she would get it but it didnt happen. My grand daughter was never asked if she wanted a refill. The waitress did come by and ask if she wanted her ice cream. She told her what flavor and we waited, and waited until she returned to ask her again. We waited very patiently for the bill, my husband was exhausted and I told him to go ahead and go home. He gets up at 3 am, and still had a 40 minute drive home. When my bill was finally paid and I was walking out, I looked at my clock and it was 8:50. This adventure in torture took almost 2 hours. Hostess was not friendly, service was horrendous (although, Destiny was nice), food subpar, prices ridiculous for what we got. Steer clear of this place!!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Ordered French Dip, came out with two overdone pieces of beef hidden by the bread. Took meat from one half and added to other to make a decent sandwich. Looks nothing like menu. 2 stars for fun staff and good selection of cocktails. Eat elsewhere, but stop here for drink.

We always enjoy coming to Bob's Burgers & Brew. We always sit in the bar either inside or out and have never had a problem with our food or staff. Staff have always been friendly. Food is a little pricey but completely reasonable for the portions you get! The two of us only ever get one meal because it is enough for the two of us to share and maybe not even finish. Generous amounts of fries are accompanied with your burger. Their signature beer is also refreshing.

  • Gina K.

Happy hour with the coworkers. 3 pm in the bar. Not busy in the bar at all. Service sucked! Food was decent. There were only 5 us in the group and we all had easy orders, mine was the most difficult with the "no bun, please and a side of thousand island". Next happy hour will be one of the other restaurants in the same parking lot.

This place is a "meh". The food is okay. I've been here a few times and ordered different things each time and I've never really enjoyed anything. Service is okay, the place is always freezing cold. When you enter, the host stares at you for a long time and then realizes they need to seat you. There's better burger places in the area.

  • John R.

May be a good place for a burger but Sunday brunch not so much. 1 guy making 8 omelets at a time. Same guy was to make the waffles. Needless to say he couldn't keep up. Ran out of regular maple syrup so only sugar free available. 2 types of sausages but no bacon. Ordered coffee, 1 regular and 1 decaffeinated. Got 2 decaffeinated. This place my want to stick to burgers .

Food is horrible and so is the staff!!! I'd rather stay home and make my own burger than venture out to this restaurant!

  • James R.

Service was incredibly slow- took about four minutes or so before someone even noticed I was standing at the front waiting to be seated. The entire place felt a little grimy as though it hadn't been properly cleaned or washed down in a while, table was sticky. As for the food it was decent but nothing special. Ordered a 'Squirrel Sandwich' which was just roast beef and swiss on sourdough with cream of chicken soup as the side. The soup tasted stock and like Campbells, the sandwich was a sandwich and nothing you couldn't make yourself for a 4th the price at home. Overall, not too terrible but nothing worth going back for. A little too pricey for my liking as well since just a soda, sandwich and soup came to $16 before tip.

I know they're famous for burgers. But we recently came here and felt like going a "healthier" route with a dinner salad. The salads were ok at best and for the price we paid, were bad. We got one of their gourmet chicken salads and it came with 1/3 of a breast for wayyyy too much $$$. The tomato seemed as though it's been run through a food processor...we left feeling hungry. Their burgers are good, but don't get a salad. Our server was sub par.

I was in there tonight with my friend and our 4 kids. We chose to sit outside to not bother anyone with our loud kids. The patio was nice and worked nicely for the kids. I ordered a Pina Colada, when I got it, I tasted it and it was awful. I immediately told the server and she had it remade. The second one was even worse. I very rarely complain, I'm not a picky person but if I'm gonna spend $10 on a drink I want to be able to drink it. I then just asked for a Cadillac Margarita. When I got that, I took a drink and coughed because it was so strong. I didn't complain but just asked for a glass of sweet n sour to dilute the tequila. So then a woman came out, who I'm assuming was the manager but she did not introduce herself, she asked me what was wrong with the margarita? I just told her it was too strong but with some more sweet n sour, it will be fine. She was, in no way friendly and had a little attitude like I did something wrong and told me that we like to give our customers a bang for their buck! She walked away and the bartender (also didn't introduce herself) came out and put a glass of sweet n sour down and asked me what was wrong with my margarita, and once again, I had to explain to her that It was strong. She defensively said all Cadillac Margaritas are 2 shots of tequila. I checked the menu, and no where on it does it say that but that's ok, all I wanted was some extra sweet n sour. Mixed drinks are supposed to taste good and be drinkable. I love me a margarita and know what Margaritas taste like, I myself, have been a bartender for 10yrs. The server was the only one who apologized and she did nothing wrong. The burger was just ok but the jo jo's were pretty good. I probably won't be returning there.

Solid place to eat. They've become more standardized/chainy over the past years, but I'm here for the consistently good tasting burger, not the decorations! They don't try to be something they're not, and I keep coming back as they do what they do best.

  • Jerry G.

Very disappointing night, one of our burgers came out wrong and by the time it was fixed, everything was cold. No apology, no bill adjustments. Menu and happy hour prices all increased. Too bad the service decreased. Not returning.

Food was great. Service was extremely slow as my party waited 45min after ordering. I ordered fish and chips, my husband ordered the bonzai burger, and my son ordered a bacon burger. French fries were lukewarm but burgers were delicious, I sampled..as always! The server was great , food was delicious, but service was slow. I wouldn't recommend if your in a hurry.

  • Mandi E.

The food was good, the service was even better. Our waiter was Brandon and he was on top of everything. We didn't have to ask for anything because he already had offered what we would have asked for. The only criticism would be that my drink was not blended enough so I was chewing on ice more than drinking. But overall a good experience. We will be back.

Good location. Right off the exit. Serves breakfast till 11am so get there fast. The bacon burger was really good. The onion rings here are pretty good.

I am only doing an AOK because I ordered a sandwich and not a burger. The sandwich was really good!! Losta turkey and veggies and the bread...omg, whatever they used was so fresh and wonderful.....the whole sandwich just melted in my mouth. Although it wasn't busy, the service was fast and friendly.....

Came here after a full day of hiking in the mountains. Seated quickly and outside. We were not given an appetizer or drink menu, which would have been nice since I don't drink beer and did not want soda. I ordered the hard apple cider... meh. I ordered the jalapeno popper burger mid rare with jojos at the recommendation of the server and my boyfriend ordered the Hawaiian burger also mid rare with French fries. Both burgers came back well done, food was in surplus but I would have rather received better quality food even if I didn't get as much. I took off all of the jalapeno's because I just like the juice and not so much the peppers. Ham on the Hawaiian burger was best at mediocre. Fries and jojos were good.

  • Jennifer M.

Food? It's pretty good. I've always enjoyed my meals. the burgers and steaks are good for a fair price. However, if you care about customer service, it's very up and down. The hostesses are AWFUL!! I've been here 4 times and I'm not exaggerating when I say, they don't even look at you When you walk right up to them! When they notice you, they stare at you like you work for them! I even made a comment to one of them about how cheerful she was (NOT) and she just sat us and just dropped the menus off on the table. That same trip, the actual waitress forgot we were still there she even said so, haha! Based on the reviews, the manager can obviously tell there's a problem. However I will state that we did go recently on 1/28 about 5ish and again the hostess was awful we chose to ignore her and do the bar area where we got great and prompt service. Waitress offered suggestions, cross sold us a bigger and better deal (which being in sales management I love!) and was super friendly. Honestly though, stop hiring these grouchy hostesses. There are so many people who want to be there and work happily.

I've only tried the Sunday Breakfast brunch buffet, and for $11.99 (adult price), it was a good deal if you can eat a lot of food. The made to order omelets was good, and I liked that I could personalize it (mushrooms, green pepper, etc). I thought the country gravy was fantastic, especially over hash browns (did anyone ever think of that one?!). The decor was weird, I felt like it was a Best Western Inn inside but the service staff were very welcoming & attentive. My favorite though was the fresh made mini belgian waffles. Not only were they super cute, but delicious too! Because they were small, I felt obligated to eat more ;). The batter was a right consistency, and I loved the selections of toppings (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry) with whipped cream. There was a selection of ham, sausage, biscuits, fresh cut fruit, and desserts like lemon tart, mini cakes, eclairs, and cobbler. However, I think they missed the mark by not having bacon. Breakfast is bacon. But at least a pig was saved somewhere...

I often like togive a place a second chance, but I think red robin would have been a better idea. Again the fries horrible. After the server brought the food he left not to return for 15 minutes. There we're maybe 4 other tables, so not busy at 915 pm. He finally returned , I mentioned the fries were burned, dry and cold. He was "so sorry" and want to give me some to go. So I guess it was time for us to leave. Left bill and again gone. Had to flag busboy to get change. So again horrible food, poor service and a reenforcement of my first experience. Horrible!

  • Lynette W.

The service was fine and I liked their water was good. I got a Mai Tai and it was ok, but didn't have any pineapple or cherries. It was just plain. For $8.99 I would have expected a little more. Not that it really matters. I got the aloha chicken burger with jo jos. The cheese and pineapple were good, the bun was sufficient, but I felt the chicken wasn't very flavorful. It could have been been pounded or cut a little to be flatter and it just needed more teriyaki sauce or a flavored mayonnaise. They put no seasoning on the jo jos. I really would rather it be that way and add my own salt and pepper rather than have them salted to death. It would have been way better if they had fry seasoning like Red Robin on the table. Andrew had a mushroom burger and liked it.

Used an Amazon coupon on a Monday night for our second visit to this location. The jalapeno burger was dry and overcooked with a plate load of fries, certainly not worth $10.95! My personal opinion is that 5 guys offers better burgers (juicy and not overcooked) and fresh fries rather than frozen. The Teriyaki Chicken sandwich my wife ordered was skimpy yet it was $11.99! Her baked potato soup was bland and needed help with cheese or seasonings. It also rubs me the wrong way paying $3.00 for an ice tea and then asking for a refill, though this price is becoming more common in stores that can't generate enough revenue by offering food worth coming back for. This local chain needs to step up their product quality if they want to compete in the premium burger market! We did enjoy friendly service but not motivated to return here at inflated regular prices. Too many other places nearby have fresh food, not frozen. I ate at the Birch Bay store last May and enjoyed better prepared food than this location served.

Been to lunch here a few times. Usually get a burger and a salad. The service is friendly and prompt and I love the fact they don't upcharge for the salad. It is actually a really nice salad too, not just some bs lettuce on the side. The burger itself is tasty and a good size, not gonna say it's the best burger i've ever had but still it's nice. Overall I'd say this is a good spot to grab a burger but the prices are a tad high just for that

Speedy service very short wait super friendly, amazing amazing amazing service for my server Brandon. Could not have asked for a better night for a better meal food was spectacular they check on a first frequently and were very polite and very nice and wet every need we could have possibly had

Worst service ever, i think our server "Justin" was not happy on the fact we were mixed couple. And the couple that came in 10 mins after us got their salad before us, and got offered dessert, and got checked on to see how things were going, but nothing at our table hmmm?? But food was bland and nothing special. Blah OHHH and the lamp shades had major dust on them. Gross :-p

Good service, ordered the club wrapped in lettuce with sweet potato fries. Sandwich was OK, just cold cuts put together between 2 pieces of romaine lettuce. Pretty much something I could have done at home. Fries were actually pretty good. For the price, kind of spendy.

This is another winner of a Bob's. Here's what I had to say about Marysville, which rings true for this location as well: "I went in last weekend and got a Western BBQ Burger (sub veggie patty, no bacon) with onion rings and I have been in Bob's fantasy land ever since. It was hands down one of the best veggie burgers I have ever had. The onion rings are definitely the best I have ever had. They were homemade with beer batter, light, crispy and perfect - no crazy over breading. My friend had the same but with meat and bacon and we were both in heaven." This location is newer so it also seems less crowded. I was happy to see that they are open until 10pm during the week and 11pm on weekends. Overall, very good meal. PS: My Mom went with my hubby and Dad for breakfast last week and they all gave the food 2 stars. They said it was covered in gloppy sauce and the eggs weren't cooked correctly. Looks like this really is more of a burger place

  • Harold G.

I figure that if your restaurant specializes in burgers you would have good burgers right? Well the burger I had was not good. The patty was of the low budget frozen variety. Dry and tasteless. A step down from Costco frozen patties. This is a nice looking, sit down restaurant so I had expected more of a homemade type of burger. Very disappointed and I will not return.

The best burgers in town . I try a different one every time I come in. The servers are just as nice and pleasant .

Bob's is a good place for lunch. This place is what you'd expect from a bob's. I usually get the steak salad medium rare w/ no onions. The steak is good and usually cooked right. It's not over the top but it's enough to bring me through the door fairly frequently. As others have said, waitresses are always cute and ususally good at their job. Not a big risk going here.

  • Kathy A.

Good location. Food is good, not great, prices are spendy. I would usually prefer Red Robin for that kind of fare, but it's not a bad choice. Nice bar. The staff is friendly. They charge high prices for an experience that is fair to good. Red Robin's menu is better, though it is less conveniently located and it's an older building.

  • Angela N.

I have been here once before for work lunch, and I don't remember much, but I thought the mushroom burger was sad. I see some post like the onion rings; I will try them now (I have to go to another work lunch there). I just like the name because I am just a fun of the cartoon show. Otherwise, I would go to across the street for wings and eating Lazy Boy's brewery at the back of the mall.

I've always had a great experience when enjoying a burger and a brew at Bob's Burgers and Brew. The burgers are huge, always made the way you like them. I always get the bacon cheddar burger with onion rings which is heaven on earth. The bacon is especially good, probably because they also serve breakfast. I'm picky about my clam chowder, but Bob's has a pretty good recipe. Definitely worth trying. Portions are large and the prices reasonable. Definitely a great place for a burger and fries, or in my case, a burger and onion rings.

I was hungry for some onion rings, and wanted to check the score on the NFL game, so I swung back into Bob's for a return visit , having been unimpressed on my first visit nearly a year before. Mind you, I drive by this place at least four times a day, five days a week , so stopping by once a year should be telling , along with the two stars. I felt like Bill Murray in the movie Groundhog's Day. Same stunningly beautiful bartender , with a small crowd of men, obviously regulars , seated at the bar, panting for her favors....same slow service, same super-bland burger, same delicious onion rings. Once again, service was slow as the staff chatted with their regulars and each other, it's almost like you have to EARN attentive service there by coming in daily and maybe tipping 50% , I dunno. Or perhaps the trick is to sit at the bar and flirt constantly , not sure. I obviously don't know the secret here, because I waited five minutes for a drink order and menu , ten minutes for a beer, then another five minutes for my food order to be taken. No biggie, but the place wasn't at all "slammed" on a weekday afternoon, in fact, it was kinda dead, especially in the bar. It wasn't BAD service, by any means....just a little slow, and not particularly friendly. Once again, the burger was big, bland, and unseasoned, with shredded bag lettuce......paired with a generous portion of delicious onion rings. Places like Bob's are CRACK for Baby-Boomers..... apparently, they just love huge, $12 burgers , served by cute, flirty girls half their age, so Bob's is often packed . Then again, so is Olive Garden....meaning you can't really chalk it up to good food ,can you ? More like poor taste, in my opinion. But whatever floats yer boat, right ? Bob has hit on some magic formula that really nails a certain demographic, for sure. I guess I'm just not in that segment of the market, because I probably won't be back for at least another year, if ever. Well, maybe just for the onion rings... :)

Came here for a work lunch, and, while it seems a lot like Red Robins, it is MUCH better. Service is better. The decor is more comfortable (cause RR feels like a sports pub sometimes). Food is seriously better. The burgers were juicy, just a little messy and made with fresh ingredients (no canned 'shrooms here). Fries were standard thick cut fries. The menu had pretty standard offerings, but they do it well. I'd choose this place over Red Robins in a heart beat.

Went here with my boyfriend for a late night dinner. I ordered the Turkey Melt, which was very generous with the meat & fresh tasting. I liked it & my boyfriend decided to get it the next day for lunch. The atmosphere was sports bar-sy but there are only TV's in the bar area. So if you go there to watch a game make sure you grab a seat at the bar. Red Robin always has a specal place in my heart so to say that this is better than RR would be mean. I've only been here once so I can't really say it's on my good side. The food is good, nothing really to shout over the mountains for. But then again it's a restaurant... so of course the food is going to be somewhat okay. I went on a weekday so the wait to get a table wasn't long at all & the servers were friendly but not too impressionable. Eh, just sayin'

My first visit to this new location was very impressive. Joined my brother for lunch and he told me he had been a few times already and had the same top notch experience every time. The menu: Great selection of burgers and sandwiches, along with a few entrees and salads. Had a very hard time deciding from all of the delicious looking options. The service: Our waitress was excellent! Very friendly, always one step ahead of our needs, and was very competent when it came to answering questions and taking our orders. The atmosphere: Obviously looks new. This is a brand new building and it would appear that no expense was spared to give a quality experience in a fun and comfortable atmosphere. Top it off with the fact that this is a locally owned chain that is outdoing some of the national competitors and I will definitely be back for more!

Sorry. We come once a year. Girls day out. Always look forward to fried onion rings, fish and chips, salad. But this year, what a let down. The onion rings tasted like they were frozen and then fried, or fried in old oil and sat overnight. The tempura fish and chips tasted breaded actually. The server was great and very attentive, but the food... Not so much. We were placed in a table against a wall. At first it looked as though there was a pattern on the wall paper - but it wasn't. It was splatter food across the length of the table - and about 12 inches or so, up the wall paper. Oil stains, looked like gravy splatter, it was gross. Obviously it had never been cleaned. We've had great food there before, but this was just a bad time. Maybe Mondays aren't the day to go? I dint know.

excellent welcoming staff......but after 2 weeks of eating at independent restaurants, the mediocre food was a shock. Caesar salad was made with bulk bagged lettuce, hardly green, drenched in creamy dressing, bean soup was hearty but needed flavouring.....nothing was disgusting, just very ordinary.

Bob's is an okay burger joint. The atmosphere is pleasing and the wait staff is nice. I see a lot of cars in the lot in the evenings, so I figured they must have GREAT burger. They are okay, nothing to write home about. Probably why it took me so long to write my review. I would take Red Robin over Bob's any day. The burger I had was very thin and clearly not the main event. It had me sayin', "Where's the BEEF!" Other than that is was tasty. Would I go back sure if Red Robin wasn't closer.

Went here for the first time with 2 other friends. We all ordered burgers and sodas. I was very satisfied with my Sourdough Burger: it was cooked nicely and had good flavor. One friend had the mushroom and swiss burger, the other friend had the bacon cheeseburger. We all enjoyed our meals. Our server was excellent and made helpful suggestions about the menu. I will go back again.

I went here yesterday to meet with family for dinner. I have been here before, for brunch and for lunch and it was OKAY. Not that great of food. This experience, however, was below average. 1: I ordered a honey mustard chicken burger {per the waiter's recommondation} and it tasted nothing like honey OR mustard, and they were pretty stingy on the sauce. 2: Our waiter forgot to take my 4 year old son's order, so we all recieved our food and our son had to pick off our plates until his arrived. 3: The kid's menue clearly states that each meal comes with ice cream. We had two kids there and neither of them had ice cream brought out to them. 3: My son's and my plate was taken {without asking if we were finished} and they both were full of our fries! Didn't even ask to box them. 4: The waiter never came to check on us to see if we needed anything, or how we were doing. The restaurant wasn't very full, so this is baffling to me. Point of the review is that Red Robin has better food, and is very similar in style and is not even as expensive.

The Burgers are ok. I took the B.O.B., not bad. I've not been impressed by the beer selection but 8 beers on tab is a fair amount. Very busy on Saturday. Went back on Sunday for the brunch..... to be avoided! On the overall, don't expect much but it's a safe place.

I am only basing my review on a 1 time experience and my order was to go. I ordered 2 burgers and by the time I got home (about 8 minutes away) the buns were so mushy that I had to eat it with a fork, it was far more greasy than other places i have tried. I will update this if I ever decide to sit down and eat.

This was my first and probably last visit to this place. We came because my brother had a Amazon deal. The place was crowded because there was a Thursday night football game on and happy hour so we had to wait about a half hour for a table to seat 4. The dining area was pleasant and not too noisy probably because there wasn't a TV to watch the game. The service was adequate but the food was very mediocre. I had the blue cheese burger which was pretty bland and although I ordered it well done, it was still slightly pink. The patty was a commercial frozen type with no flavor. The side salad was good size with a mix of greens, cabbage, cucumber and baby carrots with a nice balsamic vinegarette. The iced tea was so weak that it might as well have been a glass of water. All told, I could have gotten a much better burger at Carl''s JR. for less money. Will I go back? NO, it wasn't worth the $.

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of Brandon. He was excellent. Otherwise the food was average, the restaurant was cold and the bathrooms were freezing. To top it all off my husband spotted a cook leaving the bathroom without using soap to wash his hands. Will not return to this location.

I just wanted to update, and say that I still have not heard anything back from Bob's. After 2 complaints through their online website, and this Yelp review, nothing! Hard to believe a company would completely ignore and not respond to a customer complaint!

OK but not that great. Had the bacon cheeseburger, the burger itself was not really distinctive. The bacon on the burger was pretty crispy; seems like the bacon itself was good but was overcooked in my opinion. And the fries were, well, cold and not far removed from a bag in the freezer. A really good burger joint should also have really good fries, preferably hand cut. Not the case here. My wife liked the tomato bisque and the wrap she had, so one star for that. Also be aware that the place was pretty busy with several large parties full of children, which were undisciplined (to be charitable). One was a soccer team where the kids insisted on bouncing their balls between tables. That's not acceptable to me in a dinner scenario. So minus one star for not controlling the environment.

I love Bob's. I've been going there for years in Whatcom County--I think I've been to every Bob's there is. Even the one in Yakima. :) I love their Turkey Melt on the lunch menu and they always give a giant portion of fries! I went there for Sunday brunch with my kiddo recently, which was pretty good. My two-egg scramble looked more like a four-egg scramble! If they were to make any improvements, it would be to offer veggie or chicken sausages instead of all pork products for meats. The weirdest thing that many of the branches have are TVs in the mirrors in the bathrooms, and it's always on the sports channel in the ladies' room. Odd.

I know, I know...another burger place? Well, after hearing many positives from co-workers, we decided to give it try. We decided to try a Sunday early dinner and very glad we did, as this place has the reputation for being rather loud and having a quieter atmosphere gave us a real opportunity to gauge the hype against reality. We were seated immediately, though I would have preferred a booth, the table we were seated at was in a section with only 3 other tables occupied. First downer...NO COKE...sorry, but I can't imagine trying a burger w/out the real thing. We considered an appetizer as there is a decent selection to choose from, but opted to head straight into ordering meals. My husband, having wanted a steak (but knowing there are few stellar steakhouses in our area), went ahead and ordered the ribeye, accompanied by a dinner salad to start and with only a baked spud with the meal. I chose the teriyaki chicken burger and asked to substitute onion rings for the fries (only a buck more). My husband's steak was done to his preference and for a burger joint, this was not skimpy in size or flavor. He really enjoyed it and his baked potato was offered w/ the "works" (butter, sour cream, green onion and bacon bits). He was disappointed in the salad, which was very generic, and had no tomato. My burger was huge, and very tasty, on toasted ciabatta bread, with swiss cheese, grilled pineapple slices, lettuce and tomato. I guess I should have asked them to skip the mayo, as it was pretty thick and I think that a honey mustard would have paired much more nicely with it. There was a mountain of onion rings on my plate and I'm glad my husband agreed to help me with them. Nothing to call award winning, but they were tasty. Battered, not breaded, a real plus. Our waitress was cordial, though not very knowledgeable of the menu choices and had to return to ask my husband how he wanted his steak prepared, as she had rushed through our ordering, and I don't know if it's simply the way restaurants are headed, but she never introduced herself, and while she did stop by the table to see if everything tasted okay, she never offered to refill our drinks, I had to ask her. At nearly $4 for a diet soda or iced tea, I would imagine refills are NOT a problem. Overall, I would say the food is on par w/ say...Red Robin. Nothing out of the ordinary, nothing too memorable. The prices were slightly above average, the atmosphere was quiet, probably because it wasn't at all busy and I wouldn't rave but it's a decent place to have a casual meal or even take a group.

I figured I'd try this place for lunch since I drive by it all the time and it's always a full parking lot. I expected it to be just like all the other generic chains like Red Robin, Applebee's, Fridays, etc., but it was nice to learn that it's a locally owned Washington restaurant chain. The service was excellent. I went there before the lunch crowd got too busy and the server was overly-attentive. The food was average. I ordered the Bob's "Mega-Monster" 2-patty burger (forget the real name of it). Maybe Bonanza Burger?? along with a side salad. The salad was a huge pile of lettuce and they give you a generous tablespoon of dressing to go with it. The burger was very bland with no flavor at all. It was basically a slab of ground beef smothered with mushrooms and mayonnaise and the bread quickly disintegrated, and I ended up eating the burger with a fork. $26 for a burger and 1 beer was a little pricey. This place would be out of business in a week in the South. People don't tolerate this kind of ripoff for food, but around here it seems acceptable.

Very comparable to a red robin.... But still good.... With a better selection of burgers and plenty of chicken burger options.... And the drinks are great... Hurricane.. A new favorite!

Tried it a couple of times, don't know what all the hype is. Burgers seemed dried out and nothing special about the fries. Red Robin is far better for food and service and a few dollars less.

Went to Bob's for the first time this evening. The server was great, she checked on us often and had a great personality. She was helpful in guiding us through the menu. The burgers were great and, while she didn't ask how we wanted them done, they were done the way I like (a little pink). The only thing I'd like to see is a few more draft beer selections (especially local stuff).

Service is always good in the bar - not so sure about the main restaurant. If you are looking for a deal on a couple burgers, they usually have a buy one, get one 1/2 price coupon online or on several of the local sports' gold cards.

We went for breakfast and it was great. Never would have occured to me just based on the name but my brother said a bunch of people from his church raved about their breakfast. They were right. They did not open until 8:00 AM so I am not sure how committed they are to a breakfast menu. It was also dead. Two other parties arrived while we ate but not much going on. I think they still need to fugure out what their focus is. The place looked and felt great and I hear the burgers are very good. Very friendly service but not very challenging as we were the only patrons for most of the time.

Went to Bob's Everett for an impromptu breakfast on Sunday, turns out they have a buffet. Sat in the bar. Nice buffet for 11.00, custom omellettes/eggs, waffles, eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, ham, sausage, and pastries. Pros: quick, easy, starts at 9(get there early) , sports bar, senior discount starts at 55! Decent blood mary. cons: No bacon, pre-made eggs benedict muffin was soggy, waffles were hard to come by(very popular only made 4 at a time), deep fried french toast. For a morning football game or quick breakfast would probably go back.

So guess what! Our family recently went to Bob's in Marysville, on a Friday night during one of those beautiful days with no clouds in the sky...and it was great! First of all, the parking lot was full. FULL! So i was thinking "oh great....30 minute wait"...nope! We were seating right away. Food took awhile to get there, but it was great!! One inappropriate moment: a guy came up and hit on our waitress while she was serving us, in front of my family. This isnt a negative against the restaurant...you just don't do that dude. So glad we came back!

Went to Bob's on 7/16/11. Food was great. I had the guacamole Bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and a Pepsi. Food was great, I could barely finish the huge burger. Service was ok. The waitress was not warm or inviting. Had to chase her down for our tab. I would go back solely on the food.

We wanted Burgers so we let our 2 nieces decide between Red Robin & Bob's and they picked Bob's. I agreed.... It went just as bad if not worse. The Burgers are simply not good. They have to use frozen patties bc they taste terrible. We are officially done with this place/chain. No good, waste of money. Jack in the box is next to them... go there instead if you want a crappy burger.

My wife and I like to go to Bobs and share a burger and brew. Last time we were there I was going to golf the next day so we ordered a burger dip with potato salad to go so when I got home I would have a snack. We explained this to our server and when we opened our take out order it was cut in half with two separate servings of potato salad! They listen to the customer.

Burgers are AMAZING! Service.... Not so much. First time we went, everything was good. Second time, the hostess sat us and we waited 15 minutes before our waitress showed up to greet us. Other staff were walking around, didn't ask if we have been helped, just looked at us. No one told the waitress there were people in her seating area! We were, apperently the only ones in her area...literally the waitress serving the people not even 5 feet away, didn't help us. I was thinking, maybe they didn't like the gal who was helping us, so they tried to make her look bad or something. So when she finally came to our table, she said that she was so sorry and she gave us the best service I ever had at a Burger Joint.... The other servers there are sooo stuck up and really rude. But that is my opinion...

Good service in the AM. I just expected there would be a Bob's breakfast burger or something burger for breakfast? It's called Bob's Burger... I was kinda let down with my assumption. Yet, this is considered northern Seattle? I can go small town North Dakota and get a gourmet burger breakfast, but not Everett, WA? Lack of creativity I would say?

My husband and I eat here a couple times a month. The food is good and the service is always really friendly. We've never had a bad experience. The other thing I like is its always clean which is huge to me. The food is pretty much what you'd expect from a burger place. It's delicious, and simple although they do have some fun burger options. It's a great family type restaurant.

The only reason I wanted to check this place out was due to the sign outside which said "serves breakfast all day." We got seated at the bar and there was another advertisement that said Sunday brunch starts at 9am but did not specify and end time. I did think it was a bit odd they didnt actually have breakfast on the menu. I tried to put my order in but turns out they only serve breakfast from 9am-1pm on sundays, so we left. This sign is outside everyday of the week. If you dont plan to serve breakfast all day, everyday you should take the sign down and stop fooling people!

Went here for the Sunday brunch, and it was definitely worth the $12/person. Belgian waffles, eggs made to order, awesome potatoes, biscuits and gravy, the whole nine yards. It's hard to find good eggs at restaurants - these were the best I've had in a loooong time. 4 stars because the service was great until we were ready for our check. I'm pretty sure our server was hungover (no judgement - I mean we were totally hungover too) and he needed to escape to go relieve his hurting stomach... which I definitely can understand, but we were waiting for about 15 minutes before another server realized we'd been waiting and took care of our checks.

My cousin recommended this place for taking our grandmother for Mother's Day, saying the buffet was really good. Normally, I listen his advice but, after this, maybe no longer. Yes, I know it was a busy day, but I used to be in the industry and I know they could have done much better. Service was slow, the buffet was badly set up, with not that great a selection, and the food was marginal. Our omelettes took 20+ minutes to get to us, didn't come all at one but, rather every several minutes and mine never came at all. I finally went looking for it and had to ask the waitress why I hadn't gotten it. She got me another and expedited it. Sure, a buffet is supposed to be good for getting a lot of good food, but the food wasn't that good and it took 10-15 minutes to get through the line. I went through once and it wasn't worth going through again. As with most buffets, the place was full of old people and obese people, so I'm guessing that those are the people giving the good reviews on here, because honestly, it just wasn't a satisfactory meal or experience. Want a good burger? Go to Red Robin or, better, grill it yourself.

Decent food, decent prices, decent service. Don't let the fact that it's next door to a cemetery stop you (though that kept me from trying this restaurant for a long time). Expect to see burgers, wraps and salads similar to Red Robin, but slightly cheaper. Also, you can sub salads for fries at no charge (a bonus in my book). Their loaded salads really are loaded, as I ordered a crispy chicken salad that came garnished with at least 5-6 pieces of bacon, a large can of sliced olives and lots and lots of other toppings. Next time, I will order this salad and make sure I ask that they go easy on the bacon and olives! They offer a Sunday brunch with omelet and waffle stations. I found the food at the brunch exceedlingly greasy, however. They had Eggs Benedict, and the English Muffins appeared to have been deep fried. The made-to-order omelet was also swimming in oil. I would not recommend the brunch.

I was quite delighted by dinner at Bob's Burgers & Brew. As is typical for me, I ordered the largest burger they had, the Bonanza, and made sure it came with grilled onions, complimentary on any burger. The burger was very good, as were the large helping of jo jo potatoes. My wife's burger was a bit odd as it had a small, swirl-cut hot dog placed on top of the patty. But she enjoyed it nonetheless.

Stopped in on this Saturday afternoon to check out the place. (There was a purpose for this.) The other and I each ordered a drink and had the coconut prawns for a snack. The drinks were simple classics, but good. The prawns arrived and they were dark brown on the outside and raw on the inside. While were weren't expecting hand dipped, we did expect something better. The second time they arrived they were darker brown, and closer to done on the inside. We ate them, and left. Halfway back to Seattle we were both experiencing indigestion. We popped gum in our mouths to get rid of the taste. At home we raced to the box of baking soda for a bicarb While the burger menu looked good, we probably wont be returning.

Great onion rings and Jo-Jo's - burgers are NOT so good! Very large serving sizes. Their menu doesn't have many dessert choices and not a single appetizer is listed either. If you want good onion rings and jo's come for a snack, but go elsewhere for dinner! The hostess and our server are not up to par -- they were snooty... and for no good reason! Loud atmosphere, no tv screens to watch in the main part of the restaurant, but they are available in the large group room and in the bar.

Went here Sat. a little after 8:30 a.m. While we were seated quickly (the place was mostly empty except for the banquet room) - service was absolutely horrible. At about 9:00, I finally asked the Hostess (who was doing nothing other than cleaning a table) - if we could please get some coffee. Oh, sure, she replied and if you need anything else......let me know. Well, someone to take our order would be good. Finally the waitress on duty, and there was only one, came out from the banquet room and took 3 orders in a row (1 table had been there b/4 WE got there). When we did get our food............yuck. Well, actually, my husband said his omelette was ok but it could've been actually hot (go figure) but my chicken fried steak was a total joke. The think was soooooo heavily breaded and then deep fried to a crisp with a small smattering of tasteless gravy........and the salt on the thing.............needless to say - I didn't finish it. And temperature wise - again - why can't restaurants serve their food HOT! For the love of God. Please!!!!! Coffee only arrived 1x without asking and, heck, I should've just gotten up and poured it for my husband and I and then walked around and served everyone else too. When we left at about 9:25 or so - there were finally - now - 3 waitresses in the place (and few customers). I guess we know why, now. We won't be back.

I went here on Friday night for drinks and apps with a few friends. Service was ok but not great. We ordered three appetizers and two of the three were terrible. If you have to eat here get the quesadilla it was delicious. The cheesy jojo's had cheese on only 1/3 of them and the artichoke dip tasted like seafood. No, I don't mean crab (although it's not supposed to have that in it either) but it tasted like rank fishy something you just pulled from the river. YUCK

Status quo, Red Robin-ish food. Tomato basil soup was great, but very thick, makes me wonder what exactly was in it and how many calories were hidden in the gargantuan bowl.

  • h b.

My visit to Bob's Burgers was a COMPLETE LETDOWN. For one, the bugers are overpriced and they weren't even that fantastic. But my main complaint is the soup I ordered. Upon being served, the waiter mumbled some generic comment that his $6.95 an hour making wage demands him to say about how "They Have The Best Soups in Town". The waiter couldn't have been more wrong. My tomato basil was more like TOXIC BASIL. When my soup arrived, it was a congealed, less then lukewarm substance. The color wasn't a normal color of tomato basil soup either. It was neon orange and looked like a nuclear sunset. It was chunky and had white mystery pieces that on the surface look like onions, but why would my tomato basil have onions in it??? Overall the burgers were just so-so and the soup was DISGUSTING! I will not be making a return visit to Bob's anytime ever! There are better places in town. They do not even deserve this 1 STAR! I suggest that if you want a good meal to go elsewhere.

My first visit to Bob's Burger's & Brew was very successful! I am in the industry and I know how hard it can be when a place is just opening, but their team seemed to have it all together. I enjoyed the atmosphere and our server as well. I had heard a few not-so-great things about the place but decided to give it a chance myself and I am happy I did! Our server joked around with us and you could tell everyone was having a good time.

Rather disappointing.... my wife and I went there for lunch and decided to share a burger. We asked for them to cut the burger in half and our waitress asked if we wanted it on two plates. "Sure," I said. I'll usually tip a little extra for that kind of service but when we got the bill we saw a "split plate" charge of $1 on the bill. Not sure what I was being charged for I asked the waitress and she explained that when a single meal is shared and provided on two plates there is a dollar surcharge for it. She also said that the menu said as much. Now, I'm 40 years old and have done a lot of eating in my life and I can't recall ever eating at a restaurant that had a similar surcharge in place. I suppose if their food at been had been top-notch I might have tolerated it but I can go to Red Robin or Blazing Onion and share an equally good meal with my wife without the extra fees. So we deducted the dollar form her tip and resolved never to come back. And the hostess at the front didn't say goodbye as we left. No thanks...
