I've been back and had excellent service and continue to have excellent food. The honey chicken is sweet and delicious! Prepare for service disruptions but its worth it because the food is that good.

This is my favorite place in DuPont. The staff is consistently sweet and attentive! I am sure they have plenty of good food, but I can't help but get the house Yokisoba every time I go. It has such great flavor and is cooked perfectly. And as for sushi, the only one I have tried so far was the shrimp tempura. It was such a large portion and absolutely the best I've ever had.

Great, very fresh sushi. Had the rainbow roll with spicy mayo over the top. Excellent!! Very prompt, friendly service.

  • Maria M.

Delicious Yakitori and hot pot. Thanks fellow yelpers for the tip! Great place to stop off while on the road. Very friendly servers.

  • Agnes C.

This place has really good sushi, considering I'm from Hawaii and I have a very high standard for sushi. Although you may not get the real authentic stuff like monk fish liver or sea urchin, their westernized twist to sushi is pretty good:-)

  • Michael H.

Good sushi, but they pretty much rushed us once we finished eating out sushi. Instead of askin us if we wanted more, they just handed us the check. They need to work on there customer service as well. I did not feel as though my service waw appreciated. I wont be back.

I've been coming here for a few years now and it has never disappointed. Great selection, large portions, and decent prices keep me coming back. The food is some of the best tasting around but get here early for lunch because it fills up fast.

  • Angela R.

I just thought the food was alright. A little weird to have a nutrigrain bar in the bento box.. That was a first. Be careful getting tale out they messed up three orders while we were sitting there.

  • Brenda R.

I originally would give this place 5 stars but today I went to order take out and I tried to order Yakisoba which comes with miso soup and steamed rice. The lady taking my order said my take out did not come with anything but it was still the same price. I explained to her that I always order take out and my plates come with soup, rice or a salad. She told me no that's only for dine in. I left and will never come to this place! How are they going to charge me full price and not include the items it says on their menu that it comes with!?!

    (1)
  • Sara J.

I love this place. I have had their bento boxes and have to agree that they always add an odd item to it such as a nutrigrain bar or Otis Spunkemeyer cookies. Other that that oddity the food is really good. I ways order either the iSushi roll or the shrimp tempura roll. They are so good I see no reason to change. It isn't a fancy joint but it is clean and efficient and the food has never been bad. All in all if you need lunch or a quick meal this is an awesome sushi joint.

In Dupont!!! i don't think you can beat a teriaki and sushi place!!! So... if you want a quick lunch or dinner and feeling teriyaki or sushi... come to isushi!!! that's basically all i have to say about that!!!

  • Colin S.

Hands down- my favorite Teriyaki/Sushi restaurant in the area. It's a little more expensive than most, but I think it's worth it. Get the Spicy Chicken Yakisoba!

Unexpected surprise in a random strip mall. Great sushi and a lot of choices for non-fish eaters. Highly recommended for a stop on a road trip from or to Seattle.

This is a great sushi and teriyaki spot hidden away in DuPont. I have been here a few times so I can say I have a pretty good idea of the quality of this place. The venue is kind of small and there can sometimes be a wait during lunch time. Most any other time though the service is prompt and the food is of delicious quality. Totally worth eating here and giving it a shot since it is probably one of the best sushi restaurants near DuPont.

  • Corinne P.

No complaints about this sushi place. Staff is extremely friendly. I love getting the bento boxes. They will let me substitute the sushi rolls to all salmon. I love coming here for lunch... So I will always return to this place for lunch.

  • Gail S.

Tried the 2 specials today. Excellent orange chicken and sweet and sour shrimp. I've never seen such big shrimps prepared this way. Big portions, enough for good size to go box. Friendly and fast service. Next time will try take-out.

  • J S.

Great sushi in DuPont, no kidding. The place has legitimately good sushi, not just because it is the only option for sushi in DuPont. I wish they had a liquor license so I could have a Sapporo with my sushi, but that won't stop me from coming. Great for lunch, dinner or take out. Service has been great most of the time, and ok some of the time. They get really busy sometimes with take out orders, so I think the small staff gets overworked at the early dinner hour.

  • Shauna L.

I've been here with my family twice now - but I can't review the sushi since we've never ordered any rolls - just bento boxes! We stopped on a whim on our way back to Olympia. Actually we were going to head into the sandwich store next door but decided to try something new. It was a great decision! The staff here are *SO NICE*. They are always smiling and friendly and quick to help get my kids situated and comfy. Love that. The portions are large. And good!! The tempura is REALLY good. Both times there it was consistently tasty- hot and crunchy. Yum! It's too bad for them I dont live closer or they'd be seeing my $$ more often.

  • Daniel M.

Very good place to go for some simple japanese dishes. We really enjoy there yakisoba and they have many choices when it comes to rolls. The staff is very friendly and we have not had anything bad so far.

DO NOT EAT HERE...THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!! These people are cheap and tricky!!! Very small, small portions! Not enough food for the price you pay. My husband picked up our order from this place. When I saw the portions, I was shocked! I paid dinner prices for less than lunch size portions. I was so pissed off! These people think they can overcharge and no one will complain? Since I live in Dupont, I would have ran over there to complain but, my husband and kids already started eating and I'm not one of those low-class people who will eat the food then ask for a refund...my kids were hungry so I let them eat. I decided to call the restaurant and the employee who picked up the phone 'Jenny' could not tell me why they think they can get away with giving such small portions to people who order out. I figured out that's why they tie the bags up with a knot so when you pick up your order, you don't check out the food before taking it home...this is how they trick you because by the time you open up the box at home, you are so hungry you don't want to go back and complain, you just decide to eat it. These people can't rip us off any longer! Their secret is out...Check your food before you pay or take it home. You are better off making a to-go box at the Chinese buffet...decent food, variety, and good prices. I will not recommend this place to anyone...my fellow military community and Dupont neighbors need to beware of these SCAMMERS!

The food and service is always great at I-sushi. The rainbow roll is my go to favorite.

My favorite local sushi! The staff is great and sushi is delicious!

  • max s.

Perhaps one of the best sushi bars I've ever been to in a long time.. Clean, courteous Japanese staff, quick service. The food we ordered were as expected!! Exquisite!!!! The yellow tail was superb The fried gyoza , awesome! 5 of 5

    (5)
  • joshua w.

Awesome place for sushi sashimi purists as well as those who love crazy rolls with a bunch of ingredients. They also have other options for those in your group who don't feel like sushi. Price is very reasonable for sushi.

    (5)
  • Jim E.

Great place all the way around. Can't beat a great lunch for $7 that you cannot finish. The only draw back is their take-out is not up to par with the restaurant on portion sizes.

    (5)
  • Alberto G.

I ate in this place before and ordered their bento box. The food was okay but not great. One time I ordered to go and paid $30 bucks for two orders, once I reached home when I opened my order I was terribly disappointed, the portion was very small, probably equal to a $10 order. I lived in this community and served in the military but I just want to warn all my neighbors and fellow military members to be aware and don't get ripped off by this place. Always check your to go orders in front of the staff first before heading out. I will never eat in this place ever again.

    (1)
  • Mike C.

This place wasn't too bad. Now I heard that this is the best sushi around and I'm sorry but if you really want the best sushi around you have to go to Kyoto. I've tried many other places and Kyoto is by far the best you will get around here. Now to people who say their portions are small, that is ridiculous. I could not believe what 6.00 got me for lunch. I had enough for days!

    (3)
  • Fly_Gu Y.

My wife and I ate here yesterday and we both enjoyed our lunch experience. The food and service was uneventful and therefore didn't exceed our expectations or disappoint. If I was in a pinch and needed a sushi fix, this place would do! Oh yeah.....the dining area, sushi making station, AND bathrooms were VERY clean!

    (4)
  • Rebekah B.

This is our absolute FAVORITE place! We come here almost every week! The sushi is fantastic! The portions are large however it is a little pricy ($10-13 for a large roll.) The Wok.... Wow is all I can say. My husband and I have never tried anything new we haven't loved! And if by chance you have something you don't like, their policy is they will bring you something else. Lastly the service can't be beat. All of the ladies are so nice! All around our favorite little spot! Try the Hawaiian Roll.. It will change your life!

    (5)
  • Tabitha C.

I thought the bento box was a spoof when it came with nature valley granola bar and no rice. We also did not feel well at all after eating there. I would lot recommend it very disappointing. On a positive note everyone was nice and the service was good and fast.

  • Andrew G.

My first time eating here won't be the last! The first thing about this place that made me realize it was something special was the lemon that came in my water without my asking. No one does that anymore it seems, it was a nice touch to begin my dinner. The udon was good, although the serving was a bit small, however snow peas were included free of charge so it evened out in my opinion. I'm not a fan of all the fancy rolls so I just got the Eel roll, and the spicy yellow-tail. Both were very tasty but it seemed like they didn't put as much effort into rolling them as they should have, they didn't fall apart, but they were coming apart at the seam. My friend however got the Hawaii roll, and the Tacoma roll, those were both beautifully prepared and tasted fantastic, I guess I can understand my rolls not being as eloquently prepared, as the focused their true efforts on the fancy stuff. Didn't get any, but the restaurant also has an extensive teriyaki menu which I thought was a good feature to an already good menue. Look foward to eating here again.

    (4)
  • Meg J.

Wow... I LOVE this place! I'm not sure why people complain about serving size. Even when I get it to go, it's the same amount that I get if I eat in the restaurant. Unless I'm starving I usually take a to go box. I have yet to see an employee that is overweight (can't say the same about the customers). But, i have seen them eating off of the menu. Maybe they know a thing or two about serving size. My guess is the people complaining are overweight Americans. I'll pay a little more for good sushi. If you want your waistline to grow, just stick with the nasty Chinese Buffet. I doubt your bitching will close the place down.

    (5)
  • Patrick O.

iSushi is the very best sushi place I've ever eaten at. The staff is Japanese and they know how to make their dishes. The Teriyaki is very moist and the Volcano roll is to die for! Even the most basic of sushi is bursting with flavor. If you enjoy Japanese culture and the food that goes with it then you need to visit iSushi!

    (5)
  • Yvette A.

I'm not a great fan of sushi, but I do like this place. It's a little expensive when you consider how much of the 'filler' items they actually use in the sushi rolls. I've only been here during lunch hours and it is always crowded. The staff is friendly, but once it gets busy you will notice a slight decline in the service, but they do try to make sure everyone is taken care of.

    (3)
  • Michelle S.

waitress was not at all attentive, keep running off with only half of the order. It was hard to flag her down to get a refill for a drink. I stepped out my norm of ordering at places like this, and got the chicken bento box wasn't a fan of the salad or the California spring roll.

    (3)
  • Kelly S.

Although I like this place overall, they want to charge me for a to-go cup. Super lame.

    (2)
  • Jamie G.

I like this place. The staff is always nice. The bento boxes come with so much food (almost too much). Even during the mad lunch rush they move people through rather quickly. I wish the place was a little bigger, as you can feel squished at times, but that doesn't stop me from going back.

    (4)
  • Mary S.

Of all the Asian cuisine places I've been, this place probably had the best yakisoba I've ever had. The wait staff is very friendly, the menu is huge, and the food comes out very quickly. Also, this is the only Asian restaurant I've ever been to where the miso soup actually tastes good. They bring out complimentary miso soup, as well as little plates of steamed edamame. The restaurant itself is plain and unremarkable, but the food and staff make up for it. I eat here alot, and I'm always happy with the experience.

    (5)
  • Jason C.

I can only speak for the Teryaki part of the restaurant, because that's all I have gotten from there. They start you out with some tasty soup with little chunks of tofu in it. I got the lunch special chicken teryaki with egg roll and it had good flavor, and a portion that is just right for lunch, not too huge, not small for $5.95. A very decent bargain for lunch compared to fast food prices. I've been there twice and the food's been consistent both times. It is a very long and narrow building, don't go if you are clausterphobic. Good cheap eats...

  • Carolyn S.

Yum! Good food, environment and quick service. The place is always busy, but the service is amazing.

Love this place best sushi I ever ate awesome service

    (5)
  • C L.

The service here was excellent! The portions served are HUGE. We couldn't finish any of the main dishes because they were such large portions and couldn't take any with us since we were on the road. The waitress felt really bad about this and was very concerned about how we liked our food. She also packed us up some extra edamame for our journey. We didn't get sushi and just got the noodle and terriyaki dishes. The noodle dishes were great but wasn't a fan of the spicy terriyaki. Appetizers were good too. This was a great find!

    (4)
  • JASMIN F.

Surprisingly good sushi for a strip mall type place. The teriyaki is pretty much what you would expect from this kind of place.. syrupy glaze of teriyaki sauce on diced up chicken. I do enjoy the variety of sushi they offer - Unagi, Tako and Maguro. Very fresh and nice portions. I have tried some of their deep fried sushi rolls, which are good but not really my thing. Recommended!

    (4)
  • Jay B.

The raw sushi is OK but the rest is smothered in a gooey, mayonaissy kind of sauce. Not my style. And no alcohol! Zero ambience and unremarkable service but at least the staff is friendly.

    (1)
  • Shawn F.

This place is awesome, very good food and nice people. Can't beat the quality to price ratio.

    (5)
  • Paul K.

This place exceeds expectations! I was amazed at how good the sushi rolls were. It kinda reminds me of Sushi Maki on Capital Hill in Seattle. The service is excellent as well! While I was waiting for my to-go order, the servers presented me with a small dish of edamame to snack on. While they weren't the fastest, the wait was worth it! Miso Soup was included with dinner! Hospitality was excellent! They try to remember your names too!

    (4)
  • jeff s.

I love the sushi here. great place for lunch and when you order To Go, you get the Miso soup. Get there early for lunch because it gets pretty busy.

    (5)
  • Abby K.

The food is good, service is typically quick, but it has been hard sometimes to understand the staff and it is so CRAMPED in there that you feel like you're eating with EVERYONE there! It's okay, I usually do take out so as to eat my yummy food in a better environment

  • Thuy T.

Stopped in here for a late lunch after work while waiting to get my nails done next door and was quite impressed. I'm usually sketch about sushi restaurants that seem "Americanized," because I've been told that they don't serve actual sushi, but this one surprised me. They didn't have seared salmon on the menu, but were still able to make it for me. I also got the spicy tuna roll, which was good. I've had better Unagi rolls, so I probably won't order that next time. My little 7-year old niece does not eat sushi, so we got a rice place for her and she loved it. The servers were also very sweet and didn't seem pestered by her requests. Miso soup and edamame is included with the meal when you order sushi, so that is also a plus. I will definitely be stopping in here the next time I'm in the area.

    (4)
  • Desiree M.

It was good... Not crazy about it, not sick about it. I would probably try it again in the near future but I'm still on the hunt for some good sushi here. Friendly staff and plenty of customers when I did go in. Took it to go so can't say much about the place itself. I've had better sushi but we're new here so we're trying to find something that can give us that! Great sushi!

    (3)
  • Ang G.

This is the perfect spot for a quick lunch or dinner. The menu includes dishes of both Chinese and Japanese heritage. The staff are very attentive and check on you regularly. They also provide complimentary miso soup with every order, which is fantastic. As far as their food goes, I consider their lunch special unbeatable. You get the choice of five different dishes (my favorite being sweet and sour chicken) for $6.95. The food is always super fresh. The sweet and sour chicken comes with peppers and they're so fresh they have a crunch to them still. If you're in the area, definitely consider eating here!

    (4)
  • Chuck N.

I was extremely impressed with the service and food. I had the Wok Teriyaki Chicken and Mongolian Beef meal which was fantastic.

    (5)
  • Xixi T.

We came in as a party of 7 and it was nice to be able to sit together. Their set up can accommodate a few larger groups which is nice when going out with a group of friends. We placed our orders and boy, were we impressed! The portions were generous and it actually all tasted really good! Out all the food that our group ordered, there wasn't a single thing that we did not like, so we'll definitely be back. The prices were not bad at all considering their serving portions. We took a boxful home since we could not finish all the food since there was so much in each order. Service was okay too. Definitely recommend this place!

    (4)
  • Reine H.

The best rainbow roll I've ever had!!! Huge potions on the chicken teriyaki...wish we lived closer...I'd make this one of my regular places!

  • Drew Q.

A MAN'S MAN Review of iSushi & Teriyaki in Dupont, WA I heart iSushi & Teriyaki! Yum, yum, yuuum! My favorite dish is the bento box because you get a little bit of everything from your choice of chicken, beef, or pork teriyaki, 6pc Cali roll, 6pc tempura including 1pc shrimp tempura, mixed salad with their sweet sesame salad dressing, 1pc gyoza, and a Japanese packaged desert. With my bento box I got a pound cake. Oh yeah... you get two orange slices to tame your hot breath! Service can be slow depending on the time of day. It's super busy during lunch time because you have the military personnel from Ft. Lewis but honestly I think the food is better prepared when they take their time. I've been here during lunch time and around dinner time but haven't really experience any long wait for me food. It's probably because I'm a sexy beast and the waitresses all want me for my body. Okay, maybe not. The place is somewhat crowded and narrow so you feel like your being squeezed like a hotdog in a bun. The tables are pretty close to each other so if your wacky brain is claustrophobic this might be a slight problem. For those who are dining in you get miso soup & edamame beans but don't get all worked up like some of the other Yelpers who didn't get the edamame beans and miso soup with their take out orders. You don't get the edamame or the miso soup at all when doing take out order. Calm down people. If you want the edamame and mis soup you'll have to dine in. Getting all worked up over some beans and flavored water isn't necessary. Just have a seat at the bench provided because guaranteed if your creating a issue over some beans and soup Juan and Senor Pablo the dish washer and cook gonna be adding some special sauce to your to go chicken teriyaki platter. I'm just kidding... I really don't know. Just be cool aiight! Other platters to try are the house fried rice. It's basically an entire plate of fried rice, beef & chicken teriyaki, Chinese sausage, shrimp, mixed vegetable, & diced onions. This platter is a meal! The chicken & gyoza platter is another favorite of mine. I heart all their platters but I always get the bento box for some reason. Price is somewhat higher than most teriyaki joints but you get some bomb-a*s food! A lot in my opinion! Food is always nicely presented when served. These guys take pride in their work! On duty sushi master so your gonna get some nice presentations if you order from the sushi menu. He doesn't speak much English so anything you say to him he's just gonna smile and nod politely to your face. Okay, I made that part up too. I don't know if he speaks English. He's just seems like a nice guy when I'm there. Okay on the low down... come here for the food! If you don't like iSushi then take your a*s to Jack in da Crack for some yumbo yacks with cheese, McDz and their disgruntle employees who expect $15 per hour wages , or Subway with their friends the fruit flies.

I've only been a couple of times but still loved it. Great sushi. Can't wait to try it all! The baked salmon sushi was excellent :)

  • Jhoana R.

Love their sushi and bento boxes, but slow service and it can get pricey but They do have lunch special for their bento boxs.

    (2)
  • Remylynn M.

Cute spot. A bit pricey, but well worth it! They serve you edamame and miso soup on the house before your order(s). The service was very sweet and on spot! Taste, portion, and plate placing was awesome! My boyfriend worked in DuPont for two years or more and I'm upset that he only brought me here now lol but we'll be back for sure when we can make the drive.

    (5)
  • Jessica H.

Love this place. Go there for lunch at least three times a week! The staff is friendly and the sushi is great. One of my faves

    (5)
  • Lola S.

Really the best lunch option in DuPont. It's pricey to eat here for lunch but when you can't take the other food DuPont has to offer then this place will save your lunch. I come here once in a while with co-workers and never leave disappointed. Portions are large. I wouldn't drive here to eat at this place but it's a solid place to dine in DuPont.

    (4)
  • Frine S.

I'm never disappointed when I eat here . The menu is creative , good portion sizes and prices . Lunch menu discounted price between $6-11. The lunch bento boxes are on the higher end at $10.95 but there's a good amount of food.

    (5)
  • Teresa S.

iSushi has pretty decent food. The prices for sushi are kind of ridiculous though. They're so expensive... I would eat here more often and give a better review if it wasn't so expensive. I don't think you get what you pay for with the sushi aspect of it. I've only had take-out from here so I'm not sure how the service is in-house.

    (3)
  • Michele E.

Really great fried rice and the sushi is pretty decent too, but I had a grilled sushi with salmon on top and although it was a good concept all the grease and juice of the salmon ran onto my sushi and it became a sloppy sopping mess. But .... Great rice

  • Ann L.

I love ISushi. The taste is wonderful, but the prices are a little high. I come here regularly with my husband.

Great little joint between Seattle and Portland off the I5. Very good sushi rolls, I really liked the spicy tuna and volcano!

  • Cullen E.

This is a great place to go for lunch if you're coming off JBLM. It's at exit 118 and is super convenient. They do have good lunch specials (bento box style) for $6.95 last I checked. Be warned that the "pieces of tempura" are just fried vegetables. I was thinking it's be pieces of a tempura roll, but not so much. Either way, it's my fault for not asking. Overall meal was great, place was clean, and prices were reasonable. I'll be back.

    (4)
  • Rick P.

Ordered take out teriyaki chicken n a soda for $11.91. It was horrible. The sauce was terrible and chicken was dry n old... like it was left over from lunch 3.5 hrs ago...they did not even give me dressing for the salad.... I will never go there again....

  • Yen E.

My friend and I tried this place the other day since we were getting our nails done next door. Service wasn't slow like other reviewers mentioned, but then again, we came for a late lunch so it was pretty empty. My friend and I both got the sushi bento and honestly, the food itself was meh. The sushi (2 salmon, 1 tuna and 1 shrimp) was good and fresh. Tempura and salad was meh. We didn't get a nutrigrain bar like some of the photos, but instead got this soft prepackaged cake and it was delicious. May of been the best part of my meal. I would like to go back, but try their rolls and stay away from their tempura. Their miso soup isn't good either.

Great little spot. Stopped here on our way home from Portland. Friendly, efficient service. Excellent food and great value - my husband and I were stuffed after our salmon bento boxes!! We would definitely come back.

  • Erika F.

Seriously... OMG! I went in here for a quick meal and found out that its definitely one of the better sushi places I tried in the DuPont, WA area. The sushi was fresh, the service was fast, and the food was tasty. I went there twice during my two week stay and each time was outstanding. I ordered the sashimi platter the first time and the sushi platter the second time. The fish was fresh and tasted wonderful. The California roll that came with the sushi platter was beautifully done and tasted great! I think the prices were good for the quality of food and I hope this place still is open the next time I'm in the area.

Went back again for a birthday party. Service was quick and attentive. The spicy tuna roll and house fried rice are excellent!

The Cons: If you are dining in, it can be very much cramped, again during peak hours. The problem and the reason I am giving it a 2 star. I normally get the shrimp lunch bento or asparagus chicken. The past three times I have gotten anything from there I have tasted and crunched on gritty texture. Like I was biting down on sand. I can only assume that the asparagus was not washed at all and who knows about the shrimp bento. It also carried a bitter after taste to it that was not pleasant. The Pros: I will say that the food is typically good here. I dont come here for sushi but for the rest of the menu. Their bento box lunch specials can be decent and filling. their teriyaki chicken feels run of the mill with pre-cooked chicken that is covered in sauce, etc. many items come with a salad to go and its a good portion with tasty dressing. Oh I will say that the staff is usually friendly and remember repeat customers. The other thing I will say, again about everything other than their sushi, is that it is a bit higher priced than most places.

  • Mark H.

As Dupont locals, iSushi is our goto spot. Easily the best Asian option in DuPont, though a little pricey. The sushi is cut LARGE so keep that in mind. Tasty!

  • Ling L.

Every item on the menu is delicious at isushi! Staff are friendly for an Asian establishment. Highly recommend the sushi, bento box and stone pots. Yummmy!

  • Carmina D.

Food is fine but prices are getting a little out of hand considering it's Teriyaki. Regardless if you put it on a fancy plate or whatever it's Teriyaki. For that reason I'll head over to KoKos.

I had the take out order on the way from work and stop there. What the heck!!!!! I ordered surf clam and white tuna. Instead they put squid and salmon which I did not order. This was the first time I went there because rating was good but what a disappointment. If you like sushi go somewhere else. Person who took my order did not even know their own menu items and I had to give her number off their menu and still managed put the inaccurate Nigri items. I would not recommend this place if you like sushi.

Really great teriyaki sauce and generous servings. We recommend the bento box and and the chicken teriyaki.

Their sushi & customer service deserves 5 stars, but I'm not a big fan of their Wok menu and unfortunately it takes a while to get your order (at least based on my experiences). Last time it took about 45 min to get my order (which seems to be the norm), nevertheless, it was worth it, next time I just have to remember to call in ahead of time. The sushi is fantastic, the best I have had, and unlike some other reviewers, the staff has always been super nice. They always offer complimentary edamame when I have to wait, and last time, when I stopped by, apologized for the long wait, and put some extra edamame in our take-out bag.

Went here with my husband earlier tonight. The server was very polite, and the food came out quickly. My husband got the chicken and broccoli from the wok menu, and he was not a big fan. I ordered the yellowtail roll, and it was great. We will probably eat here again if I get a craving for sushi.

The prices are great for the quality of sushi you're getting. In addition, the miso soup is the best I've had, and comes with the rolls. I lusually order the traditional Spider roll, but I tried the Playgirl today, and although I felt ridiculous ordering it, it was amazing and totally worth it. I have no idea how they get lemon slices so thin, but it's genius.

Lunch time is not a good time to come here. The staff was overwhelmed and after 40 minutes of sitting there with water I had to leave in order to make it back to work. Food is not bad but the experience as a whole is ruined by their inability to manage their tables.

The staff is always nice and the sushi is better quality than places I've been to in Lakewood and Tacoma. Definitely recommend this place for Asian food!

When I was about to throw in the towel on finding a great sushi restaurant near us, we find this place. Glad we tried this place out. Sushi is great. If you live near JBLM and don't won't to drive in the city to get your sushi fix, this is the place. During lunch time on the weekends gets really crowded. But service is fast.

The sushi was so delicate and delicious. I personally know the sushi chef who has more than 10 yrs of experience working as a sushi chef but I didn't know he worked here. I will come back here everytime when I crave some sushi...!

This place is great! The staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. If you are coming here for lunch, you will be able to get in and out in less than an hour on all but the busiest days. My favorite meal here is the spare ribs, they melt in your mouth. If you haven't tried them for carryout yet, I highly recommend it as well..

Always outstanding service and food. If you are near DuPont great place to stop in for lunch or dinner.

The food is really good. You get your moneys worth. Unlike other sushi places, this place actually serves a lot for what your paying. The Tempura rolls are the best. Crab meat is always fresh. Defiantly a place to go if you live near DuPont.

TERRIBLE! Gyoza was not hot and think they had been sitting there for awile. The one prawn I got was moldy. I think they have just given up! It was 5:00pm and we were the only people there! I think that speaks volumes....Too bad because it used to be good. I will NEVER go back!
