Stay clear of this McDonald's chain if all possible! I went there because it was midnight and the only place open to grab a quick snack. Normally I would visit a grocery store but they were all closed. Needless to say, I ended up at a fast food joint. I ordered a burger and fries. The fat cashier told me it would be about a four minute wait for the fries. Ok fine. All a sudden, within one minute she was handing me my bag of food. Hmmm that definitely was not four minutes but I thought nothing of it. I live two minutes away. When I got home and started to eat, the fries were as cold and soggy as winter air. The grease was so old, I could smell it as soon as I opened the bag. It didn't even smell or taste like french fries! Cold and disgusting! The cashier totally lied, and decided to give me day old food. It didn't end there. I bit in to my burger, and there was a nice, long, dark hair waiting for me!!! I could not believe it!!!! I am so disgusted that this experience has ruined me of fast food. I would rather go hungry seriously!!! Grossssss!!!

Quite possibly the best kept secret in all of Covington. New-age decor foreshadows this contemporary gastronomic adventure. All ingredients are combined into a bread-encapsulated flavor nirvana. Fresh ground proteins are heated using state-of-the-art radiation wave machines. Mere seconds pass before these delectable entrees are wrapped in packaging which affords the opportunity for a local or transitory dining experience. Bare hands may be used for ultimate consumption.

I mean its McDs... they are fast and usually non-chatty which is the point. My breakfast burritos were ok, but the hashbrowns were steaming hot! yum. The kids like saying anything that has bacon, egg and cheese. And peeling the new Monopoly pieces. Odd note: after ordering the burritos, she says, do you want hot sauce? I say, no. But what comes up on the reader board, 2 hot sauces. wierd. So I look in the bag, and lo and behold, 3 packets of hot sauce. I tell the gal at the window, I didnt order these, she asked, I said no, and they showed up on the board anyways. She said, Oh, she must not have understood you. She understood my entire order, but not the word 'no'? Ahh... well.. it was waaay too early in the morning and I was clearly easily irritated.

STAY AWAY!!!! This place is highly likely to mess up your order. If you dare go inside you will probably find it to be dirty. Especially at night. whoever runs this place at night is a Joke. Do not go to this McDonald's, avoid the frustration and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other fast food places in the area that actually want to make customers feel welcome.

Whatever I pull up make him change it now the second window DUMB ASS GIRL "actually nothing is ready can you go park" I'm SORRY WHAT! Nothing?! ARE YOU RETARDED. So in parked for LITERALLY 15 minutes and NOTHING I go inside finally furious and they had NOTHING EVEN BAGGGED the dumb manager is just standing there and I give them my receipts and tell them I've been sitting in the car for 15 min in the sun NO SHADE burning myself with kids in the car even more crazy and NOW THEY START FUCKING PREPARING MY ORDER. They fry in vegetable oil, so the fried food does not taste good. Would recommend eating elsewhere, at a restaurant that fries in animal fat rather than with oil that tastes like sewer water.

Came thru the drive thru around 1am and ordered a bacon clubhouse with a large drink. I am told they are only accepting cash. This is fine with me because I have a coupon for a free sandwich. I literally wait 17 minutes in line with ONE car in front of me. Finally, it is my turn and I can't wait to get my burger because I have to get up very early and I don't like to go to bed on an empty stomach. I just got back from the vet ER where my dog had surgery and really need to get some sleep. The lady at the window tells me that she can't SCAN my coupon and will only give me the drink. All I have are my debit/credit cards so I can't pay! I told her I would come back tomorrow so she could scan it since I am a regular! She said she couldn't! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! Horrible customer service!

I went here after my daughter got a shot to get an ice cream. As I'm standing in line there is a kid running around the lobby in his socks "skating" around on the floor. I get up to order, I get an ice cream cone & Carmel sunday. When my order is up the cashier that makes them licks her fingers as she is handing me the cone where ice cream got on her, and laughs. As we are sitting there eating the kid is going back & forth between a couple of stools next to us & he tells me his mom is working, ok I didn't ask but whatever. A minute later the finger licking cashier calls the kid to come wash his hands so he can come back & help w/ the food. Another female employee helps him as he goes back to the food still w/ no shoes on. What happened to sanitary conditions?

I come here all the time (and the service is nice enough for fast food) but they ALWAYS skimp on the fries! I hate it when you really feel like some McD's fries and you get home, ready to dig in, only to find you medium fry you paid for is actually a small fry in a medium box. Boo!

It is McDonald's. What do you expect. With that said the owners have really taught the staff to be very customer service friendly. For that I give it an star star

Got one of their new angus burgers, the one with bacon. Better than I expected but way over salted. If you have to go to McD's and get a kids meal for the brat, why not get this if you can't wait to go somewhere else.
