The last time I ate here I was in the mood for a sandwich so that is what I ordered. This time I was in the mood for dinner, we got there at about 5 pm on a Saturday and got seated right away. To my dismay even know they are open till 9pm on Sat. they do NOT serve dinner! That's right... They only serve off the dinner menu on Thursday and Friday. So, I ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich at $12.49 and my wife ordered the BBQ Pork Loin Melt for $9.99. The Prime Rib was laughable, it was served on a French roll and there was so little meat that you mostly tasted bread. I traded 1/2 my sandwich with my wife and she was so disappointed in the Prime rib she took it off the bread. As for the BBQ Pork, that was good, lots of meat and lots of flavor. But once again we sat there for about 10 min. after we were completely done eating before server stopped back by. On our way out we ordered the $9.99 Snack Tray to go. It is advertised as having "Summer Sausage, BBQ Pork, Swiss & Cheddar Cheese, Pepperoni, Crackers and Sweet Hot Mustard. 9.99" There is also a photo of it at the table, what we got was a very small amount of Summer Sausage, BBQ Pork, Swiss & Cheddar Cheese and a laughable amount of bite size pepperoni sticks. No crackers and nothing like the photo. I will give this place one more chance at dinner then I am done.

Great brewery to check out! $15 to sample all the beers plus fun events! You can take a tour. Fun local attraction of you have a group of people. Music and fun. House beer on tap was amazing! If you love beer you have to check this place out!!! We had to leave before the official tour and they went out of there way to give us a private one. Such hospitality!! We bought growlers and can't wait to come back!

Hidden gem on Galvin Road! Only open Fri and Sat for 4 hours or so. No food is served but you can bring in your own and enjoy their beverages. Pretty cool place. Nothing fancy. Their root beer is to die for!!! Oh and Leighanne is the best little server there!! ;)

I really wish I would have found this place sooner! I happened upon it when I drove by on my way to an appointment for work, so I decided to stop in when I was done for the day. It was fairly low key when I went but I imagine it can pick-up during peak times, They have very helpful and friendly staff and a great selection of beer. I literally found this place two days before I was moving to Texas, what a bummer! Next time I go home to visit my parents in Rochester, we'll have to go back for some beer!

I've been going to Dicks every once in a while for the past year. It's a decent local brewery with a variety of beers for every individual and/or occasion. If I could, I'd give this place 3 1/2 stars. It's better than okay but I'm not quite a fan either. Their beer prices are fantastic for pints... although I think some of their six-packs may be a tad high!! They often have a great Groupon deal available where you can sample 12 of their beers, try one of their appetizer plates with meats and cheeses, and tour their brewery for one low price. The beers themselves, though, are pretty average for the most part. I really like the Silk Lady... it's definitely my favorite beer here. I wish they had it on tap more often! Their Tripel is alright, although it wouldn't stand up next to some of my favorites (La Trappe, Westmalle Trappist). A lot of people like the Danger... myself, not so much. I'm not a huge stout fan; however their cream stout is pretty good. The Hef is nice and refreshing... the blonde is a little too light for me but it's drinkable and most women LOVE it! If you're a beer newbie, I suggest getting your feet wet with the blonde and/or hef. If you're lucky enough to be there on a night where they bring in a food caterer, make sure to try the grub. Typically you get a plate full of tasty food for $5-$7! Last time I was there they had a HUGE taco plate for $5, which definitely HIT the spot!! But if you are unlucky enough to go on a night where there is no outside food, no worries... just grab an appetizer sampler of meats and cheeses by the bar!! I LOVE the jerky and various deli meats they have!! You can grab some jerky to go at the bar by the cashier and some of their deli meats at their deli down the way. Everyone on the staff, including the owner, is very friendly and helpful. For such a large building, I do wish they had more seating. And if not more, I wish the seats they do have were more comfortable. Of course, it's a brewery, not a pub... so I guess it's lucky they have seating at all! All in all, DIcks is an average small-town brewery with a somewhat large variety of beer and an eclectic group of patrons. It's a great place to check out for the average joe or jane... although I think a beer snob would surely be unimpressed and/or disappointed.

Really fun atmosphere!!!! And great beer. When they have live music it is even more fun!! Bring a jacket, it's a warehouse and can be kinda chilly! The staff is very welcoming and helpful! Great place.

We came here hoping to find the Dick's Brewery tour, but this is actually a sausage deli and restaurant that serves all of DIck's Beer. When you walk in, the entry is a deli that carries seasoned steaks, meats, sausages, cheese, and of course Dick's beer. The restaurant is adjacent, its a small, casual space. The server was very friendly. They didn't have a kids menu, but we ordered hot dogs on a stick for the kids. I had the Reuben sandwich and my husband had the tri tip special. The meats are amazing. The kids hot dog, it was a little weird for them, I'm not sure what it was, but it tasted like a pastrami hot dog. Very tasty (a little hard to get the kids to try something different at first, but they liked it). Everything else was really tasty. The clientele - I was expecting a more young vibe, but when we walked in there, everyone sitting down at tables was over 65, at least. But it is a very clean restaurant with great service and reasonable prices. I would definitely come back here again, and we're hoping to do the Brewery tour one of these days.

Really fun place! Visited with a friend about a month ago to use a deal purchased through Groupon I believe. This location was a little tough to find... it is the location where the beer is brewed, not the store that also sells various meats. Lots of parking, which was for the most part full when we visited on a late afternoon weekend. The building is a large open space with a bar (several beers on tap), tables and chairs, and a stage. The brewery set up is in the same space, and for me, adds to the coolness of it all. You can get growlers here as well at a pretty reasonable price, which my friend ended up doing. On our visit, there was live music and a good number of people present. The deal included a free tour, tasting tray, and 2 glasses. All the employees and even the other patrons here are super friendly. Tour was interesting but not a reason for me to go there specifically. Tasting tray was HUGE. My friend and I ended up giving ours to some folks at our table so that we would be able to make the trip home sober. Favorites were the Golden Ale and the Silk Lady. Glasses were a nice souvenir and of good quality. I could have hung out here all day, but we had other places to be so our visit was only about an hour or so. Definitely visit this spot if you're in the area.

A few of us went here on a Friday for their weekly beer tasting from 3-7pm. They have a huge selection of of their beers on tap, for $3 a pint! They also have meat trays and other snacks that go well with beer. On the day we went, they had tacos for sale, which were AUTHENTIC! These were better than some tacos I've had at "Mexican" restaurants. Anyway, the brewery also has free tours during the beer tastings. There is no doubt that there will be at least one beer to enjoy for that picky beer drinker. I love this place!

Eh, I just wasn't impressed by my recent experience visiting Dick's Brewery. The business lacks any real parking lot so we joined most of the other cars in parking on the street. We also had trouble locating a front door, which was essentially just a side door without a sign even on it. The inside of the building was equally confusing. Just a big warehouse-like facility without much rhyme or reason to its flow or it being a 'tasting room'. It was packed too. Unfortunately this meant long lines and no seating, so it was quite difficult to hang out with friends to enjoy a 12-beer sampler and apps. The brewery also didn't stick with the "on-the-hour" Friday tours that were indicated on their website, so we never got a chance to take a tour. We really enjoyed sampling the different brews here, some of which were quite good, but my preference would be to do so in a real bar with actual seating and more prompt service.

The Prime Rib here for dinner is a real treat.. but even better is Dick's Cream Stout. Probably one of the best beers ever! OH! and it's great in Chocolate cake. The local paper used it in a chocolate cake recipe, can I say WOW! Now I'm officially hooked. Dick's Beer fan! I like to buy the variety pack, just to make sure I'm not missing some new wonderful concoction.

Dicks pretty much makes the best beer in all of Washington State as far as I'm concerned. This should replace the state emblem of George Washington...it should just be a bottle of Dick's Danger Ale. The Dick's Danger ale is the conundrum of all beers, it is a dark beer with a light body. Judge not on looks, but on taste and you will see it exceeds all your expectations. The double diamond seasonal winter ale has a heavy body and is really satisfying if you want a thick brew to accompany your miserable rain soaked winter. The lava rock porter is one of the best porters I've had MADE BY ANYONE. Medium body with a long lingering finish with a good ABV % too. Definitely my favorite of the pack. Dicks pale ale is okay too. The brown ale is pretty good too. The Silk lady is interesting but I'd choose one of their others over this one. About the only one I can say anything bad about is the cream stout. Ughnnn, not a fan. And for the price, why not get an Irish or English stout instead? A king among the very crowded field of northwest microbreweries.

If you are looking for a dark cozy Pub with Dinner - sorry but - Dicks is not it. Photos I uploaded are of an Oct 2008 Brewery Tour Dick provided for Oregon Brew Crew Members. He's justifiably proud of his shiny new production facility, developed in cooperation with the Port of Centralia. It's a pristine, well lit working Brewery with a modest Bottling operation, with space for expansion. Maybe the concrete floor, super high ceiling - and space outside could be modified a bit in the future to welcome Guests. I also want to see Solar Investment here for Water and Power. RA Solar in Portland has don superb Solar Water Heating systems for 2 of the Lubcky Lab Breweries - these could be a model...and i could work with the WA legislature to amend policy to enable this lind of project - the Port could simply do it, in Dick's case, and for other Biz in their District ) DO Buy: bottles of Dicks Dark Cuder, and Dicks Dangerous Ale at a Bottle Shop, The full line-up of Brews, including Stout and Holiday Ales are also be worth tasting...and might suit your Palette for a Buy. Or look for chances to enjoy some of his Brews, as I bet they'll increasingly appear on Tap at many NW venues. The restroom, adjacent to the company office, was civilized, appears to be accessible, and was squeaky clean as the Brewery - which is a nice thing. Side note on area Brewery Pubs... (Other breweries and Ales nearby were - Um, not so clean. The Engine 9 Firehouse in Tacoma has a wonderful, cozy artful setting and beautiful old bar, - but served us - motly Brewers and Beer JUDGES - entire pitchers - of - an entire line-up of - Ales with off-odors and warped flavors. If you can beleive it, after first sips, our group of 40 left beer standing in the sample pitchers we'd pre-purchased. My suggestion: Stick to the Firehouse's Guest taps...or perhaps just try their Barleywine for a few months at least - I thought it clean - & good for it's Style, and seemed fine. Other judges were queasy by then and couldn't give any a fair review. It's the only place all day where we skipped the Brewery tour (didn't want these ambient yeasts on our clothes!), and no one ordered a Pint to follow tastes. We just got out as soon as we could. This Brewer and Brewhouse above was NOT Dick's and not the Olympian or Fish Tale Brewing. Go there, or the one with great food dowmtown oly. Their Ales, Ciders, Porters and Stouts are Clean and worthy.) I hope the Firehouse works the bugs out of their Brew. They do have a large tap list, and full bar, so just avoi dtheir house Ales for awhile, if you care. Many newer breweries have hard time at first, then learn how to get it right. I'll delete this note when I hear from an experienced beer Judge that the Firehouse has worked out. the off flavors in their brews. i truly hope they do - cuz I LIKE the place.)

If you love micro brews, this place is for you! With 12 rotating beers on tap, there is sure to be something for everyone! My personal favorites are the Cream Stout and IPA! But I always enjoy a Scottish Ale or Raspberry Tripel when they're on tap!

Beer + country music on the radio + sunshine, what more could you ask for? I really liked this brewery. I had the golden and a beer called the fair beer. Both beers were excellent, I think the golden was my favorite. The lager is also only $3 can't go wrong there! They have a large brewery and a nice outdoor space. If I happened to be in the area again, I would stop by here.
