This place is great. We went early in the morning before taking off on our trip and every employee had smiles on their faces! Truly a great way to enter any business, very friendly staff. Coffee was delicious, we even tried breakfast sandwiches and also, very good. Prices are average for a big name coffee shop, but here (unlike Starbucks) you get what you pay for. I was told about a point system where you buy 10 drinks and get one free (?), I should've taken advantage of there loyalty program. Next time, Tullys. Next time.

Wonderful atmosphere. used to go the the busy, corporate Starbucks across the street, and I will never go back. Plus the Carmel macchiato was way better here.

So, it is not just me who had an unpleasant customer service experience. 2-stars because only some of the employee are rude and they do have a nice sitting area. I was there late afternoon finishing my work on my laptop. Ordered a drink and sat for about 1 1/2 hours. There were still people (6-7 people) in the shop, but this lady approached me and said "Just so you know, we're closing in 20 minutes". So I thought she was just going around reminding people, but it turned out I was the only one who was told that they were closing. What's up with that? I could not help but to wonder that it might have something to do with my race. But, I won't go there. There are better ways to remind your customers that your shop is closing. Too bad, I could have been a regular as I am new to the area and work remotely full time. Drinks-wise - I have been here twice (good Americano, so-so Mocha).

Love the little room in the back with a fireplace. Had a great business meeting in very comfy chairs.

Why is everyone hating on Tully's?? It's good coffee. Wish they had a drive thru and still carried their awesome bran muffins....but other than that, always yummy lattes !

Well...I ordered a cup of latte and got it. Not sure how much input I have hear. The ladies were friendly and the cup was good. They had some nice looking breakfast sandwiches that I plan on trying the next time I'm at Tullys.

Good coffee, good vibe, comfortable for students studying or for a business meeting.

The staff here is very condescending and acts as if you are interrupting them if you are not a recognizable regular. The drinks are also just mediocre. They need to definitely replace the blonde cashier who thinks she is better than everyone else and has no sense of humor at all.

The buses were running late(weather issues) so I went in there to stay out of the cold, what a mistake!!! Seeing there was no line, I just went up to the cashier, and after spending 5 good minutes trying to figure out what type of coffee I wanted, I put down the correct amount of money, for the type I finally decided I wanted, the cashier very rudely informed me that she was in the process of serving someone else(an older lady who was not even in line, but who was fishing for something in her purse), is it not customary for someone who steps out of line, to do something, to have to re-enter the line from the rear? They need some serious lessons in the area of "Customer Service".

Been going to this Location off and on for years! I am so happy they did some moving of furniture! The place is so much more user friendly! Free wifi and great coffee. This place feels like a neighborhood coffee store for sure even in busy Cannon Park!

I know, I know. Why am I going to Tully's (says Starbucks Fanboys and Girls), there is so many great non chain coffee places in Seattle (says coffee snobs), and I only drink my coffee from someone who got a PHD in making lattes (says everyone in Seattle who wants to justify paying $1900 a month to rent a 400 square foot place with no parking that happens to be next to a great coffee shop). But here is the truth. And when I say this I am in some ways referring to this location and then to Tully's as a whole. Number one I only go to this Tully's when I am in the Bothlell area. There just aren't to many other choices around except for the Starbucks across the street (Insert Star Wars evil empire music here). The employees at this Tully's are awesome. They are always smiling, always have nice things to say, remember your name and remember what you drink even if you are like me and might only go every now and then. They have a rewards card which you can get on your phone that gives you every 8th coffee for free. In addition if you prepay to load at least $20 on the card you get an additional 10% off coffee. That is something like 22% off each coffee drink if you take advantage of both of those. In addition if you are hungry the pastry section is more than adequate (Carbs bad! in my best Frankenstein voice), and plenty of tables if you want to sit and use your laptop all day (you ever notice how college students are always saying they are broke but can afford to drink coffee everyday). Ok focus , must focus, finish this review strong. So anyway quick recap, friendly staff, discounts, pastries and table space. I give this 4 stars, even though I know there are places that have better coffee (Ok there I said it, now all you Seattle coffee shop fan boys get off my lawn and go home).

The Bothell Tullys has a great seating area and has a welcoming vibe to it. The wifi here is free and it is fast and reliable. The staff is friendly, drinks are made with care and the pasties are fresh. This is a well run Tullys.

First time here. They roast their beans. I had the Carmel macchiato and is was very good flavor. I agree it is much different from Starbucks in a good way. This coffee was smooth full flavor that was not bitter. Wonderful service. Very friendly and fast.

A condescending and filthy coffee shop. I walked in and saw the pastry and breads empty at noon on Sunday and the person said "they are all out and don't get orders too Monday" They are always out of everything and don't seem to interested in using any business or customer savvy whatsoever. I'll never go back...UGH!

You should know that Tully's not only tastes better than Starbucks, the lines are also shorter.

No tully you do not get a vote more then one star your cold brew you taste like a mixture of dog s#[+ and the dirt that is found on the floor of a Washington state ferry bathroom what I love is that baristas push it on every one that orders a iced coffee even when you say you do not want it to the baristas they still give it to them and charge them some times for it also. Ok so here how you fix this make simple coffee chill it and pour the end.

I'm from OC so we don't have many Tully's around. Love the americano. Nice to try different places in the Seattle area.
