I'm a native New Yorker, so this review is jaded by nature. The atmosphere is DEFINITELY New York - small hole-in-the-wall joint with counter and tables crammed in. The woman (owner, I'm pretty sure) who took my order was a total sweetheart. The Pizza (10" with mushrooms and peppers) was NOT New York (have they been away from NY for too long?) but that's not a net negative. In its own right, this was good food. Dough was fresh, cheese quite satisfactory in quality and quantity, veggies fresh and cooked just right. A NY pizza has the orange, drip down your arm oil with oregano probably overly abundant in the sauce. This didn't, good thing. I love NY Pizza, but I really appreciated Topolino's for what it was.

Literally some of the best pizza I've ever had. The dough was very fresh, the toppings were delicious, and the cheese was perfect! I got a mushroom and pineapple pizza and they actually had fresh pineapple! The owner was super nice and even offered to give me a free soda, which was very nice. It's clearly more of a family owned place and it's in a weird double level strip mall next to an Asian hairstyle salon and looks like your typical pizza joint. When you walk in the atmosphere reminds me of a hole in the wall place that looks like it was plucked right out of NYC. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pizza!

5 Stars! I had the meat ball sub it was pretty good after having a romeo and Julietta cigar right next door at tobacco patch for the afternoon of the 4th of July. I really liked the comfortable calm atmosphere and the oven baked meatball sub that I had was pretty good. I can see my self coming back to this place a lot becasue it is a perfect convenient synergy with selecting a perfect cigar and having a full stomach to insure that it goes well for us better quality nicotine light weights, I love that this place is a synergy right next door. Calm atmosphere and quick service with great food is a 5star to me. I think that to most people it is intuitive to treat this place as a take out but for me I could totally see spending a calm afternoon reading a good book with a pizza and a few cherry coke's. Seriously enjoy, Pardon anniversary cigar + Meatball subs+ cherry coke + calm day off with great books = 5star review! amazon.com/best-sellers-…

This was a very lack luster delivery pizza the man was so rude on the phone when we called to ask questions he stared to yell at me and hung up the phone we will never order from this unprofessional establishment again the pizza was very cheaply made hardly any sauce and no pepperoni good luck trying to find the cheese the fact that when I called about it the man was so rude ¯°_o)/¯ and yelled the hung up the phone was enough for me it was the type of situation that leads to highschool pranks like ordering 200 pizza's sending them to swank business and then they find out the order was fake just an idea ( ̄ヮ ̄)

I've had the pizza here multiple times and it has always been great! Good lunch price for a 10 inch with 2 toppings and a drink.

Topolino's feels like a New York establishment, through and through. Seattle sucks but this provides a little hundred-square-foot haven. The service is decidedly sassy and sarcastic. It gives the place character. The pizza is wonderful - thin and super flavorful. It has a bit of a kick when compared with fast food pizza. The facility is pretty run-down and dirty, which adds considerably to the charm. It's also darn tiny - Manhattan sized. The best part is the bench facing the window. The only thing missing is something interesting to look at. Looking out will remind of you just how dull and lifeless Bellevue really is, and how much you wish you lived in New York.

Great dive amidst the typical Bellevue scene! We ordered a 10" pepperoni, great lunch size and a meatball calzone. Both were just what we wanted. The prices are great too, we've found a new spot!

I love this place. The heating in there sucks, but that's not why you go there. The pizza tastes amazing. The ingredients are quality, and they know what they're doing more than any other pizza place in this town. Though almost all pizza around here is from chains anyway. It's still good though.

Out of all the pizza places that I've visited in the NW, this is up there with the best. Please move closer to where I live and I'll eat there everyday!

Hole in the wall...check. Character... check. Delicious comfort food reminding me of back east.... Check! Get the stromboli, ask them to hold the bell peppers.... (not sure if they will, but even so): game, set, match! My wife and I went for lunch today and it was, in a word.... perfect. Having enjoyed calzones, grinders, pizza, etc... in New England you come to simply realize how unique of a style it is. It's comfort food and that's how you'll feel eating here. My wife got the personal lunch pizza and like another reviewer noted, it was slightly underwhelming. Very underwhelming when put next to the stromboli. Don't get cute! While I love a NY slice as a snack, it's simply not enough to fill you up. I'd come back try the pasta, sandwiches, etc... In short, I'm a fan. Not sure if they're open for dinner, but as a I alluded to, the atmosphere is very casual. Two tables inside and an additional two outside. It's small... it's quaint... it's... probably just like a pizza place actually in Brooklyn! 4.5 stars for character, personality and the closest thing I've had since leaving New England in 2001.

This place is seriously underrated according to these yelp reviews. Pizza is my favorite food and I have pizza from all across the country and Topolinos Pizza is without a doubt in my mind the most delicious thing ever. The toppings and crust are fantastic but what is really fantastic is the sauce. There is no other sauce out there with such a perfect blend of herbs and spices... The pizza is best when dining in, hot and fresh right out of the oven. The only bad thing I have to say is the pizza is so delicious that you bit into it before it has time to cool and it can burn your mouth :) If you are interested in this place, do yourself a favor and ignore the negative reviews... the areas of this business I known for its pretentious yuppies and those that take the time to write reviews about a hole in the wall pizza place in upscale Bellevue have no right to write such negative things... if your tastes are so refined go dine somewhere more suited to your needs... This is delicious pizza, plain and simple.

Worst business people ever! As I am picking boys up from swim lessons I call Topolino's and ask if they deliver out (same zip code) about 10 miles away. The pizza guys say "yes" as long as its $30+. Yes...my order was over 40. 35 min later the owner calls and says they need my order to be $75...really? To top it off the guy was a complete jerk about it. I'll let you parents imagine how you would feel. DON'T support bad business owners. Customer service is the worst and they don't take ownership of their mistakes.

I'm not really into pizza, but my kids are and this is about the only pizza I can eat. Very good quality and looks and tastes like fresh ingredients. Rough and ready little place but quaint and intimate in this fast-disappearing part of Bellevue.

The WORST pizza experience ever! I ordered the Topolino's Special Pizza (GF) with pepperoni, sausage, capsicum, olives, mushrooms, roasted eggplant and fresh tomato and noted "gluten and dairy free"... my first pizza came with cheese, i called and they said the guy making it didn't understand what no dairy meant and that in future I should say no cheese... so they sent me another one and it came with no meat or barely any toppings at all... just tomato and eggplant that actually appears coated in breadcrumbs, which I'm sure are probably not gluten free! Very much NOT amused by this very poor attempt at pizza making! And, I will add, that anyone in the food prep business should understand that cheese IS dairy!!

The pizza we had was amazing! Really rich in flavor! We ordered a medium for two of us and due to the flavor alone it was more than enough! We usually love to over eat on pizza, it's the one thing we really do that with (I know that's terrible but we just love pizza) and I'm telling you, this place has flavor overload! We got the all meat pizza (I can't remember the exact name of it) and if we ever come back up we will try it again. We also ordered a slice of cheese cake which was delicious, and the garlic bread with marinara. The garlic bread's flavor alone wasn't anything special, but paired with the marinara sauce it was really good! Ordering through the yelp app didn't work, as it couldn't find the address for some reason, but the web page directed us to download another app and we used the same address and it worked just fine. We didn't get a confirmation that our order was received, which would have been nice, but the pizza was delivered as promised and the delivery lady was very friendly! I really only take one star away for not really knowing if our order went through or not, and the bland taste of the bread. If it was on pizza quality alone it would be 5 stars!!

The worst. I placed an order at 2pm via their website and received a quote of 30-45m. It is now 3:39 and I still don't have my pizza. When I called about the delay the only response I got was that they had some issue with the delivery service. I will not be ordering from this place again. The food was fine but the service was terrible and this is not something I will support moving forward.

Called to order for delivery. I'm 1.75 miles away in downtown Bellevue and the guy said said we're "very far away and it would be a $75 minimum order". It's a cold day in hell when a delivery place won't deliver less than two miles from their location for a $40 order. Will never eat here because of awful customer service.

I like to eat pizza except I always leave the crust out because its generally tasteless and tough to chew. This is not the case with Topolino's pizza. Their dough is made in such a way that the crust is slightly crunchy outside and soft to chew inside. It even tastes good so I end up eating all them up. Don't expect typical features of chain pizza restaurants here. They only serve a whole pizza, and the place is a really small to dine in. So I recommend you order their pizza for pick-up or delivery.

Typical Bellevue eatery, for those who think Mod Pizza is the pinnacle of pizza and the Cheesecake Factory is gourmet dining (there's very little on this side of the bridge that's decent. Ordered a large sausage pizza. My hopes were low when I put the box in my car and could smell the garlic powder through the box. Garlic powder is stale garlic that makes for stale pizza and their pizza could be referred to as a garlic powder pizza. The next problem was that the crust is greasy and even worse, gummy; it has no crunch. Take a top-notch NY-style pizza place, such as the recently closed Piecora's and compare it to this and you'll know how awful it is. For those of you who say 5 stars, you shouldn't be allowed to write another pizza review until you go try Mario's and Delancey in Seattle.

My favorite pizza place in Bellevue. A definite destination when im in the area or passing through at lunch. The place is a little rough around the edges but has charachter and charm for sure.

Ordered through Grub Hub. Service was fantastic. Nicest guy delivered! Pizza was very good and tasty (as others have said - excellent crust and I too usually "leave" the crust - not this time!). Toppings were plentiful and pizza was delivered as though it had just come out of the oven. Plus I like when delivery places bring you napkins and plasticware to use with your meal which they did. Highly recommend!

Crust is crispy and light. Pizza is not overly greasy, and staff is friendly. Im in love.

Very good pizza in Bellevue. Ordered a large pepperoni (spicy) roasted garlic and basil. The slices were foldable the crust was chewy and it wasn't over loaded on sauce. Its a bit speedy and I would like a little more taste in the crust but over all a solid choice for locals. Protip: The location is nondescript and there's limited free parking. If you live in Bellevue take a walk and eat at one of the outdoor tables.

I love this place. They are near my job, but I'd drive farther to come. Great, fast service and high quality New York style pizza and pastas etc. Great food, they know me by name, and I always leave stuffed for a good price. It really doesn't get better than that when you're looking for a great, quick meal, lunch or dinner. Keep up the good work Topolino's!

This pizza is amazing! And not too expensive. They had a large pizza, Caesar salad and 2 liter for $23. They also have gluten free crust too. This isn't a saucy pizza, it's just perfect! The salad was huge and the dressing was really tasty. I highly recommend this place. Not a lot of seating but we took it to go, there was a big group already sitting.

I hate to do this as I love their pizza. I love their pizza that I brought my family here today even though it os not really a dining place. Well one pizza came out wet. Yeah, wet the whole bottom. I told the guy and he said it was oil. It was not. It seemed that metal plate was wet from cleaning and they did not wipe it. Too bad that this the last time I am coming this place.

Five star. Go here. Prosciutto pizza my personal favorite and new addiction. Ive ate pizza from coast to coast and this is delicious. Youll spend a little more but the quality.... right down to the dough.. unmatched. And yes I am aware of california pizza kitchen down the street. Go there if you like, you wont be disappointed, but dont make a decision you cant sleep with, go to topolinos... it is unbeatable.

I'm from the east coast. I worked at a great family-owned pizza restaurant. I know pizza and Topolino's knows pizza too. If you love NY style pizza, you won't be disappointed. Also, I have to strongly recommend the subs as well. I got a meatball sub and it was fantastic. The bread is freshly made. I don't like that flavorless crunchy French loaf. Topolino's bread is wonderfully homemade, slightly chewy almost like a fresh bagel. Delicious. And, I have to tell you, the meatball itself was one of the best I've ever had. Reminds me of meatballs I got from an Italian neighbor was I was small, growing up on the east coast. The sauce on the sub was slightly more acidic than I like but that was easily dampened with a bit more parmesan cheese on top. This place is a whole in the wall that I walked past many times but finally went it and I'm so glad I did. The first time I went their for lunch and got a meatball sub. I liked it so much, I came back for dinner and got the baked ziti. The next week, I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza -- heaven. These guys know what they are doing.

Yuck - my first impression. I'm usually a very forgiving person when it comes to pizza but this is just bad. I ordered a medium pepperoni, mushroom and olive pizza and a Greek Salad. The salad isn't bad but the dressing is nowhere close to what a Greek dressing should taste like. This was bottle fat-free Italian or some such yuck. Anyway, I'd eat it if I was on a dessert island and my options included cannibalism. Sorry Topolino's, nice try. Also, keep in mind that they automatically charge 15% gratuity if your order delivery and there's an option - if not strong suggestion to tip on top of that when you submit payment. Meh-

It's the service that really bothered me...the pizza was fine. I ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered to a working lunch. 6 pizzas arrived, and the price was twice what I was expecting ($120 as opposed to $60). The woman who delivered it gave a half hearted apology, and no offer for recompense. It was really disappointing, especially given that service from Pagliaci's is much better and the pizza is fairly comparable in my opinion. At this point I see no reason to order from them again. UPDATE*** I called today to talk with a manager, and she totally blew me off...for no reason....I can't believe that so many people like this place

Love. Been here plenty and ordered from them too many times to count. Every single time the food is amazing. Not one bad experience. And the staff is super nice too. Our fav... The margherita pizza *with a side of their divine marinara to slather on or dip as we please. Seriously, amazeballs USA. The mozzarella melts in your mouth, the fresh basil is just perfect, and the crust is the best in Seattle and Bellevue. Puts other place that rhymes with smagliacci to shame. Yumm O

Basically most frozen pizza are better are you kidding me their pizza all dough. Their delivery was best thing I ordered the pizza at 11.30 and cardboard pizzas where their 35 minutes later.

I only got to eat in one place while I was up near Seattle and by pure chance this was the place. Perfect North West experience as the friendly woman behind the bar rather stereotypically wished me a happy spring equinox. ;-) Decent pizza on cheap lunch special. I was totally happy with it, if I lived/worked nearby I'd be hear often.

Ordered from these guys through eat24.com and sadly it wasn't very good. I ordered at 3:05 and they called quickly to ask if it was okay if my food came at 4:30 (30 minutes past the expected delivery time). I said ok as I'd had a later breakfast and my manager had brought me a cupcake. No rush. 4:47pm and still no call, so I contacted eat24's customer service, they called Topolino's and said the driver would be at my office soon. Finally got my food at 5pm. The vegetarian lasagna was good, but their marinara has fennel seeds and I really don't like fennel seeds. So that kind of ruined it for me. Their garlic bread is more butter-soaked and squishy than any I've ever had. I've made better at home :( Won't be ordering from them again - just overall a disappointing experience and waste of my money.

The best pizza on the east side. I would even say the best pizza in the Peugeot sound. Fresh, delicious, and done with the perfect Brooklyn style. That includes the people too, if you can't handle the sharpness of their demeanor then stop being a sissy. Their both actually really kind but don't waste any time so don't get that confused with rudeness. Get some pizza and everything else they have and love your life.

Topolino's is a small independent pizza place that's really set up for take out, though there are a couple of tables. The pizza is the best I've found in Bellevue, which is dominated by formulaic chains. That said, I've given up on pizza in Bellevue. I suppose I'm damning Topo's with faint praise, but the owner's from New York and should be able to do better.

This review is based on the service provided by Topolino's at the Bellevue Downtown Park 4th of July food court. When you are a local business and decide to pay to have a food kiosk at a very high profile and high attendance community event, one would think this is your time to shine. Your time to provide outstanding service, great variety and service with a smile. After all, think of the literally thousands of new customers you could reach in one evening. Advertising that is beyond power here... Sadly, Topolino's completely missed the ball tonight in Downtown Bellevue. There sign promises that if you have questions, just ask. Well, I did and boy did I get bad service because of it. One would think I asked an insult type question... nope, simply asked if they had any other pizza varieties then Cheese or Pepperoni. Earlier in the night they had sausage so it is very possible more was coming, or more was in the heating stations... The lady working the booth said do you want Peporonni or Cheese that is all we have. I asked her if she knew if more choices were coming later, in which a male by the warming station jumped in does he want the pizza or not. I asked him if more toppigns were coming and he said he didnt know, it was late and the cook will just bring what ever pizza he wants next. Um,... this was at 6pm a night, at an event that goes until 9:30 for food service, it is not late for one thing. Second, he looked right at his cell phone numerous times during the conversation. The pizza places home is literally walking distance to the event and he says he has no clue what is coming next. I was not asking for a special request or type of pizza, just what other options were available. The lady said its best just to come back later and we might have something different. Wow, talk about HORRIBLE service. If you dont want to be in the guest service industry, get out. From reading other Yelps, it is clear that others feel the same way. What is funny is there booth had no line at all and no one behind me this whole conversation. I walked over to the competing pizza stand in the venue which had a line of 15 people deep to order, 10 waiting to pick up made to order pizzas. They clearly know guest service. The fact you sell the same product, and your product was cheaper, but no one is in line for your place the the other guys have a long line shows that I am not the only one who did not get a welcoming vibe from your stand. Working in Bellevue, I very frequently get pizzas for a large group of people. I always love trying new places but I will be sure to cross Topolino's off my list.

We're staying at The Hilton Bellevue for a conference and my wife and I decided to head back to our room and order a pizza and just relax. We found this place on yelp and we are so happy we did. He delivered to our room as long as we spent $20 before taxes. We got a large Topolinos Special which was similar to a combo, and cheesy garlic bread and a 2-liter. The total was $31 which included delivery AND TIP! The pizza was bomb!! The cheesy garlic bread was amazing! I'm from the SF Bay Area and Round Table is our preferred pizza but I gotta tell you that I may have found my new fav. Highly recommended.

This place is not suitable for large orders so don't even try. They claimed that it wouldn't be a problem and it turned out that they were 20 mins late, forgot a third of our orders and then ran out of dough. Horrible! don't take on something you can not handle

I'm an Italian from an Italian community in Upstate New York. When I moved out to Seattle 20 years ago, I wanted to find a place that made real New York style pizza - giant fold-able, dripping slices, real Italian marinara, and bubbling, slightly browned cheese on top. It took me 20 years but I finally found it. Topolino's Pizza in Bellevue is the place. It's a hole in the wall little shop and when you walk in it no longer feels like you're in upscale Bellevue but in one of the shops in downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan. The smell is exactly like the pizza shops in the Italian neighborhood where I grew up (and worked in during high school), and the woman behind the counter could have been one of my aunts. She was boisterous, friendly and yelled instead of talked. This is where you go when you want authenticity, not polish. The first thing you get when you walk in is not "how may I help you?" but "what do you want?" Some reviewers said they felt that they were treated rudely, but nothing could be further from the truth. This is how you talk to people that are family, and if this place is anything like my hometown pizzerias, when you walk in the door of their shop you're family. So far, so good. To make sure I got a good test of their pizza, I ordered what I consider a standard-pepperoni and extra cheese. I also tried what they said was their most popular, pepperoni and sausage. The pizza came in about 4 minutes, right out of the oven piping hot. The cheese was dripping and slightly brown on top, and sitting on wax paper to absorb the grease. I was getting excited, this was looking just right. Next step, pick up a piece. This was difficult, as it should have been. The cheese was completely melted and the sauce was on the bottom, so the only way to get it in your mouth is to pick it up quickly and FOLD the slice. Perfect. Then came the first bite. I was instantly transported back to Tony's, or O'scugnizzo, or D'Agostino's. It. Was. Perfect. Before I knew it I had downed several slices and still wanted more. If you want pizza, real Italian-American pizza like they make it back east, I haven't found any place in Washington that will deliver the goods like Topolino's.

Bumped into this pizza place when we were in downtown bellevue. We ordered house special medium creamy chicken pizza which was around $17. The pizza was ok according the price. I don't understand the 5 star reviews that this place got.

With all these high rises and generic corporate eating places in Bellevue, I discovered an awesome pizza place. I ordered a small pizza with sausage and ricotta. Nice and hot, good browness on the crust and cheese. Very thin and not overly crisp which is how I like it. Would definitely go back. The only disappointment is I ordered a cannoli and the taste was good but very small and the filling was not piped thru the entire length, which seems a bit odd. Next time I got to try the baked Ziti.

I used to get their lunch special all of the time when I worked next door! Now I am at home with a baby and my husband travels for work often. I am so glad I discovered that they deliver! Since Garlic Jim's closed we go back and forth between super expensive (but good!) Pagliacci's and not-so-delicious but cheap Papa John's. This is a perfect replacement for Garlic Jim's! I really like that they have dishes other than pizza too. Online ordering is pretty straightforward and the delivery is fast! Their delivery people are so friendly and nice compared to other delivery people in the area. The food is really good and the portions are good sized. I especially like the pesto and feta bread!

This pizza place gets props for being the only one in Bellevue I know of that actually has vegan options on its menu. Sure, some others you might be able to get some custom order if you know which ingredients are okay or not, but this is the only one I would say is actually vegan friendly. I ordered a pizza online to pick up for delivery. Unfortunately, I did not realize it had olives on it. And there were a lot of olives. But that is my mistake, not theirs. So I went to pick up the pizza and basically it was ready very quickly. I think it took about 15 minutes before I received the pizza. I thought their crust was very good, but it was a bit lacking in toppings (aside from olives, there were way too many of those). Also, they do not have non-dairy cheese. I love some of the pizza places in Seattle that have vegan cheese (Pizza Pi, Razzi's, ZPizza, etc). If they had vegan cheese, I would rate it a 4 or a 5, but sadly they don't. Oh well, it is the best place to go if I don't want to pay an extra few dollars in tolls for crossing 520.

Would have got a higher rating, based on the good pizza, but it was torpedoed by the delivery driver. DO NOT order delivery unless you live near downtown Bellevue. I live near Factoria, so I called first to ask if they deliver this far away. They said yes, but there is a $75 minimum to go south of I-90. No problem, I ordered $100 worth of soda, pizza and deserts. They automatically add a 15% gratuity for delivery orders but, since it was so far, I had a $20 in my hand to give to the driver in addition to the mandatory gratuity. That was until he came to my door and said, "This is too far. It's not worth it for me to deliver this far on a $100 order." I signed the credit card receipt, put the $20 back in my pocket, and called the owner. The owner said they will always deliver to me and to just ignore the driver. No apology, no discount, no nothing. Again, the food is good and the horrible attitude really makes you feel like you're in New York so ... I guess it is authentic.

I tried this place one more time since there isn't a whole of pizza options near my house. I actually let them deliver this time. I had a buzz on. I ordered double cheese and double pepperoni and cheese sticks. The double pepperoni..ya I had 8 pieces of pepperoni. This place sucks!!! I ordered cheese sticks and they were the worst food I have ever ordered ANYWHERE!!!! When I called to complain the manager hung up on me. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF!!!!!

This place is a kind of a hole in the wall. I walk past it every day on my way to the office but just recently decided to give it a go. I've ordered pizza from here on two separate occasions. The first time I got a medium Topolino's special and the second I got a half pepperoni and a half tropicale (hawaiian). Unfortunately they do not do pizza by the slice. That might warrant them another star. The pizza comes out extremely quick. I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes either time after ordering. The crust is definitely what I'd consider a thin crust pizza. Not as floppy thin as a super slice that you might find in other "new york style" pizza shops, but definitely on the thinner side. The crust is more chewy than it is crunchy but has a good flavor to it. The sauce is subtle but works well with the toppings. I noticed both times that the typical grease pool on top of the pizza and the grease spot on the bottom of the box were not as big as you'd expect for a pizza. I'm not calling their pizza healthy (although they do have blown up print outs of the new york pizza diet articles in the front), but their pizza doesn't leave me feeling as bloated as some other places - I'm looking at you pizza hut and papa john's. I'm a fan.

Came in about a week ago, heard about it from a few friends, so I went for it. Great decision!i I called in for take out first thing I heard a very energetic and humorous young man. Along with great pizza, the service kept me entertained. I must say everything these guys do dough, sauce, cheese is a flavor bomb in my mouth. Seriously, the BEST pizza I've ever had!! Go to Toplino's if you want authentic NY style pizza. I don't know why these guys aren't a 5 star pizza place, I've gone to many and haven't had anything that compares. Puts MOD, Pagaliacci and Zeeks to shame.

Lorna D. has been craving clam and garlic pizza since her move here from the Bay Area. She's been searching high and low, and finally, someone suggested this place for her. The big difference with clam and garlic pizza is how the clams are presented on your pie. Lorna likes them off the shell, thrown in with the pizza. Whereas it looks like fancier restaurants leave them sitting pretty in the shell. A nice sight to see, but a pain to deal with. Topolino Pizza throws their baby clams (sans shell) right on top, with a generous amount of garlic. We got a medium size for $16.50. I like my share of thin crust pizza, although I'm not usually one to order clam and garlic. But this version was pretty damn good. I definitely ate my share and I liked it. She has made a convert out of me! (A couple of weeks later, I was chowing on some kind of pizza and had no idea what kind it was until later - clam and garlic! No wonder it was everyone else's favorite too!) This location is pretty small, mostly for take out although there are about three tables or so inside. There might be restrooms available, but I didn't want to bother asking. They also don't serve pizza by the slice, so don't even ask them for that. Overall, I like clam and garlic thin crust pizza. It was a decent experience! 3.5

One of the worst pizza experiences of my life! I would not order again. I happen to love their pizza, yet their delivery and customer service have ruined the entire experience. My son ordered a pizza and when ordered, they said it would be delivered in 40 minutes. When I got home to a frustrated and hungry 19 year old, an hour later, still no pizza, so I called. And they were rude to me. They made up excuses instead of just saying they were behind or that deliver would be another hour+. They said traffic in Bellevue was bad. The thing is, I had just come from downtown Bellevue, it wasn't bad. So, I said so, the person on the other end of the phone said very rudely - "well, then you should have picked up your pizza!". We called again, and were hung up on. The pizza arrived 2 hours later, and we rejected it. By that time, we had all found other food to eat. They do not have a sustainable customer service business model, and I will never, ever order from them again. And the kicker, this experience cost us $42.

The Pizza here is decent but I don't buy into the 5 star hype that some people give this place. Come on people have you ever had pizza in New York before. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast. So this makes it a good lunch spot.

I adore Topolino's Brooklyn-style thin crust pizzas. It brings me back to the days of walking up Park Slope for a slice, although Topolino's doesn't sell slices. Their justification is reasonable. Who wants to eat pizza pie that's been sitting around for who knows how long? Anyway, you'll be much happier ordering a small and taking the leftovers home with you to enjoy later. If you're a meat lover, order the Carnivoro. The spinach salad is scrumptious with the added flair of pancetta bits and pimento. The calzones are tasty as well, and are generously sized. They also offer vegetarian and vegan pizza options! The establishment itself even reminds me of a Brooklyn pizzeria, all the real estate is taken up by the kitchen. They have 2 or 3 tables and a few barstools which will all be filled on any given lunch hour.

The food is good but the service is awful. I waited over two hours for my delivery which was supposed to take 45-60 minutes. When I called to check on my order they didn't answer the first time. I called back and before I could even say hello the lady told me to "hold on". She then talked to someone for a couple minutes and then passed me off onto someone else who said that they didn't even have a delivery in the store and that the driver left 10 mins ago. He didn't even bother to get any of my info to make sure it was my order that the driver was delivering. When my food finally arrived at my house it was barely even warm. I can't believe they charge so much and still give such terrible service. The food is good but not worth the price or the lack of customer service. I mean, you have my phone number, if you're that backed up, at least give me a call and let me know it's going to be much later than I expected.

I came here with my friends for dinner one time. All the other places were crowded, crowded. Our last resort was this place. My friend suggested it, she described it as a hole in the wall, but a hole in the wall with good pizza. I guess we just trusted her with this, and went along. The ordering here, simple. Just choose what type of pizza you want. We decided on a simple cheese pizza, and a couple root beers. We sat down in the shop, and ate our pizza. The place is kind of awkward, and the people running the place were overly friendly. They asked us where we went to school, and a guy there actually graduated from our school. How creepy is that? Anyway, back to the pizza. The pizza here is pretty greasy. The crust is thin, kind of like New York styled pie. I blotted the grease quite a bit, before it was acceptable to eat. I'd come back, maybe. Try their tropicale, gourmet pesto, greek, Mediterranean veggie, BBQ chicken, calzones, and desserts!

Wow, I'm shocked that there aren't more stellar, five star reviews for Topolino's! I find their cheese pizza to be probably ranking in the top two cheese pizzas I have ever had in my life. They consistantly deliver on their quality cheese, having just the perfect amount of crust, equally distributed amount of sauce and a melting of the cheese that looks as though it was performed from the cheese Gods. My better half and I typically only get Topolino's when we are in the downtown Bellevue area and are famished. There have been not one, but two times, where Topolino's was about to close their doors for the night, but they made an exception for us to make our fresh pizza pies. They seem to have a way with the customer, definitely a unique way since there are some characters who work there, but it works for us! Just remember, cheese please! A large Topolino's cheese pizza reminds me of Kevin McAllister in Home Alone when he gets excited for that long awaited "cheese pizza, just for me!".

Called in a pick up order for a large Topolino's Special Friday night early. They asked how soon I'd be in and told me that the pizza would go in once I got there. Went in and done in about 7 minutes. Cool! Great service. Added a small order of meatballs paid $30 plus including a generous tip and drove 3 blocks home. Pizza crust was was gummy, and I swear there was zero cheese. Pizza barely edible. Meatballs were cold as ice and had all the character of Chef Boyardee. Really???? Peter F.

Perfectly fine pizza. Not bad, not great. Sauce and crust are fine and a bit thin on both accounts. Pricing is average (lg pepperoni is like 18.65 inc. tax) for the area. They are wicked quick with the orders (7-10 min after phone call) which is great. No complaints. Nothing outstanding.

I had some semi high hopes for this place (mainly word of mouth) but sadly I'm quite disappointed. This is the 2nd time we've tried this place (first time for delivery). If I had written this review after our first experience with this place another star or 2 may have been added. The first time we had ordered pasta to go - penne al pesto. It was pretty damn good! And the homemade bread loaf was great. But this time we ordered the same dish for delivery....or what we thought was the same dish.... What came was penne and pesto and crappy thin bread and thats it! The dish we wanted was pesto with melted and baked cheese and goodness. This pesto dish tasted like something I could make from my cuisinart, if not worse. Haven't tried the pizza so cant comment on that. Likely won't be ordering from here again.

Extremely disappointed. We went here based off of some of the decent reviews here on yelp. Though we usually take bad reviews with a grain of salt, the bad reviews were spot on. I've never had pizza in NYC before but if this is what it is, then I'm not interested in trying it. $1 pizza slices downtown Vancouver, BC is miles better than this garbage. Even frozen California Pizza Kitchen pizza tastes better than this. And that's where this pizza fails. Taste. No taste at all. We found ourselves covering the pizza with red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and even busted out the trusty bottle of ranch dressing in order to taste something.. anything! Where the hell is the sauce anyway? I couldn't seem to find any. And those complaining about grease? I wish there was grease! It was pretty much stale and dry. We had a place in So Cal called New York Upper Crust that can teach this place a lesson or two. One of the lessons, besides flavor, is crispy crust. We almost always have to bring the pizza home and put some slices on a hot pan and pop it into the over for about 10 minutes just to get the crust right. This did not help Topolino Pizza at all. If this place wants to last through 2011, they may want to consider doing what Domino's did. Change their recipe. Actually add some flavor, get your sauce right and maybe even lower the price. $27 for a large pepperoni pie and small caesar salad? So NOT worth it. I will not go back to this place, even if the pizza was free. I've never told anybody to order Domino's or Pizza Hut over a local pizza parlor before, but sadly, they're better than this joint. Topolino's will leave you with a sour stomach.

Topolino's is one of the few places I've found in the Seattle metro area that has good New York style pizza - I've never had anything else there. They are a bit pricey so I don't go very often, but every few months I bite the bullet and get a fresh, hot pizza; it is certainly cheaper than plane tickets back to the NYC metro area to satisfy the craving. My usual, the best offering, is the clam and garlic pizza (~$21 for a large) although certainly an acquired taste as a dining companion once described it simply as "ick," and I've been asked upon ordering it if I was Italian (which I am) as if I'd given them the secret handshake by my order and they just wanted to confirm. I've only ever done takeout, so I'm not sure what the dine-in experience would be like. Once, I went here and they were "out" of large pizzas; I think they were actually out of the boxes - how does that even happen besides being highly ill prepared? They didn't offer me any kind of consolation on 2 mediums which is what I would have expected, so I left. Besides that, I've never had any attitude/service issues, although it's definitely a Brooklyn attitude.

My boyfriend and I tried Topolino's pizza this evening for the first time. Maybe my expectations were too high - "true taste of Brooklyn" and all, but I'm pretty sure this is our first and last time ordering from them. There was nothing special about it...not a whole lot of flavor. The Topolino Special was alright, but the Gourmet Porcini I was totally disappointed with! Couldn't really taste the garlic at all, and if you're going to name it that, then please, let there be mushrooms! Oh,well...plenty of other pizza options out there.

Guilty, I love pizza and I love this place. I ordered 6 large pizzas and 3 liters of soda today for our project meeting. Unfortunately, the meeting was 5 hours long. Ouch! Fortunately, Topolino's to the rescue! And it's only about 3 miles away from my office. I ordered the carnivoro, BBQ chicken, veggie, margherita, special and canadian bacon/ pineapple. Super easy ordering, and they deliver - ON TIME! The pies were promised at 11:45am (noon meeting) and they were at my receptionists desk at 11:45!! Awesome service! Thanks Topolino's! We all stayed awake at the meeting, thanks to the pizza and sodas. P.s. They also have dining in option and give a great lunch deal that I've taken advantage of many times which consists of a small pizza, and soda for a very reasonable price. In the summertimes, there is usually a line out the door.

My friend swears by this pizza. I think he goes several times a week - they recognized him. So of course, you have to go with what he recommends - the classic peperoni pizza. Which came piping hot, crust in between think and thick, and pretty darn good peperoni. I also had their house salad, which, was well, a salad. Their calzones sounded good, and they make their cannoli - worth a try. I wouldn't drive to the East Side just to sit in a small narrow dining room that is more like a waiting room with tables, but may check out the Capital Hill location...

After reading about how awesome this pizza establishment is, I thought my socks were going to get knocked off. instead, my socks became more stinky...with disappointment. Although the pizza crust was delicious and the service was fast, i wasn't floored by the pizza. I went in asking the guy at the counter, "what are you guys famous for?" I forgot the name of the pizza but it was the one with A LOT of meat on it. Seriously, just by looking at it, it seems as if you might grow a pair of balls because it had so much meat. but i'm a girl, i don't want to grow balls. i think i should have tried the garlic something.... i'll go there again but not tomorrow or the next day.

Had I known Don was going to grab dinner here, I would have made him order a whole pizza so i could try it out. Sean's assesment of it being "good New York Style pizza' and the clam/garlic option is something I'm still waiting to test out. However, he was just grabbing a bite waiting for me to arrive for coffee, so alas, all he ordered was spaghetti. I wasn't allowed to sit and watch him eat, he insisted on sharing. He always does. I have to agree the meatballs were pretty tasty. They were very dense and very moist, so as they cooled it has a somewhat 'spongey' texture. Made figuring out how to cut and/or eat them w/ a small plastic fork a bit of a challenge. The sauce had a sweetness to it, but in the best way. There was no 'tomato acid' over ride, either. A pretty good balance of flavor. It's served with what boils down to a hunk of bread. Simple and light. Next time he works late, he's ordering the clam and garlic pizza though. I insist.

I had high hopes, hopes fueled by the rumor that this really was Brooklyn-esque pie available in of all places, downtown Bellevue. It seems impossible, but there it was... garishly hand-painted red-white-and-green interior, well-worn pizza ovens chugging along, and the tall and bossy woman at the cash register... oh yeah! Salami? She said, SALAMI? I said, "Yeah, you have that on the menu, right? I like it on my pie." And then she was all smiles... you don't sound like you're from back home, but you must be... and then I 'fessed up to having been raised in north Jersey (Morris Plains and Randolph Township, in fact). The salami and green pepper pie that I had was really good. Crust was near perfect, sauce really good, toppings generous and tasty. I like that they have canned sodas and bottled water; no mystery fountain activity here. My friends had sausage and pepperoni pie, a Canadian bacon and pineapple pie, and an Ultimate Vegetarian calzone and everyone was happy. The food hit the table about five minutes after we ordered too which makes up for the fact that they don't sell slices (which would get you run out of town in NYC, but we're not there, so OK). Prices were totally fair, the place seemed clean, and the utilitarian dining area (including the "Best Service in Town! -- Buss Your Own Table" sign) is very authentic. No winos to make it even more real, but hey, it was noon in Bellevue. They do catering and their menu is online. I really like this place and will become a regular soon. :-)

I have had this company deliver to me multiple times. I have never had a problem and I live about a mile and a half away on 140th ave in Bellevue. He told me today that his drivers don't like to drive that far for one lousy pizza and the min would be 60$. I can't believe this crap I will NEVER order from these guys again.

I was checking out a report saying there was decepticons in bellevue. No decepticons found but I did find a crappy pizza place. For ten cyber dollars I got a pizza that tasted like the box it came in. they have some quality ingredients but the crust ruins everything. the crust was so hard I'm thinking of using it as projectiles for the new weapon system ironside is building. Also there was some older lady who looked at me and gave me one of those fake(& really creepy) smiles I really hate that. Dont wast your money go to redstar instead better pizza better people much better prices.

Just ate here once because my wife read something good about it. The place has character, the owner has character, but the place lacks comfort and the pizza didn't taste very good. Plus the food was slow to appear. I've had plenty of New-Haven-style pizza, and upstate-New-York-style pizza, and both were better. Still, rather fun place to stop in for a meal.

Ok. Let's get one thing straight. Let's not call this Brookyn style pizza. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, and lived there for 18 years. This does not deserve to be called Brooklyn style. Is it awful? No. Is it better than pizza hut, domino's, and papa john's? Yes. But that doesn't make it good. The flavor was alright, but there was practically no sauce, the crust wasn't THAT thin, and the dough was chewy and undercooked. I liked the ambience of the place, especially in look-at-me-look-at-me-I'm-so-Bel Air Bellevue. It definitely felt a litle bit like I was back in Brooklyn. And the guys at the shop are working it to get you to come back. They were nice guys. But ultimately for me, no matter the place, if I come back, its for the food.

I ate Delfino's last week, and being a pizza snob and a Midwesterner by birth, I thought I pretty much had nailed one of the top pizza places in the Seattle metro area. Then my better half and I were hungry on Saturday afternoon, and a Yelp searched picked up Topolino's. From the reviews, it looked pretty promising. We headed over there and got there slightly before they opened, but the guy behind the counter (who we later found to be the owner's son) took our order and told us to be back in about 20 minutes. We returned in 20 minutes and got our pizza. The smell assaulted our nostrils with goodness. After the doughly lumpeness at Delfino's that they call a crust, this pizza was a revelation! Fresh, just the right amount of crunchyness and not too doughy. We got the Topolino's Special pizza, which included various vegetables and sliced sausage. The ingredients were super high quality and the pizza was not too greasy. In a state that seems to be known for its mediocre pizza, this is THE PLACE for awesome Brooklyn-style pizza (which I hadn't really experienced before then). Delfino's is gonna be hard to go back to. Tutta Bella...nice ambience but come on, your pizza is nothing compared to Topolino's and its cheap pizza joint ambience! Cento Fante!? You have to be kidding. That place makes Sbarro's look good. Criticism? It is a little pricey (although Tutta Bella is a lot more expensive and not as good or filling). Ambience is very "Brooklyn" or maybe "U-District" - this place is an anachronism in downtown Bellevue. Not enough seating in the current location for how good it is. Anyway, come here, you will not be disappointed.

To be honest I have never gotten an actual pizza here, but I have gotten a sub and calazone, both of which were excellent. This is a small hole in wall type place, but definitely delivers on food and service. Ingredients are seemingly fresh, and sauce is very good. Portions are fairly large. It is best to hit this place during traditional lunch or dinner hours, it seems to run out of things after. Also, they seem to have a motley crew in the kitchen during the odd hours.

I ordered the 'meat eaters pizza'...( $24 large)...was very lacking of toppings! The large Greek salad was nothng more than a few greek olives, lettuce and some feta w/ dressing. Wondering if it was the coupon I used that made the guy go cheap on me. I was expecting something amazing...received a 12 ounce ( it seemed) pizza with a total rip off of a salad for $10. The calzones were okay...but not worth $8 each. This guy needs to stay consistent and really fill the pizzas with the toppings...EVEN WHEN SOMEONE IS USING A COUPON. I should have driven to Issaquah to Flying Pies. For $24 there..you get what seems lioke a 3 pound pizza! I will give this place one more chance and write a review again if a different experience...even though it was like 'dead' when I went there.

I've been here twice, once ordering their lunch-time pizza deal (a small personal sized pizza w/ 2 toppings + pop) and another their meatball calzone. Either choice will leave you satisfied for lunch; the pizza crust is thin ala New York Style, which I love because it really lets you taste the toppings and sauce, rather than some super-thick breaded pizza like a Boboli's you could make at home. Their calzone was delicious, with a nice brown crust and ricotta and meatball stuffing. I can't really compare this to other pizza places in Seattle, as there aren't too many other 'New York style' pizza places here. I guess there's Serious Pie out in downtown, which is good also, albeit a tad overpriced, and depending on your condiments, can be mega-salty (their clam topping to name one). What I can say is that this place is loads better than your typical 'big chain pizza place', and offers a different style of pie than, say, Piecora's or Pagliacci... now if I can only find a place with authentic 'Chicago-style deep dish pizza'!

Rude Services, chewy NY-Style crust. What's not to like? I agree that the lunch special is awesome. I actually like the food better when it's eaten right there in the shop for some reason. I only dinged them a star because they have a small delivery area and I'm kinda tired of eating Topolino's for lunch meetings at work every day. That being said, I like their greek(ish) salads pretty well. It's surprisingly good for a pizza joint salad. I wouldn't qualify it as "Uber-nummy," but it's tolerable for Seattle-Area Pizza.

If pizzas came without calories I'd eat this pizza from here once a week. Too bad they have calories.. and wii fit isn't a very burning workout. This place has Great Pizzas... some days I wonder what the hell they put in it. I love the clam and garlic... mmmm. *drool* Their calzones are super good too! In general they are very friendly and relatively fast, they also deliver....okay.. I have to stop here with my review.. anymore and I'll have to go buy some of their pizza..

This was once a proud pizza shop, that had authentic NY pizza shop feel. Now you just get the short semi-rudeness of some new yorker behind the counter, and a crap excuse for pizza. Any idiot can throw a boat load of spices on the pizza to make it "unique". The cheese has no taste, the guy was rude, and his NY relatives would give him a pair of cement shoes for calling this NY pizza. Overall, avoid this dump.

I got a ham & cheese calzone and a pepperoni pizza to go. The calzone was overloaded with ricotta and all the ham and swiss was located towards the corner. I've had much better, but it wasn't awful. The pizza was just okay and didn't re-heat well. Don't think I'll be back.

A good friend was raving about this place and we have always drove passed it in wonder. This week our curiosity got the best of us and decided to have some Topolinos. Overall experience was fine. I don't know why people were ranting about how sucky it was. LOL. Tasted alright to me and I think I can say I'm somewhat of a pizza connoisseur. When we ate it at home, we enjoyed all the flavors the pizza had. We would have liked to have the pizza a little bit warmer, but I'm sure we'll go ahead and try Topolinos pizza again and other items on their menu.

Pizza was delivered not fully cooked. I called to complain about it and the manager told me that's impossible and told me to go to Domino's or other pizza restaurant and hung up. I called back and he told me to "F*** off" in a loud voice. They have no class what so ever and should not be supported.

I appreciate that they have classic pizza toppings (read no avocado), but to call this pizza "New York style" is practically sacrilege. They've got the sauce right...not too sweet, but the dough is generic and dry. Its this reviewers opinion that its not truly New York pizza unless the slices are so obscenely large and the crust is so thin that you can fold it in half and eat it on the go. The prices are also Bellevue-esqe. "Why yes I would like to spend 20 dollars a simple pepperoni pizza."

This is our favorite pizza place we have found in the entire county. Delivery is super fast and includes the tip in the price which I prefer. We have ordered from them at least 30 times and so far never had anything other than great pizza. We almost always get the pepperoni pie with extra cheese, just a great classic thin crust pizza.

Pizza was tasty - shared the Lunch for Two (medium pizza + 2 drinks). Thought it was still a bit expensive for a lunch (with tax, almost $20). If my department catered it for lunch, I wouldn't complain. But I don't think I would go again on my own.

Well the one thing this place has going for it is that it's unique. It's got that hole-in-the-wall or family-owned that you just don't get from the franchise pizza places. Unfortunately, the pizza and other food just isn't that good. The quality of ingredients is low, there's alot of grease, and prices are relatively high. My absolute minimum bar for pizza is it's got to taste better than Domino's. And this place just doesn't reliably meet that expectation. I've tried a few other dishes like the meatball sub and spaghetti. Same problems. Mushy, bland tasting, low quality, high bill. The one reason I continue to come back here is that I used to live in New York, and this is the only place in Bellevue with same sort of feel as the family-owned pizza places in my old neighborhood.

this is my favorite pizza. yes, it's very greasy. but it's 100% greasy goodness! i have never tried anything besides the cheese pizza, but that's because it is simply amazing every single time. we call about 15 minutes prior to picking it up and it's almost always ready to go. 5 stars for sure!

Wow, I'm surprised I have not reviewed Topolino's yet. Anyway I find myself constantly craving New York Style Pizza. I've had pizza in Chicago, NYC, Italy, California, etc...I think the majority of places people claim make the best pizza. And IMO I like New York Pizza the best. Anyway so many times I've driven by this place that has a large sign that says "New York style pizza" (or something to that extent)...so I had to give this place a try. First off, it really isn't New York Style pizza. It's close, but the crust although the same thickness, it's just a little too gummy and soft to be a true NYC pizza. However, it's still a great pizza. They bake Pizzas on order (they use par-baked crusts so it takes about 5-7 mins to get your pizza), they use pretty fresh ingredients, and have a nice blend of herbs that make a tasty Pizza sauce. The parking lot is somewhat crammed, but I've never had an issue finding parking. The pricing for this place is definitely not cheaper like some other Pizza joints in the area..so i would consider Topolinos more of a TREAT pizza than everyday pizza. But it's a great place to eat, and I actually recommend eating there as the pizza is fresh out of the oven when its on your table..rather than sitting in a box in a car for the length of time it takes to get to work/home. I do wish Topolino sold Pizza by the slice, but I'm not amongst their Lunch crowd..so it's not that big of a deal. Oh and they carry Orange Soda and have nice dinner specials for 2-4 people.. If you're in downtown bellevue and craving some good Pizza..definitely go to Topolino, it great especially before a movie at Lincoln Square. ~G

c'mon. this place is not new york. it is another average washington state pizza place. my entire family was disappointed; we came expecting the shizzle and got, well, crap. not worth any effort getting here, sorry. head to bellevue square and get a slice at cento fante! that's good pizza.

Not very good :( I heard so much hype about this place and when I got there it was an over priced soggy piece of cardboard.. A pizza like this should cost $6, not $25, this is the kind of pizza you serve to drunk people on the sidewalk for $1.25 a slice. I'll probably never return.

This place is probably the best on the EAST side.. however they have some serious competition with a joint in Seattle not naming names.. but if your on the EAST side of seattle, and are feeling pizza, grab a slice from this place for lunch. It wont disappoint. Not a dinner type place, but most def a good lunch spot.

This pizza made me so happy! We just had plain cheese, but it was so tasty - the crust was perfect, sauce was delicious and lots of good little seasonings in there...including garlic. It was really garlicky, but I think that made it that much better! Eating in...only a counter and two tables inside, plus a few tables outside. I'll definitely eat here again!

Wow. Hands down the best NY style pizza I've found on the west coast... and since I'm partial to NY style pizza, I guess I can also say it's the best pizza I've found on the west coast! In fact, I live in Seattle and never go to the east side but I will for this pizza. Rumor has it, he's opening another Topolino's on Capitol Hill and I can't wait!! As for the rude service, I didn't see it. Everyone there was friendly and courteous.

My brother came over and brought the Pesto Pizza, Salami, Portobella mushroom w/ sun dried tomatoes, and Lasagna. Having just returned from having the most delicious slice of Pepperoni at 3am on 47St, I can say that this doesn't compare but it's not bad. The mushrooms rocks! Everyone needs to try it. The lasagna wasn't to my liking, a bit crumbly in the center...cottage cheese? But I'm sure there are those who like that. I'd eat here again!

i like the pizza here. we call in about 15 min ahead (right before we head out the door actually) and they throw it in the oven when we get there. they are fairly consistant with a tasty crusty that i feel has a great texture and crunch. we usually do half topolino's special and half tropicale (canadian bacon and pineapple). the latter is not very nyc-ish but f*ck it, i'm a wesside ridah anyways. haha. oh, and we get a small caesar salad to split and mebbe a side of 'shrooms (clams and garlic, beyotch. your breath will be brutal afterwards anyways). never had a problem with "rude" service...well, nothing i haven't experienced many many many times in nyc before. haha. prolly the best pizza in bellevue in my opinion. i just wished they delivered like another mile east to my house. aww yeah.

Best Pizza on the East Side. Try their Topolino's Calzone, which has enough garlic and spice to haunt you for days, and the side marinara is great too. Their chicken caesar salad is much better than Daniel's and they deliver too. The place is dinky and reminds me of many little pizza places in Brooklyn and Queens. Great pizza for Mets fans.

Great place for lunch pizzas. The lunch special is just under $8 for a two topping personal size pizza with a can of soda or bottle of water. I usually order this with basil and tomato and have never been disappointed. Thin, chewy crust, flavorful and well-spiced toppings and sauce! My coworker tried it for the first time and she constantly raved about her vegetariano pizza during lunch. The personal pizza is about 10" in diameter, about the size of two slices of pizza. Plenty filling for me and apparently good enough for a lot of the hard-working construction workers that eat there. I actually prefer Topolino's to Tutta Bella's as I like the taste of the sauce and the texture of the crust much better. Space is very tight so I would only recommend it for takeout but they do have seating for two groups of 4 and a counter space that fits 4-5 people. The parking lot is very tight so I sometimes end up parking in the adjacent empty lot that's under construction (I think). Definitely worth a visit!!

Great Pizza. Very good thin crust. The owner is very friendly and patient. We had a half cheese, half Gourmet Porcini (Artichoke ,Porcini ,Sun dried Tomato, Mushroom, Garlic). I've never seen my family devour a pizza like that before.

Full-flavored sauce - just enough spice, right amount of toppings on a nice, thin-crust. I had the Topolino's special and really enjoyed it.

For take out, this is good pizza, pasta and salads. The prices are decent when you consider how much the "cheap" pizza places really charge. I'm no native New Yorker, but based on my pizza experiences there I have to say don't go here expecting a taste of Brooklyn. Nevertheless, delish. My one complaint is that when you call in your order then don't put it in the oven til you get there. REALLY annoying. If I'm not going to be there for an hour, then I understand waiting til closer to my pick up time to fire my food, but if I say I'll be there in 15 minutes, have it ready to go in 15 minutes! I don't think they're exactly open to change at this old school place, so if you order to go, expect to wait 10 minutes for your food once you get there.

overall i was not wow'ed by this establishment, but i suppose this place caters to the crowd who grew up on this style of pizza. i had the sausage and pineapple, pepperoni, and bbq chicken pizzas so far. they were pretty light on the sauce but decent portions for toppings. the crust was kinda floppy, chewy and thin, which combined with the toppings may be why they were light on the sauce. not my preference for texture, but the taste was not horrible. also had the meatball calzone and garlic bread. the calzone shell was hard and chewy, but once i gnawed through that the inside was fairly good. the garlic bread crust was fairly flaky (good) but the white portion was thick and chewy (bad, i prefer bread to be fluffy). the marinara sauce provided was excellent. overall the texture of the food here tends to be chewy. sorry i can't really thinkg of a better word to describe the food here than a character from star wars. oh yeah, i guess i oculd say its fairly expensive. a large pie can run upwards of $25. calzones were more decently priced @ under $10 each. garlic bread was $6 for 2 fairly large pieces. their delivery area is small, they have a $20 minimum, and they automatically add a 15% delivery charge. none of this is listed on the flyer or on their website, i was notified of it rudely (some guy was like "$20 minium, bye" over the phone) or without notice (look on my delivery receipt and see a tip included). i was actually planning on tipping the guy a bit more than the 15% since my place is very difficult to find, but being forced to show your appreciation kind of kills any feelings of generosity. parking is also a pita if you plan on picking up. the few times i went i had to park in a lot designated for other businesses because the 6 or so spots in their front lot are usually filled by people visitng the other 4 or so stores in their building. wtf is up with that... there are 4 other businesses there, you should assume all 4 of those require at least 1 employee to hold things down, so that means 4 spots for employees and 2 spots for the customers of all the extablishments? stupid. i think there is parking for these businesses in the back but i havent been back lately to check or figure out how to get into that lot. overall i wouldnt recommend this place at all unless you are looking for a little taste of home or feel like eating some fusion cuisine of chewing gum and pizza.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
