A nice resort hotel, we came here for a family occasion with a large group. That sat us in a nice private wine room. The grounds are a pleasure to walk around, with a stream outback and a bridge. Romantic. After some adjustments to temperature, it was a comfortable surrounding (the rest of the restaurant -- during summer -- was pretty quiet for a Saturday night). Service was fine, though again, would it be a crime for the server to refill water automatically?! As for the food, the menu is somewhat limited and a little pricey. And frankly, just a few days after the meal, its tough to remember anything special about it. We just came away satisfied, but not wow'ed. We enjoyed the food at Echo Lake Inn (up the road a few miles) better. But again, if you're staying in the area, this is a a perfectly acceptable choice for new American cuisine. Kind of like you'd expect at a country club. Nothing special, but nothing terrible either.

Great place to stay. We enjoyed the ambience and friendly relaxed vibe. Dont expect a high class hotel and you will have a great time!
If you're on a budget (since you're already playing a lot to ski), this is the place for you. It's 15 minutes from Okemo, and it's easy to get there. The price was right, the restaurant downstairs was awesome, and there was a nice bar downstairs. I'd recommend this place for people in their 20's, people on a budget, who just are looking for a simple place to rest their head at night. I would stay here again. They only do Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday mornings, so watch for that. Really simple Breakfast (2 cereals, granola, and some yogurt).
We enjoyed it. :) So as far as the other reviews... people talking about the lack of heat and the noise, those didn't apply to us. We were there for Memorial Day weekend, in the area to see the Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site. Because of that, the weather was lovely, and the bar wasn't open, so it was nice and quiet. Free wifi, very quiet. Al (the innkeeper) was very helpful suggesting places for us to eat and hike. Because we were there in May, they didn't have a chef there. Instead, we were given a voucher to have a breakfast at the Coolidge Site's diner. I'd stay there again. :)
