I will NEVER do business with wicked wings again. They have the most disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with, less than perfect food, and all around horrible attitudes in general. If you are looking for good food and good service, please do yourself a favor and just pass right by this place. You will get better food and service form a mcdonalds drive-thru. They will never come close to having the reputation of the Plum & Main resturaunt that was previously there. Wicked wings is not a respectable buisness, it is a low-class, poor quality dive bar. If you want to get drunk, they can manage that, but if you are looking for a decent, respectable place to sit and have a nice meal, dont bother here. I know absolutly nothing about The Hub resturant right across the street, but im sure they can treat you way nicer and serve you way better than wicked wings ever would. If you ever have the opportunity or the thought to go to wicked wings...PASS!

Wicked Wings is a stop I make whenever I come back to Vermont. The wings: Fresh raw wings get deep fried. The sauce of your choice is applied to the crispy perfect cooked wing and delivered to the table. Cajun ranch is certainly my favorite although any of the other choices are acceptable including the Melt Your Face option. The ambiance is casual. The help is satisfactory. The prices are a little steep, conversely the food is excellent. A premium price for a quality product... My go to here: 10 Cajun ranch wings, hot. A large steak and cheese with cheddar and hot sauce. The wicked burger is another splendid choice. The beer and liquor is on point as far as price and selection... Remember Johnson is a college town.. So PBR is acceptable on tap.

We were visiting Vermont with the fam and just wanted some good wings. I found this place inside the resort newsletter and decided to check them out on yelp. Great reviews and a deal!! The place is a typical bar setting. Friendly staff. Food is awesome. The quesadilla was prob the best we've ever had. Had to order a second one. Wings were fresh and delicious. Definitely do not let the decor deter you. We left very happy and stuffed.

This place is an absolute gem in downtown Johnson. Stopped by for lunch and was impressed with the decor, the service and especially the food. Wings were crispy and well seasoned, and had just the right amount of heat and flavor, and be sure to try the fried pickles as well. We also had an oder of onion rings...YUM!! Service was quick and attentive, and it looks as if the bar gets hopping at night (I drove by at night and the patio outside was packed) Definitely worth a stop!

I can't believe I have to revamp my whole attitude about this place, but instead of complaining a whole lot, and griping about the coupon they didn't honor after we'd called ahead and placed a bulk order three days in advance of it's expiration date, only to have them refuse to honor the coupon when we came to pick the food up, here's what they posted "at" us on Facebook. It is much more useful, I'd say: - We are a business, not a charity - You "need" to learn how to read expiration dates (this after we said they needed ot learn customer service standards.) - I am not going to let you blast my business and my employees because you tried to use an expired coupon. That's how coupons work, at the grocerie store [sic], at the movies, and at restaurants around the world. This was a learning experience for you, I already knew people always try to screw you. (A personal attack at my fiancee. We have no idea who would say that, or how they would know him, or what 'people always' refers to...except maybe a landlord who tried to hold our deposit...?) I ask - do you really want to go there? The vibe inside is definitely not a pleasant one, so it may be worth just chowing at the Hub. I bet they make wings.

Stopped in for a burger. Good food, and friendly service. Had the wicked burger. It had a little heat but not too much. The fries were good and my glass never got empty. The only thing that kept me from rating it 5 stars is while the food was good, it wasn't great. I'd still eat there again and would recommend it.

Wicked Wings has the best wings in Vermont, of all I've tried. They are crisp, juicy, and flavorful. The decor is appropriate, and the TVs for watching sports are great! Why only 3 stars then? Price and Value. While the wings aren't extravagantly priced, almost everything else there is. The sandwiches are good. All the ingredients were ok. Everything was diced though, which made for an inconvenient meal, and lacked a hardy mouth-feel. While the flavors were good, the bread seemed store bought and a bit dry. The fries were very good, but seemed to contain flavors of other fryer foods. When my salad arrived, i thought it was wrong. I hadn't ordered a side salad, but paid more than $10 for what seemed to be a side dish. $8 for a 6 oz frozen burger patty made me steer clear as well I'll definetly be back for the wings, but probably avoid most of the rest of the menu.

Nice and friendly staff. I had 'falafel' appetizer, was good, but, you better LOVE garlic. It was more like a fried hummus ball than a falafel. Basic bar fare, but seemed like they used fresh oil in fryers, so that is nice.

This place is the effing bomb!!! There is not one single item that sucks on the menu!!!! To turn on your Mediterranean taste buds you should try the falafel wrap! It's like an intimate encounter of falafel and salsa Fresca with the most friggin bomb Diggity Tsziki sauce I've ever had anywhere hands-down!!!!

Love it here! Good to come for a full meal or just a quick appetizer. Everyone is always friendly and just a good vibe here in general. The fried pickles are my fave:)

Mild bb Wings were very good. Burger was unexpectedly even better. Bar selection was great they have Rock Art ridge runner on tap and best Vodka in the North East Smugglers' Notch. Great place to grab a bite or drink.

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad. Drove 40 min to get it. Got home, no chicken. Just a pile of soggy rotten lettuce. Called and the guy argued with me about what I ordered.

Ok came here on a snowy VT night..... Pleasantly surprised. They made me an apple martini which rivaled the likes of those I am used to in NYC bars!! Wings were good... Sweet potato fries aaaamazing!! Go.... You will enjoy it for a casual bite out! I'll be back! Waitress very good and nice!

Nice little bar/ restaurant. Stopped by with some friends after heading back for my school break. Didn't get any wings, but got the BBQ burger with bacon cheese fries, and fresh apple crisp for desert. Service was great, as well as the food. They even had a seasonal Woodchuck Cider. For three of us with burgers, fries, drinks ,and desert, was just over $60, so pretty good deal. Definitely a place I'll have to stop by more often

The owners are super nice and even though it was a little spicy for my taste, IDE go back again..... It was very good, just spicy. I'm pretty sure they make stuff on site, rather than getting in frozen or premade.. I personally appreciate that kinda stuff. There was plenty of choices on menu too.

We were psyched to try out Wicked Wings but the experience fell short and here's why. 1.) Food - I asked the waitress about the ribs thinking, ribs at a wings place wouldn't be a good choice. Our waitress highly recommended them... Poor recommendation. DON'T get the ribs. They didn't fall off the bone, were fatty and had half a bottle of BBQ sauce poured on them (gross). Otherwise the food was just OK. Our group ordered a few different wing flavors, caesar salad and a chicken sandwich. If you like truly hot wings, the "extreme" is justly named. My favorite item was actually the wicked wings. That would be the only item I'd suggest getting. 2.) Service - Not good. Our waitress was nice enough but lacked personality and a good recommendation (which I think is a must). She seemed like she didn't want to be there... We had to ask for more water and a second ordered beer came way late. 3.) Ambiance - It was actually cold in there. The women at the table wore their jackets during the meal.

We stopped in for a late lunch after completing our hike nearby. The menu has quite a few choices of chicken breast on ciabatta bread. I had the Philly chicken sandwich with a side of fried pickles. It was a very good combo. Ask for ranch dressing to dip the fried pickles. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich and a side of sweet potato fries. The font of the restaurant is a bar with a few side tables, multiple TV's and classic rock music playing. The back dining room is quiet and relaxing. Natasha is the waitress/bartender. She handles the dining room by herself very capably. However, don't be in a rush. We may be back to try the hot wings. I guess that's what they are known for. We hear the wings are wicked ;-)

Not a bad place for some wings. It can take a while to get your order, but when you don't feel like cooking it is worth it. not a fan of the interior, would rather bring it home. tried the garlic parm wings, they were gross, but i love the smokey garlic. portions are good for the price (sometimes quite large) the vouchers they have help a bunch too. i did feel a little ignored while sitting at the bar waiting for an order, but it saved me from spending money i really didn't want to spend anyway. i can't eat spicy, so i am glad they have the option of "no-heat"

Had the Falafel wrap and sweet potato fries. Glad I tried something new! It was yummy and very crisp, fresh veggies. Fries great too. Friendly service at bar. I'll be back!

Probably an odd 4 star, as I really didn't like the style of the hot wings. I'm a Buffalo style Duff's guy, and these were not close. Waaaaaaay too many cracked peppercorns on/in the sauce. However, "hot" was dead on and they were cooked well. Interior was better than expected and Rock Art on tap. If you're down with the pepper, go for it.

I was passing through Johnson VT on my way from Burlington VT to Newport VT. There was not a whole lot of this trip as we took the back roads. I was with my family and we left early to get a good start on the hour and a half trip. After looking for a breakfast place on Yelp and not having much luck due to the poor cell reception we stumbled upon Wicked Wings. Being from RI I instantly loved the name and the logo was pretty cool as well. We were there on a Saturday and lucky for us they only serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Everything we order was awesome and served fast. I'm not sure where they get the bread from but the wheat and white toast were both home made and delicious. My mom order the french toast which was about a half inch thick and server with home fires and fresh blueberries. I order 5 eggs over easy and a bloody mary. Not sure why but Ive been on a bloody mary kick lately and I can say that this one was home made and awesome! My dad and brother bother order omelets which looked great and tasted even better when I was able to get a fork in. I order a side of their home made hot sauce for my eggs, which was delicious and kind of a hot sweet flavor. (My only complaint about the hot sauce was that I couldn't by a bottle). Dishes were reasonable at about $10 and the bloody mary came in around $7 for a pint glass. I would defiantly go back for the wings and based on the hot sauce I bet there are slamin. If you find yourself in or around Johnson VT I HIGHLY recommend heading over to Wicked Wings.

This place opened up a couple of months ago, and I finally had the chance to sample their takeout menu. It was absolutely worth the wait. Wicked Wings, as the name suggests, prides itself on a signature dish of hot wings offered at three different "heat levels," as well as other traditional menu items such as salads and burgers that can also be spiced up to the customer's taste. I myself tried their mildly-spiced chicken burger, which was perfectly cooked and just the right amount of heat. As for the restaurant itself, it's a very small and intimate setting - good if you have a small group of people with you, but if you have a larger party, you're probably better off getting the takeout. On the plus side, they have a full bar with a TV, and the staff is really friendly. This could easily become my new neighborhood hangout :)

The best bar food fare while on our trip to Smugglers Notch. Took 3 children (1, 10 & 11) and all ate like pigs. Food reasonably prices and delicious! Get the bleu cheese mixed with wing sauce over wings! Cheese steak and ribs were also ordered and were excellent! Waitress was top notch and hospitable during our dinner.

Great new place for wings and more! Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chicken sandwiches, burgers, falafel, nachos, poppers and hand cut fries. They do it right. Food is good, prices are fair, service is very attentive and friendly. Recommended!!

On a ski trip to Vermont, stopped by this little place for dinner; Wings were large, and juicy with plenty of sauce. Steak sandwiches were also really good! Highly recommended!!
