I've had better service at a metropolitan DMV than this place. The owner Tony, is an interesting laid-back character. However, his ex-wife Sheryl (no surprise he couldn't stand her anymore), is quite opposite. This peach of a woman was soooo negative about everything! I was here for a wedding, a $20,000 wedding, yes $20,000 paid to them directly, where we were constantly yelled at by staff, treated as if we weren't paying guests and outright snobbed on a multitude of things. This simply is not a place for events, the overall, attitude is that any group of people is too much for them to handle and the overall attitude is that the Inn does not want anything touched or used. First of all, because I received a discount on my first night there, they would not allow me to eat breakfast there the next morning, I was only allowed coffee and a pastry. Second, after cleaning up our own bridal get together before the wedding, totally on our own we were yelled at for throwing our food-filled containers and not cleaning out each one separately and recycling. We were then told we could not have one of the wifi passwords, because Cheryl "doesn't like it if people are on their phones and not paying attention to whats going on around them." Lastly, when her friends came to visit her she exclaimed she had the wedding from hell over the weekend, in front of all us wedding guests. I wish this could have been a more pleasant experience, complete disappointment. Undoubtedly, Genghis Khan would be more hospitable than Blueberry Hill Inn.

Just spent the weekend at this fantastic Inn! The Inn itself is intimate and very quintessential New England- perfect for a fall or winter getaway. The food, all made on site, was wonderful. Full country breakfasts and farm-to-table candlelight dinners. Plenty of house-made snacks left for guests in between. Beautiful trails that start right outside the door, as well as a private pond and sauna. Dog friendly, too, which was great. Tony, Kendra and the rest of the staff were the consummate hosts and we can't wait to go back soon for a weekend of x-country skiing!

Incredible people, great service, amazing food. I can't say enough good things about this place. We came from NYC to do a hiking trip from one bed and breakfast to another (called Inn-to-Inn). This place was by far our favorite, from the lovely smelling VT made soap and shampoo, to the always full homemade cookie jar. There are amazing hikes to take close by and a Swedish Sauna house in the backyard by a lake. The owner is charming and always helpful. The room was beautiful in it's Vermont charm with luxurious sheets and towels that a spoiled New Yorker would love (also fast Wi-Fi). Already planning my trip back, this time for longer.

My friend had her wedding here and the entire inn was rented out for the weekend by the wedding party. The place is lovely but starting weeks before the wedding the owner became pretty intense and demanding. Constantly emailing the bride with list and list of requests, repeat question and never ending nickel and diming. When the bride tried to communicate that she was also planning this wedding and feeling very stressed, could she lay off the constant emails and phone calls the owner became even more demanding and quilting the bride with her own personal family problems. The weekend of the wedding she tried to charge anyone who wanted to check in a day early $160 dollars even though no one else was staying there and we rented the whole inn. When able to talk down the cost to $100 the quest who stayed early was refused breakfast in the morning do to her " discount". Also if you wanted to set up a tent in the woods near the inn that costs $40 per person and no facility use, which is way more then any campground I have ever been to. After that it was just one thing after another, she went above and beyond to say rude and negative things, and generally make everyone feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. The final straw was during the reception quest had made home made pies. For some reason the pies were taken inside and not served. When asked where the pies where none of the staff seemed to know. I had a particular pie in a special pan, I asked if it had been served and I was told it was already gone only later to find out it was sitting in a table inside. This woman who owns this needs to find a job she enjoys instead of stressing out brides on there wedding days. I recommend staying anywhere but here.

Spent 2 nights here with a group from REI Adventures. I had the best time! The food was great, Tony was informative, and the staff was wonderful. I felt spoiled!!

Charming, rustic inn decorated in typical New England style with clean, albeit small, rooms and good service. The lovely, rolling grounds are dotted by gardens (flower and vegetable), and, of course, everything has a blueberry influence - soap, lotions, etc. Dinner on site was delicious and served family style - fun opportunity to mingle with fellow guests. Excellent place to "experience Vermont."
