Great food and great service, in a quaint country setting. My fiancée and I LOVE Patricia's. The potato skins are to die for, portion sizes are enormous, and the bartender can really mix a perfect cocktail. TEN STARS!

We were looking for a restaurant in Brandon that was open late-night, and this place fit the bill. They have excellent portion sizes (I had the linguini with veggies) and darn good food! A good variety of choices on the menu. A little on the dark side, lighting and decoration-wise, but somehow also a little cozy-feeling. Definitely a place that locals frequent, as the staff seemed on a first-name basis with many of the customers. Friendly staff!

Needed food fast while driving through Vermont and found this place open at 8:30pm on a Friday. Looked like it was full of locals. Friendly waitresses. Place cleared fast. Large kiddie menu of various price range. This place offers lighter meals without soup/salad so one of us had the chicken parm dinner with spaghetti, but chicken is breaded lightly on one side only. Two of us wanted a special but it was sold out so we got combo chicken and eggplant parm dinners. Eggplant was ok, again chicken only breaded on one side, sauce ok. Clam chowder was homemade and adequate. Bread served after crackers with butter and cheese spread, which was a nice touch. Prices average but portions large. Too full to try dessert. cka

First of all, this place is also known as "Sully's" or "Sully's aka Patricia's" or "Patricia's aka Sully's." In either case, its the place in the middle of Brandon with the little outdoor seating (assuming it is warm enough for it). It is a very quaint little place, catering very much towards the locals. The menu is pretty basic - sandwiches, some basic meals, burgers, etc. We went with some burgers, and they were good- juicy and plenty of cheese. The spicy waffle fries were cooked until they were really crispy. It made for a satisfying lunch. Service was extremely friendly - we sat so we could watch the Red Sox game and the waitress gave us the remote for the TV, since we were the only people in the lounge. If I lived nearby, it would be a regular stop. Of course, there also aren't a lot of other places around!

Sully's is a wonderful place for a good meal. Sometimes, one needs to wait for something good. You can't get everything in life in 20 minutes. Everything is homemade, awesome portions, and friendly service. Whether you're looking for a good sandwich at lunch or a fancy meal with your honey in the evening, Sully's is the place to go. I have eaten here twice and will most certainly return again!

Ok, I'm a fan of the food, but with one BIG caveat...restrict your meals to takeout or be prepared to wait a LONG time to get your meal. Takeout is great. You get a nice portion entre (my wife and I usually share), salad, rolls, crackers, cheese, butter, veggie sides....everything ready to bring home and enjoy. We've eaten their food a lot and always enjoy the meal. We've just learned to sit at home and wait for it instead of waiting in the restaurant.

AVOID THIS PLACE! From the outside it looked just like what we wanted, something informal to just have dinner and get back to our campground for a campfire. They did seem busy but were able to find a table for us and another couple right away. Everything seemed like our time in Vermont was going to continue without a hitch. Outside the menu board had a few specials on it and I knew I wanted one of them. The person who sat us came back with out menus and took our drink orders (she turned out to be the bartender). After that it took some time for our server to say hello but she was very nice and apologized for the delay which was not a big deal. It happens. We ordered an appetizer of buffalo chicken wings but when I tried to order my special from the board outside she said, "oh is that still out there? Those are from lunch". Okay no worries, again it happens. So I ordered a Cowboy burger and my partner ordered a BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Okay so let's make a timeline. We arrived and were seated at 6:30. At close to 6:50 our server came by to take our order. We received our chicken wings at 7:50 and meals at 8:30. It was the first time we have considered walking out of a restaurant. Before our appetizers arrived I asked our server what was going on. She said she was very sorry and the kitchen was a mess. We both felt bad for her as she seemed genuinely embarrassed. But an hour for fried chicken wings? Really? When they did show up to the table we both gave a nervous laugh. SIX pathetically small, fried chicken wings. It took Sully's an hour to get these done? They should not be a restaurant. So those were gone in about 10 minutes. And we were still hungry and waited. Again. By now I could tell the server was avoiding us and the table seated along with us. But once I caught her attention and asked what was going on she again apologized and said she would check. Have I mentioned this place sucks? At 8:30 we did receive our dinner and they both tasted fine. A burger and a chicken sandwich and it took Sully's almost two hours to make these. No meal is worth waiting this long. What really pissed me off was as we were getting up another server clearing a nearby table looked right at us and said, "was it worth the wait?" When I told her "it was good but not worth the time we wasted waiting" she began arguing with me. We were fine with our server but now I wanted to drop kick this one. After I told her we should not have been seated or at least told the kitchen is unable to keep up with a full house she told us, "well, all the locals know it takes a while". So what she means is that if you are visiting Brandon, VT your patronage of Patricia's (now Sully's) is not welcome or needed and if you are a local your time does not matter. For the record. We did pay the bill even though nothing was taken off and we even tipped our server 20%. A crap kitchen and management is not the servers fault. Vermont has too many other great local places where they welcome both visitors and locals and know how to run a restaurant.

RIP OFF! The prices on the menu, even tho they are stated in bxw, don't mean exactly how much something costs- over charged! They billed us more than priced and when asked about it they acknowledged that the menu said one thing but wouldn't change their charge- RIP OFF- BUYER BEWARE!!!
