These are the most delectable treats! The custard is fantastic, the ice is delicious! Put them together and it's fireworks in yr mouth! Please come to the west coast, Rita.

The ice cream is good. Terrible service. I went to Rita's to catch up with a friend and we bought our treats and enjoyed them, we spent close to 2 hours catching up and there was no one in the store. The employee felt it necessary to tell us to leave because we were "loitering". Will never come back to this spot. To be kicked out because you wanted to catch up with your friend over ice cream? Ridiculous. Terrible customer service Rita's.

I'm a fan of Rita's water ice or Italian ice, but this location is just alright. The one thing I didn't like was that they tried to charge me $1 more for extra cups!!! Me: What? Are you Serious???? Her: I'm sorry, it not my rule...but if it's any consolation, here's a coupon for your next visit. Me: Do you charge extra for spoons? Her: No Me: Phewww...can I have 2 extra spoons then please? Thanks.

I love this Ritas! The custard is the BEST! I order everything off there menu and I'm never disappointed. The customer service is always great! Friendly staff always helps! You can't go wrong at this Ritas!

I am not a fan of water ice but I do love their custard and the Blendini's are pretty good. My husband LOVES Rita's water ice so we go there occasionally. He wishes they had more flavors available at this location (the only reason it's not a 5 star). The employees at this location that we have come in contact with have been very friendly. And if you go on Rita's website, you can sign up for their club and you will be emailed a buy one item, get one free coupon. Then we were mailed another one soon after. I think you get one on your birthday too but we haven't been signed up long enough to see if it is a free or bogo for that. We recommend it.
