This is a very typical Jimmy John's franchise - good sandwiches (subs) and that's about it. The sandwiches are better than Subway, in my opinion, though the available "toppings" are not as varied. This is a fairly new restaurant and it appears it is kept clean. Ambiance is pretty much dictated by the piped in music - which, unfortunately, was electronica/dance music during my visit. For beverages, this restaurant offers fountain Coke products. This restaurant has good sandwiches, a friendly staff and best of all, I wasn't covered with the Subway Smell when I Ieft!

I first knew of jimmy johns from visiting friends in Christiansburg, was very pleased when this came to Roanoke. Their subs are a "cut above" in my opinion. I love #9 which is an Italian sub and they have hot peppers if you want that. Their bread is super, their meats are higher quality than other sub places, and everything is proportioned just right and the same every time. In other words not like subway where whoever is making your sub just slaps on however much they think is right. I eat subway quite often... But anytime I'm going near this jimmy johns and in the mood for a sub it is a no brainer. Also their chips and cookies are their own and they are very good

First Jimmy John's I've been to and I was impressed! The meat and cheese is higher-end than other chains and their speed is INSANE! They are handing you your sandwich while you're still paying. Great if you're on the run. While the bread is delicious, I would choose their white over the wheat even though I normally always go wheat. The cost is slightly more than Subway but it is worth it if you're up there. They also deliver!

Very friendly service at an affordable price, however it wasn't the best sub I ever had. Too much lettuce and not easy to eat.
