great prices, and great food. They have a nice little set up in terms of their dining room and bar upstairs as well.

This place was delicious. It has a great upstairs dining area. My portobello sandwich was unique and top notch!

Wow -- are you kidding me? That loaded grill cheese sammich was AMAZING!!! And the Pittsburgh style loaded fries are enough to feed a small Boy Scout troop. Great new place in downtown Leesburg -- especially good for foot traffic in downtown area as they don't have parking until after 6pm. Nice, new decor with a small upstairs bar.

Owner doesn't honor groupons and won't take the time to explain why. Never returning.

My wife bought some sandwiches here yesterday. I got the Pastrami. The meat was incredibly dry I.e way overcooked. The sandwich overall was good. I've never had a Primanti Brother's sandwich so I can't make any comparisons between the two. A friend told me their sandwiches aren't that good. The Pastrami tasted more like Corned Beef I.e. it wasn't smoked enough. I havent had good Pastrami anywhere around here so I wasn't expecting that much but I'd go back to try something else. It was definitely better than Firehouse subs. That place sucks.

This place is not fancy, but the food is quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. I got a grilled cheese with fries on it, but no slaw. The size of the sandwich was big with lots of fries, certainly big enough for dinner. It was super good and just thinking about it makes me want another. My husband got a meat sandwich with all the toppings and was also very happy. But what really made me give this place five stars was the homemade ice-cream sandwich. I couldn't decide on what type of cookie to go with so they made me a sandwich with one cookie and filled it with a huge portion of amazing quality ice-cream. Looking forward to going back. Although we got our meal to go, we took a look upstairs and it looks like a great place to meet friends for happy hour in low key atmosphere. They have the NFL ticket and lots of televisions upstairs. My tip: I had the grilled cheese so of course the bread was toasted/grilled, but if I got any other kind of sandwich I would consider asking for the bread toasted as well. Note: You can park in the Barrister's parking lot next to the building M-F after 6pm or anytime on the weekend.

We ordered to-go for our first visit. Pastrami for my husband, turkey for me. The quality of the meats, bread, and cole slaw was outstanding. Unfortunately, they might consider double-wrapping take out orders because the vinegar soaked through and made a HUGE mess, and we only live a minute away. I'd also love it if they would cut sandwiches in half because they are massive (which is otherwise a good thing!) We also tried the Pittsburgh Fries (excellent portion with a ton of bacon, but we didn't care for the sweet-style chili) and wings (good flavor and my husband loved the homemade blue cheese).

Grazie, Yelp reviewers, for leading us to this great spot. It took a while to find a parking spot, but the huge sandwich of moist carved turkey packed with slaw and fries was worth that hassle. Unless you're starving or really a big eater, you might wanna split a sandwich, as we did. You're rockin' it Rick! Grazie to you too.

If you are from Pittsburgh you will probably like this place. My fiance is from Pittsburgh and he frequently wants to go here to eat. I join him but it's only to keep him company. My personal review is that they could play up the Pittsburgh theme much more than they do. Doing so would draw even more people to the restaurant. You don't even know from their nick name (PR's) that this is a restaurant with food from the Pittsburgh area. The decor could also be made to be more Pittsburgh-like with black and gold. I think my parents, who are also from Pittsburgh, would be disappointed after taking them here that the place doesn't fully embrace the spirit and of and pride in that city. (folks from Pittsburgh are very proud of their city... and this restaurant doesn't exude that... to me, anyway.) I had the over priced Caesar Salad the other day. It was a hand full of iceburg lettuce with a tad of cheese on top and no dressing to speak of. I asked the waitress to bring me dressing and some silverware because I didn't have either. We sat on the balcony and it was a mess. Food and trays left everywhere. Sticky seats. My fiance got my salad dressing and silverware for me because the waitress never returned with it. I tried another one of their salads at a previous visit and it was 'ok'. I also sampled one of their wings (my fiance shared) but I didn't care for their sauce. I'd give this place one star but my fiance might cancel our wedding on me if I did so.... I'm being generous with my three star rating. I'm sure my fiance will want to go back. I think it just reminds him of home and who doesn't like a little nostalgia? When we do go back, I plan to try the chocolate chip pancakes. There has to be SOMETHING on that menu I like... right? :)

I think I died and went to foodie heaven yesterday when I found this place (in fairness - my friend Robert ate here for lunch, told me about it and we rolled in for dinner). I'm a long time fan of the Pittsburgh style sandwich and up until yesterday - only got that kind of happiness when I drove through the 'burgh and stopped at Primantis. Well that stops now! OMG - Pittsburgh Ricks is FANTASTIC! You might not notice it driving by but when you step inside this cute little spot, it's one of those fantastic 'local hidden secrets'. Charming setup, great eating space upstairs with tons of seating and TVs, and the service is fantastic. We had the pastrami and crabcake sandwiches WITH slaw (I'm obsessed with the slaw!) and they truly did not disappoint. The bread is light and airy so while it might LOOK like alot to eat, it smushes down perfectly around the sandwich that is layered with an abundance of meat, fresh french fries and of course the slaw. Rick, the owner, is a great guy and spent alot of time chatting with us about his background and the restaurant. Its a definitely "must" if you're a foodie at all and make sure to just soak in the atmosphere. It's fantastic.

By far the best "reproduction" of Primanti's, if it can even be called that. This place has a slightly different slaw, and a different hot sauce, but different doesn't mean bad. In fact, I'd say I actually prefer their slaw to the original. Their hot sauce is equally as good the original. The 3-Cheese Bacon Grilled Cheese is definitely their own, and it's damn good. I'll definitely be back, and I hope this place just keeps blowing up.

This place is great. I ordered the. Poached lobster sandwich. It was perfection. Loaded with slaw and fries. The vanilla shake was delish! The seating is upstairs but the servers bring the food up to you . The only drawback is finding parking but it's not a big deal. They also bake homemade desserts.

So happy this place is here! The front desk employees were super friendly. The food - amazing! I had the turkey sandwich and it was terrific! The warm turkey was seasoned perfectly. The rest of our group was very pleased with everything that was ordered. Can't wait to go back!

Try the grill cheese! It comes with fries and slaw on top and it's awesome!

  • JP A.

Completely legit sandwich. Pastrami and cheese sandwich with fries and cole slaw on it. Bread is fresh, nice and greezy if you get it to go. Will go back and try some more stuff due to the complete awesomeness of the pastrami and cheese. Big Walt Mazz was the first to try it so he gets a yelp shout out. Brownie is also good and pittsburgher looked amazing as well. Do work, don't know a damn thing about Pittsburg, but my man Rick makes one hell of a sandwich.

  • James W.

Huge sandwhiches! There as big if not bigger than the burgers over at Melt. Coleslaw was Soo Soo good, I could eat a plate of that all by itself

  • Y T.

I like this place. I had a pastrami sandwiche both times we went there. The bread was fresh (love the sandwich bread there); the cole slaw was very yummy (no mayonnaise!) The second time we went there we ordered some breakfast items, too: great pancakes; also I ordered the ice cream sandwich - it was a hit among all of us. The food has a feel and taste of being homemade. We'll be back, no doubt. Thanks!

Absolutely loved this place. Food was great. Of course I had the pastrami. Others had the Crab cake and steak and cheese. Everyone was very happy.

Tried their food truck today in Reston. I was skeptical at first but my coworker whose family is from Pittsburgh convinced me to give it a try. I'm officially a fan! I ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich. It was big, messy, tasty and stuffed with fries! My parents own a Greek restaurant and we love to stuff our gyros with fries! So I love that Rick is doing the same thing! And yes it was falling apart a little, but who cares, that's what forks are for! I was in a food coma for the remainder of the day ;). Will be back to the food truck for sure!

  • Michael M.

This place was as good as I had hoped. Slaw and fries on my sandwich was actually a good combination. I had seen this sandwich on tv and thought it would be great to try. Then this place opens and saves me a trip to PA. Everyone in the place was friendly. I would recommend eating your food ASAP so it doesn't get soggy.

  • Keith B.

Had never heard of PRS but happy that I saw the Groupon!! It is literally like having a classic sandwich in Pittsburgh downtown. Got the cornbeef and Pastrami. Amazing. Will definitely be going back, and one of thr most reasonably priced places in Loudoun.

  • S G.

Great place, good staff, food was good. I got the fish sandwich, it had tasty breading and was cooked perfectly. The fries they put on top of it were tasty but not gourmet which is consistent with what you would expect on a Primanti style sandwich. The bread is great, super thick and it soaks up all the grease and flavor from the fries/coleslaw. Its a solid choice and a steal at the price point in northern VA.

  • Josh M.

We visited Pittsburgh Rick's shortly after opening for a take-out dinner. While I haven't found many restaurants in the area that I really like Pittsburgh Rick's certainly bucks the trend. The gourmet sandwiches are as promised. My Wife and I ordered them a few weeks after opening and the sandwiches were so filling that despite their size we were unable to stop eating until every last bite of pastrami was gone. While the food is served fast they use high quality ingredients, take time to prepare your meal well and have a very cool vibe in their establishment. After the sandwiches we tried Rick's for breakfast - as we have found so few decent breakfast options - and Rick's has a nice and affordable breakfast menu. Again, we were blown away by the taste, quality and speed of service. The upstairs seating area is nice and relaxed with lots of TVs and enough room for our kids to not bother the other patrons. The food was really delicious. We'll be going back and adding Rick's atop our regular rotation of places to eat!

  • Beheshta B.

Pittsburgh Ricks has a food truck that comes out to where I work at. My first time getting it seen all my co worker have fallen in love with them. I tried the Pastrami & Cheese and I also got the Pittsburgh fries that I shared with a co worker. It was all AMAZING!!! The pastrami and cheese and the fries with cole slaw is the perfect combination in this case. I definitely see myself having many more lunches from here!!

Pretty delicious Pittsburger! Interesting take on a sandwich.

  • Clint G.

Not my fav, probably won't be back. The place is very clean and the upstairs is pretty cool. We went here late on a Sunday morning. I had a breakfast sandwich, my wife had a turkey sandwich. Both were bland, unseasoned, and too big to eat like a sandwich, a trend i still don't understand. Service was extremely slow, we were the only ones there and the food took forever. Once we got upstairs we noticed another table had been left uncleaned, it was still that way when we left. Maybe some more choices for adding some zip to the food, faster service, timely cleanup would have made this rating a three or four.

  • Gregory R.

Love it! They used to open at 7am so I would get a sandwich on my way to work. Since they now open at 8am I haven't been able to go as much since I only commute through Leesburg. Originally being from Pittsburgh, I really appreciate their delicious Pittsburgh-style sandwiches. Very filling.

Pastrami!!! Delicious, can't go wrong with the pastrami, Cole slaw n fries a good combo on top along with adding the hot sauce. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would go back.

Great sandwich shop restaurant that is true to the Pittsburgh style. Staff are friendly. Seating upstairs and artwork throughout. Sandwiches are close to the original that we are used to. Lots of TVs to catch the game. Kids menu.

I drove up from Reston to meet some friends for lunch at Pittsburgh Rick's in Leesburg. On a recommendation, they invited me up to come try it out. It was a first time for all of us. Pittsburgh Rick's is in old town Leesburg and may be confusing to find at first. What is more troublesome is finding parking near the location. I ended up at the nearby parking garage a short walk away. The menu is straight forward at the ordering / cashier station downstairs. The menu consists of mostly appetizers, salads, sandwiches and burger variants. Once you place your order...the wait staff will bring your order to your number. The restaurant is simple and clean with plenty of seating options upstairs. I ordered the pastrami sandwich with a side order of fries and a drink...all served on flat aluminum trays. I found the sandwich to be 'good enough'...pastrami, slaw, some fries on top...all stacked within a couple slices of thick bread. The side order of fries were on the soggy side and not seasoned. It would be fair in saying that it may take a couple more visits and some other items to really round out the Pittsburgh sandwich experience. For the drive up, my first visit was underwhelming.

Today was my first visit to PR's and I loved it. Had the pastrami and cheese with a side of fries (split those with my husband). The sandwich was so good with the slaw, tomato and fries layered on the delicious pastrami. The bread was really good and fresh. The sandwich was so big I knew I would never be able to finish it.....but I did! I couldn't stop eating it because it tasted so good. You go in and order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. Rick, the owner, took our order and was very friendly, really nice. The upstairs dining room was casual and comfortable. I will definitely be back. I may not need to order fries next time since there are some on the sandwich already; and what a sandwich it was!

Egg sandwich was delicious. Portions were huge. Stop by for breakfast or lunch. The upstairs seating was nicely laid out. The staff and Rick were very helpful.

I don't have a clue what everyone on here is talking about. This place was not special at all. The only thing that I enjoyed were the fries. My friend and I ordered two sandwiches. I had the pastrami and he had the "Pittsburger", both of which are the restaurant's top sellers. They both had barely any meat, but lots of slaw and fries. No flavor at all. So disappointed. I was really looking forward to trying this place out.

  • Jay D.

Ate here with some friends this afternoon and it was a cool place to eat. Had a group on so we treated our friends. Closer to a 3.5. Food was decent, ambience was cool. Food - Pastrami was really good, but the Pittsburger left something to be desired. I think it just needed something like ketchup/mustard but was bland the way it came. Wings were pretty meaty and good flavor. Fries were solid too. Saw the ice cream sandwich looked awesome so i'll try that next time. Ambience - pretty cool setup with tables upstairs and a few outside on the patio which we sat at. Will definitely try again.

Went with two friends on a cold, rainy Sunday night a few weeks ago around 6-7pm. Place was completely deserted except for us and one family that left shortly after we arrived. The staff was very friendly and chatty, and the restaurant is clean and no-frills, with upstairs dining looking like a cross between cafe seating and a private bar in someone's basement, but in the renovated top floor of a downtown Leesburg home. We ordered two pastrami & cheese and one Pitts-burgher & cheese. The Pittsburgh-style did not agree with us. The 3:1 ratio of fries:other content on the sandwiches drowned out the flavor of all the other ingredients. Very little meat - nothing like the pictures posted here. Like eating a potato & coleslaw sandwich. Huge, thick slices of bread washed out any remaining flavor. If there was any cheese, none of us noticed it. And for some reason, three of their five sides to go with the potato sandwich are...fries, fries, and chips. I understand you can get the fries on the side by request, but then the bread would just overwhelm the meager remainder. I grok that a lot of other people are fans of this concept, and the place, service, and staff are nice, but my group was unanimously unimpressed with the food.

  • Brenda A.

I'd probably give this 3.5 stars if I could. I went by late one evening and got carry out - i got the PITT-Burger. It could be this isn't the best burger to grab on the go. I found the concept of the burger to be a bit over rated. But perhaps it would have been better eating in. I found the it all to be a bit greasy. As others have commented, the location is difficult from a parking perspective. I might give it another try some time down the road...

  • k j.

Love this place. Great variety to the Leesburg area... If you want something a little more greasy, the Kielbasa is great... the sausage itself is just a little more fatty and flavorful. The pittsburger was really good too but it is NOT a greasy burger type of sandwich. The sandwiches are less greasy and easier to eat than the real things in Pittsburgh. The fries, chili, desserts and other misc items are all done VERY well. I wish the bar upstairs was a little bigger and more "bar like" and I would spend many more days there... But the food is great. I also wish there was better parking to make it easier to get in and out. Those I consider more of annoyances between me and my desire to be there more often..

Went to PR's today after both watching Man vs. Food (advertising Primanti's in PA) and looking at the great Yelp reviews. My son had the ham and cheese sans tomatoes and I had the Pitts-burgher with everything. The sandwiches looked great as they do in the yelp customer photos but the taste was very bland. The fries were greasy but actually was the best part. The slaw was flavorless and the burger was so tasteless that the taste of the bread basically overpowered the entire sandwich. I got the burger because they advertise it as their 2nd best seller. I am not sure if I caught the kitchen at a bad time (4:00 pm on a Wednesday) or what. I was not impressed with PRs. The smell was another thing. It reeked inside as if they were cooking rancid meat. Some of you know this smell . . it is the smell outside of some of the Taco Bells. I've lived in Leesburg for over three years so I knew going there that parking would be an issue so I parked about half a block away at a meter so that wasn't a issue to me. There is a bus stop though across the street where there were 4-5 homeless guys sitting. While me and my son were waiting, outside because of the smell inside, one of the homeless men approached to ask if my son wanted to go in and see a pic of his father who played ball in PA. He gave both me and my son the creeps. Luckily the girl game out with my food and we were able to leave and I know the homeless people cannot be controlled by PRs but I just wanted to make you all aware of the locale. Even with all of this, I would still say that I will probably give the spot another chance but no time soon. I need a few months to forget about my ordeal and lackluster meal to try again. Those who are on here bragging that this spot has the best sandwiches in Leesburg must have gotten a totally different cook and batch of ingredients than I did.

  • Steve R.

Had the steak and cheese. Got it without the tomato and coleslaw, and fries on the side.. not a fan toppings on a cheesesteak cause it takes away from the taste of the meat(don't try to improve the perfect sandwich!). What I got was a single slice of steak with a single slice of cheese. It was so puny I couldn't tell there was anything between the slices of bread without opening it. Girlfriend had the pastrami which was piled high. Don't know if I got shafted since I didn't get it "Pittsburgh style", but I would never go back. Fries we're good, but not enough to make up for skimping. Sad because I had high hopes for this place.

  • Mike W.

This place is the real deal. I would put this as a must visit when you are in Leesburg. Plenty of delicious spots, but Rick has the "best sandwich" title locked down.

  • Michelle R.

Sandwich was great, PB style with fried egg! My only disappointment was the ketchup on the tables was some mystery of brand. How do you call yourself Pittsburgh Ricks and not serve Heinz!? Wtf is that. Anyway good food, bad ketchup.

Wonderful sandwiches and extremely friendly atmosphere!

Stumbled across this gem on yelp Friday and was front and center Saturday by 12:30! Fantastic service! Great sandwich bread, fries, meat and cheese! Was great to have I.C.Light in the bottle - yes I know, swill but it's more of the whole Pittsburgh experience! My ONLY beef was the slaw was pretty much cabbage...no dressing... Or very very little. And for those complaining about portion sizes, you are insane... My sandwich was huge! I only ate half...trust me e rest of the table finished it off without issue. My sandwich was probably 4" high. The table next to us didn't realize you had to order first so just a thought, might want to have 'instructions' on how to maneuver the ordering process. I'm in the restaurant business so I just asked up front but some people won't and get a little lost.

While downtown for holiday events yesterday, my son encouraged us to go check out this new place. I was a little hesitant when I went inside... it's a sandwich shop basically and they serve the sandwiches Pittsburg style - with fries and coleslaw ON the sandwiches.. I don't like my foods to touch so this is not my cup of tea. But I ordered the slaw and fries on the side. We grabbed our drinks and headed upstairs. and found a very simple, basic, clean dining area with a small beer/wine bar and some big screen TVs on the walls. We had a seat. They brought the food. I'll be honest... I don't usually like those kinds of "fresh cut" fries, but they were OK... And while I will never put them on my sandwich, I did finish mine. Also, the turkey sandwich was AMAZING. I mean, really, really good. Fresh not fancy bread, yummy turkey and cheese, and the slaw had no mayo, and was tasty - tasty enough I put it on my "sammich". I couldn't believe it! They were on to something. So good. It was so good that the two men with us went back and got second sandwiches! I was full from one, but it was so tasty that I was tempted to get a second as well. I highly recommend you try this place when you're in downtown. I am sure I will be back.

I have always wanted to go to Pittsburgh and try the famous Primanti Bros' sandwiches, so when I heard of this place, thanks to Groupon, I had to go and try it. I was not disappointed. I ordered the pastrami w/ egg sandwich and it was huge: loads of fries, fresh made coleslaw and so much warm pastrami..so very satisfying! I ripped thru that sandwich so quick! Also ordered the banana foster bread pudding cupcake which my gf and I thought was heavenly!! On our second visit there we heard Rick also made Perogies so we ordered a side of them. They were delicious. Well seasoned inside and out and the caramelized onions on top of them were also well seasoned and delicious! So far this place has no disappointed. If I have to find any negatives it would be the location and the parking before 6pm, but that won't stop me from coming in regularly and enjoying the food!

I was very pleasantly surprised. The food is very good. Everything was fresh and delicious. The facility is clean and relaxing. The staff were all very nice. I will definitely be back. If you want a tasty sandwich, you can't lose. The fries are great, too.

Great place to get your "Pittsburgh-Style" sandwich fix. Extensive menu with lots of meats to choose from, nice selection of sides and a kids menu. They even have a good bottled beer selection. Can't have a sammich without an IC or IC light... Upstairs seating is nice, with some TV entertainment. Prices are reasonable and you won't leave hungry!

I'm in love :) After watching Man vs. Food when I was pregnant a few years back I kept telling Hubby "I want one of those sandwiches". And it finally came to me today on a food truck run. It is so flavorful. I got the Cajun Chicken and cheese and it's sooooo good. Please keep coming to the Tysons Area. I really enjoyed it!

My husband and I stopped in today for the first time. We are both from Pittsburgh but moved to Haymarket a few months back. I tried the turkey and cheese while my husband had the steak and cheese with a fried egg. It was amazing! Just like Primanti's! We met the owner who talked with us for a few minutes even though they were very busy. He was so nice. We love the layout as well. We will be here to watch all of our favorite Pittsburgh teams play!

  • Dennis M.

This place is amazing. From the owner to the staff you are greeted with smiles and very friendly people. The food is amazing! If you're from Pittsburgh you love to go home to get this kind of food. So it's nice that it is now about 15 minutes away from the my house . I have had the chili, wings, almost every sandwich and almost every dessert. The place is a must stop for anyone who wants a quick meal from the Burg but don't have to travel 4 hours to get it. Still want to go for breakfast because I'm sure it will be amazing as well.

Chili cheese fries were tasty and pretty good size. Love the fries and light slaw on the sandwiches! Parking wasn't obvious, park in the parking deck nearby if you can.

my husband and I have been here three times. each time was a different experience. I ordered their number one sandwich each time. and all three times the quantity of pastrami was different. we were there about three weeks ago and thought we could split this sandwich but when it arrived there wasn't enough meat on it to share. the French fries were greasy. cold slaw is very good. the owner is very nice. we'll still go back but will say something to the owner about our concerns. it's a great sandwich shop, however the parking is non existent.

Excellent- inexpensive beer, great food, even better vibe. Went to school out in the burgh and this brings back the memories of South Side. Reading the 1 negative review from someone on here on the Pittsburgher sandwich- I believe that person has never been to a Primanti's. I think Ricks's interpretation on Pittsburgh classics are actually more flavorful, fresh, and less greasy.

  • Lori B.

So excited to come across Pittsburgh Rick's. I'm from Pittsburgh and thought their Steak and Cheese was better than Primanti Bros. Owner was very friendly as well. We will definitely be back!

  • Dan G.

I had the pastrami and cheese. I tend to a judge a restaurant based on how soon after eating there I desire to return. I swear that I seriously considered coming back later the same day and ordering the same sandwich for dinner. That's about as strong a recommendation as I can give anything. The wings and fries were also excellent.

    (5)
  • Walter M.

Scouted the place for a take-out lunch and was very impressed. Sandwich was more than substantial and I loved the fries and slaw on it. Fries are seasoned great and slaw is delicious. And I love that the oil soaks the wrapping so by the time I got this home and finished eating, I needed a pile of napkins...love that. Got to talk to the owner for a bit, too. They just got their beer license, and they have all the football, baseball, hockey games in their upstairs seating/bar area. Not a huge place, but very worth it. Parking isn't too much of an issue if you don't mind parking on the street or walking a short block from the parking garage. Will definitely be trying more items on their menu including breakfast.

Very Disappointing. My husband is from Pittsburgh and was really excited when he heard about Pittsburgh Rick's. He was sooooo disappointed. The food was OK, not real good, the ambience was so so. One positive was the gluten free bread option.

My son and I went to lunch. Had the pastrami and he had the grilled cheese and ordered a side of Pittsburgh fries. Nice to have something different in town. The sandwiches were delicious and plenty and my sons a picky eater. Ordered at the counter and the owner brought the food to our table upstairs. Very clean and up to date interior with nice views. A small outdoor seating section as well when the weather is nice.. Good stuff, will be back.

Get the pastrami! Outdoor seating was awesome, parking is a pain.

Not bad...could use bigger bread to hold all the yummies. It also tasted HEALTHY...not authentic at all ;) great place if you're craving, or trying to share the essence of Pittsburgh

I was very excited to try this place out as I grew up near Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the food. The sandwich was bland. I won't be going back, but I do appreciate the effort. I truly wish the food was better.

Just go. Even if you aren't a Steelers fan they will be nice. Owner is so nice. Been there two times so far. Kids meals are extremely reasonable and nice portions. Want to go back for breakfast - tried the #1 and #2 best sellers which are the Reuben and the burger and my FIL had the kielbasa we all loved it. Good luck so happy to see great restaurants in Leesburg! Park in the garage across the street- access is from loudoun street but you walk right out the garage path to Pittsburgh ricks side on Marker street before courthouse. They have most tables upstairs but if someone has accessibility issues there is one table downstairs. Tables turn pretty quickly service was speedy and with a smile.

I was a little nervous about ordering a grilled cheese with coleslaw and french fries on it... but it was seriously amazing. Prices are great, quick service, staff is very friendly and attentive. Definitely will be back!

This is a great new little sandwich place that has delicious and authentic Pittsburgh sandwiches for a reasonable price. Every which is made with thick bread slices and your coleslaw and fries are INSIDE the sandwich. I had the "Pittsburgh-er" and it was thick, meaty , cheesy, and delicious. I also really appreciate that the owner, Rick, was there taking orders and even shook my hand! I went back the next morning for breakfast and tried the pineapple upside down pancakes...they were fantastic!! I will definitely be returning sometime soon when I'm craving a unique sandwich!

Pittsburgh Rick means business. Our co worker loved it, so we asked if he could deliver to us in Reston today for lunch. First off, he didn't mess one thing up on the order. There is nothing more disappointing than that, and he nailed it for all 19 of us! Secondly, the entire place went silent for 3 minutes (because that's all it took for these guys to inhale their food), then I was getting pummeled with questions about when his food truck will be up and running. The pastrami was incredible. The Pittsburgh style salad was so good I couldn't put it down even though my stomach is ready to explode. The brownie was literally a chunk of heaven... We can't wait to try breakfast!

If you are looking for a taste of the famous Primanti Bros. without going to Pittsburg, you need to try Pittsburgh Rick's. The sandwiches are slightly different, but I do prefer Rick's spin. The roast beef was excellent and surprisingly light and tasteful. Overall, great food, inviting atmosphere, and fast service. Also the brownie was insanely good. Highly recommended.

Okay, this place is amazing. I was wary, but my husband talked me into going. We were in town for the weekend and went here TWICE for lunch. We both had the pastrami with cheese and an ice cream sandwich. Lunch for 2 cost us about $23. Amazing. I dream of these sandwiches.

Having the idea of bringing the Pirmanti Bros style sandwiches to Leesburg is a great idea. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Pittsburgh just to get a Pirmanti Bros sandwich. My dad brought me back a Corn beef sandwich from here, and I gotta say it was delicious. It was very satisfying. The corn beef was juicy and moist. Next time I'm in the mood for Pittsburgh Rick's I will definitely dine in, so I can fully review this place. Overall delicious food.

. I did not eat here for: The only parking I could find was that for PR pick-up. The other parking was reserved for other business. No handicapped ADA parking could be found ---- I guess that if you want to eat here you have to walk-in or you are all welcome to have your driver circle the block while you picks-up our order. A nice shop with a major parking and access problem. That the reviews also do not tell you that the nice pictures of the dining room is on the second floor if you are disabled you have to be shuffled to a tiny table on the first floor away from the dining room. It is too bad that they do not understand the handicapped.

Tasty variety of different sandwiches. The whole Pittsburgh french-fries-on-your-sandwich thing was new to me, but from what I understand from my girlfriend (a Pittsburgh native), Rick pulls it off well. Personally, I thought the bread used was a little plain, but maybe that's part of the regular Pittsburgh sandwich style. All in all, the sandwich was very good. Filling and heavy--it has french fries on it!--but good. The seating area is simple low key tables and a few TVs. We were there on a weekday afternoon. It was busy, but not crowded. I bet it's a fun spot on a game night if you're a Steelers fan. If you're not, you'll still enjoy the sandwich.

Not impressed at all. I had the pastrami, and had so many issues with it that I just gave up on eating it. For starters, it was incredibly greasy. This wouldn't have been a huge issue if I didn't end up with all the contents falling out all over the place. The reason it did that was because the bread was so incredibly dry that it literally was crumbling in my hands with each bite. I got maybe three bites in before I just gave up, and ate the meat and slaw with a fork. The fries were incredibly greasy as well, to the point of having little crisp, and a lot of sogginess. Overall it just wasn't a good sandwich, and by the end of it wasn't even a sandwich. It was definitely a hearty portion, but between the crumbling bread, and overly greasy contents, it ended up being a pretty big tragedy in terms of quality and flavor. ***UPDATE*** For whatever idiotic reason I was thinking last week, I stupidly gave this place another try. Got the steak and cheese which was greasy, greasy, greasy. Not good at all. Skimpy on the meat, and overall a pretty poor sandwich.

This place is amazing. Our first experience was for dinner and their sandwiches were SO good! In fact, they were so good that we decided to return the next day for breakfast. My whole family loved it (that includes 2 kids...one of which is super picky). We had French toast, pineapple upside down pancakes and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. All were delicious and we can't wait to go back!!

Pretty decent Rueben. The sandwiches are HUGE! So come with an appetite. Wasn't so impressed with their chili.

  • Matt H.

The sandwiches were pretty good. My wife and I both had the pastrami and it had a good flavor, the bread was excellent and fresh, and the coleslaw on the sandwiches was very good. The fries are horribly greasy! I ordered a side of fries to go as well. They were given to me in a plastic container with a top on it. The bottom of the container had a small pool of grease and the fries were very soggy and flavorless. After being in the plastic container with a top on, they weren't good at all. Parking for this place SUCKS!!!! Unless you work at the Loudoun County Government Center or some place else in downtown Leesburg, parking is an absolute nightmare. I finally found a spot after driving around for 10 minutes. The parking situation has to hurt their business. If they had a better location, with parking, and stopped putting their fries in plastic containers with a top on, they would probably be making money hand over fist. I would go back, but only if I had a parking place in downtown Leesburg while I was there for something else.

  • Rachel N.

WOW! I had one of the best sandwiches I've ever had here the other day! Chicken, cheese, coleslaw and french fries - who knew?!? Plus, the BBQ sauce at the table topped it off wonderfully! The bread didn't get soggy and it was surprisingly not hard to eat. The place is super tiny and the parking was a bit of a challenge but the food is worth it. One thing I would say could be improved is the cleanliness of the tables. It didn't seem like the staff was too concerned with clearing tables and it wasn't that busy.

Yum, Yum, Yummy! I am from the 'Burgh area, so I grew up on Primanti Bros "sammiches" and Pittsburgh Rick's (PR) was dog-gone good! I brought a male friend who never heard of putting coleslaw and fries on a sandwich. We went on a Saturday mid-afternoon and like other reviewers have noted, parking was pretty confusing as we circled once, not knowing where to park. But the owner, Rick, was outside at the time and told us we could park in the office parking lot next to PR's on the weekends as he had worked out an arrangement to do so. We proceeded inside and another customer must have recognized that we were new to the establishment and he couldn't rave enough about it his several dining experiences with PR's. When it was our turn to order, Rick took our order and he explained the menu to my rookie-friend. Rick was very personable and friendly. We chatted about which high schools we went to and other Pittsburgh topics. My friend and I ordered two sandwiches, homemade lemonades and two milkshakes (strawberry and salted caramel). All of which were absolutely delicious!! We ate indoors in the upstairs dining facility. Plenty of TVs from all angles. (I may have to make this my go-to Steelers viewing place!) I am already looking forward to returning!

This sandwich shop is great! Its modeled after the famous Primanti's Brothers restaurant in Pittsburgh, which I just visited last month. And this place does it better. The bread was better, the fries were better, the slaw was better, the customer service was WAY better. Rick was very friendly and helpful with the menu. We'll definetly be here again, dine in and take out.

I bought a Groupon for this place and although the first visit was terrible (we went an hour before their stated closing time, they were closed and the guy inside looked at us and then disappeared into the kitchen), we gave it another try since we have the coupon. So, all is forgiven because the food was off the hook. My pastrami sandwich was juicy, the slaw had the right amount of seasoning and the hand cut fries were delicious. The bread was hearty and supported the content of the sandwich very well so it held together so you can enjoy it till the last bite. Not only that, we ate on the little balcony and the service was excellent, friendly and prompt. I'm more of a NY deli sandwich guy but I can get used to the Pittsburgh style!

  • RMthree M.

Came for dinner after buying a groupon and had the pastrami w/ cheese and a toasted marshmallow milk shake and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich and we ordered a pickle to share. I was taken back by how good all of the flavors worked on the pastrami and cheese. I was slightly disappointed with the amount of grease coming off of it and the small amount of meat. I looked through the pictures on yelp and it appears that they just aren't very consistent with how much meat they put on or some people asked for extra meat. Nevertheless it was a pretty cool place and the sandwich was still pretty enjoyable. There are tons of TVs upstairs, large beer selection, clean and quiet atmosphere. I'll be back again with or without another groupon.

I happened to be on my way through Leesburg on the way back from Dulles, really needed a bite to eat did some Yelp searching and found this place. I ordered the Black Angus sandwich, it arrived promptly and the staff was very nice. I can only give this place 3 stars because I just wasn't wowed by the sandwich. It was loaded with some decent fries, some ok coleslaw and then just a little bit of meat. I give the taste about a 7 out of 10, it was good but it wasn't this out of sight sandwich that everybody was talking about. It filled the void and I was on my way. Honestly 11 bucks and change for a sandwich and a soda kind of left me wanting for much more than I got. I won't be stopping here again.

If you're a fan of Primanti Brothers, this place will please you. They serve a perfectly cromulent clone of what PB offers, plus some other nice plusses. I had a breakfast sandwich. It was good. Coffee was excellent too. Bad coffee usually merits a 1 star rating. Atmosphere is pleasant and staff is very polite and accommodating. It's worth a visit.

  • Marcy M.

Yummy! I got the "Pittsburgher" and it was really good. I thought the slaw and fries on the burger went really well together! It is a vinegar dressing slaw, not mayo dressing so the vinegar taste goes really well with the fries. I didn't order anything else but my husband liked his Cajun chicken sandwich and my friend liked her turkey sandwich. Overall a really good place. Just be warned the sandwiches are a little messy to eat. You'll need napkins :)

  • Dan W.

I liked it, but I did not love it. Parking was a really big pain, they have no on street or lot parking, just one space reserved in an adjacent lot for takeaway orders, which was empty, but I was planing to dine in. Normally you could park in the garage a few blocks away, but it was full in the middle part of the day when I visited. The service was wonderful, and the food was a little above average. We both ordered corned beef and cheese. The bread was very fresh and good. the meat was good (just wish that there was a lot more of it), there was a ton (and I mean a ton) of shredded lettuce), and the slaw was spot on good. The only food complaint that I had was that I found the fries to be greasy and rather tasteless (no seasoning at all). The decor in the upstairs seating area was well done, and it was a very comfortable place to eat and chat. I may go back sometime, but it is nothing to go out of your way for. I would have given a higher rating if parking were not such a pain.

This is about as close to Primanti's as you are going to get outside of Pittsburgh. Really good sandwich. The bread, fries, and coleslaw are all really good and similar to the original.

    (4)
  • Ryan M.

The sandwiches are delicious, but a tad on the greasy side. I love the coleslaw in the sandwich, but they put a lot of fries in there. The seating area upstairs is a nice touch. I have been there 3 times and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to grab a quick sandwich. The only negative is the parking situation. I don't know where I can leave my car and run in.

Friendly service, good food, great desserts! I really like the non-mayo based coleslaw they put on their sandwiches.

I cant say I loved it, but the food was decent. We drove from Vienna to Leesburg for dinner. We had the steak and cheese, pastrami, and the #2 best seller the burger. The Steak and Cheese and Pastrami were good sandwiches, but the burger was nothing to talk about. It was a small patty, over cooked a bit, and just a little disappointing........nevertheless I would come back here......the fries were good. Service was excellent!!

Parking is an unfortunate disaster in this portion of Leesburg. Although the parking garage is close, a lunch time meal will consist of pay parking (according to the sign). I suggest street parking behind the restaurant. The building itself is rather nice. Pittsburgh decor, not a lot of in your face steelers gear which is great for those that are not fans. Several Tvs and a beer and wine bar located upstairs. Outdoor balcony seating also available. Upon entering we were greeted by Rick himself with a smile and a handshake which was very inviting. Ordered their number 2 favorite. A burger piled high with coleslaw tomatoes cheese and French fries. Tasted good. Not overly dry or overly greasy.

Great addition to downtown Leesburg. Stopped in on a Monday night after practices for a quick bite. Owner was friendly and I love how he gives the establishment a homey feel. He was very accommodating to the kids as they sat at the "bar" watching a basketball game. Food was fantastic! I had the lobster and it was delicious. Husband had the corned beef which was also amazing. The only suggestion would be to have more drink options for the kids besides soda. Loved it and will be back!

Had a Groupon for breakfast on my phone so the lady and I decided to give ricks a try for breakfast... Really need to step that breakfast game up and get some quality control in the am. Greasy Chorizo for breakfast does not go with pancakes, potatoes crispy on the outside soggy in the middle, swimming in a puddle of grease.. Her blueberry pancakes were good until she got a nice raw bit.. Definitely not worth the price of the Groupon and out of pocket cost.. And the soda machine was out of ice and not turned on.. Little things but they leave a big impression

Damn good sandwiches. I've tried a few sandwich places in the area and have overall been disappointed. This was my second time to Pittsburg Ricks, and i was very pleased both times...very consistent and very good. It all starts with the bread; it's able to stand up and support the ingredients (pastrami, cole claw, fries, ect). This is not a place you could eat everyday, but when you have the craving, Pitt Ricks delivers...you will not be disappointed.

    (4)
  • Daniel P.

I'm from Pittsburgh, and while there's no Primanti bros like the one in steelers country, this place does it pretty well, the sandwich was loaded with fries and coleslaw the way it should be, and the toasted marshmallow milkshake was great. But what really got me was the upstairs lounge, pictures of Steel city landmarks like the bridges and incline trolley, hardwood floor and balcony, just felt pittsburgy. For a Pennsylvania kid stationed in DC, it's a pretty nice slice of home

  • Katie M.

WOW! I can't even begin to explain how exciting it is to have found Pittsburgh Rick's. Not only is the food amazing (chopped salad Pittsburgh style, cajun chicken, chicken tender and of course fries...yum!!!) but it's great to have a place that actually airs Steelers games with Steelers fans! Rick actually greeted us when we visited, was extremely nice and patient with our toddlers and made the whole experience even better. I will gladly make the trek from Warrenton and may even stalk that food truck in my spare time.

I love it. Right away I knew this was a knock off of Primanti brothers without having to drive the multi hour trip to go try it. I go with the cheese steak. Absolutely delicious! The owner is usually there (the two times I've been) and is extremely polite and outgoing. I tried the cheesesteak and burger with double meat combo, but didn't like it as much as just the cheese steak, so I'll probably stick with that. Also tried the ice cream sandwich (sadly they were out of chocolate peanutbutter so I went with the chocolate chip which was still delicious, AND HUGE). Overall very good. and as long as I work in Leesburg I'll continue to go back.

I grew up in Pittsburgh and was hoping for a taste of home. I was disappointed. Bread wasn't good, meat was skimpy, they were out of tomatoes... Next time I'll just drive to Frederick, MD and get some Isaly's chipped ham.

Wonderful food great price was fun and easy to eat at with kids. Will be back! I had the Cajun chicken wife had a burger. We both really likes it. Friend had Cajun chicken with the slaw and she said I made a mistake not getting slaw. Next time I'm going to try it with the slaw.

I bought a Groupon for this place after I saw they served Pittsburgh style sandwiches like the well known Primanti's restaurant. I love Primanti's, so I decided to give this a try. I agree with the other reviews that say the parking situation isn't the best. I got the pastrami, french fries and coleslaw sandwich. I wouldn't pick it over Primanti's, but it was still very delicious and worth trying. My wife tried the "Pittsburger". It is a burger patty with french fries and coleslaw. She really enjoyed it. The people were very friendly. I want to go back to try their shakes. I saw someone get a toasted marshmallow shake that looked absolutely delicious. If you are a fan of Primanti's, I would recommend trying this. Primanti's is a little better, but this is still a great alternative without having to drive five hours to Pittsburgh.

  • Marisa L.

The food just wasn't as good as we had expected it to be. After watching numerous food channel shows that touted the Pittsburgh-style sandwich as being one of the best in the country, and with no near plans to visit the Steel City, we purchased a Groupon and recently used it. The soft bread soaked up all the grease and coleslaw juice and made the sandwich very difficult to eat. The pastrami was tasteless. The burger was bland and too small to fit the bread. The fries were very, very greasy. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal. Maybe the cook was having a bad day because our sandwiches looked nothing like the pictures on Yelp - those sandwiches look good! The cashier was nice but not very friendly.

The closest you'll get to Primanti Bros in Loudoun...but with better slaw and friendlier service! First: THE FOOD Great sandwiches, Pittsburgh style - done right. Lots of meat; gooey, melted cheese; TONS of piping hot french fries (unseasoned because they SHOULDN'T be seasoned); HEAPS of *amazing* coleslaw (not mayonnaise-based because it SHOULDN'T be); and soft, squishy bread that sops up all the juices. It will fill you up, just as these sandwiches were designed to do. Second: THE SERVICE Greeted with a smile and a handshake from the owner - you know, as you SHOULD be if the owner is proud of their establishment. (And believe me, there's plenty to be proud about here!) Fast, friendly service - very accommodating staff. Everything as we had hoped! Third: THE SPACE Well-designed, tastefully-simple interior. Loved the fact that local artwork adorned the walls; even though I, a Steelers fan, would have been happy with black and yellow everything, I appreciated that the decorations did not assume any patron's loyalty to a specific team or sport. Awesome sliver of a deck overlooking Market St. and the LoCo government building's courtyard. Parking is of course an issue, but that can't be helped in historic Leesburg - can't hold that against the restaurant with such prime real estate. Finally: THE VERDICT Absolutely worthwhile! True to Pittsburgh-style eating (delicious and filling), proud owner and friendly staff, nice hang out spot, and easy on the wallet. GO HERE! :) P.S. With ten thousand bland restaurants that come and go in Loudoun, it's really exciting to find one of high quality that is worthy of becoming a frequented favorite.

I'm giving this place a 3 star rating, but it really only deserves 2. I hate giving 2 star reviews to places that seem like they're really trying. There is a 2 star rating on here. In it, the guy complains about there being too much coleslaw and fries in the sandwich. I had the same experience. Very little meat and yet the sandwich was so big, that once you picked it up, you were committed to eat the entire half. You're risking it falling totally apart if you put it down. It's also very messy. I really liked the layout, and the place is super clean. I'll try it again in a few months to see how things are going. I can easily see this place being a hotspot in the summer months.

Awesome experience! My Pittsburgh born fiance just moved to Leesburg. I scored major points by bringing him here. According to him, our sandwiches were "almost as awesome as Primanti's." The Pittsburgh fries were delicious. Raz helped us decide what to order and was super helpful. We can't wait to come back and order some Iron Cities when the Steelers start playing.

We went there for BREAKFAST. Opens at 8am, and offers Bananas Foster, apple pancakes, and several other tasty breakfast foods along with great coffee. We had their egg sandwiches. The 2 egg sandwich is served on thick toasted French bread. My wife chose eggs and bacon, I had the eggs and sausage. Very good, very filling. The bacon was thick and smokey the sausage was relatively spicy and really added to the flavor. Rick is a very likable host, and serves great food; we'll be back for more. They also offer live music Friday and Saturday nights, and serve wine and beer.

I dont even know where to begin. as soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the owner. I really like going to places where the owner is right in the thick of things. He also is very proud of where he came from which i also love. You then are astonished at seeing what your choices are. Everything looked amazing. I got the pastrami which was the best ive ever had and my fiance got the cheeseburger which was also awesome. The slaw and fries were unbelievable and then the bread was one of the best parts. It was very fresh. It was a monster sandwich but it was surprisingly not too messy. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I have never been to Primanti bros in Pittsburgh but i can probably say that this place may be better. This will be my new favorite place to go to since it is only 5miles from my house.

Yinzers of NoVA! Make a beeline for this place and you'll be right at home. The sandwiches are "Primanti's style" and the wings are amazing! We noticed they had yummy looking desserts too but were too full to try them. Lots of TVs for sports and the pictures are all of our wonderful home town. Make a special trip to try this place!!!

My wife swears this is the best pastrami she's ever had! I've had the Carved Turkey Breast and Cheese and the Smoked Pulled Pork and Cheese sandwiches and my wife -- she sticks with the Pastrami and Cheese. All are great!. The coleslaw on the sandwiches is awesome. Huge portion, fresh ingredients, friendly service, clean restaurant. Great place. GO!

The Pitts-Burgher was absolutely the worst burger I have ever had in my entire life. Zero seasoning, served on un-toasted white bread and the slaw served on it was like eating wet grass from underneath a lawn mower. Very disappointing, will not return.

    (1)
  • Allison T.

Just didn't love it. The fries on the sandwich weren't fresh. They tasted like they had been cooked and then refrigerated. The bread would have been better toasted - it definitely did not hold up for the juiciness of the sandwich.

  • Terry W.

I ordered the pastrami and cheese sandwich an it was amazing. Topping it with the apple cider slaw and French fries was a new concept for me but must be a traditional Pittsburgh way and needless to say I'm a big fan. You have to try it out.

I have been wanting to try this style of sandwich for awhile now and finally got to try it last Sunday with my daughter. I ordered the pastrami sandwich with egg. Since I knew this sandwich comes with slaw and fries in it and thick bread slices I went ahead and ordered it with double meat to balance it better which brought the cost to about 10 dollars for my side of the meal, not bad. I completely enjoyed the sandwich, it was more than filling. In fact I didn't finish it which is a rarity for me. My daughter went with the kids chicken tenders w/fries. This was also pretty good, the coating on the chicken was crunchy and had a great flavor. If you are in the area and want to try something new and good I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

When you walk into a place and the first guy you meet is the owner, you know it's going to be good. Great sandwiches and beer selection. Definitely coming back to try more. They serve breakfast too. Tvs are all around the eating area, so would be great place to watch a game. Great addition to Leesburg - good food, good price, good people.

Great service and employees, food was amazing!! Even better than primantis. Every part of the sandwich was delicious, especially the coleslaw- not mayo based and very flavorful. The turkey had great flavor...it was roasted and carved, not deli style. Prices were very reasonable at $7.50 a sandwich. Definitely recommend it!!!

Food is awesome, had the traditional pastrami with slaw and fries. Very good. Good bottled beer selection too. Definitely recommend for a traditional Pittsburgh sandwich.

I'm updating my review now that I finally was able to try the food today. $27 got us two sandwiches and a small caeser salad with chicken. Let's just say that they don't serve sandwiches that look anything like the meaty, overstuffed sandwiches that they advertise. The smoked pulled pork had ok flavor, but there was barely any meat on it so there really wasn't much to this sandwich. Just thick bread, fries, and slaw. The grilled cheese sandwich was slightly toasted buttered bread with unmelted cheese. What's the point of unmelted grilled cheese sandwiches? These sandwiches look substantial, but are really mostly filler. With all the good sandwich shops in Leesburg (Primo Hoagie, Which Wich, Melt, etc.), why would I go back for bread stuffed with filler? I can put fries on any sandwich myself, so there's no magic in that. We actually stopped to pick up a pizza after we left Pittsburgh Rick's still hungry and unwilling to spend more on their disappointing food.

This place is great, I am not a native of Pittsburg and can't vouch the authenticity of their fare but as an outsider it was great. The prices were reasonable to cheap and the portion was perfect for lunch. Not a lump in your stomach like Melt (which I love) just fresh delicious ingredients. The upstairs dining room is a nice place to hang out. I had the pastrami and cheese and my wife had the cheesesteak. We will definitely be back to try some more!

I had the pastrami. Damn good sandwich! So many options, but had to go with the obvious choice and glad I did. Next time I will expand my horizons.

We were excited to hear about a Pittsburgh-style place to eat in VA. My husband and I tried it out, and it's as close as we have found to the Primanti Bros style found in PA. The slaw was a little off from the original, but we couldn't put our finger on it what the difference was. Delish nonetheless! We both ordered the pastrami and cheese and they were packed with meat. And, like we do when in Pittsburgh, we ordered a 3rd sandwich to split!

We moved here from Pittsburgh 5 years ago and have missed our Primanti's sandwiches, salads with fries, etc - everything a Pittsburgher knows! We went two days in a row because it was so good!!! My favorite is the Capicola and my brother loved the Pastrami and wings! If you are a Steelers fan get there early for a good seat and some IC Light!

After seeing posts and talking with another former "Burgh" neighbor had to check out Pittsburgh Rick's. Arrived at 5:00pm on Saturday - only a few customers in the restaurant. Parking is awful. Most lots surrounding Rick's had threating signing of towing and no real street parking. Ordered 6 hot wings and a Italian Hot Sausage sandwich. The wings were not traditional Buffalo wings but very tender. The sandwich was good - reminded me of my days in the "Burgh" but it was advertised as spicy - not the case - not was it really an Italian. Had some difficulty getting the person behind the counter to understand my order and collect my money. The place has a weird set up - order downstairs - sit and eat up stairs. Wanted to order a beer - but it could only be purchased upstairs but the attendant need to get my change downstairs. Halfway thru my meal - needed another beer but there was no one upstairs to take my order - so I had to nurse my drink. Would I good back - only if in Leesburg and need lunch/dinner. Need to find a better location with parking and better setup.
