The fact this place is associated with the Giant makes me really happy... free drinks more often. The customer service is typically good and lines are generally short. If on a longer grocery trip recommend grabbing a drink before or after you start. Enjoy! And I will return.

I come to this location a lot as I live very very close but this place is a hit and a miss. Usually a miss; drinks don't tend to taste good, usually unbalanced, too bitter or too sweet and usually a total mess. And yet I still come here since it's convenient. One time they were 10 minutes till close, and the employee told me they were out of mocha.... I call BS, but whatever, I didn't have the energy to fight her about it. I realize you have 10 (I think actually 15 minutes) till close, but come on. It's not like I ordered a frappé. I realize it's not a fun job, but if you are still on the clock, do your job. This morning I left for work early (RARE event) and really wanted a donut from the grocery store this Starbucks is in (they have THE BEST donuts in this area). But at 8am they still didn't have donuts out. LAME. So I got a orange cranberry scone from the Starbucks, which is right next to where the donuts are. I would have been better off getting nothing. The scone, while warmed up and looked quite good was totally dry to the point it was inedible. The worst scone I have ever put in my mouth. I hate writing bad reviews. And the employees are always really nice (all but the "out of mocha" girl, she always seems pretty unhappy to be there) and it's so convenient to go here. But I think I just need to stop telling myself, "Maybe it will actually be good this time" and stop wasting my money here. Not worth it!

This is your typical Starbucks inside another location. It's obviously much smaller than a regular stand alone Starbucks. It doesn't offer the full menu of drinks, pastries, sandwiches, etc. My main issues with this Starbucks is number 1, they do not take any rewards. If you have a free drink they will not honor it, since they are not a full Starbucks. Issue number 2, they constantly run out of pastries, sandwiches, etc. Other than those issues they tend to make a good drink. There is one barista in particular that you can always expect a great cappuccino. But the others do a pretty good job as well. In conclusion, expect a great/good drink but don't expect them to honor any rewards or have your favorite snack on hand.

These guys are always a bit hectic especially after the high school gets out. We were here the other day and ordered a couple drinks but they completely messed it. Luckily I noticed before we left and they were able to fix it.

Drinks are better these days. Trisha is always smiling and engaging in the morning. They now make breakfast sandwiches, yay! Still beware of the after school rush from all of the high school students.

I go to this starbucks instead of the actual store by Walmart because their line is always so long. The people that work here are all nice and the line is usually not long.

It used to be great but now they have this young woman named Elizabeth that is SO freaking rude! She seems to always be there on the mornings I drop in. I have tried to be nice to her, tried being patient, tried joking that she must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed... Didn't she get the memo that this is a customer service job? I have also tried talking to her co-workers saying that she is the reason for no tip from me today. But Giant still has not fired her. I am not coming back until they do. There are other choices and I am making this one.

Starbucks located inside the Super Giant at Dominion Valley. Never gotten a bad coffee or espresso here. There is also a fairly large lounge/seating area to sit and enjoy your coffee beverages!

Poor service, employees spend more time juking around than waiting on a customer. My coffee was only filled half way up. Try Caribou or another local shop in the same center.
