Ordering from Padrinos has honestly turned me away from the chain pizza franchises. Great prices (esp the BOGO pizza deals), real cheese, great sauce & crust. Delivery time was promised at 45 minutes and we got it in that time frame which is surprising these days.

Never go here! We got a menu in the mail one day and figured we would try it out! BAD IDEA!!! They were rude on the telephone, told us it'll take 45 min for delivery, guy came an hour after we placed the order, and the food wasn't even good! Menu looks like primavera but the pizza and pasta was definitely not on par with primavera!!!

The pizza was alright, that wasn't the problem. The tiramisu was not good in the slightest, and the website menu states that it is homemade. The issue we had was with the delivery. We apparently live just outside the delivery area, but were told on a previous visit where we picked up our pizza that if we had an order over $40 that they would deliver. So, yesterday was our anniversary and we decided to see if they would deliver. Our order ended up being $52 and the man on the phone said he would speak to the manager and if there was a problem, he would call us. We received a call back stating that our food was being loaded into the car and oh, by the way, we charged you $15 for delivery! WHAT! They never called and asked if that was ok, just charged it to our credit card. No bueno, friends.

This pizza place was recommended by my hotel. Pizza was 3-1/2 stars, but they forgot to bring my free 2 liter pop that was included in the coupon. Delivery guy gave me $2 back, but would not get my pop.
