I think I am done with this place. I ordered a salad and a medium pizza for delivery. The salad greens were brown and stale looking so I called back and told them. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was very nice and offered to send me another salad or give me a credit on my next order. I wanted my salad! 30 minutes later the delivery guy comes back with my salad. I open the new salad dump it into a bowl, again half of the greens were brown. Ok look, If your lettuce has been sitting around long enough for the polyphenols to react with the polyphenoloxidases to the point where the leaf is soggy and brown its time to toss it out, not give it to a customer. I took a picture of both salads, I will post soon. Seriously even the cheapest fast food joint has never served me up crap like this. Someone needs to employ some QA control up in here. This Vocelli's has messed up my order so many times. The last time they messed it up they told me I would get a free pizza. I call tonight and they had recollection of a free pizza. I was assured the last time I called that they would make a note to my account that I was to get a free pizza and tonight. They even told me they had gotten a new system and that this would not be a problem LIE. Never AGAIN! If you want your order messed up and cold pizza order from here. If you want to deal with a company that can't even take a correct order then this is your place.
