Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

Fast-food restaurants like Pizza Hut are not recommended to dine-in if you are diagnosed with high blood pressure. High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for High Cholesterol

It's no joke to say this is the worst pizza I've ever had delivered, no matter where I've lived. The ordering and the delivery were OK, but the pizza...I can say without exaggeration that it was worse than just about any frozen pizza I've ever had. Instead of me going into detail, imagine the lousiest frozen pizza you've ever had, and you'll just about be there.

Never seem to have a pleasant experience with this pizza hut. Either food isnt made well or service is poor.

How's it gonna take an hour to deliver a pizza to a location 2 minutes away? Save this place for pick up, not delivery.

I grew up on Pizza Hut. It has always been my favorite. However, I have tried this one a few times and each time i was disappointed. We tried it again this week and the pizza was over cooked (again). Worst pizza I had in a while. My advice would be to tell them you don't want your food over cooked when you order or just order Vocelli's.

I usually get pretty good pizza here. Service isn't the friendliest but I just pay for the pizza and go so it's not a big deal. I have learned that I always check my order before I leave from past experence with other PH's but hubby picked up the pizza today and didn't check. I ordered a handtossed half cheese/half supreme and easy on the sauce. I opened the box when he got home and there were huge dough bubbles on the cheese side and there was absolutely NO sauce on the pizza. Overall it's an okay Pizza Hut just check your order before you leave.

I will say that I had some bad experiences here in the past, BUT they have improved big time! So far we have ordered delivery here at least every other weekend & the pizza, pasta, breadsticks, whatever we order that day comes fresh & delicious. We usually have one of those half & half pizzas w/half with cheese & the other with no cheese, then top it off with all kinds of different toppings on each side. They have all been correct so far which made me impressed. Usually the delivery time is anywhere from 40 mins to 1 hour so order ahead as soon as you can. Their website is very easy to navigate. We only order online now & I love how it can save your favorites. If you had a bad or so-so experience here in the past, try em again. I did & I'm glad I did.

NEVER going to this place again...the little Indian guy that calls himself the "Manager on Duty" argued for 10 minutes with my wife and then myself that our order was correct when in fact it was most definitely not....to include his use of foul language. What kind of establishment allows these kinds of people to have jobs. It doesn't appear that we are the only one's that have run into this guy's lack of common decency towards people. I was hopeful that he would be the one to show up to re-deliver our pizza but I wasn't fortunate enough. When I tried to give the driver the food that was incorrect to show the manager he refused.

Never again. I ordered a pizza online using their fancy menu---just like a wanted it. Then I drove to the store to find an empty lobby with no one behind the counter. I waited for 5 minutes and a bored-looking guy shuffles out to take my money. No greeting, thanks, or anything. When I got home, it was the WRONG PIZZA. I called and the bored-sounding guy on the phone (probably the same as the bored-looking guy) says: I can give you a future credit on another pizza or you can drive down here to get another. Neither, I wanted my money back. He never apologized for the mistake or my inconvenience. I will not patronize this place again.

Tried to order for delivery a few months ago. They quoted me 45 minutes when I placed the order online. 1 hour and 5 minutes later I tried calling twice but got no answer each time. Decided to give up and ordered carry out from another place. As I was leaving to get my food, 1 hour and 10 minutes after ordering, they showed up. Told them to take it back. I don't understand the delivery issues here, if you are a pizza delivery place, make sure you have enough staff to deliver pizzas in a reasonable time. Never have I ordered from the other places and had to wait long.

So bummed! They have been delivering to us for years and we went to order last night and found out they don't anymore. The guys we talked to on the phone was very rude and told us, "if you're so close just drive here." I mean we could (and I realize this is a first world problem) but there is no need to be so rude when we were simply asking what happened and why we couldn't order delivery online anymore. Honestly, Pizza Hut isn't my favorite so since I have to drive to get it now I will be getting something better. Will miss the convenience on of having pizza delivered. Womp womp!

I am not one to write overly negative reviews however in this case, I believe it is fully warranted. I had a house full on contractors at my house on a Monday morning who requested I place a Pizza Hut order for them for their lunch. I'd just moved to the area and had not ordered from this Pizza Hut before. I placed their order for two large pizzas and two liters of Pepsi and paid online via credit card. I received email confirmation that my order was received at 11:16am and delivery is expected at 11:45am. Well 11:45 came and went.. 12:15 came and went.. No pizza delivery. I tried to call the store to check on the order four times And each time the phone rang for two minutes, no answer. Twice it sounded like someone picked up And hung up on me. With hungry contractors asking where their lunch was, I had no other choice but to call the Gainesville location and ask if they knew of anything happening at the Bristow store. The gentleman who answered the phone at the Gainesville store told me he wasn't surprised and that he gets "calls like this" at least three times a week. He placed me on hold and called the Bristow store. After about a minute he came back on the line and said he finally got someone to pick up. They said they had my order. He advised me to demand a credit. I tried to call the Bristow store again and this time someone finally answered. He said they received my order and it would be "right out." I told him the pizza was ordered at 11:16 and it was now over an hour late. He offered half off the pizza. I told him this level of customer service is unacceptable and a full Credit is warranted. He said he would give a credit (I will have to follow up on that to ensure it actually was processed). The pizza finally arrived around 1:15pm... Two hours after I placed my order. This was my very first time ordering from This Pizza Hut and it will assuredly be my LAST! What a joke.

Delivery is always horrible. After placing your online order, the site will give you an estimated time but delivery is at least 20 mn longer than expected. Service is certainly not friendly. Order elsewhere.

After all these years - I still love the Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza. The buttery aspect of the crust and cheese are very appealing to me. Ordered a large Supreme stuffed crust pizza, plus an order of Hot Buffalo wings - a 14 piece to go. This PH is to far from where I live to be eligible for delivery - so I called ahead on the way over to get it to go. This PH location has no dining in space - so be aware of this. Delivery or pick up only. After paying for my pizza and wings, I sat down to wait. The wait was not long. However, as I was walking out to the car with my order, I thought that the box that the wings were in was kind of small for 14 wings. So I opened the box and checked once I got to the car - sure enough I had an 8 wing order. I went back in and checked - the guy had grabbed the wrong box. Don't know if this is a regular problem here - might be worth always checking your order before heading out. Got the pizza and wings home - had to warm them up a bit - but both were delicious! The wings had a nice crispness to the skin - which I like. I am not a fan of soft, soggy wing skin. Pizza crust and cheese in the crust had that nice buttery flavor. Delish!

Every time I order from here I am extremely disappointed! Pizzas are extremely dry - I decided to request extra cheese and extra sauce to compensate and they must have taken that completely opposite because our pizza was like cardboard. I took a bite of one piece and immediately called to express my dissatisfaction. The manager gets on the phone and says no problem we'll send you out another pizza ... An hour and a half later.... No pizza! And now they're closed! Terrible display of customer service, terrible food...

Should have looked at the reviews. Delivery is in no way exaggerated terms, simply horrible. Delivery driver mistakes an 8 for a 7 and sends to wrong address. Ridiculous.... Can't deliver, just deliver my refund receipt, thanks.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
