Was in the area so decided to stop by to check them out since they are one of few Asian restaurants in the area. Came in at 8:30 p.m. (They close at 9:30 p.m.), so I had to the whole place to myself. Talk about VIP treatment. From the appetizer menu, I tried the fried chicken wings with fish sauce (Ga Chien Nuoc Mam) because it sounded interesting. I mean, fried chicken wings is good, but with added Nuoc mam? Get outta hea! I am down! I am Vietnamese and have never heard of such a thing so decided to give it a try and will say it is the most amazing fried chicken I've ever had. Better than Bon Chon in my opinion, and you don't have to wait hours for it. The other dish I got was the Com Dac Biet (Special Rice Dish) with egg, pork, rice, Chinese sausage, etc... It was on point and is 100% authentic Vietnamese. They have actual Vietnamese chefs in the back, not other places that try to cut corners for more profit, if you know what I mean. The service was great. The server was friendly and attentive. He would come by often to check up and make sure everything was ok.
One of my favorite Pho restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly and food is always delicious! Never have to wait an extended amount of time to be served or for calling in an order for pick up. My "go to" for Pho in this area!
One of the best restaurants in town. Excellent service and a very mellow, relaxing atmosphere. Their Pho Chay is out of this world. I recently became a vegetarian and had the same meal at their competitor down the road....essentially, what I received there was vegetables and noodles in hot water...no vegetable broth or anything to speak of, a flavorless mess. Viet Flavor on the other hand had delicious and tasty broth that you could tell was made with pride and care. The only reason for 4* is Bristow Beat has posted several articles about health code violations here, which kind of makes me wary.

Ordered Primavera Pizza and Greek Salad for take out, LOVED the pizza, all the veggies are so fresh and a great variety. The salad was yummy too! Was surprised with the fresh rolls that came with the salad. A very different pizza place from the rest~ Btw, their calamari is wonderful, generous portions and delightful! Also tried their desserts on subsequent visits, heavenly~
Last time, they had fresh mushrooms; this time I didn't ask and I did not get them. Perhaps, they only have them some days. The mushrooms had no taste and there was almost no sauce on my pizza, just a bunch of cheese. It was also undercooked.
Went with a friend on July 4th, midday. The place was nice and clean, and smelled amazing. The calamari was hands down the best I've ever had from any 5 star restaurant (Forbes rating not Yelp). I did not see beer prices listed so ordering those was a bit more "mysterious" than I would have liked. The staff was possibly a bit bummed about working on the summer holiday but one in particular (shorter, dark hair, acted like management towards other staff) was downright snarky to my friend and I. We kept trying order a pizza with one half pepperoni and jalapeños and the other half pepperoni, sausage, and bell peppers. She kept cutting my friend off as he attempted to order and kept correcting him saying "so you want a pepperoni pizza, half with jalapeños and the other with sausage." He couldn't even get the list of ingredients he wanted BC she kept snapping at him, correcting him before he could get his order out. He was flustered and has a bit of a stutter regardless so I found her rude demeanor highly offensive. Getting glared at when I approached the counter to pick up my order after she yelled it out was not fun either. I didn't understand it bc she delivered pizzas to the other two tables but not ours. My beer was left on the counter as well after taking about 5 mins to make it there. I was stared at until I got up to retrieve it. I wish I had gotten her name but hopefully she will remember this and correct her behavior in the future. Not a good first experience.

Thai Peppers

Reviews:
Thai Peppers in Bristow, VA is a favorite restaurant that my wife and I frequent. We try to make it at least once per week, sometimes two if budget allows. This is a restaurant that qualifies as a "foodie favorite", not only because the food is incredible, but because you can see that they strive for a combination of high quality, creativity, and tradition in every area of their cuisine and business. Ambiance: TP's has a very intentional combination of modern style and hints of tradition. The decor is very welcoming, relaxing and the mood is very low-key, even when the place is packed. We like to sit in a booth, because their booths are extremely comfortable, but we'd never turn down a 4-top with chairs. Service: The staff are 100% focused on making sure that guests feel like they are at home. We have been frequenting Thai Pepper for over a year since they opened, and we are always taken care of. Orders are taken quickly, beverages arrive quickly and are refilled before glasses are empty. The food arrives quickly, and is always hot and freshly prepared. Cuisine: The food at Thai Peppers ranges from traditional Thai food to Asian fusion, offering a few dishes for those who might be new to Thai Food and need something familiar to dip their toe in the water. TP's offers an extensive menu of appetizers and entrees, Thai salads, Chef's Specialties, and Desserts. They also offer limited-run specials that are literally get-em'-while-you-can. My wife and I have our faves at TP's, but we have also branched out and tried new things. Some of our appetizer faves include Steamed Dumplings and Curry Puffs (a must-have.) Entree faves include their variety of amazing curry, noodles, rice. Pad Thai is probably the most well-known signature dish of Thai restaurants - Thai Pepper's is the best I've ever had. A recent Chef's Specialty that I've really enjoyed is the Triple Flavor Filet, which is a fresh Tilapia, batter-fried with an authentic Triple Flavor sauce, sort of a sweet-sour-spicy sauce with a nice heat to it, served with jasmine rice. Also notable is the stunning and unique Clay Pot Shrimp, which is fresh jumbo shrimp sauteed with crystal noodles, vegetables, roasted garlic in an savory brown soy sauce. The flavor profile on these 2 dishes are multi-layered, complex, and delicious. Cost-effective: Thai Pepper is reasonably priced and worth every penny, but I do hope to visit during the week sometime to enjoy a lower-priced lunch menu! Overall Score: 5/5. I didn't even get to describe everything my wife and I have tried at Thai Pepper, but every aspect of the service and cuisine is based on consistent excellence. For example: A couple weeks ago, we visited on an evening where they were experiencing technical difficulties in the kitchen, and were unable to offer any deep-fried items. The staff let the guests know as soon as they were seated. By the taste of the food we ordered, you would have never known there was anything wrong. At a table close by, I watched an irate customer berate one of the wait staff - I know, inappropriate! Did the waitress break a sweat? Not a chance! She offered the guests what was available, with a smile. Everything continued to flow out of the kitchen without fail. Return Visit: As much as humanly possible. Excellence. Amazing standards. Creative approach to cuisine with time-tested standards. Visit Thai Peppers as soon as you can. Food Muser foodmuser.blogspot.com
My fiance and I eat here often. It's a standard Thai restaurant (and the only one here) with the regular pricing. The flat rice-noodle dishes are mainly what we've tried with a few appetizers such as calamari. For the most part, the dishes are delicious and the service was great. There has been a time when the rice-noodles were mushy and broken up, which is why I removed a star.
This is some really good, authentic, delicious, Thai food. I love the Tom Ka soup. The mango sticky rice is so delicious we have gone here just for that ( after eating at a different Thai restaurant ) Very nice staff.

It's no joke to say this is the worst pizza I've ever had delivered, no matter where I've lived. The ordering and the delivery were OK, but the pizza...I can say without exaggeration that it was worse than just about any frozen pizza I've ever had. Instead of me going into detail, imagine the lousiest frozen pizza you've ever had, and you'll just about be there.
Never seem to have a pleasant experience with this pizza hut. Either food isnt made well or service is poor.
How's it gonna take an hour to deliver a pizza to a location 2 minutes away? Save this place for pick up, not delivery.
