They make a great cup of coffee here. The store is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and I get you in and out fast. If you get a chance come try them out its something different.

I've been coming here for the past few months because it's right across from my office and is a nice change of pace from the long lines and underwhelming coffee at Starbucks on the next block. I'm consistently delighted by the quality of coffee AND morning snacks that they offer. I also enjoy the "ambiance", if you will... there are not so many seats that, even if all of them were taken, it would feel crowded and the music is always great too. Really, at any time of day. Also, you should just come in and meet the wonderful guys that work here. Since my very first visit, they have always been so incredibly nice. They are on-point with the orders and timeliness, but the fact that they take a moment to genuinely ask you how you are doing today or say good morning, and remember you each time, is a characteristic that truly makes them stand out. Their sincere friendliness, coupled with a reasonably priced and also delicious cup of coffee, is the perfect pick-me-up for any day, and definitely the reason that I will continue going back.

They have the best coffee of any of the chains, and even though the company is owned by Starbucks, it's not even fair to compare the two because this is so much better. If Starbucks coffee wasn't so unpalatable on it's own (always tastes burnt) there might be room for comparison. I like that there are 5 different roasts to choose from; the level 4 is my favorite. They don't always have every level available but all of their coffee tastes so smooth that it doesn't really matter which one you get. The staff at this location are awesome too, very friendly and personable. I just wish there were more locations in DC because I don't make it out to this area anymore.

The service gave me hope. Courteous, clearly have an intent to deliver good coffee. And I'd not be surprised if the coffee isn't fine. But I ordered a macchiato and it was burnt/bitter. Disappointing.

I get the chai tea lattes. Seattles Best actually put the correct ratio of syrup/milk in your drink (50% chai mix/50% milk), where Starbucks across the street puts very little chai tea mix and a whole lot of milk and water. They have great customer service too!

Aroma serving Seattle's Best is an awesome spot. Very friendly service everytime I visit. They are prompt and serve a very good iced coffee that keeps me going during the summer. For half the price of Starbucks you get better coffee and a far better selection of pastries and other food items. I really like this place and am lucky to have it close by.

It's a corporate Seattle's Best. Not much else to say. This location is pretty new and usually pretty empty. Try the Chocolate JavaKula.

Because I hate the flavor of Starbucks coffee and because this place rarely ever has a line of any sort, I come here for my latte needs. The coffee is ok, the staff are generally very friendly, and they have a coffee club card that you can get punched each time for a free 10th coffee. It's a bit corporate, but somehow fits right into the atmosphere of Crystal Drive. There are a few chairs, not too many, to sit and drink your coffee.
