The girls and I were almost home, but starving. Stopped at Shoneys on a whim, I don't think I've been to one in 20+ years. We were very pleased to see a buffet and we all ended up ordering it. We went on a Saturday, they had breakfast and dinner foods. Beautiful strawberries. It was $7 plus change each. Awesome deal. Buffet was kept full, fresh and clean the whole time. We had a pleasant male waiter who was very professional and kept drinks filled. I can't think of anything I didn't like about my experience, so I just changed my four stars to five. Well, stronger coffee would've been nice. But, diner coffee was expected. The girls and I had a very nice meal here. Good food, good service, good price. Based on that, five stars.

Food was delicious and served hot, salad bar was fresh with cold foods, and our server was very pleasant. A pleasant evening after a day of driving.

Food was fresh and well prepared. Service was quick and cheerful. Nice selection on the breakfast bar, fruit was fresh and delicious.

Food was great. The buffet consisted of breakfast and lunch. Great variety on the salad bar. Banana pudding almost as good as grandma's. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Good service from our waitress, she was friendly and engaged our kids in conversation. They were out of country fried steaks, but they substitute the order with something else, without charging extra.

Seriously the worst place I've ever eaten at. We stopped by on a road trip through Tennessee. Please do not eat here. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. It was dirtier than any backwater gas station bathroom I've ever seen. Everything was covered in grime and the floor had a complete liquid coving of who knows what. The kitchen was confused and arguing the whole time, we were seated next to it and got to enjoy that atmosphere. The appetizer came with our entrees. I can't describe how disgusting the food was. Everything was old and stale. Last night I had to rub my wife's back while she was vomiting for two hours straight. I did not feel too well myself. Please don't eat here.
